Abstract
本发明提供一种充气轮胎,其作为透气防止层在表面上配置有热塑性树脂层、或在热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体组合物层,在该热塑性树脂层或热塑性弹性体组合物层的表面上还具有在波长280~400nm的范围内光透射率小于10%的遮光层,该轮胎可防止使用热塑性树脂、或热塑性弹性体的透气防止层因阳光照射导致的劣化。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及表面具有遮光层的充气轮胎,更详细地说,涉及解决了作为透气防止层在充气轮胎上配置的热塑性树脂层、或在热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体组合物层的阳光导致劣化的问题的充气轮胎。
背景技术
现已提出了作为透气防止层(内衬层)在轮胎内壁面上配置热塑性树脂层、或在热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体组合物层,以实现轮胎轻量化的技术(参照例如特开平8-216610号公报)。但在将这样硫化成型出的表面配置了热塑性树脂层或热塑性弹性体组合物层的充气轮胎置于室外时,存在热塑性树脂层或热塑性弹性体组合物层受阳光照射而导致热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物劣化的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,对于作为透气防止层使用热塑性树脂层、或在热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体层的充气轮胎而言,防止透气防止层因阳光照射导致的劣化。
依照本发明,提供了一种充气轮胎,其作为透气防止层在表面上配置有热塑性树脂层、或在热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体组合物层,在该热塑性树脂层或热塑性弹性体组合物层的表面上还具有在波长280~400nm的范围内光透射率小于10%的遮光层。
依照本发明,提供了一种充气轮胎,其在例如在硫化成型时与轮胎硫化成型用气囊的表面相接触的轮胎胎坯的表面使用的脱模剂中,通过配合遮光性物质炭黑来在含有热塑性树脂、或在热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体组合物的透气防止层的表面(轮胎表面)上形成遮光层,提高了轮胎表面的耐气候性,由此防止因阳光照射导致劣化。
具体实施方式
将作为透气防止层在产品表面上配置热塑性树脂层、或在热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体组合物层的充气轮胎置于室外时,阳光特别是其中的紫外线会使充气轮胎表面劣化,本发明人等为了解决该课题进行了研究,结果在热塑性树脂层、或热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体组合物层本身中不配合光老化防止剂的情况下,在成型物的表面上设置遮光层以抑制光劣化,由此成功得到耐气候性良好的充气轮胎。
这样,根据本发明,发现通过在透气防止层的表面上配置遮光层,可以抑制热塑性树脂、或在热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体组合物的光劣化。对该遮光层的使用方法没有特别限定,例如可以以溶解或分散在溶剂中的状态在透气防止层的表面上使用。
然而,在本发明的优选方式中,在充气轮胎的硫化成型时,为了使轮胎胎坯内壁面与轮胎硫化成型用气囊的脱模性良好,一般预先在轮胎胎坯内壁面(与气囊的接触面)上涂布例如以硅氧烷为主要试剂的脱模剂。但由于这样的一般的轮胎用脱模剂黑色度低,遮光性不充分,所以在将热塑性树脂、或热塑性弹性体组合物层配置在表面而用于轮胎上时,以往的脱模剂薄膜不能促进耐气候性提高。
这样,根据本发明,通过在这样的脱模剂中配合例如炭黑等遮光性物质(遮光剂),在硫化成型时起到脱模剂的作用,在硫化后起到覆盖透气防止层的遮光层的作用,从而解决上述课题。
本发明所涉及的充气轮胎的遮光层,其光透射率在波长280~400nm的范围内优选为小于10%,更优选为小于1%。另外,该测定是使用一般的分光光度计,在280~400nm的范围内每间隔10nm测定一次,计算出平均值。该波长区域是紫外线的范围,这是由于紫外线是光劣化的主要原因的缘故。
作为本发明中使用的遮光性物质,没有特殊限定,可以列举出例如炭黑、苯胺黑、氧化钛、氧化锌、金属粉末(鳞片状铝)等,其中的炭黑,在各种遮光性物质中遮光效果较高,所以优选使用炭黑。遮光性物质特别是炭黑的配合量,在遮光层中相对于脱模剂的固体成分的比例优选为1.1~50重量%,更优选为3~15重量%,进而优选为5~10重量%。如果该配合量少,则可能得不到期望的遮光效果,而如果过多,则脱模性恶化,所以不优选。在使用炭黑时,使用氮气通过BET法测得的炭黑粒子的比表面积为30~400m2/g,优选为100~400m2/g,且初级粒子的平均粒径为10~80nm,优选为10~30nm的未成粒的粒子(强度弱的粒子)较好。如果该初级粒径过大,则分散性不好,且遮光性可能会变低,所以不优选。另一方面,如果比表面积过小,则增粘效果可能降低,所以不优选,而如果过大,则粘度可能会过度增加,所以也不优选。
在本发明的优选方式中,作为遮光层使用的脱模剂,是在以往的硅油的水包油型乳液(乳化硅油)中配合云母、滑石等润滑性高的无机粉末和表面活性剂,进而配合依照本发明的遮光性物质,来提高遮光性而使用。这样,本发明的优选方式所涉及的充气轮胎,其特征在于,作为遮光层在轮胎内壁面(透气防止层表面)上涂布以乳化硅油和无机粉末为主要试剂,还配合了遮光性物质的脱模剂。
本发明所使用的脱模剂为在由下述物质形成的水类脱模剂中配合遮光性物质而成的,所述物质有:使用乳化剂将粘度为100~100万cst(25℃),优选为10万~100万cst(25℃)的硅油进行乳化得到的水包油型乳液;无机粉末(例如滑石、云母);表面活性剂(例如,阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂);和水等。
另外,在本发明的脱模剂中,除了上述的硅油乳液、无机粉末、各种表面活性剂、水、炭黑以外,还可以在不损害本发明的效果的范围内加入各种添加剂。作为这样的添加剂,可以列举例如防腐剂(例如亚硝酸钠、苯甲酸钠)、粘合剂(例如酪蛋白、卵磷脂、白蛋白、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、聚烯烃类树脂粉末)等。
作为用于构成本发明的透气防止层而使用的典型的热塑性树脂,可以列举出聚酰胺类树脂(例如尼龙6(N6)、尼龙66(N66)、尼龙46(N46)、尼龙11(N11)、尼龙12(N12)、尼龙610(N610)、尼龙612(N612)、尼龙6/66共聚物(N6/66)、尼龙6/66/610共聚物(N6/66/610)、尼龙MXD6(MXD6)、尼龙6T、尼龙6/6T共聚物、尼龙66/PP共聚物、尼龙66/PPS共聚物、和它们的N-烷氧基烷基化物)、聚酯类树脂(例如聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚间苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PE10)、PET/PEI共聚物、聚芳酯(PAR)、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBN)、液晶聚酯、聚氧亚烷基二酰亚胺酸/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯共聚物等芳香族聚酯)、聚腈类树脂(例如,聚丙烯腈(PAN)、聚甲基丙烯腈、丙烯腈/苯乙烯共聚物(AS)、甲基丙烯腈/苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯腈/苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物)、聚甲基丙烯酸酯类树脂(例如,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯)、聚乙酸乙烯基酯类树脂(例如聚乙酸乙烯基酯(PVA)、乙烯/乙酸乙烯基酯共聚物(EVA))、聚乙烯醇类树脂(例如聚乙烯醇(PVOH)、乙烯醇/乙烯共聚物(EVOH))、聚氯乙烯类树脂(例如聚1,1-二氯乙烯(PVDC)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、氯乙烯/1,1-二氯乙烯共聚物、1,1-二氯乙烯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、1,1-二氯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚物)、纤维素类树脂(例如乙酸纤维素、乙酸丁酸纤维素)、氟类树脂(例如聚1,1-二氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚氟乙烯(PVF)、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)、四氟乙烯/乙烯共聚物)、酰亚胺类树脂(例如芳香族聚酰亚胺(PI))等,它们可以单独使用,或以任意的混合物的形式使用。
另一方面,构成本发明的透气防止层的另一种材料即热塑性弹性体组合物,是在上述那些热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分而成的,可以列举出将分别为1种以上的上述热塑性树脂和弹性体成分组合而成的组合物等。作为这样的弹性体成分,没有特别限定,可以列举出二烯类橡胶和其氢化物(例如NR、IR、环氧化天然橡胶、SBR、BR(高顺BR和低顺BR)、NBR、氢化NBR、氢化SBR)、烯烃类橡胶(例如乙丙橡胶(EPDM、EPM)、马来酸改性乙丙橡胶(M-EPM)、IIR、异丁烯与芳香族乙烯基化合物或二烯类单体的共聚物、丙烯酸橡胶(ACM)、含卤素橡胶(例如Br-IIR、Cl-IIR、异丁烯/对甲基苯乙烯共聚物的溴化物(Br-IPMS)、CR、氯醚橡胶(CHR·CHC)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、马来酸改性氯化聚乙烯(M-CM))、硅橡胶(例如甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、二甲基硅橡胶、甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶)、含硫橡胶(例如聚硫醚橡胶)、氟橡胶(例如1,1-二氟乙烯类橡胶、含氟乙烯基醚类橡胶、四氟乙烯/丙烯类橡胶、含氟硅类橡胶、含氟磷嗪类橡胶)、热塑性弹性体(例如苯乙烯类弹性体、烯烃类弹性体、聚酰胺类弹性体)等,它们可以单独使用,或以任意的混合物的形式使用。
在上述热塑性树脂和热塑性弹性体组合物中,除了上述必须成分以外,还可以在不损害本发明的轮胎用聚合物组合物的必要特性的范围内配合适当的相容剂、抗老化剂、硫化剂、硫化助剂、硫化助剂、防焦剂、增塑剂、填充剂、着色剂、加工助剂等其它添加剂。
上述透气防止层也可以是仅由热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物形成的热塑性膜,但在操作上优选是由热塑性膜与对橡胶具有粘合性的接合层形成的叠层体。作为这样的接合层,可以列举出例如下述组合物,或者是酚树脂类(ケムロツク220)、氯化橡胶类(ケムロツク205)、异氰酸酯类(ケムロツク402)的接合剂等,所述组合物是在橡胶成分(例如天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、异丁烯/异戊二烯橡胶、丁二烯橡胶、聚异丁烯、聚异戊二烯、苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、它们的环氧改性物和马来酸改性物)中配合橡胶补强剂(例如炭黑、碳酸钙)、接合性树脂(例如RF树脂)、增粘剂(例如萜烯树脂、萜烯酚树脂、改性萜烯树脂、氢化萜烯树脂、松香酯、脂环族饱和烃树脂)等,进而在其中配合适当的硫化剂、硫化助剂、油、抗老化剂、增塑剂等,从而得到的组合物。

在遮光性不充分的以往的标准例1、本发明的实施例1以及没有遮光性的比较例1和2中,使用以下所示配合的脱模剂(参照表I)进行试验。

脱模剂的制作
标准例1的脱模剂
按照表I的标准例1的配合,搅拌乳化硅油、水、表面活性剂,制成分散液,然后向其中慢慢加入云母细粉末、和滑石细粉末,得到脱模剂。
实施例1的脱模剂
按照表I的实施例1的配合,搅拌乳化硅油、水、表面活性剂,制成分散液,向其中慢慢加入云母细粉末、和滑石细粉末,进而慢慢加入炭黑,从而得到脱模剂。
比较例1和2的脱模剂
按照表I的比较例1和2的配合,搅拌乳化硅油和水制成分散液,得到脱模剂。
试验轮胎的制作
热塑性弹性体组合物的制作
按照表II所示配合比例(重量份),使用双螺杆混炼挤出机在温度230℃下将树脂、橡胶材料、和动态交联所需的交联类配合剂进行混合,从而得到热塑性弹性体组合物,其状态是在成为连续相的热塑性树脂中分散有细微的橡胶,通过双螺杆挤出机的吐出口将其挤出成股绳状,使用剪切机将得到的股绳制成颗粒状,从而制作出本发明的热塑性弹性体组合物的颗粒。这里,在标准例1、实施例1和比较例1中使用表II的组合物1,在比较例2中使用配合有光老化防止剂的组合物2。

粘接剂组合物的制作
为了将上述热塑性弹性体组合物贴附在轮胎内壁面上,使用双螺杆挤出机,按照表III所示的配合比例(重量部)将热交联性聚合物和增粘剂充分混炼,经由吐出口挤出成股绳状,将得到的股绳用水冷却,然后使用剪切机制成颗粒状,从而制作出粘接剂组合物的颗粒。

吹塑成型
使用一般的双层吹塑成型装置,在温度230℃下对上述热塑性弹性体组合物和粘接剂组合物的颗粒进行叠层膜的吹塑成型,从而得到热塑性弹性体组合物和粘接剂组合物的叠层膜。热塑性弹性体组合物的厚度为200μm,粘接剂组合物的厚度为50μm。
轮胎制作
将上述的多层膜卷附在轮胎成型鼓上,使热塑性弹性体组合物为鼓侧,粘接剂为轮胎部件侧,在其上叠层轮胎部件,使之膨胀,成型出轮胎胎坯,然后使用喷枪在轮胎内壁面的内衬层上涂布脱模剂,干燥然后硫化(条件:180℃×10分钟),从而制作出轮胎尺寸为165SR13的轮胎。
遮光性评价
在制作上述轮胎时使用的涂布条件下,对无色透明的石英板涂布标准例1、实施例1和比较例1、比较例2的脱模剂,使用一般的分光光度计(岛津制作所制UV-1600),在280~400nm的范围内每间隔10nm测定吸光度。测定没有涂布脱模剂时的吸光度,将没有涂布脱模剂时的透射率作为100%,计算出涂布了脱模剂时的石英板的光透射率。计算各波长的透射率的平均值,将其作为280~400nm的光透射率。表IV中示出了光透射率测定的结果。
耐气候性评价
使用上述标准例1、实施例1和比较例1、比较例2的脱模剂,按照上述方法制作轮胎,将该轮胎躺放在地面上,室外放置3个月,然后通过以下的耐久性试验来评价耐气候性。

使用165SR13钢丝子午线轮胎(轮辋:13×41/2-J),施加5.5kN的负荷,以140kPa的空气压在路面上行驶10000km。行驶后从轮辋剥下轮胎,目视观察轮胎内壁面的内衬层,将内衬层出现龟裂、破坏、可看到的褶皱、内衬层剥离翘起的评定为不合格(不好),将没有出现上述状况的评定为合格(良好)。结果示于表IV中。耐久试验的结果是,遮光性不充分的标准例1和比较例1观察到内衬层出现龟裂、破坏,而实施例1没有观察到缺陷。另外,在比较例2中,即使在热塑性弹性体中配合光老化防止剂(紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂),在使用遮光性不充分的脱模剂时仍然没有发现耐光性提高。

产业可利用性
如上所述,根据本发明,通过在例如轮胎的硫化成型中使用的脱模剂中配合遮光性物质,在透气防止层表面上形成遮光层,可以防止阳光照射时的劣化。
Claims (7)
1.一种充气轮胎,作为透气防止层在表面上配置有热塑性树脂层、或在热塑性树脂中分散了弹性体成分的热塑性弹性体组合物层,在该热塑性树脂层或热塑性弹性体组合物层的表面上还具有在波长280~400nm的范围内光透射率小于10%的遮光层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充气轮胎,所述遮光层含有遮光性物质。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的充气轮胎,所述遮光性物质是炭黑。
4.根据权利要求1~3的任一项所述的充气轮胎,遮光层中的炭黑的配合量相对于遮光层中的固体成分为1.1~50重量%。
5.根据权利要求1~4的任一项所述的充气轮胎,使用BET氮气法测得的所述炭黑的比表面积为30~400m2/g,且初级粒子的平均粒径为10~80nm。
6.根据权利要求1~5的任一项所述的充气轮胎,所述热塑性树脂是选自聚酰胺类树脂、聚酯类树脂、聚腈类树脂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯类树脂、聚乙酸乙烯基酯类树脂、聚乙烯醇类树脂、聚氯乙烯类树脂、纤维素类树脂、氟类树脂、和酰亚胺类树脂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1~6的任一项所述的充气轮胎,所述弹性体成分是选自二烯类橡胶、烯烃类橡胶、含硫橡胶、氟橡胶、和热塑性弹性体中的至少一种。
