技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆座椅,特别是涉及一种包括如权利要求1的前序部分所述的技术特征的机动车辆座椅。
背景技术
在本技术领域已公知类型的车辆座椅中,接头下部部件借助于两个成形支座被附接到上导轨上面。如果发生碰撞的话,就会在使上导轨受到载荷作用的区域中产生转矩。特别是,在座椅纵向方向上的极限位置处,即最前部位置和最后部位置,所述碰撞转矩可能会导致产生以下风险,即由于材料产生变形,上导轨一端开始与下导轨分开。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于对前述类型的车辆座椅作出进一步的改进。本发明通过包括如权利要求1所述技术特征的车辆座椅而实现了所述目的。其它有利实施例构成了从属权利要求的主题。
由于接头下部部件借助于联接接头被铰接到上导轨上面,因此如果发生碰撞的话,转矩可能就不会被传递至上导轨,而仅仅是沿着座椅纵向方向的或者沿垂直方向的作用力增强了承压力。为了能够吸收这些增大的承压力,如果联接接头被布置在被设置在下导轨与上导轨之间的滚动元件和/或锁止器上面,这样就是有利的。
通过借助于导杆被铰接到下导轨上面的接头下部部件可进一步防止转矩传递,从而使得没有其它转矩可被传递至下导轨。在下导轨与上导轨相对移动的过程中,导杆提供了必要的纵向补偿。
车辆座椅优选具有座椅骨架,所述座椅骨架的前端被铰接到至少一个摇臂上面。特别是,摇臂的另一端不与上导轨铰接在一起,而是借助于被布置固定到车辆结构上面的联接接头被铰接到车辆结构上面。在该实例中,摇臂可以借助于被布置固定到车辆结构上面,例如被布置固定到轴承壳件或支座等车辆结构上面,的该联接接头被直接铰接到车辆结构上面。该变型是优选的。然而,摇臂也可以被间接地铰接到车辆结构上面,例如摇臂被铰接到其它齿轮构件的中间结构上面,所述中间结构进而又被铰接到车辆结构上面。
座椅骨架的后端优选被铰接到靠背结构上面。通过对车辆座椅进行纵向调节,被设置在车辆座椅后端的上导轨相对于被固定在所述车辆结构上面的相关的下导轨进行移动,同时被设置在前端的摇臂围绕被布置固定到车辆结构上面的联接接头进行枢转。结果是,座椅骨架作为整体沿着所述座椅的纵向方向进行移动。被布置固定到车辆结构上面的摇臂的联接接头与被固定到车辆结构上面的相关的下导轨之间的间距保持恒定。

具体实施方式
车辆座椅1,例如机动车辆中的座椅排被连接到机动车辆的车辆结构S上面。机动车辆内的车辆座椅1的布置方式及其通常的行进方向限定出随后使用的方向信息。车辆座椅1包括座椅骨架11,所述座椅骨架11的前端借助于被布置固定到车辆结构S上面的一个相应的摇臂13被铰接到车辆座椅的侧面上。为此,优选地,轴承壳件或支座等被紧固到车辆结构S上面。使用附图标记A表示由使摇臂13铰接到座椅骨架11上面而限定出的第一联接接头,使用附图标记B表示由使摇臂13铰接到车辆结构上面而限定出的第二联接接头。所述第二联接接头B被布置固定到车辆结构上面。
车辆座椅1进一步包括靠背结构14,所述靠背结构借助于与接头下部部件17相连的接头15被附接到车辆座椅的两个侧面上面。在该实例中,当它们解锁(对于止动接头的情况而言)或受到驱动(对于齿轮传动接头的情况而言)时,靠背结构14可以借助于接头15相对于接头下部部件17围绕靠背枢轴C进行枢转。在当前实例中,座椅骨架11利用其侧面部件的端部借助于位于车辆座椅侧面上的一个相应的第三联接接头D被铰接到靠背结构14上面。第三联接接头D与靠背枢轴C隔开一定距离。靠背结构14和座椅骨架11上面按照已公知的方式设有座垫。
车辆座椅1包括位于车辆座椅两侧上的两条座椅导轨,在当前实例中为被紧固到车辆结构S上面(即被固定到车辆结构上面)的下导轨21和可移动到其上且可被所定到其上的上导轨22。在当前实例中,下导轨21和上导轨22仅在位于车辆座椅1后端的较小区域上面沿着座椅的纵向方向进行延伸。
接头下部部件17的后端借助于第四联接接头E被铰接到上导轨22上面,例如大致在中央位置处和/或位于常规设置在下导轨21与上导轨22之间的滚动元件上面和/或位于设置在下导轨21与上导轨22之间的锁止器上面。接头下部部件17的前端借助于第五联接接头F被铰接到导杆25上面,导杆25进而又借助于第六联接接头G被铰接到下导轨21上面。
就对座椅进行纵向调节而言,即就沿着所述座椅的纵向方向对车辆座椅1的位置进行调节而言,上导轨22被解锁且相对于下导轨21进行移动。借助于相应地限定出三角形机构的第四联接接头E、第六联接接头G和第五联接接头F,在对座椅进行纵向调节的过程中该三角形机构的形状发生改变且由此使相应的接头下部部件17向前或向后移动。当接头15保持锁定和/或未受到驱动时,靠背结构14也沿着所述座椅的纵向方向随着接头下部部件17相应地向前或向后移动。借助于相应地限定出一个五杆机构的第一联接接头A、第二联接接头B、第六联接接头G、第五联接接头F和第三联接接头D,在对座椅进行纵向调节的过程中该五杆机构的形状发生改变。在当前实例中,优选地,座椅骨架11沿着所述座椅的纵向方向向前或向后移动。摇臂13因此围绕第二联接接头B进行枢转。利用对车辆座椅1进行的纵向调节且作为多个联接接头所进行的这样的移动的结果,座椅骨架11和靠背结构14在车辆结构S上面的高度,以及座椅骨架11相对于车辆结构S的倾角,通常也发生了改变。这些移动取决于纵向调节路径长度与摇臂13和导杆25长度的比值且取决于摇臂13和导杆25的初始角位置。
就对靠背的倾角所进行的调节而言,接头15处于解锁和/或受到驱动的状态,由此靠背结构14可围绕靠背枢轴C进行枢转。借助于限定出四连杆机构的第一联接接头A、第二联接接头B、靠背枢轴C和第三联接接头D,在对靠背的倾角进行调节的过程中该四连杆机构的形状发生改变。在当前实例中,座椅骨架11沿着所述座椅的纵向方向略微向前或向后移动,并且大体上同时其相对于车辆结构S的高度和倾角发生程度明显较小地改变。
通过使靠背结构14向前枢转到座椅骨架11上面,超出靠背倾角的调节区域,直至它呈大致水平的位置,车辆座椅1还可以呈不使用的平面位置。在该实例中,前面所述的四连杆机构在靠背结构14枢转向前的过程中向下使座椅骨架11降低。
如果发生碰撞的话,作用力经由靠背结构14和接头15被引入接头下部部件17。当接头下部部件17以铰接方式被附接到下导轨21和上导轨22上面时,没有转矩能够被传递,而仅仅是沿着座椅纵向方向和沿垂直方向传送作用力。因此,特别是当车辆座椅1位于所述座椅的最前面的和最后面的纵向位置处时,防止了下导轨21与上导轨22彼此分开,即型面产生形变且从所述导轨的一端分开。

Claims (10)

1、一种车辆座椅,特别是机动车辆座椅,包括:至少一根与车辆结构(S)相连的下导轨(21)、至少一根沿着所述座椅的纵向方向相对于所述下导轨(21)可进行移动用于对座椅进行纵向调节的上导轨(22)、至少一个至少被附接到上导轨(22)上面的接头下部部件(17)和借助于至少一个接头(15)围绕靠背枢轴(C)被枢转附接到接头下部部件(17)上面的靠背结构(14),其特征在于,所述接头下部部件(17)借助于联接接头(E)被铰接到上导轨(22)上面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,所述联接接头(E)被布置在被设置在下导轨(21)与上导轨(22)之间的滚动元件和/或锁止器上面。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅骨架(11)的前端借助于至少一个摇臂(13)至少是间接地,优选直接地,被铰接到车辆结构(S)上面,所述座椅骨架(11)的后端被铰接到靠背结构(14)上面。
4、根据权利要求3所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅骨架(11)与摇臂(13)之间的第一联接接头(A)、摇臂(13)与车辆结构(S)之间的第二联接接头(B)、靠背枢轴(C)和座椅骨架(11)与靠背结构(14)之间的第三联接接头(D)限定出四连杆机构。
5、根据权利要求4所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,借助于接头(15),对靠背的倾角所进行的调节和/或通过使靠背结构(14)进行枢转而使车辆座椅(1)由不使用位置发生改变或呈不使用位置,在对靠背的倾角进行所述调节的过程中该四连杆机构(A、B、C、D)的形状发生改变。
6、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,所述接头下部部件(17)借助于导杆(25)被铰接到下导轨(21)上面。
7、根据权利要求6所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,接头下部部件(17)与上导轨(22)之间的第四联接接头(E)、接头下部部件(17)与导杆(25)之间的第五联接接头(F)和导杆(25)与下导轨(21)之间的第六联接接头(G)限定出三角形机构,在对座椅进行纵向调节的过程中该三角形机构的形状发生改变且同时使接头下部部件(17)沿着所述座椅的纵向方向向前或向后移动。
8、根据权利要求4-7中任一项所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,第一联接接头(A)、第二联接接头(B)、第六联接接头(G)、第五联接接头(F)和第三联接接头(D)限定出五杆机构,在对座椅进行纵向调节的过程中该五杆机构的形状发生改变且同时使座椅骨架(11)沿着所述座椅的纵向方向向前或向后移动。
9、根据权利要求7或8所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,随着接头下部部件(17)沿着所述座椅的纵向方向移动,靠背结构(14)向前或向后移动。
10、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,下导轨(21)、上导轨(22)、接头下部部件(17)和接头(15)被分别设置在车辆座椅的两侧上面。
