Abstract

筛分、粉碎或搅拌铲斗
技术领域
本发明涉及筛分、粉碎或搅拌铲斗,其被用作挖掘机或装料机的铲斗,其包括底板、侧壁、位于铲斗后部的工作鼓和用于动力传输和工作鼓的支承的外壳,工作鼓能够绕着其轴旋转且在其旋转时筛分、粉碎或搅拌铲斗中的材料并同时将被筛分、粉碎或搅拌的材料从工作鼓之间或穿过工作鼓送出所述铲斗,外壳受到能够与工作鼓的支承壳体连接的框架板限制。
背景技术
从本申请人的国际专利申请WO0158595中已知有一种该类型的铲斗。在该已知的铲斗中,用于动力传输和支承的外壳位于铲斗的侧壁的外侧以防止在工作鼓上流动的材料的起拱问题。也已知有类似类型的铲斗,其动力传输外壳位于铲斗内。不管动力传输外壳的位置,需要外壳可打开以便于维修。在该情况下,问题是石头会对外壳的可打开侧部加压,使得在使用一段时间后其固定螺钉不再能够打开。已知铲斗的另一个问题是在安装阶段工作鼓需要由数个部件组装而成以能够将他们安装就位。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种属于上述类型但不具有上述问题的铲斗。
根据本发明以如下方式实现这一目的,使框架板具有用于工作鼓的接收和紧固成型部,鼓及其轴承能够通过铲斗的后侧定位于成型部中。
当工作鼓及其轴承被从后方放入且支承壳体被固定到限制外壳的框架板时,可以使得外侧壁完全平滑并且装备抗磨损板。此外,工作鼓可以被制成为作为单一实体被安装就位。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的铲斗可以被安装作为挖掘机或装料机的铲斗,为此铲斗的顶侧具有紧固凸耳8。
该铲斗包括底板1、侧壁2和位于铲斗后部的工作鼓3,工作鼓3可绕着其轴旋转,当工作鼓旋转时工作鼓筛分、粉碎或搅拌铲斗中的材料并同时将被筛分、粉碎或搅拌的材料从工作鼓之间或穿过工作鼓送出铲斗。在工作鼓3的凸缘之间可以有固定的不同类型的粉碎齿(未示出)。
外壳4连接到侧壁2的后部以用于动力传输和工作鼓3的支承。外壳4具有外侧壁4a,且在示出的实施方式中,框架板5将外壳4与铲斗的内部隔开,且工作鼓3的支承壳体6能够连接到框架板5。在示出的情况下,框架板5为侧壁2的直接延伸部,并且与侧壁2为同样的板材。
本发明的新颖和特别之处在于:框架板5包括用于工作鼓3的接收和紧固成型部5a、5b,工作鼓3连同其轴承6能够作为单一实体通过铲斗的后侧定位于成型部5a、5b中。
工作鼓3在铲斗的操作位置中为水平的。框架板5位于外壳4的外侧壁4a之间,并且与外侧壁4a隔开一段距离,其中链轮和支承壳体被形成于框架板5和外壳的外侧壁4a之间。
框架板5设有向后开口的鼓接收开口5a,其组装槽5b允许鼓进入鼓接收开口5a中的位置,此时鼓的轴承6和驱动齿轮7定位在框架板5和外壳的外侧板4a之间。通过支承壳体6可在鼓3的轴向方向上朝着彼此移动以进入与框架板5的接收开口5a锁定的形式,能够实现鼓及其支承壳体的特别坚固的连接。为了实现这一目的,支承壳体6上有矮的圆柱状凸起,所述凸起的直径正好配合入圆形开口5a中。围绕着支承壳体的支承壳体的连接凸缘通过螺钉或螺栓固定至框架板5。
附件5.1可以被安装到框架板5的后部,附件5.1限制框架板中工作鼓的接收开口5a并闭合工作鼓到接收开口5a的组装槽5b。可以通过将可拆卸的后壁板4b安装到铲斗的后侧以从后面封闭形成于框架板5和外壳的外侧壁4a之间的链轮和支承壳体。每个后壁板4b优选地由螺栓或螺钉在其一个边缘安装到框架板5和附件5.1,在另一个边缘安装到外壳的外侧壁4a的后边缘。通过这种方法,外壳4的外侧壁4a的外表面被保持为平滑的耐磨板且不需要被打开。当铲斗处于操作中时外壳4的后壁板4b不承受石头的实际应力,因此即使在长时间使用后也可以被打开。

Claims (6)

1.一种筛分、粉碎或搅拌铲斗,其被用作挖掘机或装料机的铲斗,包括底板(1)、侧壁(2)、位于所述铲斗后部的工作鼓(3)及用于动力传输和所述工作鼓(3)的支承的外壳(4),所述工作鼓能够绕着其轴旋转且在其旋转时筛分、粉碎或搅拌所述铲斗中的材料并同时将被筛分、粉碎或搅拌的材料从所述工作鼓(3)之间或穿过工作鼓(3)送出所述铲斗,所述外壳受到能够与所述工作鼓(3)的支承壳体(6)连接的框架板(5)限制,该铲斗的特征在于,所述框架板(5)具有用于所述工作鼓(3)的接收和紧固成型部(5a,5b),所述框架板(5)位于所述外壳(4)的外侧壁(4a)之间且与外侧壁(4a)隔开一段距离,且所述接收和紧固成型部包括向后开口的用于工作鼓的接收开口(5a),所述工作鼓(3)连同其轴承(6)能够通过所述铲斗后侧定位于所述接收开口中。
2.如权利要求1所述的铲斗,其中在操作位置下所述工作鼓(3)是水平的,其特征在于,所述铲斗的侧壁(2)的延伸部形成所述框架板(5),所述工作鼓(3)的轴承(6)和驱动齿轮(7)位于所述框架板(5)和所述外壳(4)的外侧壁(4a)之间。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的铲斗,其特征在于,所述支承壳体(6)在所述工作鼓(3)的轴向方向上能够朝着彼此移动以进入与所述框架板(5)的接收开口(5a)锁定的形式。
4.如权利要求1到3中任一项所述的铲斗,其特征在于,附件(5.1)安装到所述框架板(5)的后部,所述附件(5.1)限制所述框架板中用于所述工作鼓的接收开口(5a)并闭合所述工作鼓到所述接收开口(5a)的组装槽(5b)。
5.如权利要求1到4中任一项所述的铲斗,其特征在于,通过将后壁板(4b)可拆卸地安装到所述铲斗的后侧来封闭形成于所述框架板(5)和所述外壳的外侧壁(4a)之间的链轮和支承壳体(6)。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的铲斗,其特征在于,每个所述后壁板(4b)优选地由螺栓或螺钉在其一个边缘安装到所述框架板(5)和附件(5.1),在另一个边缘安装到所述外壳的外侧壁(4a)的后边缘,从而使所述外壳(4)的外侧壁(4a)的外表面平滑。
