本发明涉及厨具技术领域,公开了一种多层复合锅具及其制造方法,包括锅具本体(1),锅具本体(1)包括锅具外层(2)和锅具内层(3),锅具外层(2)由导磁性不锈钢材料或导磁性铁材料制成,锅具内层(3)由食品级不锈钢材料或食品级钛材料或食品级铜材料或食品级铁材料制成,锅具本体(1)还包括导热层(4),导热层(4)设在锅具外层(2)和锅具内层(3)之间,导热层(4)由铝材料或紫铜材料制成,导热层(4)设在锅具本体(1)的底部。本发明锅具外层和锅具内层使用不同的金属材料制成,降低了生产成本,锅具内层通过食品级金属材料制成,提高了烹饪食物的安全性,导热层与锅具外层冶金结合,提高了锅具本体底部的导热性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及厨具技术领域,尤其涉及一种多层复合锅具及其制造方法。
背景技术
当下人们使用的不锈钢锅具一般分为两种材料制成,一是直接采用厚的不锈钢板拉伸或旋压成型,二是直接采用钢铝钢三层钢或五层钢材料直接拉伸成型。第一种方法制造的锅一般在其底部再复合一个厚的锅底,其复合的锅底的作用主要用于改善锅底部的导热与增加锅底部的强度,但此种锅具存在两个问题,一是锅具较重,加之全部材料需要用食品级不锈钢或钛材料制作,材料成本较高;二是此种锅具的外底因为是采用大吨位冲床将材料加热后冲压上去的,难于做到中间层导热金属与锅内层材料的冶金结合,故产品在使用过程中容易产生脱底,给用户带来诸多的不便。第二种方法制造的锅因为锅壁也是三层材料,这是完全没有必要的,故此类方法生产的锅具其产品重材料浪费严重。如中国专利CN202457811公开了一种双层复合复底锅,其锅体包括锅体基体和锅体复底,锅体复底包括导热夹层和不锈钢复底片,锅体基体为双层金属一体复合成型的基体,其中内层为不锈钢层,外层为铝合金层。该双层复合复底锅具有传热速度快、受热均匀、健康、能用电磁炉直接加热的优点。但是实际使用中消费者发现,由于导热夹层未充分延展,变形较小,锅体基体和锅体复底的结合不够紧密牢固,此设计的锅体复底长时间使用后容易从锅体基体上脱落,使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中锅具稳定性差、使用寿命较短的缺点,提供了一种锅具稳定性好、使用寿命长的一种多层复合锅具及其制造方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
多层复合锅具,包括锅具本体,锅具本体包括锅具外层和锅具内层,锅具外层由导磁性不锈钢材料或导磁性铁材料制成,锅具内层由食品级不锈钢材料或食品级钛材料或食品级铜材料或食品级铁材料制成,锅具本体还包括导热层,导热层设在锅具外层和锅具内层之间,导热层由铝材料或紫铜材料制成,导热层设在锅具本体的底部,锅具外层包括外层侧壁和设在外层侧壁下端的底座,导热层设在底座内。锅具外层由导磁性材料制成,使锅具能在电磁炉上使用,满足锅具适用于电磁炉的性能要求,锅底部的中间层采用导热好的金属材料来制作,通常采用纯铝或紫铜等金属材料,提高锅底导热均匀的性能,确保锅具在使用中底部温度均匀从而不产生食物糊底而且锅底强度高,不至于使锅具在加热过程中产生变形等缺陷,且将导热层设在锅具本体的底部,节省了锅具本体的制造成本,保证了锅具本体的加热性能,锅具内层采用食品级金属材料制成,提高锅内食物的健康。
作为优选,导热层、锅具外层、锅具内层同心设置。保证导热层能够均匀将热量导入锅具内层。
作为优选,锅具外层的底部加工有向下凹陷的容置槽,导热层安装在容置槽内。通过设置容置槽用于安装导热层,提高导热层安装的稳定性和安装强度。
作为优选,导热层的下端面设有向下延伸的凸块,容置槽的底部开设有多个与凸块相适配的凸块孔,凸块嵌置在凸块孔内。凸块嵌置在凸块孔内将导热层固定在锅具外层上,保证了导热层与锅具外层的冶金结合和机械铆合连接,提高了导热层和锅具外层的连接强度。
一种多层复合锅具的制造方法,包括以上所述的多层复合锅具,还包括以下制造步骤:步骤1,取由食品级不锈钢材料或食品级钛材料或食品级铜材料或食品级铁材料制成的用于制作锅具内层的内层板材,采用喷砂或者砂布对内层板材的下端面进行毛面粗化处理;步骤2,取由导磁性不锈钢材料或导磁性铁材料制成的用于制作锅具外层的外层板材,对外层板材的上端面进行毛面粗化处理;步骤3,对外层板材上用于制作锅具本体锅底的位置进行冲孔加工,加工出凸块孔;步骤4,取由铝材料或紫铜材料制成的导热层,将内层板材、导热层、外层板材由上至下依次叠加并固定。方便对复合的内层板材、导热层、外层板材进行加工。
作为优选,还包括步骤5,对固定后的内层板材、导热层、外层板材进行加热并加热至400~500℃,放入液压机或冲床的模具冲压为一体,将锅具本体的底部冲压为台阶状,导热层的下端面在液压机或冲床压力下形成凸块并嵌入锅具外层的凸块孔。保证导热层与锅具外层以冶金结合加机械铆接结合,提高导热层与锅具外层的连接强度。
作为优选,还包括步骤6,将步骤5中冲压复合后的内层板材、导热层、外层板材通过液压机拉伸成锅具本体的形状或者通过旋压机旋压成锅具本体的形状。简化了加工的工艺,提高了加工效率。
作为优选,内层板材、导热层、外层板材同心设置。方便加工成型后,导热层位于锅具底部,提高加工效率。
作为优选,步骤6中,旋压后内层板材的厚度在0.05~0.5mm,旋压后外层板材的厚度在0.4~1mm。
作为优选,步骤4中,内层板材经过毛面粗化处理的端面朝向导热层,外层板材经过毛面粗化处理的端面朝向导热层,导热层位于内层板材和外层板材之间的中部,对内层板材、导热层、外层板材的中心位置进行点焊固定。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:锅具外层和锅具内层使用不同的金属材料制成,降低了锅具本体的生产成本,锅具内层通过食品级金属材料制成,提高了烹饪食物的安全性以及保证了食物健康,导热层与锅具内层冶金结合,导热层与锅具外层冶金结合加机械铆接结合,提高了锅具本体底部的导热性能与锅底稳定性。

实施例1
多层复合锅具,如图1至图4所示,包括锅具本体1,锅具本体1的上端边缘设有向外翻转的锅边8,锅边8与锅具本体1为一体式结构,锅具本体1包括锅具外层2和锅具内层3,锅具外层2由导磁性不锈钢材料或导磁性铁材料制成,锅具内层3由食品级不锈钢材料或食品级钛材料或食品级铜材料或食品级铁材料制成,锅具本体1还包括导热层4,导热层4设在锅具外层2和锅具内层3之间,导热层4由铝材料或紫铜材料制成,导热层4设在锅具本体1的底部,导热层4、锅具外层2、锅具内层3同心设置,锅具外层2的底部加工有向下凹陷的容置槽5,容置槽5由底板23和连接段24合围形成,导热层4安装在容置槽5内,导热层4的下端面设有向下延伸的凸块6,容置槽5的底部开设有多个与凸块6相适配的凸块孔7,即凸块孔7开设在底板23上,凸块6嵌置在凸块孔7内,凸块孔7为在锅具底部均布设置的通孔或翻孔。
锅具外层2包括外层侧壁21和设在外层侧壁21下端的底座22,底座22包括底板23和设在底板23两侧倾斜设置的连接段24,连接段24的一端与底板23的端部连接,连接段24的另一端与外层侧壁21连接,连接段24由底板23端部向外层侧壁21方向右下至上逐渐倾斜设置,外层侧壁21、底板23、连接段24为一体式结构。
实施例2
多层复合锅具,如图1至图4所示,在实施例1的基础上,凸块孔7为多个绕着锅具本体1底部中心环形均布设置的条形孔,条形孔为弧形。
实施例3
一种多层复合锅具的制造方法,如图1至图5所示,包括以上所述的多层复合锅具,还包括以下制造步骤:步骤1,取由食品级不锈钢材料或食品级钛材料或食品级铜材料或食品级铁材料制成的用于制作锅具内层3的内层板材,采用喷砂或者砂布对内层板材的下端面进行毛面粗化处理;步骤2,取由导磁性不锈钢材料或导磁性铁材料制成的用于制作锅具外层2的外层板材,对外层板材的上端面进行毛面粗化处理;步骤3,对外层板材上用于制作锅具本体1锅底的位置进行冲孔加工,加工出凸块孔;步骤4,取由铝材料或紫铜材料制成的导热层4,将内层板材、导热层4、外层板材由上至下依次叠加并固定,内层板材经过毛面粗化处理的端面朝向导热层4,外层板材经过毛面粗化处理的端面朝向导热层4,导热层4位于内层板材和外层板材之间的中部,对内层板材、导热层4、外层板材的中心位置进行点焊固定,内层板材、导热层4、外层板材同心设置。
还包括步骤5,对固定后的内层板材、导热层4、外层板材进行加热并加热至400~500℃,放入液压机或冲床的模具冲压为一体,将锅具本体1的底部冲压为台阶状,导热层4的下端面在液压机或冲床压力下形成凸块6并嵌入锅具外层2的凸块孔。
还包括步骤6,将步骤5中冲压复合后的内层板材、导热层4、外层板材通过液压机拉伸成锅具本体1的形状或者通过旋压机旋压成锅具本体1的形状,锅具本体1为压力锅或为炒锅,旋压后内层板材的厚度在0.05~0.5mm,旋压后外层板材的厚度在0.4~1mm。

1.多层复合锅具,其特征在于:包括锅具本体(1),锅具本体(1)包括锅具外层(2)和锅具内层(3),锅具外层(2)由导磁性不锈钢材料或导磁性铁材料制成,锅具内层(3)由食品级不锈钢材料或食品级钛材料或食品级铜材料或食品级铁材料制成,锅具本体(1)还包括导热层(4),导热层(4)设在锅具外层(2)和锅具内层(3)之间,导热层(4)由铝材料或紫铜材料制成,导热层(4)设在锅具本体(1)的底部,锅具外层(2)包括外层侧壁(21)和设在外层侧壁(21)下端的底座(22),导热层(4)设在底座(22)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合锅具,其特征在于:导热层(4)、锅具外层(2)、锅具内层(3)同心设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合锅具,其特征在于:锅具外层(2)的底部加工有向下凹陷的容置槽(5),导热层(4)安装在容置槽(5)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多层复合锅具,其特征在于:导热层(4)的下端面设有向下延伸的凸块(6),容置槽(5)的底部开设有多个与凸块(6)相适配的凸块孔(7),凸块(6)嵌置在凸块孔(7)内。
5.一种多层复合锅具的制造方法,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至4任一项所述的多层复合锅具,还包括以下制造步骤:步骤1,取由食品级不锈钢材料或食品级钛材料或食品级铜材料或食品级铁材料制成的用于制作锅具内层(3)的内层板材,采用喷砂或者砂布对内层板材的下端面进行毛面粗化处理;步骤2,取由导磁性不锈钢材料或导磁性铁材料制成的用于制作锅具外层(2)的外层板材,对外层板材的上端面进行毛面粗化处理;步骤3,对外层板材上用于制作锅具本体(1)锅底的位置进行冲孔加工,加工出凸块孔;步骤4,取由铝材料或紫铜材料制成的导热层(4),将内层板材、导热层(4)、外层板材由上至下依次叠加并固定。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种多层复合锅具的制造方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤5,对固定后的内层板材、导热层(4)、外层板材进行加热并加热至400~500℃,放入液压机或冲床的模具冲压为一体,将锅具本体(1)的底部冲压为台阶状,导热层(4)的下端面在液压机或冲床压力下形成凸块(6)并嵌入锅具外层(2)的凸块孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种多层复合锅具的制造方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤6,将步骤5中冲压复合后的内层板材、导热层(4)、外层板材通过液压机拉伸成锅具本体(1)的形状或者通过旋压机旋压成锅具本体(1)的形状。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种多层复合锅具的制造方法,其特征在于:内层板材、导热层(4)、外层板材同心设置。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种多层复合锅具的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤6中,内层板材的厚度在0.05~0.5mm,外层板材的厚度在0.4~1mm。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种多层复合锅具的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,内层板材经过毛面粗化处理的端面朝向导热层(4),外层板材经过毛面粗化处理的端面朝向导热层(4),导热层(4)位于内层板材和外层板材之间的中部,对内层板材、导热层(4)、外层板材的中心位置进行点焊固定。
