Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的安全气囊装置,其中,气囊这样地设置在汽车部件中,使得例如在事故时气囊可以被充气,以便保护汽车的乘客不受伤害。
在传统的气囊装置中,气囊模块可借助于气体发生器充气的气囊设置在一个与汽车车身横梁固定的壳体内部。事故时,气囊在充气时穿过汽车的仪表板弹出,以便保护乘客。为此,在仪表板中设置一额定断裂位置,该额定断裂位置释放一个区域,气囊在充气时可以穿过该区域。为使气囊刚好碰到该区域,设与仪表盘连接并朝向气囊模块的发射通道壳体。在气囊充气时气囊首先冲破壳体并通过由发射通道壳体形成的发射通道导向气囊应穿过其弹出的仪表盘区域。
由DE10358896公开的是,气囊模块通过将气囊模块的壳体与发射通道连接,从而设置在发射通道壳体的内部。
这种类型的气囊装置的缺点在于,乘客安全性通过加大车重换取,因此例如增大了油耗。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,创造一种重量较轻的气囊装置。
按照本发明,该技术问题通过权利要求1的特征得以解决。在各从属权利要求中给出了本发明有利的构造。
在汽车内的按本发明的气囊装置中设置一气囊模块,该气囊模块具有气囊和用于给气囊充气的气体发生器。气囊模块至少局部设置在设计用于有针对性地展开气囊的发射通道壳体内。发射通道壳体在乘客侧通过具有额定断裂线的盖封闭,并且通过额定断裂线至少局部与发射通道壳体连接。在发射通道与盖对置的一侧,也就是背向乘客的一侧,发射通道壳体尤其是敞开的。按照本发明,气囊和/或包封气囊的柔性保护套与发射通道壳体连接,其中,气囊或保护套尤其在发射通道壳体内部与发射通道壳体接触。也就是说气囊或保护套直接贴靠在发射通道壳体上。气囊模块没有壳体,因此省去了壳体的重量。气囊模块不是借助于壳体与车身固定,而是可以直接通过气囊或气囊的气体发生器或通过必要时设置的保护套实现固定。可以设保护套,以便例如在安装时防止属于安全相关部件的气囊被弄脏或损坏。
连接在发射通道壳体的气囊的抗撕裂强度和/或与发射通道壳体相连接的保护套的抗撕裂强度优选高于额定断裂线的断裂强度。由此保证在气囊充气时,发射通道壳体的盖可以被打开,而不会损坏气囊。气囊或保护套的高抗撕裂强度尤其允许特别坚固稳定的固定方法,以便将气囊或保护套与发射通道壳体连接。气囊或保护套例如可以具有孔,以便借助于螺栓连接装置将气囊或保护套用螺栓拧固到发射通道壳体。该孔被特别加固,例如被金属加固,以便使拧紧变得简单。在设有保护套的情况下,保护套优选具有比气囊的抗撕裂强度要小的抗撕裂强度,以便气囊在必要时可以通过额定断裂区域从保护套中弹出。
尤其优选的是,与发射通道壳体连接的气囊和/或与发射通道壳体连接的保护套这样地与发射通道壳体连接,使得发射通道壳体朝着打开的端部完全被封闭。保护套尤其可以构成封闭的发射通道的一部分,而另一部分则通过发射通道壳体形成,必要时气体发生器与该发射通道壳体位置固定地连接。保护套因此可以说是发射通道壳体的一部分。发射通道壳体在这种情况下例如仅是一种可简单地通过注塑制造的塑料壁,保护套与该塑料壁连接,以便通过其造型形成例如管状的发射通道。尤其优选的是,保护套具有额定断裂位置,以便气囊可以从保护套中弹出,并且保护套同时可以由这样一种材料或复合材料制成,该材料可以在气囊膨胀时经受住突然出现的压力,以便尤其是形成发射通道的一部分。
由此实现气囊不会在远离乘客的方向上展开,而是只能朝着发射通道壳体的盖展开。气囊充气时借助气体发生器释放出的所有的力因此集中在发射通道壳体的盖上。这使得可以使用尤其小的气体发生器,其额外地减轻了气囊装置的重量。
气囊和/或保护套优选可拆卸地与发射通道壳体连接。为此,可以例如设钩/孔眼连接装置、夹紧连接装置、搭扣连接装置或各种可拆卸的连接装置的组合。气囊或保护套例如可以在发射通道壳体的一侧通过孔眼挂在钩子上,并且在另一侧,例如对置侧,被夹紧或卡锁。这实现了气囊模块在发射通道壳体内部简单且可靠的装配。
构造成尤其基本上呈管状的发射通道壳体优选用肋形件加强。在材料耗费较少且因此重量轻的情况下,实现一种坚固的发射通道壳体。
气囊模块的气体发生器尤其优选与发射通道壳体连接。气体发生器例如通过螺栓连接装置与发射通道壳体连接。气体发生器例如可以通过螺栓连接装置与发射通道壳体固定连接。因为气体发生器布置成相对发射通道壳体位置固定,所以气体发生器可以设置为,使得存储在气体发生器中的气体朝向发射通道壳体的盖膨胀。因此,气囊在充气时主要沿乘客方向充气,也就是说气囊的充气运动基本上朝向发射通道壳体的盖。
本发明还涉及一种汽车配件,其具有仪表盘和一种如前所述地设计并进一步发展的气囊装置。发射通道壳体的盖在此基本上无凸出地集成在仪表盘上,从而可以免去气囊充气时必须克服的额外部件,而不会影响仪表盘的设计。发射通道壳体尤其通过仪表盘形成。也就是说,仪表盘、盖和发射通道壳体是尤其通过注塑制造的一体部件。因此避免了额外的固定器件,如螺栓连接件,因此节约了此外还需要的螺栓的重量。
下面参照附图并根据优选的实施形式详细说明本发明。附图中:

按本发明的气囊装置10(图1)具有一带有气囊14和气体发生器16的气囊模块12。气囊14和气体发生器16可以设置在保护套18内。气囊模块12设置在发射通道壳体20内。发射通道壳体20在乘客侧与盖22连接,该盖通过一额定断裂线24与发射通道壳体20连接。在所示的实施形式中,盖22集成在汽车配件的仪表盘26中,并且具有一铰链28,以便盖22在打开时不会伤害乘客。发射通道壳体22通过肋形件30既与发射通道壳体20连接也与仪表盘26连接,因此发射通道壳体20被额外加固。气体发生器16通过螺栓连接装置32与发射通道壳体22固定连接,其中,用于固定气体发生器16的螺栓连接装置延伸穿过气囊14和必要时设置的保护套18。气体发生器16这样地与发射通道壳体20固定连接,从而避免在螺栓连接装置32的区域中出现泄漏。
在所示的实施形式中,气囊14在右侧通过钩/孔眼连接装置34与发射通道壳体20连接。气囊14在对置侧借助于夹紧连接装置32连接。气囊模块12也可以额外或替代性地借助张紧带固定,只要通过张紧带将气囊12和/或保护套18夹紧在发射通道壳体20的外圆周上。额外地或替代地,气囊模块12例如可以额外或替代性地用卡锁连接装置与发射通道壳体20锁定。在气囊14内部也可以设置铁磁区,以便将气囊模块12磁性地借助于永磁体和/或由汽车电池供电的电磁体固定。也可以在气囊模块12中,尤其是在气囊14和保护套18之间设置一固定框架,该固定框架尤其是缝合的。借助于固定框架可以将气囊模块12与发射通道壳体20例如螺栓连接,而不会损坏气囊14。保护套18可用和气囊14一样的材料制造。然而,保护套18也可以用无纺布或网状物制成。此外,保护套18可由一种尤其耐撕的薄膜制成,该薄膜尤其被预拉伸或拉伸。此外,保护套18也可以仅设置在发射通道壳体20的下端,以便向下封闭发射通道壳体20,防止气囊14在发射通道壳体20内部意外展开。
在按本发明的气囊装置(图2)的另一种实施形式中,发射通道壳体20缩小成一狭长的壁段,因此额外减轻了重量。发射通道在图示的实施形式中通过保护套18得到完善。在此足够的是,保护套18在第一位置经由连接装置38,例如通过超声焊接与仪表盘26连接,并且在第二位置通过气体发生器16的螺栓连接装置32与发射通道壳体20连接。气囊14由保护套18以所希望的形状保持在预定位置上。通过未示出的额定断裂区域保证,气囊14在充气时可以穿过保护套18朝盖22展开。因为,与图1所示气囊装置的实施形式相比,在图2所示实施形式中,发射通道壳体20的一部分通过保护套18替代,所以图2所示的实施形式更轻。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于汽车的安全气囊装置,带有气囊模块(12),该气囊模块具有气囊(14)和用于使所述气囊(14)充气的气体发生器(16),其中,所述气囊模块(12)至少局部设置在一个用于有针对性地展开所述气囊(14)的发射通道壳体(20)内部,其中,所述发射通道壳体(20)在乘客侧通过具有额定断裂线(24)的盖(22)封闭,其特征在于,所述气囊(14)和/或至少局部包围该气囊(14)的柔性保护套(18)与所述发射通道壳体(20)接触,并且与该发射通道壳体(20)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全气囊装置,其特征在于,与所述发射通道壳体(20)连接的气囊(14)的抗撕裂强度和/或与所述发射通道壳体(20)连接的所述保护套(18)的抗撕裂强度要大于所述额定断裂线(24)的断裂强度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的安全气囊装置,其特征在于,与所述发射通道壳体(20)连接的所述气囊(14)和/或与所述发射通道壳体(20)连接的保护套(18)完全封闭所述发射通道壳体(20)。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的安全气囊装置,其特征在于,所述保护套(18)局部地、尤其是有一半形成发射通道,该发射通道的另一部分则由所述发射通道壳体(20)形成,从而形成封闭的发射通道。
5.如权利要求1至4之一所述的安全气囊装置,其特征在于,所述气囊(14)和/或所述保护套(18)通过可拆卸的连接装置(32、34、36)与所述发射通道壳体(20)连接。
6.如权利要求1至5之一所述的安全气囊装置,其特征在于,所述气囊(14)和/或所述保护套(18)通过钩-孔眼连接装置(34)和/或卡锁连接装置(36)与所述发射通道壳体(20)连接。
7.如权利要求1至6之一所述的安全气囊装置,其特征在于,所述发射通道壳体(30)通过肋形件(30)加强。
8.如权利要求1至7之一所述的安全气囊装置,其特征在于,所述发射通道壳体(20)基本上管状地构造。
9.如权利要求1至8之一所述的安全气囊装置,其特征在于,所述气体发生器(16)与所述发射通道壳体(20)固定连接。
10.一种汽车配件,它带有仪表盘(26)和一种如权利要求1至9之一所述的安全气囊装置(10),其中,所述盖(22)基本上无凸缘地集成在所述仪表盘(26)上。
