技术领域

背景技术
用于遮蔽件的端盖包括位于罩壳端部的一个部件或一组部件，该罩壳将卷起的遮蔽件保持在其上部。
端盖设有空腔，各种附件可附连至该空腔，以便使遮蔽件的板片正确卷起，端盖通常具有用作装饰件的盖子，该盖子还用来封闭该结构并防止板片侧向移位。
端盖可设有延伸部，该延伸部与端盖的出口位置相对应，该延伸部可以形成为端盖的一部分或者可以是单独的部件，在遮蔽件卷起和展开的过程中，板片可经过该延伸部接近和远离端盖。该延伸部连接至遮蔽件的侧向垂直引导部。
为了使板片从卷起位置转变到延伸区域，使用称为进口引导部的中间元件，其确保板片以一用于遮蔽件正确操作的合适角度进入延伸部出口。合适的角度范围决定了遮蔽件的正确操作，且根据板片的类型和尺寸而变。
目前，进口引导部包括中间元件，这些中间元件通常是圆形的，并且确定朝向延伸部的出口会聚的路径，因此足以将板片引向延伸部的出口。
这些进口引导部设计成用于在较窄数值范围内的不同尺寸的端盖，这就无法用于具有不同幅度的端盖。使用这种部件需要可用于制造的一组尺寸，这就需要为每个尺寸制造模具。本发明旨在通过一种简单的设计来解决该问题，其中，单单一个进口引导部对于所有尺寸的端盖都是有效的和起作用的。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于遮蔽件的、带有进口引导部的端盖，该端盖借助进口引导部解决了所提出的技术问题，该进口引导部可与各种尺寸的端盖一起使用，因此实现了遮蔽件的最佳操作。端盖设有侧向盖子，该侧向盖子用来装饰遮蔽件的罩壳。
作为本发明目的的端盖的特点在于，端盖包括用于调节进口引导部位置的装置，从而可以改变进口引导部和出口开口之间的距离，因此能使进口引导部与各种端盖、板片和遮蔽件一起使用。
其次，进口引导部包括转动元件，该转动元件能够相对于基本上垂直于端盖基部的轴线转动，且邻近于出口开口。这样，板片能够在转动元件上滑动，以合适的角度进入出口，因此有利于平滑的操作，而不会在遮蔽件卷起和展开的过程中发生任何锁定。

具体实施方式
图1示出端盖，该端盖包括基部1和可拆卸的装饰性盖子2，两个部件1、2在这种情况下借助螺钉连接在一起。
基部1包括延伸部1.1，该延伸部1.1与最终用作对准板片的引导部的出口位置相对应。
图2示出了进口引导部3，该进口引导部3包括位于基部1.2上的转动元件3.1，参见图2和3，转动元件3.1的转动轴线Y基本垂直于基部1的平面，转动元件3.1附连至延伸部1.1的出口1.1.1，从而板片在沿着延伸部1.1被驱动之后与转动元件3.1相接触。在一实施例中，转动元件3.1借助管状元件3.2和附连元件3.3的组合来转动，从而构成实际转动轴线。在如图所示的实施例中，转动元件3.1呈圆筒的形式。
为了使得端盖适于设有不同类型和尺寸的板片的遮蔽件的各种尺寸，转动元件3.1包括调节其位置的装置，该装置可改变转动元件3.1与延伸部1.1的出口1.1.1之间的距离。为此在该较佳实施例中，其上设置转动元件3.1的基部1.2包括纵向凹槽1.2.1，该纵向凹槽1.2.1基本垂直于延伸部1.1，因此允许根据板片的类型和尺寸来改变转动元件3.1的位置，从而使该转动元件3.1接近或远离延伸部1.1的出口1.1.1。
用于调节转动元件3.1的装置还可以有其它实施例；例如，可以对应于可能将转动元件3.1连接至基部1的不同预定位置设置多个孔来替代纵向凹槽1.2.1，利用这些孔中的一个孔就可实现对于板片的每种可能类型和尺寸的纠正功能。
用于这些调节转动元件3.1的位置的装置的另一实施例可包括：使用弹簧，该弹簧构成用于连接至转动元件3.1的装置，从而根据板片的类型和尺寸，弹簧的弹性力就可使转动元件3.1移位以改变转动元件3.1与出口1.1.1之间的距离。
此外，较佳实施例还包括能使板片正确对准到延伸部1.1的进口的装置。这些装置传统上包括沿板片前进方向在延伸部1.1的基部中延伸的一种突部。
在如图所示的本发明实施例中，这些用于使板片正确对准的装置包括第二转动元件4。该第二转动元件4面向延伸部1.1的出口1.1.1，并且其转动轴线X基本上垂直于板片在出口位置的前进方向，即垂直于延伸部1.1，从而板片将在遮蔽件卷起和展开的过程中经过第二转动元件4。借助销元件4.1可实现转动。

Claims (12)
