Abstract

一种车辆座椅,具有座椅底座(3)和旋转自如地安装在上述座椅底座上的座椅靠背(2),上述座椅底座具有安装在车体(7)上的支承框架(10)、和被支承框架支承的底座缓冲垫(15)。上述支承框架构成为不会由于使搭乘者向前方急剧移动的不良外力而相对于上述车体前后移动,上述底座缓冲垫构成为能够相对于上述支承框架而沿前后方向移动。在上述底座缓冲垫与上述支承框架之间设置有预张紧器(21),该预张紧器在发生上述不良外力时令上述底座缓冲垫相对于上述支承框架向后方移动。

车辆座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆座椅,在对车体作用有使搭乘者向前方急剧移动的不良外力时能够有效地保护搭乘者,特别地涉及一种车辆座椅,能够对应于不良外力的发生而快速地响应而使底座缓冲垫向后方移动。
背景技术
以往,在专利文献1中公开有一种技术,在不良外力作用于车体时令车辆座椅(包括座椅靠背以及座椅底座)快速地向后方移动。
专利文献1:特开2001-130354号公报
上述公知技术中,在车辆座椅的座椅靠背以及座椅底座的双方都向后方移动的方面上存在问题。为了令座椅靠背以及座椅底座的双方都向后方移动,需要充分地确保使之移动的构造的强度,移动需要较大的力,且移动需要较大的空间。因此,在重量以及大小方面有很大不便,此外,公知技术难以装备到难以确保空间的较小的车辆中。
此外,车辆座椅后方的空间必须是在紧急时能够承受放入车辆座椅的死区,但若搭乘者违反了该限制而乘坐在后部坐席上,则在紧急时后座搭乘者可能会被向后方移动的车辆座椅二次伤害。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够克服上述问题的改良型的车辆座椅。
为了实现上述目的,在本发明中,在不良外力作用于车体时,实质上仅令底座缓冲垫向后方移动而不令座椅靠背移动。

具体实施方式
若利用附图说明本发明的实施例,则本发明的车辆座椅1具有座椅底座3、通过轴33而轴固定在座椅底座3上的座椅靠背2、和设置在座椅靠背2的上部的头架4。座椅靠背2能够利用斜躺机构32而相对于座椅底座3保持为任意的角度。座椅底座3具有支承框架10和底座缓冲垫15,支承框架10经由公知的滑动机构5而安装在车体7(图3)上。
上述支承框架10具有一对的纵板11和设置在纵板11之间的连结部12。上述底座缓冲垫15实质上设置在纵板11、11之间。在图1~图5所示的第1实施方式中,在各纵板11上设置有沿前后方向延伸的前侧狭缝16和后侧狭缝17。底座缓冲垫15借助插入在前侧狭缝16中的安装轴18、和插入在后侧狭缝17中的安装轴19而被支承为沿前后方向移动自如。
在上述底座缓冲垫15的下方,设置有令底座缓冲垫15相对于车体7(支承框架10或者座椅靠背2)向后方相对移动的预张紧器21。预张紧器21具有活塞22、压力缸23、向压力缸23内供给大量气体的气体发送器24。在图2、3所示的实施例中,压力缸23的基部安装在支承框架10的连结部12上,活塞22的顶端安装在底座缓冲垫15上。气体发送器24,在设置在车体7的既定位置处的冲击检测传感器6检测到冲击(令搭乘者向前方急剧地移动的不良的外力)时,瞬间产生大量的气体而令活塞22从压力缸23向后方移动,由此令底座缓冲垫15相对于支承框架10而向后方相对移动。
上述车辆座椅1具有座椅安全带机构28。座椅安全带机构28具有安全带卷放器31、座椅安全带25、将座椅安全带25的中间部保持为既定高度的肩部安全带固定器30、与座椅安全带25的中部连结的舌板29、拆装自如地与舌板29卡合的舌板固定器27、固定座椅安全带25的顶端的端部固定器26。卷放器31在由于事故等而对座椅安全带25作用较强载荷时,限制座椅安全带25的拉出。卷放器31固定在车体7或座椅靠背2上。端部固定器26以及舌板固定器27利用后侧安装轴19、19分别安装在上述支承框架10上。
在上述底座缓冲垫15在预张紧器21的作用下向后方移动时,安装在底座缓冲垫15上的安装轴19在后侧狭缝17内向后方移动。因此,座椅安全带25的腰部安全带25A与安装轴19(底座缓冲垫15)一起向后方移动,在底座缓冲垫15向后方移动时,不会在腰部安全带25A与搭乘者之间产生不良的空间。
此外,图6~9表示支承底座缓冲垫15的机构的其他实施例。在支承框架10的纵板11的前侧,利用轴37而旋转自如地安装有连杆臂35,在连杆臂35的顶端利用轴36而安装底座缓冲垫15的前侧。由此,若预张紧器21的活塞22向后方移动,则底座缓冲垫15的前侧从图8的状态如图9所示那样向上部后方移动。
上述底座缓冲垫15如图7所示,具有缓冲框架20A、安装在缓冲框架20A上的缓冲材料20B、包围缓冲材料20B的外周的表皮20C。
在行进中,若由于事故等而对车体7施加了令搭乘者向前方急剧地移动的不良的外力,则卷放器31锁止座椅安全带25而利用座椅安全带25限制搭乘者的向前方的移动。
但是,座椅安全带25对搭乘者的保护相对于事故等的发生而延迟进行,所以一般仅被座椅安全带保护的搭乘者会在不良的外力的作用下向前方较大移动。
因此,在本申请中,若冲击检测传感器6检测到不良的外力,则瞬时地令预张紧器21动作,而令座椅底座3的底座缓冲垫35相对于车体7(支承框架10或者座椅靠背2)向后方相对移动。此时,端部固定器26以及舌板固定器27被后侧安装轴19、19前后位置不可动地连结在底座缓冲垫15上,且后侧安装轴19、19被安装为相对于上述支承框架10前后移动自如,所以腰部安全带25A与底座缓冲垫15一起向后方移动。因此,搭乘者能够没有延时地利用座椅安全带25、特别是腰部安全带25A而从不良的外力的发生中得到保护,搭乘者的向前方的移动也比以往少很多。因此,能够大幅减轻搭乘者由于不良的外力的发生而受到的损伤。
此外,在本申请发明中,在事故发生时在车辆座椅1中实质上仅底座缓冲垫15向后方移动。因此,即便是在无法在车辆座椅1的后方确保较大的移动空间的车辆中,也能够具备本申请的优异的功能。换言之,在本申请发明中,几乎不会在车辆座椅1的后方产生死区。
此外,在图6~9的实施例中,在发生不良的外力时,底座缓冲垫15的后部与第1实施例同样地大致水平地向后方移动,但底座缓冲垫15的前侧利用连杆臂35而向上部后方受到引导。而且,由于底座缓冲垫15的前侧向上部移动,能够进一步抑制搭乘者向前方的移动。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆座椅,具有座椅底座和旋转自如地安装在上述座椅底座上的座椅靠背,上述座椅底座具有安装在车体上的支承框架、和被支承框架支承的底座缓冲垫,上述支承框架构成为不会由于使搭乘者向前方急剧移动的不良外力而相对于上述车体前后移动,上述底座缓冲垫构成为能够相对于上述支承框架而沿前后方向移动,在上述底座缓冲垫与上述支承框架之间设置有预张紧器,该预张紧器在发生上述不良外力时令上述底座缓冲垫相对于上述支承框架向后方移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,上述车辆座椅还具有座椅安全带机构,上述座椅安全带机构的腰部安全带在发生上述不良外力时与上述底座缓冲垫一起向后方移动。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,上述车辆座椅还具有座椅安全带机构,上述座椅安全带机构具有座椅安全带、与上述座椅安全带的中部连结的舌板、拆装自如地与上述舌板卡合的舌板固定器、固定上述座椅安全带的顶端的端部固定器,上述舌板固定器以及上述端部固定器与上述底座缓冲垫一起前后移动。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,在上述预张紧器动作时,上述底座缓冲垫的后部大致水平地向后方移动,但上述底座缓冲垫的前侧一边上升一边向后方移动。
5.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,上述支承框架具有左右一对的纵板,上述底座缓冲垫配置在上述纵板之间,上述预张紧器配置在上述底座缓冲垫的下方。
