技术领域:
本发明涉及一种铝合金铸件的充型方法。
背景技术:
大型铝合金铸件在浇注过程中极易产生二次氧化夹杂等缺陷而导致报废。因此,如何实现铝合金的平稳成型,减少二次氧化夹杂,是铝合金在铸造技术上的关键问题。
浇注时间过短时,浇注速度较快,会造成充型的不平稳,导致卷气和湍流现象的出现,从而出现二次氧化夹杂缺陷。从直浇道下来的铝液,速度比较快,到直浇道底部会发生突然的转向,极容易产生湍流和卷气。过高的浇注温度会使铝液氧化严重,在浇注前就会产生氧化物,在铸件中形成氧化夹杂。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种使铝合金铸件平稳充型,减少氧化夹杂的大型医疗器械铝合金铸件平稳充型方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种大型医疗器械铝合金铸件平稳充型方法,包括在浇注系统中进行浇注,其特征是:在浇注系统的横浇道入口处,设有起挡渣和缓冲作用的过滤器;浇注时间为58秒;浇注温度为725℃。
浇注系统的冒口与横浇道采用脱离的形式。
本发明浇注时间由原先的29秒延长一倍,即58秒,这样的浇注时间,保证了铝液在铸型中的充型过程平稳,对铸型的冲刷作用小,进一步保证无砂子等冲进铸型,也确保无二次氧化物的形成。本发明在横浇道的入口处增加两个过滤器,一方面可以起到挡渣的作用,另一方面,可以缓冲由直浇道注入的铝液,降低其充型速度,保证充型的平稳。原先的浇注系统为底注式的,冒口的底部与横浇道相连,当铝液充满横浇道后,开始填充冒口,然后由内浇口往铸件填充,即充型过程为由冒口向铸型倒灌。倒灌的铝液与铸件充型上来的铝液交汇,极易产生二次氧化夹杂,最后在铸件中形成缺陷。本发明采用的浇注系统为冒口底部与横浇道脱离,这样填充的顺序就为由铸件经内浇口向冒口填充,产生的二次氧化夹杂就排在冒口中,加工后可以去除,而不会留在铸件内。本发明由于二次氧化夹杂产生的废品率由原来的30%减小为不到10%。
