有益效果
本申请某一方面或多方面的优点是提供了一种简便安装且不会损坏现存家俱的下肢锻炼设备,它可安装在任意类型的椅子上,包括传统的椅子和长沙发椅。本申请的其它优点是提供了各种下肢锻炼,如有氧锻炼和肌肉训练,这些练习可以与其它活动,如传统的办公室工作、在一个餐桌或书桌上进行简单的工作、看电视或电视游戏同时进行,而不需要上肢进行运动,也就不会对视线造成妨碍,使眼睛疲劳。本申请所述的设备也不消耗电力,并且在办公室内锻炼时很安静,不同干扰其他人。下面将结合附图,进一步详细描述本发明的这些以及其它优点。

具体实施方式
图1-2所示的是可安装在座位上的锻炼设备的最优选实施例。该设备由座位组分(10)和的两个主要杠杆组成,其可以用于任意传统的椅子或座位,非限制性地包括沙发和长椅。所述的座位组分(10)包括一个座位底框(11),一根或多根扣带(11a),一个接合点(11b),一个连接螺钉(11c)和一个座位(12)。所述的座位底框(11)作为底座稳固地固定住那些用于安装座位组分(10)的扣带(11a),并作为接合底座(11b)与一个枢轴点(22a)进行连接或拆分,同时还作为支撑座位(12)的一个底座。所述的座位底框(11)可以是由坚硬或是柔软的材料形成,其长度可以充分支撑其抵抗由接合点(11b)和扣带(11a)产生的拉力。本申请非限制性地优选设有两根或两根以上的扣带(11a),一根设在底侧用来扣紧在一个椅子的座位部分,而另一个设在座位的后侧用来扣紧在一个椅子的后面。
如图2所示,可以是由一个垫子组成,优选的座位里面是如空气凝胶或安全气囊等减震材料,使之成为适于支撑的材料(12a),从而在做腿部锻炼时可以协助骨盆的运动。另一个优选的座位(12)是由一个比前部更高,或比前部更突起的后部组成,该后部可以更好地支撑使用者的坐姿。
如图1所示,所述的锻炼设备组分(20)是由一个锻炼设备主体(21)和一个枢轴连接臂(22)组成,该枢轴连接臂一端固定在锻炼设备上,而另一端固定在枢轴点(22a)上,它可以通过调节座位底框(11)将与座位组分(10)连接起来。锻炼设备主体(21)的两侧分别设有一个踏板组分(23),而锻炼设备主体(21)的底部连接了一个用于支撑锻炼设备主体(21)重量的设备主体支撑组分(24)。在一个下连接臂(21a)上设有一个阻力控制器(25),它可以在踏板组分(23)旋转时控制速度或阻力。
下连接臂(21a)通过一个固定螺钉(21aa)和多个长度调节孔(22aa)与枢轴连接臂(22)连接,它可以调节座位组分(10)与锻炼设备主体(21)之间的长度。用连接螺钉(11c)将枢轴点(22a)锁定在接合点(11b)上,这样枢轴连接臂(22)就可以与座位组分(10)连接起来或拆分开来。与踏板组分(23)相连的一个踏板轮轴(21b)是被安装在锻炼设备主体(21)的两侧。每个踏板轮轴(21b)的顶端都与锻炼设备主体(21)内设置的一个传统型变速器或一个筒式磁型锻炼系统相连。因此,当踏板组分(23)旋转时,踏板轮轴(21b)也会随之旋转。
如图3所示,一个踏板臂(23a)是由一个框架结构臂组成,该框架结构臂中空,从而使一个轴承踏板(23b)可以在其中滑动,然后通过固定踏板长度控制螺钉(23d)来调节长度。
如图4-7所示,使用者可以向一个调节按钮(33)施加压力,从而产生了使一个踏板锁(32)的多个踏板锁腿被固定在多个踏板锁内孔(21ba)中的内部压力,这些踏板锁内孔(21ba)被设置在踏板轮轴(21b)的剖面上。与内孔(21ba)作用相同的一个踏板锁外孔(23aa)与踏板锁内孔(21ba)相对应地固定或拆分踏板臂(23a)。较优选的踏板锁内孔(21ba)和踏板锁外孔(23aa)组一共有四组,每组之间成90度设置,这样使用者可以根据需要方便地使用。
图中没有显示锻炼设备主体(21)中安装了一个变速器。这个多级,优选为8级的变速器与踏板臂(23a)相连,它可以通过控制阻力控制器(25)来增加踏板组分(23)的转速。该变速器也可以换成所述的筒式磁型系统,该系统具有产生最低噪音且半永久性使用的优点。
如图3所示的支撑组分(24)是一个可以支撑锻炼设备主体(21)的杠杆,最优选的支撑组分(24)设有一个弹簧(24a),其一端与支撑组分(24)相连,而另一端与锻炼设备主体(21)相连。最优选的支撑组分是通过一根钉子(24b)与锻炼设备主体(21)相连,这根钉子(24b)将支撑组分(24)和锻炼设备主体(21)固定在一起。如图8所示,取出支撑组分(24)中的钉子(24b),弹簧(24a)伸长,于是锻炼设备主体(21)就在弹簧(24a)的压力和使用者在平行化的踏板组分(23)上施加的压力下不断地上升和下降。这种运动非常有利于腹部锻炼,踝关节和/或膝关节、下背部和肠部运动。
为了便于移动,可以在支撑组分(24)的底部安装一个或多个轮子(24c)。
图15-16所示的是用于锻炼的一个踏板调节组分(30)。如图4-7所示,踏板调节组分(30)是由一个设置在踏板轮轴(21b)剖面里的调节按钮弹簧(31),其踏板锁腿(32b)接合到一个踏板锁主体(32a)内的踏板锁(32)和一个调节按钮(33)。向调节按钮(33)上施加压力,通过踏板锁(32)使踏板臂(23a)从它的锁定位置上松开,于是使用者就可以使踏板臂(23a)的方向为平行或其它需要的方向,然后松开调节按钮(33)上施加的压力,就可以将踏板臂(23a)锁定在需要的方向上了。踏板平行化方便了使用者可以用作如图15-16中所示的其它锻炼作用。
图9是图1-2所示的可安装在座位上的锻炼设备的多个优选实施例中的另一个实施例,在这个图中的设备主体支撑组分(24″)不是与锻炼设备主体(21)连接,而是与下连接臂(21a)连接。
图10-12是可安装在座位上的锻炼设备的一个优选实施例的局部放大示意图,该锻炼设备设有轴承踏板(23b),轴承踏板(23b)与单轮筒状主体(21″)的一个钢筒(27)直接连接,其中所述的单轮筒状主体(21″)包括一个磁带(26),多个磁铁(26a),一个循环系统枢轴中心(21c),一个循环系统垂直点(21d)和多个直接阻力控制器(25″)。所述的单轮筒状主体(21″)使所述的可安装在座位上的锻炼设备在进行循环锻炼和其它锻炼时,所需要的空间比其它多轴法循环所需要的空间都小。在单轮筒状主体(21″)中,由循环系统垂直点(21d)支撑的循环系统枢轴中心(21c)与两个钢筒(27)相连。所述的轴承踏板(23b)在钢筒(27)的一个踏板凹槽(27a)内设有一个踏板垫(23c),这样如图11所示地用一个踏板定位锁钉(27c)将这个踏板垫(23c)固定在一个踏板锁孔(27b)中,于是就将轴承踏板(23b)和钢筒(27)直接连接在一起了。通过控制踏板的位置,使用者既可以根据需要调节轴承踏板(23b),也可以校准轴承踏板(23b)使之适用于图15-16中所示的锻炼作用。
使用者向轴承踏板(23b)施加压力,就可以使钢筒(27)发生旋转。但是,磁带(26)上固定的磁铁(26a)和钢筒(27)之间产生的磁性阻力,钢筒(27)自身的重量都会给锻炼带来底部循环阻力。所述的直接阻力控制器(25″)可以在需要的阻力水平上尽可能多的绕单轮筒状主体(21″)设置。由于直接阻力控制器(25″)与磁带(26)直接连接控制了空间,因此当磁带(26)与钢筒(27)更接近时,就会产生更强的磁性阻力,于是每个直接阻力控制器(25″)就可以提供锻炼阻力。
图13所示的是多个选择性踏板调节方法实施例中的一种,其为选择性拆除的踏板臂(23a)设置了一个踏板调节螺钉(33a),这样直接通过拧紧踏板调节螺钉(33a)将踏板臂(23a)固定。
图14-17所示的是使用图1所示的可安装在座位上的锻炼设备(1)进行锻炼的实施例。如图14所示,所述的锻炼设备可以在办公桌上进行简单的工作,如电脑,文件,电话交谈和其它工作时使用。它也可安装在沙发,长椅和其它任意类型的椅子或座位上。
图15-16所示的是踏板平行化的选择性锻炼。该使用者用腿抬高锻炼设备组分(20),刺激大腿肌肉,同时拉紧腹部肌肉,也可以拿掉钉子(24b),将设备主体支撑组分(24)的弹性柱推下去,进行腹部和脊椎肌肉的锻炼。
如图17所示,当使用者有需要时,他可以拆去锻炼设备组分(20),而仅将座位组分(10)作为一个软垫来使用。
结论,成果和保护范围
因此,读者可以看到,如本发明的一个实施例所述,其提供了一个不会损坏现有家俱的可方便安装在座位上的下肢锻炼设备,它可安装在任意类型的椅子或座位上,包括传统的椅子和沙发。本发明的实施例还提供了各种下肢锻炼,如有氧锻炼和肌肉训练,这些练习可以与其它活动,如传统的办公室工作或电视游戏同时进行,而不需要上肢进行运动,也就不会对视线造成妨碍。此外,本发明的实施例还不会妨害生态环境,因为它不消耗电力,并且是半永久性的。同时读者还可以看到,本发明的实施例还能通过促进下肢的持续运动来防止肥胖,促进公共健康,同时还能改善大多数繁忙的久坐使用者的血液循环。
虽然上述说明中含有很多具体细节,但是这并不能限制任意实施例的范围,而仅作为本发明优选的实施例。也可以对实施例进行各种修改和变化。例如,所述的可安装在座位上的锻炼设备可以有各种外形,颜色,大小和形状,如各种形状或材料的坐垫。。各种类型的踏板平行化方式,螺钉、按钮、夹子等调节;各种外形的锻炼主体支撑组分,它可以仅由一个轮子,多个轮子或没有轮子组成;座位组分与锻炼组分连接方式可以使用各种类型的连接系统,如夹子方式,钩子方式或带子方式等;它也可以有一个或多个支撑柱组分;其它弹性方式也可以应用于支撑柱,如高弹力带或空气阻力系统;也可以用钉子之外的其它各种方式固定和解开弹性柱,如拧紧盖,固定扣或螺钉等;各种形状的轴承踏板;任意合适的材料都可以用在所述的设备上,包括钢轮也可以由铁或其它任意磁性材料制成;各种类型的强度控制,如简单的按钮系统来代替螺钉型,阻力带来代替磁性阻力等等;磁带也可以是非连续性的,而是断成几部分,或者不是水平,而是垂直设置的等等;各种循环系统,如带子系统,半磁性循环系统,筒状磁性系统等等;它也可以有一个不同的操作模式或功能,如附加或额外的选择性锻炼,而不是循环锻炼作用,实施例中的一个杠杆可以是,也可以不是被连接/拆开的,或者所述的锻炼组分可以是有一个附加点来斜着运动,从而改变肌肉锻炼等等。
因此,本发明实施例的范围是由权利要求及其等同替换来决定的,而不是局限于实例的范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种可安装在座位上的锻炼设备,其特征在于包括:
a.一个座位杠杆和一个锻炼设备杠杆,所述的座位杠杆具有与所述座位连接的构件,
b.所述的锻炼设备杠杆设有踏板锻炼结构,
c.所述的锻炼设备杠杆设有与所述的座位杠杆连接的连接构件,
d.所述的锻炼设备杠杆在所述的连接构件上设有一个点,使所述的座位杠杆和所述的锻炼设备杠杆之间可以形成弹性角度,从而进行其它选择性的锻炼,
e.一个支撑组分,该组分设有一个可去除的弹性阻力,用于支撑所述的设备杠杆,
f.所述的踏板包括直接调节构件,用于将踏板调节成水平或其它角度,
其中,所述的设备便于安装在各种类型的座位上,并且可以在工作、阅读或进行其它久坐活动的同时使用所述的设备进行各种选择性的锻炼。
2.如权利要求1所述的锻炼设备,其特征在于所述的锻炼设备设有两个踏板,这些踏板的每个踏板壁上均具有调节构件,其中所述的踏板系统为使用者锻炼参数的选择提供了长度调节。
3.一个如权利要求1所述锻炼设备的循环系统,其特征在于:
a.所述的踏板与一个循环筒直接连接,从而减小了所述锻炼设备杠杆的大小,
b.所述的踏板包括连接构件,连接构件将踏板的位置调整在所述的循环筒上,
c.在所述的循环筒上设有一个提供阻力的控制阻力组分,
其中,由于所述的循环系统减小了所述锻炼设备组分的大小,因此具有便于循环的功能。
