Abstract

本发明涉及一种药剂法砖茶除氟方法,其特征是:在茶叶中加入FeCl3溶液,搅拌均匀。使茶叶中的F-和Fe3+充分发生络合反应,生成[FeF6]3-合物。本发明提供的方法,能在保证原有口感的前提下有效的减低茶叶中的氟含量以达到安全的标准,操作简单方便,更重要的是FeCl3和氟离子反应生成的[FeF6]3-合物为性质稳定的溶于水的络合物,对人体无害,不会形成沉淀,保证了茶叶在饮用时的所形成的茶汤汤色纯净。

本发明涉及一种砖茶生产加工过程中的除氟方法。
背景技术
砖茶是紧压茶中比较有代表性的一种。是用各种毛茶经过筛、扇、切等过程,成为半成品;再经过高温汽蒸压成砖型或其他类型的茶块。砖茶是以优质毛茶为原料,经发酵和发花工艺产生冠突曲霉,滋味醇厚,香气纯正,独具菌花香,长期饮用砖茶,能够帮助消化,有效促进调节人体新陈代谢,对人体起着一定的保健和病理预防作用。
砖茶自古以来是我国西藏、新疆、甘肃、内蒙古和青海等地少数民族人民喜爱饮用的茶叶。这些地区多处高原,以畜牧业为主,膳食结构中含有大量的肉类和乳类,需要每天饮用砖茶以分解脂肪,帮助消化和补充维生素等,砖茶已成为边疆少数民族人民的生活必需品。因此,历年来我国生产的砖茶以边销为主。
砖茶一般不是用茶的嫩芽叶加工制成的,而是用老树叶加工成的。砖茶的氟含量比其他茶类高。砖茶含氟量普遍在每千克为300毫克以上,甚至有些高达接近600毫克,是绿茶、花茶的几十倍、几百倍。
茶树是一种富氟植物,它能选择性地从土壤、大气中吸收氟,在体内贮存,贮存时间越长,氟含量越高。
砖茶型氟中毒是由于长期饮用含砖茶的酥油茶或奶茶,以及食用加入砖茶水的食物引起的,流行我国西部少数民族地区,流行病学调查以及动物实验表明,长期饮用含砖茶的酥油茶或奶茶,以及食用加入砖茶水的食物(如青稞粉拌砖茶水的藏族人食物糌粑)可导致机体氟中毒。其具体症状表现为头昏、手足发麻、抽搐、氟斑牙、骨质疏松、四肢关节痛等。同时也将影响体内多种组织器官功能,尤以肾脏受损最为明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能有效降低砖茶氟含量的药剂法砖茶除氟方法以弥补现有技术之不足。
本发明的采用的技术方案是:药剂法砖茶除氟方法,其特征是:在毛茶或再加工过程中的在制品茶中加入铁盐溶液,搅拌均匀。
所述的药剂法砖茶除氟方法,其特征是:按照重量百分比,茶叶与铁盐溶液的比例为1∶0.5-3;铁盐与茶叶的比例为1∶1000-3000。
所述的药剂法砖茶除氟方法,其特征是:铁盐为FeCl3、Fe(NO)3、Fe2(SO4)3
所述的药剂法砖茶除氟方法,其特征是:反应时间为1分钟-1小时。
本发明的积极效果在于:本发明提供的方法,能在保证原有口感的前提下有效的减低茶叶中的氟含量以达到安全的标准,操作简单方便,更重要的是FeCl3和氟离子反应生成的[FeF6]3-合物为性质稳定的溶于水的络合物,对人体无害,不会形成沉淀,保证了茶叶在饮用时的所形成的茶汤汤色纯净。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
具体实施方式
实施例1:
取茶100kg,置于池中,放入17摄氏度50kg的FeCl3溶液进池(其中FeCl3为50克),搅拌均匀,使茶叶中的F-和Fe3+充分发生络合反应,生成[FeF6]3-合物。
反应时间在5分钟以后,就可以将茶叶取出,干燥后进入常规的后续工序。
通过前述方法,这样就有效的将氟离子从茶叶中分离出来,减低了茶叶中的氟含量。
实施例2:
取茶100kg,置于池中,放入17摄氏度280kg的Fe2(SO4)3溶液进池(其中FeCl3为35克),搅拌均匀,使茶叶中的F-和Fe3+充分发生络合反应,生成[FeF6]3-合物。
反应时间在50分钟以后,就可以将茶叶取出,干燥后进入常规的后续工序。
通过前述方法,这样就有效的将氟离子从茶叶中分离出来,减低了茶叶中的氟含量。
通过测试数据表明:未进行处理的茶,每1kg茶叶的氟含量为523毫克,水浸出物(有效成分)为36.4%;在FeCl3的加入量为0.5g时,每1kg茶叶的氟含量为416毫克,水浸出物(有效成分)为36.4%;在FeCl3的加入量为1g时,每1kg茶叶的氟含量为338毫克,水浸出物(有效成分)为36.5%;在FeCl3的加入量为1.5g时,每1kg茶叶的氟含量为279毫克,水浸出物(有效成分)为36.6%。
通过上述数据表明:本方法处理后的茶,氟含量有明显下降,而水浸出物(有效成分)几乎没有变化。

1.药剂法砖茶除氟方法,其特征是:在毛茶或再加工过程中的在制品茶中加入铁盐溶液,搅拌均匀,并且按照重量百分比,茶叶与铁盐溶液的比例为1:0.5—3;铁盐与茶叶的比例为1:1000—3000,铁盐为FeCl3、Fe(N0)3或Fe2(S04)3
2.根据权利要求1所述的药剂法砖茶除氟方法,其特征是:反应时间为1分钟—1小时。
