WO2004/089086涉及包含拟除虫菊酯物质和具有烯属不饱和基团的化合物的组合物。该专利申请中描述的组合物可用作聚合物组合物的添加剂,以获得可释放出杀虫性流体(insecticidal flux)的最终物质。这种物质可用于生产各种制品,诸如纤维和蚊帐。但也可用于其它的挤出物品,例如薄膜、热成型物品或注射成型物品。
丙烯聚合物是适用于许多工艺技术的通用的热塑性物质,对于许多应用而言,它成本适中并具有有利特性。
因此,它对于生产WO2004/089086中所述物质而言,是有效的可选物质。
WO2004/089086仅泛泛地提及可使用聚丙烯等多种聚合物。没有给出将聚丙烯与WO 2004/089086中所教导的组合物一起使用的实施例。仅在比较例中使用了一般的全同立构聚丙烯。在该比较例中,未对所述聚丙烯聚合物进行表征。丙烯聚合物对于生产WO2004/089086中所描述物质而言,是经济的可选物。
因此,本申请人已发现,当使用具有特殊的熔体流动速率(MFR)范围的特定聚丙烯聚合物时,可改进这种杀虫物质的特性。实际上,如本申请的实施例中所示,当使用本发明的丙烯聚合物时,相对于用其它丙烯聚合物可得到的流量而言,所述杀虫组合物的流量更高。
本发明的一个主题为具有杀虫和杀螨特性的物质,所述物质包含:
A)99.95%重量至70.0%重量的丙烯基聚合物,所述聚合物具有以下特性:
i)熔体流动速率(MFR)(ISO 1133)在10至40之间;优选12至35之间,更优选15至33之间;
ii)全同立构五元组(pentads,mmmm)高于90%;优选高于91%;并且更优选高于92%;
B)0.05%重量至30%重量的由T1和T2缩合而成的式T1-T2加合物,其中

所述烯属不饱和物质T2也可以为具有分子结构VIII的磷酸乙烯基酯(b):

Y7和Y8,彼此相同或不同,选自C1-C4烷基,
Y9表示氧原子或硫原子,以及
Y4、Y5和Y6为氢原子,或包含1至40个碳原子并任选包含属于周期表第13-17族的杂原子的烃基,或卤原子;条件是Y4、Y5和Y6中不多于两个为氢原子,Y4、Y5和Y6中的两个基团也可结合在一起形成包含氮、氧或硫原子的杂环。
磷酸乙烯基酯(b)优选为敌敌畏、虫螨磷、毒死蜱、毒虫畏和/或丁烯磷。
本发明的物质可通过混合组分A)和组分B)并加热和挤出所获得的混合物来简易制备。在所述挤出之前,可任选混合其它常用于聚合物领域的物质,诸如抗氧化剂、稳定剂等。
优选可首先将组分B)与小部分的组分A)混合,加热并挤出,以使获得母炼胶。可进一步将包含15%重量至30%重量的组分B)的所述母炼胶与组分A)混合,以获得本发明物质。
本发明物质可以片材、薄膜、长丝或纤维的形式来使用。因此,本发明的其它主题为通过本发明物质获得的片材、薄膜、长丝或纤维。
本发明物质优选以长丝或纤维的形式使用,以获得例如非织造织物。本发明物质还特别适于生产蚊帐。因此本发明的又一主题为包含本发明物质的蚊帐。
采用本发明物质可获得高浓度的所述杀虫物质和杀螨物质。特别是,当MFR在上述公开的范围时,杀虫物质或杀螨物质的流量增加,因此,其中的一个优点为当使用所述丙烯基聚合物(A)时,所述杀虫剂的活性相对于其它可使用物质的而言,具有更宽的作用范围。
实施例
聚合物的质子谱和碳谱采用Bruker DPX 400光谱仪,在以下条件下操作:傅立叶变换模式,120℃,分别为400.13MHz和100.61MHz。将所述样品溶解于C2D2Cl4中。将C2DHCl4在1H谱(5.95ppm)中的残留峰(residual peak)和mmmm五元组在13C谱(21.8ppm)中的峰用作参比。质子谱采用45°脉冲和5秒的脉冲间隔来获得;每谱存储256个瞬态。碳谱采用90°脉冲和12秒的脉冲间隔来获得,采用CPD(16瓦)来消除1H-13C耦合。每谱储存约3000个瞬态。
对本发明组合物中的一些商品丙烯聚合物样品进行评定。将所述被评定聚合物记载于下表1中。

杀虫组分(B)的制备
在搅拌、130℃下,将包含溴氰菊酯(85重量份)和敌敌畏(15重量份)的混合物加热。
物质的制备
将1重量份的组分B和99重量份的表1中的聚合物混合,在双螺杆挤出机中将所获得的组合物造粒,获得5个样品,分别标记为R1、R2、R3、R4和R5。
片材的制备
采用NMR/Kaufmann挤出生产线,将树脂R1、R2、R3、R4和R5挤成约1.5mm厚度的薄片,分别获得薄板S1、S2、S3、S4和S5。
物质的测试
将已称量的所述物质S1、S2、S3、S4和S5的样品(所有样品的重量相同)存放于不同的具备通气孔的箱中。将每个箱存放于不同空间中。这样避免了各个箱之间的污染。通过每周关闭所述孔和分析每个箱中的空气样品来测量每个箱中的杀虫剂浓度。将每周的样品S1中的浓度认定为1,而所有其它的经计算得到结果。将四周后的结果记载于表2中。

表1显示,当使用本发明的丙烯聚合物时,相对于使用不具备以上所列所有特性的聚合物而言,空气中的所述杀虫剂的浓度更高。因此,使用本发明丙烯聚合物的结果更加有效。
Claims (9)
1.具有杀虫和杀螨特性的物质,所述物质包含:
A)99.95%重量至70.0%重量的丙烯基聚合物,所述聚合物具有以下特性:
i)根据ISO 1133所测的熔体流动速率(MFR)在10g/10’至40g/10’之间;
ii)全同立构五元组(mmmm)高于90%;
B)0.05%重量至30%重量的由T1和T2缩合而成的式T1-T2加合物,其中
T1包含至少一种拟除虫菊酯物质,其在高达至少150℃的温度时充分稳定;
T2是选自以下的烯属不饱和物质:
(a)表面活性剂,
(b)磷酸乙烯基酯,以及
(c)其混合物。
2.权利要求1的物质,其中使用了99.5%重量至85%重量的A和0.5%重量至15%重量的B。
3.权利要求1或2的物质,其中组分A)的MFR在12g/10’至35g/10’之间。
4.权利要求1的物质的获取方法,其中将组分A)和组分B)混合,加热并挤出。
5.权利要求4的方法,其中将15%重量至30%重量的组分B)与70%重量至85%重量的组分A)混合,然后将该混合物加热并挤出以形成母炼胶。
6.由权利要求1-2中任一项的物质获得的片材或薄膜。
7.由权利要求1-2中任一项的物质获得的长丝或纤维。
8.由权利要求7的长丝或纤维获得的非织造物质。
9.通过使用权利要求1-2的物质获得的蚊帐。
