Claims (3)
- 【权利要求1】一种穿心莲滴丸,其特征在于:以穿心莲为原料,与基质和包衣材料制成包衣滴丸,包括丸芯和丸芯外包裹的薄膜衣,其中:丸芯由原料药穿心莲和基质聚乙二醇4000按下述重量配比制成:穿心莲133.4份、聚乙二醇24.8~25.6份;薄膜衣采用的包衣材料为胃溶型薄膜包衣预混剂;薄膜衣层的重量为滴丸总重量的2%~3%。
- 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的穿心莲滴丸,其特征在于:所述的薄膜衣层的重量为滴丸总重量的2.5%~3%。
- 【权利要求3】一种权利要求1或2所述的穿心莲滴丸的制备方法,包括下述主要步骤:(1)、提取穿心莲:取所述配比的穿心莲,加入8~12倍量的80~90%乙醇,浸泡0.5~2小时,热浸提取1.5~3小时,再加入6~10倍量的80~90%乙醇,热浸提取1.5~3小时,合并提取液,滤过,滤液在温度60~70℃,真空度-0.02~-0.03MPa下减压回收乙醇,并浓缩至80℃时比重为1.28~1.33,在真空-0.07~-0.08Mpa、温度70~80℃下减压干燥得干膏;粉碎,过40目筛,得穿心莲提取物细粉;(2)、滴制成丸:取所述配比的聚乙二醇4000,在75~85℃加热使熔融,加入上述穿心莲提取物细粉,搅拌混匀,使药液保持在75~85℃滴入冷却液中制成滴丸;以二甲基硅油为冷却液,冷却液温度为5~15℃,冷却管长度80cm;滴口内外径2.5/3.5mm,滴速为38~52滴/min;(3)、包衣:滴制成丸后,擦除二甲基硅油,选取重量差异和圆整度合格的丸粒倒入包衣锅内进行包衣,制成包衣滴丸,即得。
