容器的热封方法及其装置
技术领域
本发明涉及容器的热封方法及其装置,尤其是向纸或合成树脂的杯状等容器本体热封膜状的盖材时,可以高速且稳定地进行热封。
背景技术
向纸或合成树脂的杯状等容器本体热封膜状的盖材而被密封的容器被广泛用作食品等的容器,例如被用作果冻、婴儿食品、汤或味噌等粘稠物、烹饪食品等的容器。
在这样的容器中,作为将容器本体与盖材密封的方法,一般使用密封头部进行加热从而实现密封的热封。
作为这样的热封方法,在日本专利特开2004-250027号公报中,利用配置在容器运送单元上方的盖按压运送单元运送盖子,使其置于容器上,接着边保持容器与盖的紧贴状态边以非接触状态配置在盖子上方的高频密封头部进行感应加热,可以不使密封头部或者容器本身上下移动而进行高速密封。
另外,在日本专利特开平11-20801号公报中,将由加热盒进行的加热与高频感应加热或者超声波振荡加热一起使用,高速地将盖材与容器粘接。
并且,在日本专利特公昭58-19536号公报中,如图4所示,在容器运送用带式输送机1的上方设置可同步平行移动的、将金属体2用耐热弹性材料3夹在中间的加热用按压皮带4,在其内侧配置高频感应加热线圈5以对加热用按压皮带4进行高频感应加热,将置于容器6上的盖材7进行密封。
发明内容
若使用这样的热封法进行高速密封,将密封头部按压在盖子上进行周状加热时,若密封头部的热承受部的体积(热容量)较小,则在密封时密封头部的温度容易下降,必须使密封头部为某一程度的块状、且热容量较大。
然而,若使用较大的密封头部在高温下进行密封,则存在的问题是:不仅盖子的周围,中央部也会被加热,温度容易提高,在熔接部未完全粘合的阶段容器的顶部空间的气体会膨胀,由于盖材的皱折导致无法密封等。
另外,若想提高密封头部的温度在高速(短时间)下进行密封,存在的问题是:盖材会熔接在密封头部,有时无法密封,另外对盖材的材料也有限制。
并且,在用高频感应加热对盖材加热的日本专利特开2004-250027号公报的情况下,由于必须对盖材直接加热,因此存在的问题是:只有在盖材为金属制的时候才能进行加热、密封。
并且,无论上述公报的哪种情况下,由于对盖材的整个表面进行加热,因此存在的问题是:容器的顶部空间的气体会膨胀,因此会损害密封性。
本发明是鉴于上述已有的技术问题而完成的,希望提供能够与盖材的材料无关地进行高速、稳定密封的容器的热封方法及其装置。
为解决上述已有技术具有的问题,本发明的第一结构的容器的热封方法的特征是,在设置于容器的开口部的凸缘部热熔接盖材而进行密封时,对形成为上述容器的凸缘部的形状的密封头部进行高频感应加热,按压该被加热的密封头部而将盖材熔接。
根据该容器的热封方法,对形成为容器的凸缘部的形状的密封头部进行高频感应加热,按压该被加热的密封头部,将盖材熔接,通过使用密封盖材时所需的形状的密封头部,可以抑制温度下降或顶部空间的气体膨胀的影响,高速稳定地进行密封。
另外,本发明的第二结构的容器的热封方法基于第一结构,其特征是,在对上述密封头部加热、按压的状态下,将该密封头部冷却。
根据该容器的热封方法,在对密封头部加热、按压的状态下,将该密封头部冷却,即使密封温度提高,通过将密封头部冷却并结束按压,可以防止盖材粘接在密封头部上,可以更加高速且稳定地进行密封。
进一步地,本发明的第三结构的容器的热封方法基于第二结构,其特征是,密封头部的冷却是向该密封头部内供给冷却介质进行的。

另外,本发明的第五结构的容器的热封方法基于第四结构,其特征是,上述加热环状体被加热至规定温度后,停止对上述高频感应加热线圈的通电,按压保持该加热环状体规定时间。

进一步地,本发明的第十二结构的容器的热封装置基于第十或者第十一结构,其特征是,在上述热熔接部件上设置在将上述盖材冷却后可以排出上述冷却介质流路内的冷却介质的冷却介质排出单元。

另外,本发明的第十三结构的容器的热封装置基于第九至第十二结构中任一个结构,其特征在于,在上述密封头部本体中设置可以保持上述热熔接部件的加热温度的温度保持单元。
根据该容器的热封装置,在密封头部本体中设置可以保持热熔接部件的加热温度的温度保持单元,用温度保持单元保持成为进行加热冷却的温度范围基准的温度,即使反复进行加热冷却也能以更短时间高速且稳定地进行密封。
另外,本发明的第十四结构的容器的热封装置,在设置于容器的开口部的凸缘部上放置盖材,对密封头部加热按压并将盖材热熔接从而进行密封,其特征是,包括设置在上述密封头部沿着上述凸缘部的形状形成的加热环状体以及在该加热环状体的内侧被磁屏蔽板夹持卷绕为多匝的高频感应加热线圈。
根据该容器的热封装置,在设置于容器的开口部的凸缘部上放置盖材,对密封头部加热按压并将盖材热熔接从而进行密封,包括设置在上述密封头部沿着上述凸缘部的形状形成加热环状体以及在该加热环状体的内侧被磁屏蔽板夹持卷绕为多匝的高频感应加热线圈,通过用被磁屏蔽板夹住的高频感应加热线圈对沿着凸缘形状形成的加热环状体进行加热,可以对加热环状体集中地在短时间内加热至密封所需的温度,可以用密封盖材所需的形状的密封头部抑制温度下降或顶部空间的气体的膨胀的影响,高速稳定地进行密封。
进一步地,本发明的第十五结构的容器的热封装置基于第十四结构,其特征是,将上述密封头部的加热环状体作为中空体在其内部设置在对上述盖材按压的状态下可以冷却的冷却介质流路,并且在该冷却介质流路中形成可以变更冷却介质的给排位置的多个冷却介质给排口。
根据该容器的热封装置,在将上述密封头部的加热环状体作为中空体在其内部设置在对上述盖材按压的状态下可以冷却的冷却介质流路,并且在该冷却介质流路中形成可以变更冷却介质的给排位置的多个冷却介质给排口,通过将加热环状体作为中空体并将内部作为冷却介质流路,从多个冷却介质给排口变更冷却介质的给排位置进行冷却,即使密封温度提高,通过将加热环状体冷却并结束按压,可以防止盖材粘接在加热环状体上,可以更加高速且稳定地进行密封,而且可以均匀地冷却,可以使接下来的加热也均匀。
另外,本发明的第十六结构的容器的热封装置基于第十四或者第十五结构,其特征是,在上述加热环状体的与上述盖材的按压面覆盖有非熔接部件。
根据该容器的热封装置,在加热环状体的与盖材的按压面覆盖有非熔接部件,即使密封温度提高,通过覆盖加热环状体可以防止盖材粘接在加热环状体上,可以更加高速且稳定地进行密封。
进一步地,本发明的第十七结构的容器的热封装置基于第十五或者十六结构,其特征是,在上述加热环状体上设置将上述盖材冷却后可以排出上述冷却介质流路内的冷却介质的冷却介质排出单元。
根据该容器的热封装置,在加热环状体上设置将盖材冷却后可以排出冷却介质流路内的冷却介质的冷却介质排出单元,可以进一步缩短用于密封下一个盖材的加热的时间,可以高速且稳定地进行密封。
另外,本发明的第十八结构的容器的热封装置基于第十四至第十七结构中的任一个结构,其特征是,在上述密封头部设置可以保持上述加热环状体的加热温度的温度保持单元。
根据该容器的热封装置,在密封头部设置可以保持加热环状体的加热温度的温度保持单元,通过用温度保持单元保持成为进行加热冷却的温度范围基准的温度,即使反复进行加热冷却也能以更短时间高速且稳定地进行密封。

具体实施方式
下面,基于附图详细说明本发明的实施方式。
图1及图2是本发明的容器的热封方法及其装置的一个实施方式,图1是将容器分解进行显示的装配图;图2是热封装置的一个实施方式的纵向剖视图。
该容器的热封装置(以下仅称作热封装置)20中,例如如图1所示,容器10由容器本体11、置于其上的盖材12而构成。该容器本体11形成为杯状,在上端开口部的周围形成向外侧水平伸出的凸缘部11a。另一方面,盖材12在其外周部形成与凸缘部11a对应的水平伸出的热封部12a,在该环状的热封部12a的内侧一体地形成向下方突出、位于容器内的下沉盖部12b。另外,作为盖材12,也可以是通常的包含热封部12a的平板状而没有下沉盖部的形状。
将这样的容器10的容器本体11与盖材12热封的热封装置20如图2所示,包括密封头部21。
在构成该密封头部21的密封头部本体22安装有与盖材12的热封部12a的形状对应的相同形状、例如中空环状的热熔接部件23,其下表面露出。该热熔接部件23的中空部23a为冷却介质、例如冷却水的流路,与冷却介质配管24连接,供给或排出冷却介质。
这样的热熔接部件23由可通过高频感应加热而加热的材料形成,例如为金属制成。
另外,在密封头部21的密封头部本体22的热熔接部件23的上部配置有高频加热线圈25,例如由在与热熔接部件23的上表面平行的水平面上卷绕三次构成,通过端部的供电部件(馈电线)26与高频电源连接。该高频加热线圈25也为中空状,冷却介质、例如冷却水可以通过冷却介质配管27向其内部供给或排出。
而且,强磁性体28围住这些热熔接部件23及高频加热线圈25而安装在密封头部本体22内,构成密封头部21,该密封头部21可以通过未图示的升降按压机构来升降及按压。
在该热封装置20中,在密封头部21的下方设置容器支撑部件29,支撑容器10的容器本体11的凸缘部11a的下表面。
然后,在被容器支撑部件29支撑、填充有内容物的容器本体11上放置盖材12,容器本体11的凸缘部11a与盖材12的热封部12a重叠后,可以用容器支撑部件29与密封头部21进行按压。
接下来,说明这样构成的热封装置20的动作及容器的热封方法。
通常,这样的热封装置20设置在容器10的填充流水线上,可以用于通过将内容物填充至容器本体11后放置盖材12并进行热封来进行密封的高速连续生产,但此处,以单独的容器的热封为例进行说明。
向凸缘部11a被容器支撑部件29支撑的容器本体11填充内容物后,将盖材12置于容器本体11上,容器本体11的凸缘部11a与盖材12的热封部12a重叠,并且盖材12的下沉盖部12b安装得向容器本体11的顶部空间内突出,使顶部空间减小。另外,使用通常的平板状的没有下沉盖部形状的物体作为盖材时,放置盖材时应使容器本体11的凸缘部11a与盖材12的热封部12a重叠。
与该盖材12的安装同时进行,在密封头部21中,通过供电部件26从高频电源向高频加热线圈25通高频电流,对热熔接部件23的表面进行加热。由该高频加热线圈25进行的加热是高频感应加热,利用高频电流产生的高频磁通贯穿被加热物即热熔接部件23,感应出密度非常高的涡电流,据此对热熔接部件23的表面进行加热。
该密封头部21的加热温度只要是可以将构成由热封而熔接的容器10的容器本体11及盖材12熔接、密封的温度即可,可以根据容器本体11及盖材12的材料适当决定来进行温度控制。另外,通常热封所需的温度,例如在由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂形成盖材时、或盖材为层叠构造且使用聚丙烯(pp)树脂作为内表面密封材料时等为180℃至220℃。
这样,被加热至热封所需的温度的密封头部21通过未图示的升降按压机构,使被容器支撑部件29支撑、放置有盖材12的容器本体11的凸缘部11a与盖材12的热封部12a夹住并进行按压。
这样,由于密封头部21的被加热的热熔接部件23形成为与凸缘部11a及热封部12a的形状对应的形状的相同形状,因此只有热封所需的部分被加热并按压,在规定温度下进行热封。
在该密封头部21所进行的加热中,由于热熔接部件23的形状及包括盖材12的下沉盖部12b的形状,盖材12的中央部(下沉盖部12b)不会被直接加热,只有凸缘部11a及热封部12a被直接加热,即使在高温下热封也能尽可能抑制容器本体11的顶部空间内的气体的膨胀,并且可以抑制盖材12的延伸,防止这些影响导致的密封不良。另外,即使盖材12是平板状也能防止中央部被直接加热。
然后,在将密封头部21的热熔接部件23按压在盖材12的热封部12a的状态下,通过冷却介质配管24向热熔接部件23的中空部23a供给作为冷却介质的冷却水,进行强制冷却后,通过升降按压机构使密封头部21上升,完成一个容器10的热封。
据此,即使用于热封的加热温度提高,由于将密封头部21的热熔接部件23冷却并结束按压,因此可以防止盖材12(的热封用膜等包装材料)粘接在密封头部21的热熔接部件23的表面上等,可以进行高速且稳定的热封。因此,可以使用以往被认为是难以热熔接的材料,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylenenaphthalate)等聚酯树脂或尼龙等聚酰胺树脂作为盖材进行热封,能够扩大可以适用的材料范围。
另外,通过在密封头部21的至少热熔接部件23的与盖材12的热封部12a接触的表面形成覆盖有防止与盖材12的热封部12a热熔接的材料例如氟类树脂或聚酰亚胺等的覆盖层30,可以进一步完全防止盖材12的粘接。
另一方面,由于还要进行下一个容器的热封,通过设置冷却介质排出单元31,将供给至热熔接部件23的中空部23a的冷却介质排出,可以容易且在短时间内进行下一次加热。作为该冷却介质排出单元31,在冷却介质配管24上设置例如切换阀32,可以供给热容量比冷却介质小的流体,例如压缩的空气33,可以在将冷却介质从热熔接部件23的中空部23a排出回收的同时以空气进行置换。
据此,通过置换与作为热熔接部件23的中空部23a内的冷却介质的冷却水相比热容量较小的空气,可以缩短加热时间,能够实现热封的高速化。
并且,由于密封头部21冷却后,为了进一步缩短到下一次热封的加热的时间,设置与密封头部本体22的热熔接部件23相邻的构成温度保持单元的电加热器34,在冷却至可以防止盖材12的粘接的温度后,进行温度控制使温度不再下降,保持为进行加热和冷却的温度范围的基准的温度(温度范围的最低温度)。
据此,即使将密封头部21的热熔接部件23利用高频加热线圈25进行高频感应加热时,由于其温度已经被构成温度保持单元的电加热器34等保持为热封所需的最低温度,因此只要以该温度范围的最低温度作为基准(加热开始温度)进行加热即可,可以在更短时间内将热熔接部件23加热至热封温度。
在使用这样的热封装置20进行高速连续热封时,构成例如如图3的概略平面配置所示的旋转式热封装置40(以下仅称作热封装置40)。
在该热封装置40中,由运送填充有内容物的容器本体11的旋转式容器本体运送机构41的容器本体供给机构A,将容器本体的顶部空间置换为惰性气体等并运送至盖材供给位置B,在该盖材供给位置B,将由旋转式盖材运送机构42从盖材12的盖材堆叠位置C运送来的盖材12置于容器本体11上之后,旋转运送至容器本体运送机构41的加热位置D。
然后,在该加热位置D,使由高频感应加热线圈25感应加热的密封头部21下降,对盖材12的热封部12a进行加热按压,在保持该按压的状态下,旋转运送至冷却位置E。
然后,在该冷却位置E,从冷却介质配管24向热熔接部件23的中空部23a供给冷却介质即冷却水,开始冷却,在容器排出位置F,使密封头部21上升并排出完成热封的容器10。
这样,在从盖材供给位置B旋转运送至容器排出位置F的期间,完成一个容器的热封,在将密封头部21从容器排出位置F返回加热位置D的期间,在G的位置等进行冷却介质的排出或下一次热封所需的高频感应加热。
根据与这样的旋转式的运送机构组合的热封装置40,可以在保持按压密封头部的状态下冷却并结束热封,可以高速连续地进行热封,例如与以往的热封的速度为每分钟20至30个相比,根据该热封装置40,可以进行每分钟600个左右的高速密封。
图4是热封装置的另一个实施方式的概略结构图;图5是图4的实施方式的概略纵向剖视图。
热封的热封装置20如图4及图5所示,包括安装在装置框架121的上部下表面的密封头部122。
该密封头部122包括密封头部本体123,该密封头部本体123由圆筒状的中心部件123a和外周为环状的环状部件123b构成,同心状地安装在装置框架121上,因此,中心部件123a与环状部件123b的环状的槽123c形成为与容器10的凸缘部11a的形状相同的盖材12的热封部12a的形状对应形状的环状槽。
在该密封头部本体123的环状的槽123c中安装有沿着容器10的凸缘部11a的形状即热封部12a的形状而形成的加热环状体124。
该加热环状体124为上方开口的、横截面为U形的环槽形状,在上部两端形成向外侧突出的凸缘124a,凸缘124a与形成在密封头部本体123的下端面的阶梯部接触且加热环状体124的槽底部124b向下方露出,被圆板状及环状的按压板123d、123e夹住而安装。由此,由装置框架121、密封头部本体123、加热环状体124形成环状的空间。
另外,该加热环状体124的槽底部124b为中空状,构成中空体,该中空部124c为冷却介质、例如冷却水的流路,设置多个冷却介质给排口124d,在图示例中设置在两个对角位置,分别与冷却介质配管125连接,冷却介质可以从任意一个供给或排出。
这样的加热环状体124由可用高频感应加热来加热的材料形成,例如为金属制成。
另外,在密封头部122的密封头部本体123与加热环状体124的环状的空间中配置高频感应加热线圈126,两侧被磁屏蔽板127夹住。该高频感应加热线圈126例如在水平方向及垂直方向构成多匝,通过端部的供电部件(馈电线)128a与高频振荡器128连接。该高频感应加热线圈126为中空状,冷却介质、例如冷却水可以通过未图示的冷却介质配管向其内部供给或排出。
容器支撑部件129设置在装置框架121的下方,与这样的密封头部122相对,支撑容器10的容器本体11的凸缘部11a的下表面。
在该热封装置20中,在被容器支撑部件129支撑、填充有内容物的容器本体11上放置盖材12,容器本体11的凸缘部11a与盖材12的热封部12a重叠后,设置升降按压机构130,使得可以用容器支撑部件129与密封头部122进行按压。
该升降按压机构130通过安装在装置框架121底部的气缸131而安装有容器支撑部件129,通过使容器支撑部件129上升,进一步将杆伸长,可以用容器支撑部件129与密封头部122按压与容器本体11的凸缘部11a重叠的盖材12的热封部12a。
另外,对容器本体11的凸缘部11a重叠的盖材12的热封部12a的按压不限于使容器支撑部件129升降的情况,也可以使密封头部122进行升降来进行。
接下来,说明这样构成的热封装置20的动作及容器的热封方法。
通常,这样的热封装置20设置在容器10的填充流水线上,适用于通过将内容物填充至容器本体11后放置盖材12并进行热封而密封的高速连续生产等,但此处,以单独的容器的热封为例进行说明。
向凸缘部11a被容器支撑部件129支撑的容器本体11填充内容物后,将盖材12置于容器本体11上,使容器本体11的凸缘部11a与盖材12的热封部12a重叠,并且盖材12的下沉盖部12b安装得向容器本体11的顶部空间内突出,使顶部空间量减小。另外,使用通常的平板状的没有下沉盖部形状的热封盖等作为盖材时,如图4及图5所示,放置热封盖时应使容器本体11的凸缘部11a与盖材12的热封部12a重叠。
与该盖材12的安装同时进行,在密封头部122中,通过供电部件128a从高频振荡器128向高频感应加热线圈126通高频电流,对加热环状体124的槽底部124b的表面进行加热。由该高频感应加热线圈126进行的加热是高频感应加热,由高频电流产生的高频磁通贯穿被加热物即加热环状体124,感应出密度非常高的涡电流,由此对加热环状体124的槽底部124b的表面进行加热。
该密封头部122的加热环状体124的加热温度只要是可以将构成由热封而熔接的容器10的容器本体11及盖材12熔接、密封的温度即可,可以根据容器本体11及盖材12的材料适当决定来调整通电时间等进行温度控制。另外,通常热封所需的温度,例如在由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂形成盖材时、或盖材为层叠构造且使用聚丙烯(pp)树脂作为内表面密封材料时等为180℃至220℃。
操作升降按压机构130的气缸131,使得盖材12的热封部12a与由容器支撑部件129支撑且放置有盖材12的容器本体11的凸缘部11a重叠的状态下上升并被按压到加热环状体124被加热到热封所需温度的密封头部122上。
这样,由于密封头部122的被加热的加热环状体124形成为与凸缘部11a及热封部12a的形状对应的形状(相同形状),因此只有热封所需的部分被加热并按压,在规定温度下进行热封。
而且,该热封装置20所进行的加热冷却工序及其状态下的温度变化如图6所示,在加热环状体124被加热至规定温度后,例如加热至180℃后,停止高频振荡器128所进行的加热,只保持升降按压机构130所进行的按压状态。
在该密封头部122所进行的加热中,由于加热环状体124的形状及包括盖材12的下沉盖部12b的形状,盖材12的中央部(下沉盖部12b)不会被直接加热,只有凸缘部11a及热封部12a被直接加热,即使在高温下热封也能尽可能抑制容器本体11的顶部空间内的气体的膨胀,并且可以抑制盖材12的延伸,防止这些影响导致的密封不良。另外,盖材12即使如图4及图5所示是平板状也能防止中央部被直接加热。
另外,由于加热环状体124形成为横截面U形的环槽状,因此壁薄、热容量较小,可以用在水平方向及垂直方向分别卷绕多匝的高频感应加热线圈126在短时间内加热至高温,停止通电之后的温度下降也较小,可以维持规定温度,可以通过按压保持加热环状体124、在热封所需的时间内进行密封。
这样,通过保持加热环状体124由密封头部122的加热环状体124进行热熔接后,在将加热环状体124按压在盖材12的热封部12a的状态下,将设置在由加热环状体124的中空部124c构成的冷却介质流路中的一个冷却介质给排口124d作为供给口,另一个作为排出口,通过冷却介质配管125供给作为冷却介质的冷却水,进行强制冷却,在冷却至规定温度后,通过升降按压机构130使容器支撑部件129下降,完成一个容器10的热封。另外,容器10下降后加热环状体124还会继续冷却至规定温度,进一步进行后述的排水(参照图6)。
由此,即使提高用于热封的加热温度,缩短加热时间等,由于将密封头部122的加热环状体124冷却并结束按压,因此可以防止盖材12(的热封用膜等包装材料)粘接在密封头部122的加热环状体124的表面上等,可以进行高速且稳定的热封。另外,由于加热环状体124为槽形,薄壁,因此热容量较小,可以在短时间内冷却。
图8显示加热环状体的另一个实施方式。
在图8的加热环状体224中,与图5的加热环状体相同的构成要素标注相同的标号,省略其说明。
该加热环状体224被分为上下两部分,上侧部分224a与中心部件123a一体地由合成树脂、例如PEEK(聚醚醚酮)树脂等形成,下侧部分224b为金属制成,它们的间隙部226供给有冷却介质。上侧部分224a与下侧部分224b之间被O形环227密封。标号228是塞子、229是加热环状体按压部件。
根据这样的热封装置20,可以使用以往被认为是难以热熔接的材料,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯树脂或尼龙等聚酰胺树脂这样的熔点比较高的树脂作为盖材进行热封,大幅扩大了可以适用的材料的范围。此外,也可以增厚盖材的厚度,例如可以适用于由注射成形形成的成形盖等。而且,在改变这样的盖材的材料时,在将加热环状体124加热至规定温度后停止通电的状态下,保持加热环状体124的按压状态直到开始冷却的时间,可以确保该材料所需的热熔接温度及时间。
另外,在密封头部122的至少加热环状体124的与盖材12的热封部12a接触的表面,如图5放大所示,形成防止与盖材12的热封部12a热熔接的材料、例如覆盖有氟类树脂或聚酰亚胺等的覆盖层124e,可以进一步完全防止盖材12的粘接。
另一方面,为了准备进行下一个容器的热封,通过设置未图示的冷却介质排出单元,将供给至加热环状体124的中空部124c的冷却介质排出,可以简单地进行排水,不必在下一次加热时对中空部124c内的冷却水进行加热,可以容易且在短时间内对加热环状体124进行加热。
作为该冷却介质排出单元,在冷却介质配管125设置例如切换阀,可以供给热容量比冷却介质小的流体,例如压缩的空气,可以在将冷却介质从加热环状体124的中空部124c排出回收的同时用空气进行置换。
由此,通过置换与作为热熔接部件123的中空部123a内的冷却介质的冷却水相比热容量较小的空气,可以缩短加热时间,可以实现热封的高速化。
进一步地,为了在密封头部122冷却后可以进一步缩短到下一次热封的加热的时间,比较理想的是,设置与密封头部本体123的加热环状体124相邻的构成温度保持单元的电加热器,在冷却至可以防止盖材12的粘接的温度后,进行温度控制使温度不再下降,保持成为进行加热和冷却的温度范围的基准的温度(温度范围的最低温度)。
由此,即使将密封头部122的加热环状体124利用高频感应加热线圈126进行高频感应加热时,由于其温度已经被构成温度保持单元的电加热器等保持为热封所需的最低温度,因此只要以该温度范围的最低温度作为基准(加热开始温度)进行加热即可,可以在更短时间内将加热环状体124加热至热封温度。
并且,在下一个容器的热封结束后,将加热环状体124冷却时,从不同的冷却介质给排口124d供给、排出冷却介质,加热环状体124的冷却介质的入口部分的温度降低,可以防止冷却介质的出口部分的温度升高,即使反复加热冷却也可以均匀地进行冷却。由此,可以使之后的加热导致的加热环状体124的温度均匀,能以稳定的品质进行热封。
另外,在上述实施方式中,两个冷却介质给排口124d设置在加热环状体124的对角位置,每次容器10改变时需要交替作为冷却介质的供给口和排出口进行冷却,但也可以设置更多的冷却介质给排口,顺序地改变供给口和排出口进行冷却,通过检测加热环状体124的各部分温度等使得从变化的随机的位置供给、排出,使得不产生温度分布。并且,也可以从多个部位同时供给冷却介质,从多个部位或一个部位排出,或者从一个部位供给、从多个部位排出。
另外,在上述实施方式中,作为容器,以在杯状的容器本体放置包括下沉盖部的盖材或平坦的盖材的情况为例进行了说明,但不限于此,也可以是托盘状等其他形状的容器本体和盖材。
另外,在上述实施方式中,对容器热封时,说明了密封头部或者容器支撑部件的任意一个升降,对容器热封的情况,但也可以使与上述实施方式说明的内容相反的容器支撑部件或者密封头部升降从而进行热封。
另外,根据盖材的材质或加热条件等,也可以省略供给冷却介质,此时,可以缩短整个热封工序的时间、或者延长加热时间。
另外,作为填充在容器内的内容物,由于可以高速连续地进行热封,因此可以填充以往填充在金属罐或PET瓶等的饮料等而进行高速密封,也可以填充包含其他固体物的烹饪食品或有粘稠性食品等而进行高速密封。
工业上的实用性
根据本发明,可以应用为容器的热封方法及装置,特别是向纸或合成树脂的杯状等容器本体热封膜状的盖材时,可以实施高速且稳定的热封。

Claims (18)

1.一种容器的热封方法,在向设置于容器的开口部的凸缘部热熔接盖材而进行密封时,对形成为所述容器的凸缘部的形状的密封头部进行高频感应加热,按压所述被加热的密封头部而将盖材熔接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器的热封方法,其特征在于,在对所述密封头部加热、按压的状态下,将所述密封头部冷却。
3.根据权利要求2所述的容器的热封方法,其特征在于,所述密封头部的冷却是向所述密封头部内供给冷却介质而进行的。
4.一种容器的热封方法,在向设置于容器的开口部的凸缘部通过密封头部热熔接盖材而进行密封时,
所述密封头部包括:沿着所述容器的凸缘部的形状而形成的加热环状体,以及
通过磁屏蔽板设置在所述加热环状体的内侧的高频感应加热线圈,
用所述高频感应加热线圈对所述加热环状体进行高频感应加热,按压所述加热环状体,从而熔接所述盖材。
5.根据权利要求4所述的容器的热封方法,其特征在于,所述加热环状体被加热至规定温度后,停止对所述高频感应加热线圈的通电,用所述加热环状体按压保持规定的时间。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的容器的热封方法,其特征在于,在用所述加热环状体按压的状态下,冷却所述加热环状体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的容器的热封方法,其特征在于,所述加热环状体的冷却是将所述加热环状体作为中空体向其内部供给冷却介质而进行的。
8.根据权利要求7所述的容器的热封方法,其特征在于,所述冷却介质的供给冷却是在所述加热环状体的中空部设置多个冷却介质给排口,从不同的冷却介质给排口顺序地或者随机地给排而进行的。
9.一种容器的热封装置,包括向设置于容器的开口部的凸缘部热熔接盖材而进行密封的密封头部,其特征在于,所述热封装置包括:
形成为设置在密封头部本体的所述凸缘部的形状的热熔接部件;
设置在所述密封头部本体上,对所述热熔接部件进行高频感应加热的高频感应加热线圈。
10.根据权利要求9所述的容器的热封装置,其特征在于,在所述热熔接部件中设置在按压盖材的状态下可以进行冷却的冷却介质流路。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的容器的热封装置,其特征在于,在所述热熔接部件的与所述盖材的按压面覆盖有非熔接部件。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的容器的热封装置,其特征在于,在所述热熔接部件上设置在将所述盖材冷却后可以排出所述冷却介质流路内的冷却介质的冷却介质排出单元。
13.根据权利要求9至12中的任意一项所述的容器的热封装置,其特征在于,在所述密封头部本体上设置可以保持所述热熔接部件的加热温度的温度保持单元。
14.一种容器的热封装置,在设置于容器的开口部的凸缘部上放置盖材,对密封头部加热按压并将盖材热熔接从而进行密封,其特征在于,所述热封装置包括:
设置在所述密封头部,沿着所述凸缘部的形状形成的加热环状体;
在所述加热环状体的内侧,被磁屏蔽板夹持而设置的卷绕为多匝的高频感应加热线圈。
15.根据权利要求14所述的容器的热封装置,其特征在于,将所述密封头部的加热环状体作为中空体在其内部设置能够在对所述盖材按压的状态下进行冷却的冷却介质流路,并且在所述冷却介质流路中形成可以变更冷却介质的给排位置的多个冷却介质给排口。
16.根据权利要求14或15所述的容器的热封装置,其特征在于,在所述加热环状体的与所述盖材的按压面覆盖有非熔接部件。
17.根据权利要求15或16所述的容器的热封装置,其特征在于,在所述加热环状体上设置将所述盖材冷却后可以排出所述冷却介质流路内的冷却介质的冷却介质排出单元。
18.根据权利要求14至17中的任意一项所述的容器的热封装置,其特征在于,在所述密封头部设置可以保持所述加热环状体的加热温度的温度保持单元。
