本申请是申请号为200510067420.2、申请日为2005年4月15日、发明名称为“一种具有减少的电磁干扰的射频感应灯”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无电极的荧光灯,具体地,涉及一种这样的灯,其具有减少的电磁干扰(EMI),使其更适合商业和住宅市场。
背景技术
无电极的荧光灯一般要求固定到特殊结构,其设计成可屏蔽因灯工作产生的电磁干扰作用于周围区域。这种结构可称为法拉第(Faraday)屏蔽,使得灯的工作不会过多地干扰附近的装置,但是,这种特殊结构又限制了灯可应用的地方。
多种目前的灯通过各种方式试图解决这个问题,其中一个涉及应用电磁干扰屏蔽到灯外壳,透明的导电涂层设置到灯的透镜部分的内表面,并且不透明的金属涂层设置到灯外壳的侧面的外表面。涂层电连接到灯的局部接地。该系统极大地增加了灯的成本,并减少了灯的效率,并只是适用于PAR灯。
另一种方法在美国专利No.4,710,678中显示,其涉及使用位于灯的铁氧体磁心的一次绕组之间的第二绕组。第二绕组具有一自由端,另一端部连接到一次绕组的端部。采用这种方法的电源的干扰电流得到极大的抑制。
如果无电极荧光灯的电磁干扰能够以合理的成本进一步改善,能够更多地应用于住宅和商业场合,在技术上是有利的。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是消除现有技术的缺点。
本发明的另一目的是增强无电极的荧光灯。
本发明又一个目的是提高无电极荧光灯的效率。
本发明的还有一目的是提出一种灯的设计,使无电极荧光灯无电磁干扰,无须使用现有技术的灯的复杂的屏蔽方式。
这些目的的实现,在本发明的一个方面,是通过一种无电极荧光灯,其具有灯外壳,外壳包括空腔,其中带有磁性材料芯部。第一绕组围绕芯部,具有连接到高频电源的第一和第二引入线。第二绕组围绕芯部,第二绕组的各圈位于相邻的第一绕组的各圈旁,并互相电绝缘。第一绕组和第二绕组是双线的,具有相同的长度。第二绕组的一端连接到第一绕组的一个引入线。在这个实施例中,两个射频绕组(即第一和第二绕组)具有相同的长度,具有相等的射频电压,但相位相反,因此互相抵消的射频连接到灯体。

具体实施方式
为了更好地了解本发明,以及其他的目的、优点和功能,现结合上面介绍的附图参考下面的公开和附带的权利要求。
现在更具体地参考附图,图1中显示了一种无电极荧光灯10,其具有包括空腔14的外壳12。磁性材料芯部16,最好是铁氧体的,设置在空腔14中,并具有围绕芯部的第一绕组18,其具有第一和第二引入线20,22,连接到高频电压源或镇流器24。第二绕组26围绕芯部16,第二绕组26的各圈位于相邻的第一绕组18的各圈旁,并互相绝缘。第二绕组26具有自由端28,另一端30连接到一个引入线,如引入线20。编织套32(在图2中示意地显示,在图3中图示)围绕另一引入线22。第一绕组18通常称作射频天线。在图中,第一绕组18显示出是较粗的线,第二绕组26显示出是较细的线,线的宽度是示意性的只是用于说明。实际的线是相同的。编织套32连接到局部接地。这种便宜的技术方案可减少导电的电磁干扰水平,足以很大的保留通过所有现存的规范规定。

实现所显示的两个实施例的任一个形式都可减少无电极的荧光灯的电磁干扰水平,达到或低于规范规定对应用于商业和住宅的要求,无须昂贵的整个灯的屏蔽。这使得A型灯可用于较大表面区,发射可见光并导致灯效率大幅度提高。
尽管已经显示和介绍了本发明的优选实施例,对于所属领域的技术人员,很明显在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下可进行各种改变和改进,所附权利要求限定了本发明的范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种无电极的荧光灯,其作出的改进包括:
灯外壳,其包括空腔;
磁性材料芯部,位于所述空腔中;
围绕所述芯部的第一绕组,具有第一和第二引入线,连接到高频电压源;和
围绕所述芯部的第二绕组,所述第二绕组的各圈位于相邻的所述第一绕组的各圈旁,并互相电绝缘,所述第一绕组和第二绕组是双线的并具有相等的长度,所述第二绕组的一端连接到所述第一绕组的一个所述引入线,其中,具有相反相位的所述第一和第二引入线在它们的未补偿部分的长度互相相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无电极的荧光灯,其特征在于,所述磁性材料芯部是铁氧体的。
