Abstract

本发明公开了一种热喷涂复底锅的制造方法。现有的复底锅在使用过程中复底片可能会从锅体底部脱落。本发明提供了一种热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其步骤如下:1)表面粗化:对锅体外表面底部进行喷砂粗化,使锅体底部的外表面粗糙度达到5~50微米;2)热喷涂:在粗化后的锅体外表面底部上热喷涂金属,形成结合层;3)复合锅体:把金属底片置于步骤2)形成的结合层上一起进行复合前的预热,再经高压复合成结合牢固的复底锅。本发明使锅体底部与金属底片之间结合牢固,解决了复底锅复底不牢固的技术难题。

Description

一种热喷涂复底锅的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及厨房用具的制造,具体地说是一种热喷涂复底锅的制造方法。
背景技术
由于铝不导磁,不能在电磁炉上使用,为此市场上出现了复底锅,大多数在其锅底的最外层复有一层金属片(如不锈铁片),均是靠强大吨位的压力机,把金属片挤压在锅体低部,其中也有铸铝带钉复底锅。由于不同材质的膨胀系数不同,在加热过程中,会产生不同的形变,导致复底片与锅体的结合力不强,在使用过程中复底片可能会从锅体底部脱落。为此,有人将复底片设计成多孔或凹凸形,但生产工艺复杂,在生产中容易造成产品的报废,成品率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种复底牢固的热喷涂复底锅制造方法,以延长复底锅的使用寿命。
为此,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其具体步骤如下:
一、表面粗化:1)调整好自动干式喷砂机转盘上的工装尺寸,将经过拉伸、切边和清洗后的锅体底部朝上安放于工装上;
2)调整喷砂气压为0.6~0.8MPa、喷砂距离为100~150mm和喷枪角度为70~80°,用刚玉砂进行粗化,控制喷砂时间,使锅体底部的外表面粗糙度达到5~50微米。
二、热喷涂:1)采用电弧喷涂设备,将两根直径1.6~3.0mm的金属丝装入喷枪中,喷涂压力调整在0.4~0.6MPa;
2)控制喷涂工作电压为30~42V和送丝电压为15~20V,调节喷枪距离锅体外表面底部的粗化区域140-250mm,在粗化区域上涂敷上金属,形成结合层。
三、复合锅体:1)把热喷涂好的锅同金属底片点焊后一起送入加热设备中进行复合前的预热,当锅的材质为铸铝时,控制加热设备的温度在400~480℃之间,当锅的材质为拉伸铝时,控制加热设备的温度在560~620℃之间;
2)用10~2500T的压力机将锅和金属底片压合在一起,即可制得复底牢固的复底锅,压力机的压力优选500~2500T,能达到较佳的复合效果。
上述的金属底片为不锈钢片或不锈铁片,其厚度优选为0.4~1.2mm。
上述的结合层为铝或其它的金属材料(如铜、银、镍等),使结合层与金属底片的膨胀系数接近,增加了锅体底部与金属底片之间结合的牢固度,避免了脱底现象的发生。结合层的厚度优选为0.1~2mm。在保证使用效果并考虑生产成本的前提下选用上述厚度。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明制得的锅能顺利通过先加热到400℃然后在室温水中骤冷、25次上述循环测试而不脱底的复底牢度试验(国外标准对不锈钢复底锅的试验要求),锅体底部与金属底片之间结合牢固,解决了复底锅复底不牢固的技术难题;
2、由于本发明复底牢固,不起层、不脱层,延长了使用寿命。
3、本发明的工艺合理、产品的性能优良,适宜在同类型的复层锅上推广应用。
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示的锅,其具体的制造步骤如下:
1、表面粗化:
(1)调整好四工位的自动干式喷砂机转盘上的工装尺寸,将经过拉伸、切边、清洗后的锅体1底部朝上安放于工装上;
(2)调整喷砂气压为6~8kgf/cm2(0.6~0.8MPa)、喷砂距离100~150mm、喷枪角度70~80°,用36目的刚玉砂进行粗化,控制喷砂时间,使表面粗糙度达到10~20μm。
2、热喷涂:
(1)采用电弧喷涂设备,将两根直径1.6~3.0mm的铝丝装入喷枪中,喷涂压力调整到0.4~0.6MPa;
(2)将喷涂工作电压控制在30~42V、送丝电压15~20V,调节喷枪距离锅体1底部粗化区域150mm左右,控制喷涂时间在2~100秒,即可喷涂制得合适厚度的结合层2。
3、复合锅体:
(1)把热喷涂好的锅同金属底片3点焊后一起送入加热设备中进行复合前的预热,控制温度在400~620℃之间。
(2)用500~2500T的压力机将锅和金属底片压合在一起,即可制得复底牢固的复底锅。
根据实际的需求,上述的结合层、金属底片的厚度可分别在0.1~2mm、0.4~1.2mm的范围内进行选择,表面粗糙度可在5~50μm范围内选择。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术方案作任何形式上的限制。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1、一种热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其步骤如下:
1)表面粗化:对锅体外表面底部进行喷砂粗化,使锅体底部的外表面粗糙度达到5~50微米;
2)热喷涂:在粗化后的锅体外表面底部上热喷涂金属,形成结合层;
3)复合锅体:把金属底片置于步骤2)形成的结合层上一起进行复合前的预热,再经高压复合成结合牢固的复底锅。
2、根据权利要求1所述的热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其特征在于表面粗化的具体步骤如下:
1)调整好自动干式喷砂机转盘上的工装尺寸,将经过拉伸、切边和清洗后的锅体底部朝上安放于工装上;
2)调整喷砂气压为0.6~0.8MPa、喷砂距离为100~150mm和喷枪角度为70~80°,用刚玉砂进行粗化,控制喷砂时间,使锅体底部的外表面粗糙度达到5~50微米。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其特征在于热喷涂的具体步骤如下:
1)采用电弧喷涂设备,将两根直径1.6~3.0mm的金属丝装入喷枪中,喷涂压力调整在0.4~0.6MPa;
2)控制喷涂工作电压为30~42V和送丝电压为15~20V,调节喷枪距离锅体外表面底部的粗化区域140-250mm,在粗化区域上涂敷上金属,形成结合层。
4、根据权利要求3所述的热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其特征在于复合锅体的具体步骤如下:
1)把热喷涂好的锅同金属底片点焊后一起送入加热设备中进行复合前的预热;
2)用10~2500T的压力机将锅和金属底片压合在一起,即可制得复底牢固的复底锅。
5、根据权利要求4所述的热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其特征在于锅的材质为铸铝时,控制加热设备的温度在400~480℃之间。
6、根据权利要求4所述的热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其特征在于锅的材质为拉伸铝时,控制加热设备的温度在560~620℃之间。
7、根据权利要求4所述的热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其特征在于所述压力机的压力采用500~2500T。
8、根据权利要求4所述的热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其特征在于所述的金属底片为不锈钢片或不锈铁片。
9、根据权利要求8所述的热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其特征在于所述金属底片的厚度为0.4~1.2mm。
10、根据权利要求4所述的热喷涂复底锅的制造方法,其特征在于所述结合层的厚度为0.1~2mm。
