Abstract
本发明涉及一种输送单元,用于将燃油从燃油箱输送至机动车的内燃机,该输送单元具有:一个设置在防漩流箱(5)中的燃油泵(6);一个设置在燃油泵下游的燃油过滤器(8)以及一个设置在防漩流箱中的阀(15)。该阀设置在燃油过滤器的下游并设置在防漩流箱的始终填满燃油的区域中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送单元,用于将燃油从燃油箱输送至机动车的内燃机,该输送单元具有:设置在防漩流箱里的燃油泵;设置在燃油泵的下游的燃油过滤器以及设置在防漩流箱中的压力调节阀。
背景技术
这种类型的输送单元是早已众所周知的并因此是现有技术。对此已知的是,压力调节阀在防漩流箱中设置在燃油过滤器之后。这种类型的阀的任务是,在燃油泵断开时保持进给管路中的压力,以使在紧接着的起动时,在尽可能短的时间内将燃油以标称压力经过进给管路输送至机动车的内燃机。此时产生以下问题,即热的燃油在机动车停车时冷却并因此其体积变小。这导致在输送燃油的管路和机组里产生负压。同时可能发生由于负压而使阀打开并使空气进入到输送燃油的区域中。因此在内燃机重新起动时加长了直至以额定压力输送燃油的时间间隔。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提出一种能够以低的费用制成的输送单元。
根据本发明的目的由此实现,即阀设置在燃油过滤器的下游并设置在防漩流箱的始终填满燃油的区域中。
由于阀总是浸入在燃油中,因此当阀打开时,燃油由于输送燃油的管路中的负压而被抽吸。因此阻止了空气钻入输送燃油的管路里。因此在内燃机重新起动时不必再充满有干扰作用的气腔(Luftpolster),因此输送单元在较短的时间内以标称压力将燃油输送至内燃机。
将阀设置在防漩流箱的一个始终填满燃油的区域中由此特别可靠地得以保证,即阀设置在防漩流箱的底部。
因为根据燃油过滤器的布置,从燃油过滤器离开的进给管路通常始于防漩流箱的上部区域,然而阀必须设置在防漩流箱的底部,所以在另一种设计方案中,进给管路经过在防漩流箱的底部的阀的区域。根据另一种设计方案进给管路的这种布置由此避免,即在进给管路中或者在燃油过滤器的出口接管中设置有从进给管路分支出来的连接管路,以及该连接管路与阀连接。
根据有利的设计方案由此实现连接管路在防漩流箱里可靠的布置,即连接管路安置在一个设置于过滤器壳体上的支座中。该支座可以特别简单地通过一体地喷射模塑到过滤器壳体上来制成。
连接管路的稳定性有利地由此提高,即连接管路是刚性管路。
如果连接管路与阀壳体一体成形,则简化了输送单元的装配。在此,在较大的设计可能性时,喷射模塑法是特别经济的方法。在此阀可以是压力调节阀。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一个未进一步示出的机动车的燃油箱1,该燃油箱具有输送单元2,该输送单元通过开口3装入燃油箱1中。在进行装配之后用法兰4将开口3封闭。输送单元2由一个向着燃油箱1的底部预张紧的防漩流箱5组成。在防漩流箱5里设置了燃油泵6,该燃油泵从防漩流箱5中抽吸燃油并通过出口接管7输送。在防漩流箱5里还设置了燃油过滤器8,从流动方向来看,该燃油过滤器位于燃油泵6的下游,因此由燃油泵6输送的燃油通过入口接管9到达燃油过滤器8。经过滤的燃油接着经过进给管路10穿过法兰4通向机动车的一个未出的内燃机。燃油过滤器8的壳体11具有整体喷射模塑的隔板12,该隔板融合到泵支架13中。在泵支架13里安置有燃油泵6。过滤器壳体11由聚甲醛组成。连接管路14从进给管路10离开,通向防漩流箱5底部的阀15。
图2示出了具有出口接管16和入口接管9的过滤器壳体11。在此图中并未示出燃油过滤器。借助于喷注模塑使泵支架13整体成形在该过滤器壳体11上,因此两个构件形成一个单元。出口接管16设计成T形件,上面连接了未示出的进给管路10和连接管路14。连接管路14设计成刚性管路,并设置在支座17中,附加地用于提高稳定性并防止不期望的运动,其中支座17喷射模塑在过滤器壳体11上。在连接管路14的下端连接有阀15,阀的壳体18与连接管路14设计成一体的。附加地,L形的连接管路14在转角部位通过喷注的隔板19加强。
Claims (7)
1.一种输送单元,用于将燃油从燃油箱输送至机动车的内燃机,所述输送单元具有:设置在防漩流箱里的燃油泵;设置在所述燃油泵的下游的燃油过滤器以及设置在所述防漩流箱中的阀,其特征在于,所述阀设置在所述燃油过滤器的下游,并设置在所述防漩流箱的始终填满燃油的区域中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送单元,其特征在于,所述阀设置在所述防漩流箱的底部。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的输送单元,其特征在于,所述燃油过滤器具有出口接管,而且所述出口接管具有从进给管路分支出的连接管路,而且所述连接管路与所述阀连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的输送单元,其特征在于,所述连接管路借助于设置在过滤器壳体上的支座安置。
5.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的输送单元,其特征在于,所述连接管路是刚性管路。
6.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的输送单元,其特征在于,所述连接管路优选通过喷射模塑法与所述阀壳体一体成形。
7.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的输送单元,其特征在于,所述阀是压力调节阀。
