Abstract

本发明涉及一种空调,该空调构造成用以吹出携带带电微小水粒的薄雾的空气流用于给室内环境除臭。
背景技术
日本专利公开号2006-234245公开了一种空调,该空调包含产生带电微小水粒的薄雾的雾化单元,以便在空调吹出的空气流上传送该薄雾的雾化单元。在空调中,雾化单元设置在空气流中,从而产生了相当大的流阻,因此降低了空气流的效率。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明实现为提供一种改进的空调,其能够实现除臭功能,而不会降低空气流动效率。根据本发明的空调包括含有鼓风机和雾化单元的外壳。外壳设置有进气口、出气口和从进气口通向出气口的内部流道。鼓风机设置在流道中,并且构造为通过进气口吸入空气且通过出气口吹出空气。雾化单元构造为被提供水并且将水静电雾化成微小带电水粒的薄雾。薄雾从雾化单元的输送口排出。外壳具有隔板,隔板将外壳的内部分隔成流道和其内安装有雾化单元的室。输送导管从雾化单元的输送口延伸穿过隔板进入流道中,以将薄雾输送到正通过出气口吹出的空气中。因而,雾化单元与流道隔离以使流阻最小,从而确保其中携带薄雾的有效的空气流动用于在室内的广阔空间上进行除臭。
优选地,输送导管由柔性材料制成,以便在其相对端的中间弯曲,使得输送导管可以从雾化单元路由到流道中的最优位置,用于提高设计的灵活性。
进一步地,外壳的出气口优选设置有气窗,输送导管延伸至气窗以便汇聚刚离开出气口的空气中的带电微小水粒的薄雾,并将其导向特定的方向。由此,薄雾可以沿所要求的方向传送,从而提高除臭效果。
在这种连接中,气窗的条板中的一个优选制成可绕枢转轴线运动并且包括管,该管具有用于输送导管的连接器。连接器与枢转轴线对准,并构造为以使得所述输送导管能够绕所述枢转轴线相对于所述连接器旋转的方式抓住所述输送导管。由此,薄雾可以被导向由可运动条板的角度限定的期望方向。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1,示出了根据本发明优选实施方式的空调。该空调包括容纳鼓风机30、热交换器40和雾化单元50的外壳10。外壳10在其前壁上形成有进气口12和出气口14,进气口12和出气口14分别位于前壁的上面及下面部分上。鼓风机30设置在从进气口12通向出气口14的流道中,以便将空气从进气口吸入并且从出气口吹出。热交换器40设置在流道中鼓风机的上游,以便冷却或加热正被吹出并进入室内的空气。
隔板16形成在外壳10中,以便将外壳的内部空间分隔成从进气口12通向出气口14的流道13和在其中容置雾化单元50的室17。雾化单元50构造为生成携带在正从出气口14吹出的空气上的带电微小水粒薄雾。集液盘42设置在热交换器40和鼓风机30下面,以便接收从热交换器40滴下的冷凝水滴。水从延伸穿过外壳10的后壁的排水管44排出。集液盘42使其后端终止成与后壁成间隔开的关系以限定该后端与后壁之间的空隙,空气经过该空隙被从鼓风机30导向隔板16。隔板16弓形地弯曲,以便将空气导向出气口14,从而平稳地将空气通过出气口14吹出。
如图2至4所示,雾化单元50包括设置在机壳52内的雾化器60,机壳52具有顶部空气入口54和底部空气出口56。雾化器60设置在机壳52的底部,并且包括承载发射电极70和对向电极72的圆柱形筒62。发射电极70在筒62的中间突出,而对向电极72固定在筒62的前端,并与发射电极70成相对置的关系。对向电极72由导电基板制成并具有圆形开口74,该圆形开口74的内周与发射电极70的尖端间隔开以限定排放薄雾的排放口。雾化器60包括冷却装置80和高压源95。冷却装置80耦联用于冷却发射电极70,以将周围空气中携带的水分冷凝在发射电极70上,由此将水供到发射电极。高压源95构造为在发射电极70和对向电极72之间施加高电压,以便使发射电极70上的水带电并将水雾化成将要通过圆形开口74(即雾化器的排放口)排出的带电微小水粒。
冷却装置80通过珀耳贴模块来实现,该模块具有耦联到发射电极70的冷却侧并具有热-电元件,该热-电元件一旦被施加预定电压就会将发射电极冷却到低于水的露点的温度。珀耳贴模块具有彼此平行地设置在导热体81和82之间的多个热-电元件,以便在由冷却电源电路85给出的可变电压确定的冷却速度下冷却发射电极70。限定冷却侧的一个导热体81耦联到发射电极70,而限定热辐射侧的另一个导热体82则具有散热器84。珀耳贴模块固定在筒62的底部和散热器84之间,使得其冷却侧导体81与发射电极70的根部进行热传递接触。高压源95构造为在发射电极70和接地的对向电极之间施加预定的高电压,以使发射电极70具有负的或正的电压(例如,-4.6kV)。冷却电源85和高压源95封装在设置于机壳52上部的电路模块90中。雾化单元50进一步包括冷却风扇55,该冷却风扇55构造为从空气入口54吸入空气并将空气排出空气出口56,用于冷却电路模块90和散热器84。所产生的空气流一部分通过筒62的开口64被引入到雾化器60的筒62的内部,用于将空气中的水分冷凝到发射电极70上。在这种连接中,外壳10在其后壁上形成有开口18,通过该开口18空气进入雾化单元50的机壳52。同样也利用冷却风扇55所产生的空气流将薄雾排出对向电极72的开口74。
机壳52在其下端设置有输送口58,输送口58与雾化器60的开口74对准并且与输送导管100耦联,所述输送导管100用于将带电微小水粒的薄雾输送到正通过出气口14吹出的空气中。输送导管100在其相对端部的中间弯曲,以便将它的一端伸过隔板16而进入外壳10的流道13中。输送导管100由柔性材料制成,以弯曲成所需的角度并保持该角度的形状,以便将薄雾沿所要求的方向导向外壳10的出气口14。该柔性材料可以从包括ABS、PS、PP和PA的抗静电塑料材料中选择。
出气口14设置有具有多个可运动条板22的气窗20,各个条板构造成绕水平枢转轴线枢转,用于偏转通过出气口14吹出的空气。如图5和6所示,其中一个条板21可设置将薄雾导向刚刚离开出气口14的空气的管24。管24嵌入在条板22中,并且它的前开口暴露在条板22的前边缘处,它的后端伸出到位于条板22后边缘处的凹槽23中。管24的后端固定到管状连接器26,该管状连接器26与由在条板22的相对侧伸出的枢转销21定义的枢转轴线对准。连接器26构造为以连接器26能够与条板22一起绕枢转轴线相对于导管100运动的方式接收导管100的前端。由此,导管100与条板22一起运动,以便沿着由条板22的角度确定的方向引导薄雾。当条板22绕枢转轴线枢转时,凹槽23用于避免条板22与连接器26及导管100的相关部分接触。
在上述实施方式的变形中,导管100可以构造为在不会干涉气窗20的条板的位置延伸到出气口14。

Claims (5)

1.一种空调,包括:
外壳,所述外壳构造成具有进气口(12)、出气口(14)和从所述进气口通向所述出气口的内部流道(13);
设置在所述外壳内的所述流道中的鼓风机(30),所述鼓风机(30)构造为通过所述进气口吸入空气并通过所述出气口吹出空气;雾化单元(50),所述雾化单元(50)构造为被供应水并将水静电雾化成微小带电水粒的薄雾,所述雾化单元具有用于排放所述薄雾的输送口(58);
所述外壳具有隔板(16),所述隔板(16)将所述外壳的内部分隔为所述流道和室(17),所述雾化单元安装在所述室(17)内,
其中,
输送导管(100)从雾化单元的所述输送口延伸穿过所述隔板进入到所述流道中,以将薄雾输送到正通过所述出气口吹出的空气中,
并且所述输送导管(100)由抗静电塑料材料制成,并且弯曲成所需的角度并保持该角度的形状,用于将薄雾沿所要求的方向导向所述外壳(10)的所述出气口(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的空调,其中,
所述输送导管构造为能够在它的相对端部的中间部分处弯曲。

所述输送导管延伸到设置在所述出气口处的气窗(20)中。
4.如权利要求1所述的空调,其中,
所述出气口设置有气窗(20),所述气窗(20)包括能够绕枢转轴线运动的条板(22),所述条板具有管,所述管具有用于所述输送导管的连接器(26),所述连接器与所述枢转轴线对准并构造为以使得所述输送导管能够绕所述枢转轴线相对于所述连接器旋转的方式抓住所述输送导管。
5.如权利要求4所述的空调,其中,
所述管嵌入所述条板中,以便将管的前开口设置在所述条板的前边缘处,并且将管的后开口通过所述连接器耦联到输送导管。
