Abstract

一种防止车厢倾翻的汽车,包括车架和车厢,车厢为圆柱形,车厢的中轴线平行于汽车的长度方向,车厢与车架转动连接并可自由转动,车厢转动的轴线就是车厢的中轴线,车厢的重心低于转动轴线,在车厢与车架之间设置有制止车厢转动的电动锁紧机构,电动锁紧机构与一个安装在汽车上的车体倾侧角度检测器连接,锁紧机构是车体倾侧角度检测器的执行机构。当汽车发生侧翻时,车体倾侧角度检测器检测到车体倾翻,检测器输出信号给电动锁紧机构,电动锁紧机构执行动作,解除对车厢的锁定,车厢得以自由转动,在此情况下,无论整辆车侧翻多少角度,甚至整辆车连续横向翻滚,车厢都能自动保持在车厢地板水平的状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车构造。
背景技术
目前尚没有一种可以防止车厢倾翻的汽车。虽然现有技术已经出现多种防止整辆汽车倾翻的设计,但是都未能被实际应用。因为实际路况复杂,要想阻止行驶中的汽车倾翻是很难做到的,特别对于大型车辆就更加困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种即使在整辆车侧翻的情况下,也能防止车厢倾翻的汽车。
本发明所述的防止车厢倾翻的汽车包括车架和车厢,车厢为圆柱形,车厢的中轴线平行于汽车的长度方向,车厢与车架转动连接并可自由转动,车厢转动的轴线就是车厢的中轴线,车厢的重心低于转动轴线,在车厢与车架之间设置有制止车厢转动的电动锁紧机构,电动锁紧机构与一个安装在汽车上的车体倾侧角度检测器连接,锁紧机构是车体倾侧角度检测器的执行机构。在正常情况下,电动锁紧机构将车厢锁定,使车厢不能转动,当汽车发生侧翻时,车体倾侧角度检测器检测到车体倾翻,检测器输出信号给电动锁紧机构,电动锁紧机构执行动作,解除对车厢的锁定,车厢得以自由转动,在此情况下,由于车厢的重心低于转动轴线,因此无论整辆车侧翻多少角度,甚至整辆车连续横向翻滚,车厢都能自动保持在车厢地板水平的状态。
作为进一步改进,还可在车架的左右两侧设置向外凸出的弹性按键,弹性按键延伸至车架内并且固定有凸齿,在车厢上固定有与按键的凸齿相对应的凸齿,在车辆未倾翻的状态下,按键的凸齿与车厢的凸齿分离。当汽车发生侧翻后,如果最终刚好是车架的左侧或者右侧压在地上,那么车架上的弹性按键就会受到挤压,于是按键上的凸齿与车厢的凸齿咬合,制止车厢转动,这样就便于车厢内的人员逃离车厢。
本发明的优点是:相比于防止整辆汽车倾翻的现有设计,本发明更易于实施,能够最大程度地保护乘车人员免受汽车倾翻的伤害。

具体实施方式
参见图1,防止车厢倾翻的汽车包括车架1和车厢2。车架1为箱体式结构。车厢2安装在车架1内。车厢2为圆柱形,其中轴线OO’平行于汽车的长度方向。图1(包括以下各图)仅用一个圆柱体概括表示车厢,省去了车厢的座椅、车窗等与本发明无关的结构。同时参见图2,在车厢2的外周壁固定有滑轮3,在车架1的内壁固定有凹槽4,凹槽4的横截面如图3所示,滑轮3插入凹槽4内并可沿凹槽滚动,以此使得车厢2与车架1转动连接,车厢可自由转动。车厢转动的轴线就是车厢的中轴线OO’。车厢2的重心低于转动轴线,使得自由转动的车厢能够自动保持在车厢地板水平的状态。
在车厢与车架之间设置有制止车厢转动的电动锁紧机构。图1所示的电动锁紧机构包括固定在车架1上的电磁铁5和固定在车厢2上的固定块6,固定块6具有一个卡槽7,电磁铁5具有一根可伸缩的插销8,插销8可插入固定块的卡槽7内,以此起到制止车厢2转动的作用。电磁铁5与一个安装在汽车上的车体倾侧角度检测器连接,电磁铁5是该检测器的执行机构。当车体倾侧角度检测器检测到车体侧翻时,检测器输出信号给电磁铁5,电磁铁5驱使插销8从固定块的卡槽7内抽出,于是车厢2得以自由转动。车体倾侧角度检测器可从现有的各种倾斜角度检测器中选用。车体倾侧角度检测器可安装在与车架固定连接的任意部位。
作为对本发明的进一步改进,如图4所示,在车架的左右两侧设置有向外凸出的弹性按键9,弹性按键延伸至车架内并且固定有凸齿10,在车厢上固定有与按键的凸齿相对应的凸齿11,在车辆未倾翻的状态下,按键的凸齿10与车厢的凸齿11分离。当汽车发生侧翻后,如果倾翻后的最终状态刚好是车架的左侧或者右侧压在地上,那么车架上的弹性按键9就会受到挤压,于是按键上的凸齿10与车厢的凸齿11咬合,起到制止车厢2转动的作用,这样就便于车厢内的人员逃离车厢。弹性按键的弹力由连接在按键与车架之间的弹簧12提供。在按键9没有被挤压的情况下,弹簧12确保按键的凸齿10与车厢的凸齿11分离。弹性按键的凸出于车架外的部位最好用橡胶制成,当车辆侧翻时可起到缓冲作用。

Claims (2)

1.一种防止车厢倾翻的汽车,包括车架和车厢,其特征是:车厢为圆柱形,车厢的中轴线平行于汽车的长度方向,车厢与车架转动连接并可自由转动,车厢转动的轴线就是车厢的中轴线,车厢的重心低于转动轴线,在车厢与车架之间设置有制止车厢转动的电动锁紧机构,电动锁紧机构与一个安装在汽车上的车体倾侧角度检测器连接,锁紧机构是车体倾侧角度检测器的执行机构,在正常情况下,电动锁紧机构将车厢锁定,使车厢不能转动,当汽车发生侧翻时,车体倾侧角度检测器检测到车体倾翻,检测器输出信号给电动锁紧机构,电动锁紧机构执行动作,解除对车厢的锁定,车厢得以自由转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的防止车厢倾翻的汽车,其特征是:在车架的左右两侧设置有向外凸出的弹性按键,弹性按键延伸至车架内并且固定有凸齿,在车厢上固定有与按键的凸齿相对应的凸齿,在车辆未倾翻的状态下,按键的凸齿与车厢的凸齿分离。
