本发明涉及用于冷却卷切割机中的切割装置的设备和方法。
背景技术
卷切割机用于纸转换工业以便将纸卷再分成具有小于纸卷的长度的长度的卷筒,即市场上标准纸卷是公知的。纸卷的再分由与纵向轴线正交的切刀执行。
传统的卷切割机包括设有导向通道的承载平台、一装置、保持单元以及切割装置,其中要被切割的一个或多个纸卷沿着导向通道定位,该装置使纸卷间歇地沿着所述导向通道前进,该保持单元用于在切割期间保持纸卷,并且该切割装置具有安装在旋转臂上的刀片。实践上,每个纸卷制成为沿着相应的导向通道前进并且在适于相应于保持单元执行切割的位置停止。根据这种操作模式工作的切割机的实例在EP982104、WO2006/126226和US3905260中公开。
在每个切割步骤中,刀片被加热并且承受变形,变形暗示刀片的不期望的振动,从而纸卷的切割是不完美的。
为了最小化地减少刀片加热的负面效果,采用了多个冷却系统。
一种公知的冷却方法是冷却整个切割站,该切割站被封装在一个用于避免人操作者进入刀片操作区域的安全盒中。由于不仅仅是刀片需要冷却,由安全箱限定的所有空间都需要冷却,因而该方法暗示了高的能量消耗,因此导致与电流产生的需要不匹配。
另一种公知的冷却方法是在刀片保持臂上提供一系列喷嘴,喷嘴用来将空气射在刀片表面上以便获得刀片的冷却。该方法从机械的观点来看是非常复杂的。
发明内容
本发明的主要目标是提供一种非常简单的、有效的和成本低的冷却系统。
这些结果已经根据本发明、通过提供具有独立权利要求中描述的结构的设备和方法获得。而且,本发明的结构是从属权利要求保护的主题。
由于本发明,有可能以更有效的方式提供切割装置的冷却,具有简单、成本低并且可靠的设备,从而确保具有减少的能量消耗和高的工作协调性。
而且,瞬时冷却的刀片表面部分相对高。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的设备可用于例如纸卷切割机中,纸卷切割机包括用于在水平支承基底或平台2上导向卷1并使卷1前进的装置,以及切割装置,该切割装置布置在切割机3的相应站ST中并在该相应站中作用,以便正交于纵向轴线切割每个卷。在图1所示的实例中,所述切割装置包括沿轨道的刀片4,刀片4安装在沿着具有预定半径的圆形路径移动刀片4的臂5上。在刀片4的每个旋转中,刀片4截取通过保持机构(未在图中示出)保持在切割站ST中的卷1,从而正交于纵向轴线切割卷。在每次切割之后,卷1沿着平台2前进以便向前推动形成的小卷,并且使相同的卷准备后续的切割。
这种类型的纸卷切割机在纸转换领域中是公知的。
因此,这种类型的纸卷切割机不详细地进行描述。
根据本发明的设备包括结构6,结构6的壁限定围绕刀片4跟从的路径的空间60,在空间60中注入冷却流体。
在实践中,根据随附附图中所示的实例,所述结构6由具有低中断的货车制成(以便允许纸卷在切割位置中的定位)。当刀片4围绕臂5的轴线x旋转时,结构6围绕刀片4,从而限定围绕由臂5驱动的刀片4的路径的空间,在该空间中注入冷却流体。
换句话说,所述结构6限定一通道,冷却流体注入该通道内,因而冷却流体被限定靠近刀片4跟随的路径。刀片4的一部分总是位于所述通道内。
图4中,划线部分40表示瞬时冷却的刀片4的表面部分。值得注意的是,总是刀片4的相关部分40受到冷却流体的作用,其中冷却流体被限定在围绕沿着刀片4跟随的路径的刀片4的空间内。
参考随附附图所示的实例,所述结构6包括平行于刀片4和由相同刀片跟随的路径取向的两个侧壁61,对应平台2截取、即对应卷位于切割位置的区域截取的外周边缘62,和位于每个侧壁61的内侧上的附件63,其朝向结构自身的内侧取向并且附件63局部地减小了结构的横截面,而不接触刀片的相应侧面。这样,冷却流体可以从在刀片4的侧面和所述附件63之间流动的通道形空间60排出。如图1所示,每个所述侧壁61具有曲线形的内侧64,其半径等于支撑刀片4的臂5的长度。所述内侧64在其较低部分上截取,以便允许正确定位要在平台2上切割的卷1。所述内侧64通过与相同壁61的外侧65连接的壁61的基本竖直部分66向下延长。实践上,每个壁61具有围绕由臂5移动的刀片4跟随的圆形路径的外侧65、包围臂5在其内旋转的区域的内凹侧64,以及连接所述外侧和内侧的部分66,所述部分66在所述平台2的侧面。所述内侧64的凹面面对所述平台2,即卷1定位在平台上。当围绕轴线x旋转时,臂5在由壁61的曲线形侧面64并且部分地由平台2周向限定的区域内移动。
由于刀片4安装在臂5的自由端上,刀片4的一部分40总是在由壁61限定的被冷却的通道形空间60内移动。
在图1中,箭头“D”表示臂5的旋转。
例如,冷却流体可从冷却单元7进来并且通过多个连接到冷却单元7的套筒70、通过相应的导管71注入空间60内。
冷却单元7可以是任何的市场可获得的类型。
图1中,箭头“F”表示进入由结构6限定的空间60的冷却空气的流动。如在相同的图解中示出,冷却流体可以使其逆着由臂5移动的刀片4导向而进入空间60内。
可以提供一流体返回线路,该线路通过相应的导管72将空间60与冷却单元70相连。
根据本发明的操作方法通过将冷却流体入由围绕刀片跟随的路径的限定空间内提供用于切割纸卷的刀片的冷却。
通过本发明,刀片4在较小尺寸的冷却空间内移动,从而减少了能量消耗。
实践上,就形状、尺寸、元件布置、使用材料的性质而言,所有结构细节可以以任何相等方式进行变化,而不会脱离采用的解决方案的范围,从而保持在本专利授权的保护范围限制内。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于冷却纸卷切割机的切割装置的冷却设备,所述切割装置包括沿轨道运动的刀片(4),所述冷却设备包括一通道(60),所述通道(60)围绕由所述刀片(4)跟随的路径,其中,冷却流体被注入所述通道内,所述冷却流体被限定在所述通道的内部,
其特征在于,所述刀片(4)由臂(5)支撑并驱动,所述通道(60)围绕所述切割装置并且限定围绕由相同切割装置跟随的路径的限定空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷却设备,其特征在于,所述通道(60)由一结构(6)构成,所述结构(6)包括两个侧壁、一外周边缘(62)和一附件(63),所述侧壁与由相同刀片跟随的路径平行取向,所述外周边缘对应卷准备被切割的区域截取,所述附件(63)位于每个侧壁(61)的内侧上。
3.权利要求1所述的冷却设备,其特征在于,所述通道具有用于冷却流体的排出截面。
4.权利要求1所述的冷却设备,其特征在于,所述冷却流体是从空气冷却单元(7)进入的空气,所述冷却流体通过多个套筒(70)注入所述通道(60)内,所述套筒(70)通过相应的导管(71)连接到所述冷却单元。
5.一种用于冷却纸卷切割机的切割装置的方法,其特征在于,所述方法涉及所述切割装置的冷却,该冷却通过将冷却流体注入围绕由相同切割装置跟随的路径的限定空间形成。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述冷却流体逆着由所述切割装置跟随的方向注入所述限定空间内。
