本发明涉及一种在汽车车身上的用于非转向轮的车轮悬架,该车轮悬架具有两个纵拉杆和一个将这两个纵拉杆相互连接的牵杆,其中,所述两个纵拉杆分别具有支承在汽车车身上的一支承端,所述车轮悬架还具有一将两个纵拉杆相互连接的作功连杆,用于支撑车轮的法兰以及用于在汽车车身上支撑纵拉杆的弹簧/减振装置。
这种车轮悬架例如由DE2742426A1公开。在这种车轮悬架中,牵杆设计为刚性轴,并且将车轮的支撑法兰相互连接。纵拉杆在一端直接连接在牵杆上。弹簧/减振装置的弹性臂支撑在作功连杆上。然而,这种车轮悬架仅具有小的行驶舒适度。
因此,在实际中公知有组合拉杆轴,其中,牵杆连接在法兰和纵拉杆在车身上的支承端之间。然而,这种组合拉杆轴具有这样的缺点,即,容易产生侧向力所致转向过度。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,如此地进一步发展前述类型的车轮悬架,使得其具有尤其大的行驶舒适性,并且尽可能避免侧向力所致转向过度。
按照本发明,该技术问题由此解决,即,将纵拉杆和牵杆设计为组合拉杆轴,该组合拉杆轴带有用于将所述牵杆与用于支撑所述车轮的法兰相间隔地连接在所述纵拉杆上的连接处,所述纵拉杆具有突出于用于支撑所述车轮的法兰的部段,并且所述作功连杆铰接在所述纵拉杆突出的部段上。
通过这种构造,组合拉杆轴的侧向力不仅由纵拉杆在汽车车身上的支承端支撑,而且额外地由作功连杆支撑。因此,相比公知的组合拉杆轴,纵拉杆的支承端可以挠性或弹性地构造,这有助于进一步提高行驶舒适性。通过作功连杆避免组合拉杆轴产生侧向力所致转向过度的趋势。
如果分别在作功连杆和牵杆在纵拉杆上的连接处之间铰接弹簧/减振装置,则按本发明的车轮悬架具有尤其大的行驶舒适性。
按照本发明的另一种有利的进一步发展,如果纵拉杆具有相互朝向的悬臂,作功连杆在纵拉杆上的连接可以在结构上尤其简单地构造。此外,悬臂的构造导致非常短并因此非常轻的作功连杆。
如果作功连杆的支承件固定在纵拉杆的相互朝向的悬臂上,按本发明的车轮悬架可以尤其简单地装配。
如果作功连杆的两个杆支承在所述支承件上并且在其背对支承件的端部通过一等臂式平衡杆相互连接,并且如果等臂式平衡杆支承在汽车车身上,按本发明的车轮悬架的作功连杆可尤其廉价地制造和装配。
本发明允许有不同的实施形式。为进一步阐明其基本原理,在附图中示出了多种实施形式中的一种,并将接下来说明。附图中:

图1示出了带有转向轮1和非转向轮2的汽车。非转向轮2通过车轮悬架3连接在汽车车身4上。车轮悬架3具有支撑在汽车车身4上的弹簧/减振装置5。
图2示意性地在俯视图中示出了车轮悬架3,非转向轮2通过组合拉杆轴6连接在汽车车身4上。组合拉杆轴6具有两个纵拉杆7和一个用于使所述纵拉杆7相互连接的牵杆8。纵拉杆7在一端通过支承端9与汽车车身4连接。牵杆8铰接在车轮2在纵拉杆7上的连接处10和纵拉杆7的支承端9之间。纵拉杆7具有突出于车轮2的连接处10的部段11。作功连杆12铰接在该突出的部段11上。作功连杆12具有两个支承在纵拉杆7上和一个位于它们之间的等臂式平衡杆13上的杆14。该等臂式平衡杆3支承在汽车车身4中央。此外,在图2中用箭头示出了在图1所示的汽车拐弯行驶时作用在非转向轮2上的侧向力和所述组合拉杆轴6在汽车车身4上的支承端9处的反作用力以及所述作功连杆12的反作用力。
图3在立体视图中示出了图2所示的组合拉杆轴6。由图可知,纵拉杆7的连接处10具有用于固定图1中所示的非转向轮2的法兰15。所述两根纵拉杆7分别在其背对支承端9的一端具有相互朝向的悬臂16,作功连杆12的支承件17固定在该悬臂上。作功连杆12的两根杆14分别支承在支承件17上。弹簧/减振装置5在用于支撑车轮2的法兰15和汽车车身4上的支承端9之间铰接在纵拉杆7上。
作功连杆12也可以以与图示的角度不同的角度布置。通过选择作功连杆12在纵拉杆7上的连接角度和连接点可以平衡可能的不对称,并且此外实现车轮悬架3的一系列优点。

1.一种在汽车车身(4)上的用于非转向轮(2)的车轮悬架(3),其具有两个纵拉杆(7)和一个将所述两个纵拉杆(7)相互连接的牵杆(8),其中,所述纵拉杆(7)在一端支承(9)在所述车身部件(4)上,所述车轮悬架(3)还具有将所述两个纵拉杆(7)相互连接的作功连杆(12),用于支撑所述车轮(2)的法兰(15)以及用于在所述汽车车身(4)上支撑所述纵拉杆(7)的弹簧/减振装置(5),其特征在于,所述纵拉杆(7)和所述牵杆(8)设计为组合拉杆轴(6),该组合拉杆轴(6)带有用于将所述牵杆(8)与用于支撑所述车轮(2)的法兰(15)相间隔地连接在所述纵拉杆(7)上的连接处,所述纵拉杆(7)具有突出于用于支撑所述车轮(2)的法兰(15)的部段(11),并且所述作功连杆(12)铰接在所述纵拉杆突出的部段(11)上,所述两个纵拉杆(7)具有相互朝向的悬臂(16),所述作功连杆(12)的支承件(17)固定在所述两个纵拉杆(7)的相互朝向的悬臂(16)上。
