Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于容纳物品的容器。本发明还涉及一种用于在容纳物品用的容器的下部件与上部件之间建立连接的方法。
背景技术
这样的容器是已知的并且例如由透明的塑料、玻璃或其他透明的材料构成。在一种特别的应用中,在这样的至少部分透明的容器中培植兰花。特别是将这样的容器用于兰花的分生组织培养物。在这样的、在使用之前经过消毒的容器中,装入高压灭菌的培养基。在消毒的实验室条件下再将植物部分移植到该培养基上,或者给培养基注射其他的细胞培养物。仅消毒的环境和消毒的容器才能确保很敏感的兰花培养物可以生长良好。在现有技术中,容器对于消毒的细胞培养物通常是不完全密封的。对此例如上部件和下部件具有环绕的、相互连接的边缘。各边缘的相互连接在此例如是这样的,即在容纳腔与环境之间的气体交换可以经由各边缘的连接区域进行。
在由现有技术已知的不密封的容器中证明不利的是,在容器的仓储或运输期间可能发生通过有害物如病毒、细菌、菌孢子或特别是蜱螨目对营养介质的感染。被感染的容器便不能用于继续的应用。通过这样的感染、特别是通过蜱螨目引起的损害可使实验室遭受重大的经济损失。
一种开头所述类型的容器由德国公开文件DE 32 18 532 A1已知,该容器包括:下部件,该下部件具有开口和经由该开口可接近的用于物品的容纳腔;上部件,该上部件与下部件能经由至少一个连接区域相连接,其中所述至少一个连接区域设计成,使得容纳腔密封地封闭、特别是无菌地封闭;以及用于拆开在上部件与下部件之间的连接的结构。将一薄膜作为盖焊接或粘接到其中所描述的、用于培植细菌和小菌类的玻璃盘上,从而在下部件与盖之间形成密封的连接。盖具有一设置在焊接区域外部的接片,使用者可以牵拉该接片,从而将盖作为整体从下部件上去掉。
在该现有技术中被认为不利的是,盖在第一次撕下以后不再能安装到下部件上,以使它相对环境至少防尘地和安全地关闭下部件中的容纳腔。此外,盖在焊上之前也不能有效地覆盖下部件,从而在给培养基设置用于培植的植物部分之前,不可能以大的件数用培养基填充下部件。
一种开头所述类型的容器由德国实用新型DE 20 2007 002 121 U1已知,该容器,包括:下部件,该下部件具有开口和经由该开口可接近的用于物品的容纳腔;上部件,该上部件与下部件能经由至少一个连接区域相连接,其中在上部件与下部件之间的连接设计成,使得容纳腔密封地封闭;在上部件中的、设有或能设有过滤器的孔。其中所描述的容器的下部件和上部件具有相互环绕嵌接的、不是绝对密封的边缘。在上部件中设有一配设过滤器的、用于空气和水蒸汽变换的孔。
在该现有技术中被认为不利的是,没有确保在下部件与盖之间的绝对的密封性。此外,还可能发生不受控制的与环境的气体变换。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,创造一种开头所述类型的容器,该容器更好地适合于培植植物。此外拟给出一种开头所述类型的方法,借助该方法能较有效地将容器的上部件和下部件相互连接。
这按照本发明在容器方面通过一种开头所述类型的、具有如下特征部分的特征的容器以及在方法方面通过一种开头所述类型的、具有如下特征的方法来实现。
按照本发明规定,用于容纳物品的容器包括:下部件,该下部件具有开口和经由该开口可接近的用于物品的容纳腔;上部件,该上部件与下部件能经由至少一个连接区域相连接,其中所述至少一个连接区域设计成,使得容纳腔密封地封闭、特别是无菌地封闭;以及用于拆开在上部件与下部件之间的连接的结构,用于拆开连接的结构设置在所述开口与所述至少一个连接区域之间并且所述结构包括在下部件上或在上部件上的预定断裂区域,该预定断裂区域设置在所述开口与所述至少一个连接区域之间;其中,用于拆开在上部件与下部件之间的连接的所述结构包括至少一个撕开接片,所述撕开接片与在下部件上或上部件上的所述至少一个预定断裂区域相邻地设置。由此可以拆开下部件和上部件的连接,而不从下部件上取下上部件。即使在取下上部件之后也可以将该上部件重新安放到下部件上,并且该上部件可以相对环境至少防尘地和安全地关闭容纳腔。
可以规定,不仅上部件而且下部件具有至少部分环绕的边缘,其中上部件和下部件的各边缘在连接的状态下至少部分地相互贴靠。在此,在上部件与下部件之间的连接特别是可以通过各边缘的相互连接实现。例如相互贴合的边缘可以环绕地例如相互焊接。
可以规定,在上部件和/或下部件的边缘上设有至少一个、优选两个至少部分环绕的指向相应另外的边缘的凸起,特别是所述凸起中的关于开口位于较外侧的凸起高于关于开口位于较内侧的凸起。
可以规定,所述至少一个连接区域设置在上部件和下部件的边缘之一上或两边缘上。所述至少一个连接区域例如可以至少部分地与边缘之一或两个边缘一起环绕。在此,所述至少一个连接区域在环绕方向上或者说在周向上特别是可以具有大于20cm、特别是大于40cm的长度、优选在50cm与55cm之间的长度。这样大的连接区域允许以较大的基面无菌地封闭容器。
在上部件与下部件之间的连接可以例如构成为焊接连接、特别是超声波或激光焊接连接、构成为热压连接或粘接连接。这样的连接允许以简单的手段无菌地封闭容纳腔。由此防止有害物通过连接区域侵入容纳腔中。
存在这样的可能性,即上部件和/或下部件构成为塑料件、特别是注塑件或深冲件、或者由其他透明的材料构成的部件。优选可以规定,上部件和/或下部件至少部分或局部抗微生物地构成或抗微生物地起作用。通过容器的上部件和/或下部件的至少部分或局部抗微生物的构成或抗微生物的作用实现免受有害物侵害的附加的保护。
可以规定,用于拆开在上部件与下部件之间的连接的结构包括在下部件上或在上部件上的预定断裂区域,该预定断裂区域设置在所述开口与所述至少一个连接区域之间。在此,预定断裂区域可包括至少一个、优选两个至少部分环绕的凹槽。用这种方式可以简单而可靠地实现有目的的削弱,该削弱可以确保拆开连接。
还可以规定,用于拆开在上部件与下部件之间的连接的结构包括至少一个撕开接片,该撕开接片与所述至少一个预定断裂区域相邻地、特别是在两个凹槽之间设置在下部件或上部件上。这样的撕开接片构成简单的但很有作用的用于拆开连接的结构。
在此,所述至少一个撕开接片可以垂直地从下部件或上部件伸出,并且特别是在横截面内角形地例如L形或V形地构成。由此可实现预定断裂线的点状撕开。
还可以规定,上部件和/或下部件具有孔,该孔设有或者能设有过滤器。通过该孔可以进行容纳腔与环境的气体变换。该过滤器可以设计成,使得通过它虽然可以进行气体交换,但有害物不能侵入。该过滤器或许也可以抗微生物地构成。
按照本发明规定,下部件同样具有孔,该孔设有或能设有过滤器。该孔可以例如在使用位置中与下部件的上边缘隔开地设置在侧壁之一中。由此可以确保有害的气体如例如CO2可以通过该孔从容器中流出。
按照本发明的容器特别是适合于容纳和/或培植植物、特别是兰花,或者适合于在人类生物学、兽医生物学或植物繁殖领域中容纳细胞、真菌、病毒或细菌培养物。
按照本发明的用于在容纳物品用的容器下部件与上部件之间建立连接的方法规定,下部件具有开口和经由该开口可接近的用于物品的容纳腔,并且上部件与下部件能经由至少一个连接区域相连接,使得容纳腔密封地封闭,上部件与下部件在所述至少一个连接区域内焊接,特别是用超声波焊接,其中,对于焊接使用超声波-超声焊极,该超声波-超声焊极具有多个至少局部地相互隔开的区段。特别是超声波焊接允许在连接下部件和上部件时的高的节拍率。
在此可以规定,对于焊接使用超声波-超声焊极,该超声波-超声焊极具有多个至少局部地相互隔开的区段。这样的超声波-超声焊极也使得可以在一个唯一的工序中以长的连接区域焊接上部件和下部件,从而可以经济地实现连接。

具体实施方式
由图1可看见一按照本发明的容器的、构成为盖的上部件1。该上部件1由塑料构成并且例如是注塑件。上部件1具有一盖面2和一围绕该盖面的边缘3,该边缘平行于盖面2延伸。
在盖面2中设有一孔4,该孔在使用中可用一过滤器(未绘出)封闭。在此,在过滤器与上部件1之间的连接可以构造成焊接连接、特别是超声波或激光焊接连接、构造成热压连接或粘接连接。此外,也考虑IML连接(模内贴标)。在此,将过滤器直接嵌入用于制造上部件1的注塑模具中并与注塑件一起浇注。
过滤器可以构成为膜片,并且特别通过拉延一单层的层制造。
孔4被星形设置的凸起21围绕。这些凸起21可以防止在容器中培植的植物的叶子面状地贴靠在孔4上并由此将其封闭。各凸起21在孔4的边缘之前有间距地结束。由此形成在将过滤器从外面压到上部件1上时用于托板的支承面。
在边缘3上设有一用作作用元件的把手19,该把手可用一钳子夹持。通过该作用元件和由此可实现的对一钳子的使用,防止在安放上部件1时以下要更详细描述的下部件5和/或上部件1的边缘区域在焊接之前由于手接触而被感染。此外,把手19可防止使用者的拇指在打开盖时进入到消毒区域中。
图2和图3示出一按照本发明的容器的下部件5。下部件5由塑料构成并且例如是注塑件。下部件5包括一个底部6和多个侧壁7,这些侧壁围绕一容纳腔8。在各侧壁7的上端设置一环绕的、平行于底部6延伸的边缘9。下部件5在上面是敞开的,从而形成一用于装入物品的开口18。
下部件5的边缘9由图4详细地示出。它具有一撕开接片10,该撕开接片设置在两个环绕的凹槽11、12之间。所述至少一个撕开接片10垂直地从下部件5伸出并且特别是在横截面内角形地、例如L形或V形地构成。
环绕的凹槽11、12几乎延伸通过边缘9的整个厚度并且削弱边缘9,使得使用者通过在边缘9的纵向上使撕开接片10弯曲并接着牵拉该撕开接片可以将该边缘撕开成两个彼此分开的部分。各环绕的凹槽因此形成预定断裂区域。
此外,下部件5的边缘9具有两个向上延伸的、环绕的凸起13、14。这些凸起13、14设置在撕开接片10的背离侧壁7的一侧上。凸起13、14在以下还要更详细描述的超声波焊接中用作能量定向给定器(Energierichtgeber)。在凸起13、14的区域内可以实现在上部件的边缘3与下部件5的边缘9之间的密封的或者说无菌的连接。用附图标记17示例标出边缘3、9的用作连接区域的部分(见图5)。
上部件1的边缘3的下侧面在连接区域17内构成平的。
特别是撕开接片10和用于削弱的环绕的凹槽11、12比连接区域17更靠内侧地设置,从而通过对撕开接片10的操作可以拆开上部件1和下部件5的连接。
在按照图6至19以及图21和图22的第二实施形式中,与在图1至5中相同的或功能相同的部件设有相同的附图标记。第二实施形式与第一实施形式没有明显的区别。
按照图6至12以及图21和图22的下部件5的第二实施形式在每个拐角中具有一堆叠肋23,该堆叠肋从侧壁7的上部区域向外伸出(见图22)。此外,每个侧壁7具有一与上边缘隔开距离的台阶24,侧壁7的下面的部分从该台阶起稍微缩进。一个上面的下部件5’的台阶24’可以支承在一个下面的下部件5的边缘3上(见图9)。
各堆叠肋23具有比撕开接片10大的长度(对此见图21)。由此可以在相互堆叠时不损坏各撕开接片10。
通过台阶24和堆叠肋23,下部件5、5’可以这样相互堆叠,即,使得它们可以简单地重新相互分开。台阶24的设置可以实现侧壁7的稍微更大的、例如为5°的倾斜,而不因该倾斜过大地减小下部件5的容积。通过该倾斜使拆垛得到简化。
图6通过箭头25说明撕开方向,必须使接片10在该方向上运动,以便拆开在上部件1与下部件5之间的连接。
图10示出,更靠外侧设置的凸起13高于更靠内侧设置的凸起14。在此例如借助于在图20中绘出的超声波-超声焊极26熔化外侧的凸起13及上部件1的边缘3的对应的区域,从而该熔化的材料特别有利于密封的焊接连接。内侧的凸起14相对于外侧的凸起13的缩小防止熔化的材料进入到设置在凹槽11、12的区域内的预定断裂区域中并加强该预定断裂区域以及因而或许使之不能用。
下部件5可在它的一个侧壁7中具有一孔22,该孔如同上部件1的孔4那样可以设有一过滤器(在图12中用虚线表示该孔22)。在此,该孔22特别是可以设置在侧壁7的下半部中。孔22特别是尽可能低地、但在培养基的典型的填充高度的上方设置。由此可以确保,CO2可以通过孔22从容器中流出。
在按照图13至19的上部件1的第二实施形式中,边缘3的下侧在连接区域17内不必设有凹槽,而是构成平的(例如见图15)。
按照图13至19的上部件1的第二实施形式还在每个拐角中具有一例如T形的堆叠脚27。一个上面的上部件1’的堆叠脚27’可以支承在一个下面的上部件1的上侧上,使得由此可更好地对上部件1、1’拆垛,在边缘区域的小的倾斜时尤其如此。
上部件1和下部件5的边缘3、9或设置在它们上的连接区域17可以在周向上例如具有在50cm与55cm之间的长度。为了通过超声波焊接在一个唯一的工步中制造这样大的连接区域,使用按照图20的超声波-超声焊极26。
为了实施按照本发明的方法,将超声波-超声焊极26压到一上部件1的边缘3的上侧上,同时边缘3支承在一下部件5的边缘9上。在此,超声焊极26的发送超声波的一端28(在图20中上面)的周边精确地与边缘3、9的周边相配。在将超声波-超声焊极26压到边缘3的上侧上期间,运行超声波-超声焊极26,使得对边缘3的上侧施加超声波。
超声波-超声焊极26具有在周向上彼此隔开的各区段29。在与图20中超声波-超声焊极26的上端28相对应的焊接区域内,各个区段29彼此的间距约为1mm。在稍远的下面,各个区段29彼此的间距稍微较大,从而各个区段29的宽度在焊接区域的方向上加大。由此实现即使在从一个区段29至相邻区段29的过渡区域内也得到好的焊接结果。

Claims (19)

1.用于容纳物品的容器,包括:

其特征在于,
用于拆开在上部件(1)与下部件(5)之间的连接的所述结构包括至少一个撕开接片(10),所述撕开接片与在下部件(5)上或上部件(1)上的所述预定断裂区域相邻地设置。
