Abstract

本发明一种电动车毂闸,包括毂闸壳、主制动块、副制动块、偏心凸轮、轮毂、弹簧,还包括偏心轮、连接轴、轴盖,本发明特征在于主制动块与副制动块上开有腰形孔还设置支承架,支承架上设有凸块,偏心轮与连接轴连为一体,偏心轮开有对称形的凹口,凸块与偏心轮上的凹口相匹配。使用时,只要转动连接轴上轴盖,偏心轮将主制动块、副制动块增大,克服解决了因制动块受磨损而偏心凸轮进入死点而失效,延长了使用寿命,充分利用制动块上的磨擦材料,大大节省了材料,而且安全可靠,结构简单,使用十分方便,适用于电动车、摩托车、自行车。

本发明涉及一种电动车毂闸。
目前社会上使用的电动车毂闸(见附图1、2、3),主要包括毂闸壳1、主制动块2、副制动块3、偏心凸轮4、制动杆5、轮毂6、弹簧7、11、连接轴8,主制动块2上开有孔9,副制动块3上也开有孔10,主制动块2与副制动块3一端通过连接轴8与毂闸壳1活动连接,主制动块2与副制动块3之间设置回位弹簧7、11,主制动块2、副制动块3另一端相接触的中间设置偏心凸轮4,偏心凸轮4与主制动块2、副制动块3相互在弹簧7、11的作用下回位,在使用时,由于主制动块2、副制动块3靠凸轮移动与轮毂接触,因此在长期使用中,只要主制动块、副制动块不断制动而与轮毂磨损而间隙加大,时间长,偏心凸轮4很快到死点而失效。
本人公开的一种助动车随动闸200910197511.6,这种结构只能适应于偏心凸轮转动推动主制动块,由主制动块通过连接轴包括偏心轮的调接装置,使副制动块上开有腰形孔及连有一体的支承块的作用将主制动块增大而达到制动效果,但遇到电动车毂闸是靠偏心凸轮同时驱动主制动块与副制动块(图1、2、3)时而无法使用。
发明内容
本发明一种电动车毂闸,包括毂闸壳、主制动块、副制动块、偏心凸轮、制动杆、偏心轮复位弹簧、偏心凸轮复位弹簧、连接轴、偏心轮、轴盖、轮毂,偏心凸轮与制动杆固定连接,连接轴与偏心轮连为一体,连接轴同时将主、副制动块与毂闸壳活动连为一体,偏心轮上设置若干凹口,副制动块上开有腰形孔、并连有一体的支承块,支承块上设有凸块,凸块与偏心轮上凹口相匹配。本发明还包括主制动块上开有腰形孔,偏心轮上开有对称形凹口,主制动块上还设置支承架,支承架上设有相同形状凸块,凸块与对称形状偏心轮上凹口相匹配,使用时,只要转动连接轴,由偏心轮上的对称凹口作用同时与支承块上凸块将主制动块、副制动块同时增大,当主制动块、副制动块磨损时,只要转动连接轴上轴盖,偏心轮同时将主制动块、副制动块扩大,也恢复偏心凸轮距离,偏心轮上设置若干凹口,可多次调整。本发明结构十分简单,使用也十分方便,而且充分利用主、副制动块上的磨损材料,大大节省成本。

如图4、5、6、7,本发明一种电动车毂闸,包括毂闸壳1、主制动块2、副制动块3、两个复位弹簧7、11,偏心凸轮4、制动杆5、偏心轮复位弹簧7、偏心凸轮复位弹簧11、连接轴8、偏心轮17、轴盖14、轮毂6,偏心轮17与制动杆5固定连接,连接轴8与偏心轮17连为一体,连接轴8同时将主制动块2、副制动块3与毂闸壳1活动连接一体,连接轴8与轴盖14连为一体,偏心轮17上设置若干对称形凹口16,副制动块3上开有腰形孔13、并设置一体的支承块15,支承块15上设有凸块18,凸块18与偏心轮17上凹口16相匹配。本发明还包括主制动块2上开有腰形孔12,主制动块2上还设置支承块15A,支承块15A上设有相同形状凸块18A,凸块18A与对称形偏心轮17上凹口16A相匹配,连接轴8上连有一体偏心轮17上设置对称凹口16、16A,使用时,当主制动块2、副制动块3磨损时,只要松开螺母19,转动连接轴8上轴盖14,由偏心轮17上的对称凹口16、16A大小作用与支承块15、15A上凸块18、18A将主制动块2、副制动块3上支承块15上凸块18作用将主制动块2、副制动块3同时增大,从而恢复偏心凸轮4及主制动块2、副制动块3与轮毂6的之间的合理间隙。本发明结构十分简单,使用也十分方便,而且充分利用制动块上的磨损材料,大大节省成本。
