Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆的后挡板,更具体涉及关于扰流器的安装和形状的后挡板结构。
背景技术
图1所示的扰流器502通常固定在车辆后挡板500的上部。
在车辆以高速行驶时,扰流器502引起下压力(downforce),因此车辆的接触特性得到改善。此外,扰流器改善了车辆的设计,并引起适当的气流从而防止车辆后部被污染。
在相关领域中,扰流器502是通过塑料注塑而独立形成的,并被安装在车辆上。因此,装配的车辆部件的数日和人力增加。
发明内容
本发明实施例为车辆提供了一种后挡板,其中扰流器是整体形成的,因此车辆部件的数目减少且不需要装配独立部件,从而降低车辆制造成本。
根据本发明的实施例,用于车辆的后挡板包括上面板和下面板。上面板形成后挡板的上部,其设置在后挡板中后挡风玻璃安装孔上方,且具有扰流器形状的横截面和上部分。
下面板可包括两个侧柱和上横跨部件,这些部件都是彼此整体形成的,从而由自身完整形成后挡风玻璃安装孔。两个侧柱可覆盖后挡风玻璃的侧边。上横跨部件可将侧柱的上部连接。
下面板的上横跨部件和两个侧柱的上部可通过焊接固定至上面板上。
根据本发明的实施例,扰流器是整体地形成在后挡板上的,因此车辆部件的数目被减少且不需要装配分离的部件。因此,可以降低车辆制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面参考附图说明本发明的优选实施例。
参考图2至5,根据本发明的实施例的后挡板包括彼此整体固定的上面板5和下面板7。上面板5形成后挡板1的上部,该上面板设置在后挡板1中后挡风玻璃安装孔3上方,且横截面具有扰流器的形状。下面板7固定在上面板5的下部并与上面板5共同形成后挡板1。
上面板5和下面板7分开形成的原因如下:形成图3所示扰流器的形状的深度S相当大。因此,除非上面板5和下面板7分开形成,否则有扰流器状部分9被撕裂的问题。
也就是,在本发明的实施例中,具有扰流器形部分9的上面板5和下面板7分开形成以形成后挡板1,因此确保形成扰流器状部分9的自由度。
另外,下面板7包括两个侧柱11和上横跨部件13,这些部件彼此整体地形成,从而自身完整地形成后挡风玻璃安装孔3。两个侧柱11覆盖后挡风玻璃的侧边,且上横跨部件13将侧柱11的上部连接。
也就是,后挡风玻璃安装孔3不是由上面板5形成,而是由与下面板整体地形成的上横跨部件13完整地形成。因此,即使下面板7不具有上横跨部件13,下面板7自身也具有足够的强度而无结构缺陷。
由于下面板7的强度,下面板7不会变形并易于在后挡板1的制造过程中操纵。
通过焊接将上横跨部件13和下面板7的两个侧柱11的上部固定至上面板5,从而形成后挡板1。
根据上述车辆的后挡板1,因为扰流器状部分9是在上面板5的形成过程中同时形成的,不需要制造和组装分离的部件。因此,可以减少车辆制造成本。此外,上面板5和下面板7分开形成,且下面板7包括上横跨部件13以便自身完整地形成后挡风玻璃安装孔3。因此可以确保后挡板的强度并方便地制造后挡板1。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于车辆的后挡板,所述后挡板包括:
上面板,其形成所述后挡板的上部且具有与所述上面板整体地形成的扰流器状部分,所述上部设置在所述后挡板中的后挡风玻璃安装孔的上方;和
下面板,其固定至所述上面板的下部,并与所述上面板共同形成所述后挡板,
其中所述下面板包括彼此整体地形成的两个侧柱和上横跨部件,从而自身完整地形成所述后挡风玻璃安装孔,
所述侧柱覆盖后挡风玻璃的侧边,
所述上横跨部件连接所述侧柱的上部,并且
通过焊接将所述下面板的所述上横跨部件和两个侧柱的上部固定至所述上面板。
