技术领域
本发明涉及对生物体内进行检查等的、形成为胶囊状的小型的胶囊内窥镜及其制造方法。
背景技术
胶囊内窥镜的技术例如公开于日本特开2001-91860号公报(段落编号(0012))、日本特开2004-65575号公报(段落编号(0028)、(0071))、以及日本特开2005-261504号公报(段落编号(0033))中。日本特开2001-91860号公报公开了这样的内容:具有液密地内装有电路基板等的外壳体,该外壳体由覆盖物镜前方的大致半球状的透明罩,以及覆盖后方且后端部形成半球状的筒状罩构成,液密地粘接该透明罩和筒状罩而做成胶囊内窥镜。
日本特开2004-65575号公报公开了这样的内容:具有由前端罩和后端罩密封而成的胶囊容器,且在主体的外周面与后部罩的内周面之间插入液密用O型密封圈;使用即使施加弹性变形也可以确保液密的粘接剂来固定由软性材料构成的前端罩和主体。
日本特开2005-261504号公报公开了这样的内容:通过施加超声波振动,而利用超声波发热将观察侧罩与胶囊主体熔接固定为一体。

在日本特开2001-91860号公报以及日本特开2004-65575号公报中,例如在粘接透明罩和筒状罩时,难以将粘接剂的涂敷量控制为恒定。另外,在这些公报中,在粘接透明罩和筒状罩时,会在胶囊主体的外表面涂敷多余的粘接剂。有时会由该粘接剂在胶囊主体的外表面形成凹凸部、毛刺状部。若形成了这样的凹凸部、毛刺状部,则在上述公报中,为了将胶囊主体的外表面加工平滑,必须进行复杂的后处理工序作业。
胶囊内窥镜可被吞入到患者等人体内而对生物体内进行检查等,形成为小型。这样的小型的胶囊内窥镜不期望例如在透明罩与筒状罩的接合部形成凹凸部、毛刺状部。小型的胶囊内窥镜需要以平滑的状态可靠地接合胶囊主体的外表面。
日本特开2005-261504号公报可以解决上述各公报的问题。但是,日本特开2005-261504号公报由于使超声波焊头(ultrasonic horn)接触于观察侧罩和胶囊主体,为了使超声波振动,可能会对内装于胶囊主体内的电子零件等产生影响。
在日本特开2005-261504号公报中,由于接触超声波焊头,因此该接触的树脂表面被加热。因此,在该公报中,使得表面粗糙,无法获得平滑的胶囊外表面。并且,该公报在利用超声波进行的熔接中,例如难以用宽度较窄的线状进行粘合。
除了这些问题点之外,使超声波焊头接触于观察侧罩或者胶囊主体,为了有效地传导超声波,还需要在与超声波焊头相接触的部位设置切口等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以通过照射激光而可靠地进行熔接的胶囊内窥镜及其制造方法。
本发明的第1技术方案的胶囊内窥镜由第1外壳构件和第2外壳构件构成;上述第1外壳构件由可使可见光和激光透过的光学树脂材料形成;上述第2外壳构件以与第1外壳构件面接触的方式被载置,由含有激光吸收剂的树脂材料形成;自第1外壳构件照射激光,使第2外壳构件熔化,通过激光熔接来固定接合第1外壳构件与第2外壳构件。
本发明的第2技术方案的胶囊内窥镜由第1外壳构件、第2外壳构件和激光吸收构件构成;上述第1外壳构件由可使可见光和激光透过的光学树脂材料形成;上述第2外壳构件以与第1外壳构件面接触的方式被载置,由树脂材料形成;上述激光吸收构件设置于第1外壳构件与第2外壳构件进行面接触的表面之间;自第1外壳构件照射激光,使激光吸收构件熔化,通过激光熔接来固定接合第1外壳构件与第2外壳构件。
本发明的第3技术方案的胶囊内窥镜的制造方法以与第1外壳构件面接触的方式载置由含有激光吸收剂的树脂材料形成的第2外壳构件,该第1外壳构件由可使可见光和激光透过的光学树脂材料形成,自第1外壳构件照射激光,使第2外壳构件熔化,通过激光熔接来固定接合第1外壳构件与第2外壳构件。
本发明的第4技术方案的胶囊内窥镜的制造方法以与第1外壳构件面接触的方式载置由树脂材料形成的第2外壳构件,该第1外壳构件由可使可见光和激光透过的光学树脂材料形成,在第1外壳构件与第2外壳构件进行面接触的表面之间设置激光吸收构件,自第1外壳构件照射激光,使激光吸收构件熔化,通过激光熔接来固定接合第1外壳构件与第2外壳构件。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图说明本发明的第1实施方式。
图1表示胶囊内窥镜的构造图。胶囊内窥镜1包括作为第2外壳构件的筒状罩2和作为第1外壳构件的透明罩3。该筒状罩2和透明罩3互相嵌合,形成一体化了的圆筒状的胶囊内窥镜壳体4。
筒状罩2形成为圆筒状。筒状罩2在一端部形成有圆形的第1开口部端部2a,在其另一端形成有半球部2b。该筒状罩2由含有激光吸收剂的树脂材料形成。即,筒状罩2由是不使激光透过的非透过树脂构件且是吸收激光(激光束)的热塑性树脂构件形成。
作为该筒状罩2的不使激光透过的非透过树脂构件的种类,例如,可列举出在聚碳酸酯(PC)、ABC树脂(ABC)、聚砜(PSU)、聚苯砜(PPSU)、聚苯醚(PPO)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、苯乙烯树脂、尼龙6(PA6)或者尼龙66(PA66)等聚酰胺(PA)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)或者苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物等中混入炭黑等规定的着色剂而成的物质。另外,非透过树脂构件也可以根据需要,利用玻璃纤维等强化其机械强度。
另外,筒状罩2添加有色素构件。由此,筒状罩2在因照射激光而熔化时,利用色素构件变色。作为色素构件,例如,可列举出钛白粉、TiO2、色素(花青系)等。
透明罩3形成为半球状。透明罩3在一端部形成有圆形的第2开口部端部3a。该透明罩3由可使可见光和激光透过的光学树脂材料形成。即,透明罩3可透过白色的照明光,并且,例如使来自体腔的反射光透过。该透明罩3由使例如70%以上的可见光透过的光透过性树脂构件形成。另外,透明罩3由光透过性树脂构件、且具有热塑性的构件形成。该透明罩3的光透过性树脂构件只要是能以规定透过率以上的透过率透过激光即可,没有特别的限定。
作为该光透过性树脂构件的种类,例如,可列举出聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯树脂、环烯烃聚合物(COP)、聚氨酯(PU)、苯乙烯树脂、尼龙6(PA6)或者尼龙66(PA66)等聚酰胺(PA)。
在筒状罩2内收容有作为摄像元件的CCD成像器5、信号处理电路6、通信处理电路7、多个纽扣型电池8和天线9。在将CCD成像器5的透明罩3侧作为前面侧时,自CCD成像器5的后面侧依次设有信号处理电路6、通信处理电路7、多个纽扣型电池8和天线9。
物镜光学系统10设置于CCD成像器5的透明罩3侧。该物镜光学系统10使透过透明罩3入射的光学像成像。该物镜光学系统10具有物镜11和配置于透镜框12的光学透镜。在物镜光学系统10的成像位置设有CCD成像器5。另外,在物镜光学系统10的周围,作为照明光学系统的多个、例如4个白色LED13设置于同一平面内。另外,物镜光学系统10及各白色LED13,例如设置于CCD成像器5中的透明罩3侧的平面5a上。
信号处理电路6具有驱动各白色LED13而使其发光的电路、驱动CCD成像器5的电路、将自CCD成像器5输出的摄像信号生成为图像信号的电路。
通信处理电路7将由信号处理电路6生成的图像信号作为电波发送到外部装置。
纽扣型电池8例如设有3个。这些纽扣型电池8向CCD成像器5、信号处理电路6及通信处理电路7等供电。
天线9设置于由筒状罩2中的半球部2b形成的半球空间内。该天线9电连接于通信处理电路7,将由通信处理电路7处理后的信号作为电波来放射。
筒状罩2与透明罩3通过使筒状罩2的第1开口部端部2a与透明罩3的第2开口部端部3a互相嵌合而一体化。第1开口部端部2a是通过在筒状罩2外表面侧的整周上设置台阶2c而成的。第2开口部端部3a是通过在透明罩3内表面侧的整周上设置台阶3b而成的。
于是,透明罩3的第2开口部端部3a在外侧,筒状罩2的第1开口部端部2a在内侧,第2开口部端部3a与第1开口部端部2a互相插入而嵌合。换言之,是透明罩3覆盖于筒状罩2的上表面的状态。
该嵌合部14具有第2开口部端部3a与第1开口部端部2a互相面接触的分界面15。该分界面15形成为与圆筒状的胶囊内窥镜壳体4的侧面同心的圆形。另外,第2开口部端部3a的前端部抵接于筒状罩2的台阶2c,形成抵接面16。
激光熔接部17形成于圆筒状的分界面15的整周上。该激光熔接部17通过自外部照射激光Q而进行的熔接,使第1开口部端部2a与第2开口部端部3a液密地紧密固定为一体。
即,激光Q透过透明罩3的第2开口部端部3a,照射在由热塑性树脂构件形成的筒状罩2的第1开口部端部2a上。该激光Q的照射方向沿与透明罩3大致垂直的方向、即与胶囊内窥镜壳体4的侧面大致垂直的方向照射。在这种情况下,一边使胶囊内窥镜壳体4旋转,一边使激光Q照射在胶囊内窥镜壳体4侧面的整周上。另外,一边改变激光Q的照射方向,一边使该激光Q照射在胶囊内窥镜壳体4侧面的整周上。
激光Q透过透明罩3,照射在筒状罩2上。由此,筒状罩2的第1开口部端部2a被加热并熔化。于是,第1开口部端部2a与第2开口部端部3a热熔接,即透明罩3与筒状罩2熔接在一起。
激光Q具有相对于透明罩3达到规定透过率以上、例如26%以上的波长。由此,激光Q在由光透过性树脂构件形成的透明罩3内透过时,激光Q的能量损失降低。
结果,对由光透过性树脂构件形成的第2开口部端部3a与由热塑性树脂构件形成的第1开口部端部2a之间的分界面15照射能量损失较少的激光Q。通过照射该激光Q,在分界面15上积蓄了足够加热并熔化该分界面15的能量。于是,在分界面15上发生充分的加热熔化,之后,第2开口部端部3a与第1开口部端部2a熔接在一起。即,筒状罩2与透明罩3通过激光熔接部17而熔接在一起。
另外,筒状罩2添加有色素构件。由此,筒状罩2在因照射激光而熔化时,因色素构件而变色。于是,在筒状罩2与透明罩3通过激光熔接部17而相熔接时,可以通过筒状罩2中呈现的变色来确认该熔接的状况。
保护构件18设置于第1开口部端部2a与第2开口部端部3a之间的嵌合部。具体地讲,保护构件18设置于第1开口部端部2a内周面的整周上。保护构件18设置于CCD成像器5外周面的整周上。另外,保护构件18设置于第1开口部端部2a内周面的整周或者CCD成像器5外周面的整周中的任一方或两方上均可。
保护构件18吸收照射在第2开口部端部3a与第1开口部端部2a之间的分界面15上的激光Q。该保护构件18吸收在照射激光Q时产生的散射光。该保护构件18例如由陶瓷等绝热遮光性优良的构件形成。这样,由于保护构件18吸收激光Q及其散射光,因此,不会由该激光Q及其散射光影响CCD成像器5等。
这样,采用上述第1实施方式,具有收容CCD成像器5的筒状罩2、和使来自被检体的可见光入射到CCD成像器5且由激光透过性构件形成的透明罩3,通过自胶囊内窥镜壳体4的外部对该筒状罩2与透明罩3之间的嵌合部14照射激光Q,将筒状罩2与透明罩3熔接在一起。由此,即使是小型的胶囊内窥镜,也可以可靠地熔接筒状罩2与透明罩3。完全不会在胶囊内窥镜壳体4的外表面形成凹凸部、毛刺状部。胶囊内窥镜壳体4的外表面可以维持平滑的状态。并且,不必进行复杂的后处理工序作业。
保护构件18吸收激光Q及其散射光。由此,激光Q及其散射光不会影响CCD成像器5等。
另外,上述第1实施方式也可以如下这样变形。如上所述,上述第1实施方式由含有激光吸收剂的树脂材料形成筒状罩2。即,筒状罩2由是不使激光透过的非透过树脂构件且是吸收激光的热塑性树脂构件形成。于是,在激光Q透过透明罩3而照射在筒状罩2上时,筒状罩2被加热并熔化,透明罩3与筒状罩2熔接在一起。本发明并不限定于此,上述第1实施方式可以在筒状罩2与透明罩3进行面接触的表面之间设置激光吸收构件,自透明罩3照射激光Q,使激光吸收构件熔化,通过激光熔接来固定接合筒状罩2与透明罩3。激光吸收构件由吸收激光的热塑性树脂构件或者涂敷剂形成。在这种情况下,筒状罩2也可以不含有激光吸收剂。
接着,参照附图说明本发明的第2实施方式。另外,对与图1相同的部分标注相同的附图标记,省略其详细说明。
图2表示胶囊内窥镜的构造图。筒状罩2与透明罩3通过使筒状罩2的第1开口部端部20与透明罩3的第2开口部端部21互相嵌合而一体化。第1开口部端部20形成为筒状。第2开口部端部21通过在透明罩3外表面侧的整周上设置台阶22而成。
于是,筒状罩2的第1开口部端部20在外侧,透明罩3的第2开口部端部21在内侧,该第1开口部端部20与第2开口部端部21互相插入而嵌合。换言之,是筒状罩2覆盖于透明罩3的上表面的状态。另外,筒状罩2的第1开口部端部20的前端部处于抵接于透明罩3的台阶22的状态。
激光熔接部23形成于第1开口部端部20的前端部与透明罩3的台阶22抵接的部位。即,激光Q以与胶囊内窥镜壳体4的侧面方向相同的方向照射在第1开口部端部20的前端部与透明罩3的台阶22抵接的部位。在这种情况下,也是一边使胶囊内窥镜壳体4旋转,一边使激光Q照射在圆周状的抵接部位上。另外,一边改变激光Q的照射位置,一边使该激光Q照射在圆周状的抵接部位上。
在激光Q透过透明罩3而照射在筒状罩2上时,该筒状罩2的第1开口部端部20的前端部被加热并熔化。由此,使透明罩3与筒状罩2熔接在一起。
这样地采用上述第2实施方式,尽管将激光熔接部23形成于第1开口部端部20的前端部与透明罩3的台阶22抵接的部位,也可以起到与上述第1实施方式同样的效果。即,即使是小型的胶囊内窥镜,也可以可靠地熔接筒状罩2与透明罩3。完全不会在胶囊内窥镜壳体4的外表面形成凹凸部、毛刺状部。胶囊内窥镜壳体4的外表面可以维持平滑的状态。并且,不必进行复杂的后处理工序作业。
另外,上述第2实施方式也可以在筒状罩2与透明罩3进行面接触的表面之间设置激光吸收构件,向筒状罩2照射激光Q,使激光吸收构件熔化,通过激光熔接来粘合筒状罩2与透明罩3。激光吸收构件由吸收激光的热塑性树脂构件或者涂敷剂形成。在这种情况下,筒状罩2也可以不含有激光吸收剂。
接着,参照附图说明本发明的第3实施方式。
图3表示作为胶囊内窥镜的内窥镜前端部的构造图。该内窥镜前端部30是内窥镜的光导部位。该内窥镜前端部30设有金属制的前端构成构件31。在该前端构成构件31上设有照明光学系统安装用的孔32。在该照明光学系统安装用的孔32中插入并固定有光导纤维束33。该光导纤维束33由玻璃构件形成。在该光导纤维束33上固定接合有管头34。该管头34由吸收激光Q的热塑性树脂构件形成。
玻璃罩35插入在照明光学系统安装用的孔32的前端部。该玻璃罩35在插入到照明光学系统安装用的孔32中的状态下,其前端抵接于管头34。该玻璃罩35由可使可见光及激光Q透过的光透过性树脂构件形成。
激光熔接部36形成于玻璃罩35与管头34的抵接部位。该激光熔接部36通过自外部照射激光Q而进行的熔接,使玻璃罩35与管头34紧密固定为一体。即,自玻璃罩35的外侧照射激光Q。该激光Q透过玻璃罩35,照射在玻璃罩35与管头34的抵接部位。由此,玻璃罩35与管头34被加热并熔化,将该玻璃罩35与管头34熔接在一起。
这样,采用上述第3实施方式,使激光Q透过玻璃罩35,照射在玻璃罩35与管头34的抵接部位。由此,玻璃罩35与管头34被加热并熔化,将该玻璃罩35与管头34熔接在一起。于是,即使是小型的内窥镜前端部,也可以可靠地熔接玻璃罩35与管头34。
接着,参照附图说明本发明的第4实施方式。另外,对与图3相同的部分标注相同的附图标记,省略其详细说明。
图4表示内窥镜前端部的构造图。玻璃罩35由玻璃构件形成。玻璃罩35可使可见光及激光Q透过。在该玻璃罩35与光导纤维束33之间设有激光吸收构件40。该激光吸收构件40由吸收激光Q的热塑性树脂形成。另外,玻璃罩35的与激光吸收构件40接触的表面也可以形成为例如具有多个小斑点的梨皮状。
自玻璃罩35的外侧照射激光Q。该激光Q透过玻璃罩35,照射在激光吸收构件40上。由此,激光吸收构件40被加热并熔化,将玻璃罩35与光导纤维束33熔接在一起。另外,若玻璃罩35的与激光吸收构件40相接触的表面形成为例如具有多个小斑点的梨皮状,则玻璃罩35与光导纤维束33的粘合牢固。
这样,采用上述第4实施方式,在玻璃罩35与光导纤维束33之间设置激光吸收构件40,使激光Q照射在该激光吸收构件40上,对其加热而使其熔化,将玻璃罩35与光导纤维束33熔接在一起。由此,即使是小型的内窥镜前端部,也可以可靠地熔接玻璃罩35与管头34。
接着,参照附图说明本发明的第5实施方式。另外,对与图3相同的部分标注相同的附图标记,省略其详细说明。
图5表示内窥镜前端部的构造图。前端构成构件31由吸收激光Q的热塑性树脂构件形成。在该前端构成构件31上设有锥状开口部50。该锥状开口部50形成为自设有光导纤维束33的一侧朝向开口侧地扩口的锥状。该锥状开口部50的口径形成为大于光导纤维束33的口径。
玻璃罩35设置于锥状开口部50。该玻璃罩35的直径可以大于上述图3及图4中使用的玻璃罩35的直径。该玻璃罩35的与锥状开口部50相接触的表面形成为与锥状开口部50的锥形相嵌合的倾斜面。该玻璃罩35由可使可见光及激光透过的光透过性树脂构件形成。
自玻璃罩35的外侧照射激光Q时,该激光Q透过玻璃罩35,照射在玻璃罩35与前端构成构件31的锥状开口部50的抵接部位上。由此,玻璃罩35与锥状开口部50被加热并熔化,将该玻璃罩35与锥状开口部50熔接在一起。
这样,采用上述第5实施方式,在前端构成构件31上设置锥状开口部50,使玻璃罩35熔接于该锥状开口部50。由此,即使是小型的内窥镜前端部,也可以可靠地使玻璃罩35熔接于锥状开口部50。
另外,上述第3~第5实施方式并不限定于内窥镜的光导部位,也可以应用于像导。
接着,参照附图说明本发明的第6实施方式。
图6表示电子内窥镜的插入部前端的构造图。该电子内窥镜的插入部前端由前端构成部和前端绝缘罩形成;上述前端构成部由硬质的构件形成;上述前端绝缘罩覆盖该前端构成部。其中,前端构成部由金属构件等形成为大致圆柱形状。
该前端构成部具有将第1单元60与第2单元61一体化而成的摄像单元62。第1单元60通过将由多个光学系统构成的前端物镜63配设于作为第1框体的透镜框64上,形成物镜单元。
第2单元61设置于第1单元60的后方。该第2单元61具有拍摄经由物镜单元入射的图像的摄像部65。该摄像部65配设CCD芯片66、第1玻璃罩67、第2玻璃罩68等而成。在第2单元61中形成有配设有钳子通道构件的通道用通孔等。钳子通道构件构成有单元插入用通孔以及处理器具穿过用通道。单元插入用通孔配设摄像单元62。处理器具穿过用通道可供生物体检测钳子等处理器具穿过。
该第2单元61具有作为第2框体的CCD托架69。CCD托架69外嵌于第1单元60的透镜框64的后方侧。该CCD托架69设置于摄像部65的前端面。通过将该CCD托架69外嵌于透镜框64的外部,使第1单元60与第2单元61一体化,形成摄像单元62。
物镜63具有透镜70。该透镜70由树脂构件形成。透镜框64由树脂构件形成。因此,透镜70与透镜框64两者均通过组合树脂构件而构成。
作为激光吸收构件的树脂构件71设置于透镜70与透镜框64之间。
在自物镜63的外侧照射激光Q时,该激光Q透过物镜63的透镜70,照射在设置于该透镜70与透镜框64之间的树脂构件71上。由此,透镜70与透镜框64通过熔化了的树脂构件71而熔接在一起。
另外,与树脂构件71相接触的透镜70的表面和透镜框64的表面也可以均形成为例如具有多个小斑点的梨皮状。由此,透镜70与透镜框64之间的固定接合比较牢固。
这样,采用上述第6实施方式,在透镜70与透镜框64之间设置树脂构件71,使激光Q照射在该树脂构件71上,利用熔化了的树脂构件71将透镜70与透镜框64熔接在一起。由此,即使是小型的电子内窥镜的插入部前端,也可以可靠地将透镜70与透镜框64熔接在一起。
上述说明是设有树脂构件71的例子,若使透镜框64为激光吸收构件,则也可以不设置树脂构件71。

Claims (15)

1.一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
该胶囊内窥镜由第1外壳构件和第2外壳构件构成;上述第1外壳构件由可使可见光和激光透过的光学树脂材料形成;上述第2外壳构件以与上述第1外壳构件面接触的方式被载置,由含有激光吸收剂的树脂材料形成;
自上述第1外壳构件照射激光,使上述第2外壳构件熔化,从而通过激光熔接来固定接合上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件。
2.一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
该胶囊内窥镜由第1外壳构件、第2外壳构件和激光吸收构件构成;上述第1外壳构件由可使可见光和激光透过的光学树脂材料形成;上述第2外壳构件以与上述第1外壳构件面接触的方式被载置,由树脂材料形成;上述激光吸收构件设置于上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件进行面接触的表面之间;
自上述第1外壳构件照射激光,使上述激光吸收构件熔化,从而通过激光熔接来固定接合上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
固定接合上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件而成的胶囊内窥镜壳体形成为圆筒状;
上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件之间的固定接合部设置在上述胶囊内窥镜侧面的整周上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
在上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件之间的固定接合部以上述第1外壳构件为外侧、以上述第2外壳构件为内侧地将上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件相嵌合。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
该胶囊内窥镜具有形成于上述第1外壳构件的第1开口部端部和形成于上述第2外壳构件的第2开口部端部;
上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件之间的固定接合部是将上述第2开口部端部插入并嵌合在上述第1开口部端部内,并且,上述第1开口部端部与上述第2开口部端部之间的分界面通过照射激光而进行的熔接,紧密固定为一体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件之间的上述固定接合部具有上述第1开口部端部与上述第2开口部端部面接触的嵌合面,以及上述第1开口部端部与上述第2开口部端部之间的抵接面,该固定接合部是通过对上述嵌合面或上述抵接面中至少一方照射上述激光进行熔接而成的。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
上述第2外壳构件由热塑性树脂构件形成。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
上述第2外壳构件含有色素构件。
9.根据权利要求2所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
上述激光吸收构件设置于上述第1外壳构件的内壁。
10.根据权利要求2所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
上述激光吸收构件设置于上述第2外壳构件的外壁。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
上述激光相对于上述第1外壳构件具有26%以上的透过率。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
该胶囊内窥镜具有保护构件,该保护构件设置于上述第1外壳构件端部与上述第2外壳构件端部之间的嵌合部,至少吸收上述激光。
13.根据权利要求3所述的胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于,
该胶囊内窥镜具有保护构件,该保护构件设置于上述第1外壳构件端部与上述第2外壳构件端部之间的嵌合部,至少吸收上述激光。
14.一种胶囊内窥镜的制造方法,其特征在于,
该制造方法以与第1外壳构件面接触的方式载置由含有激光吸收剂的树脂材料形成的第2外壳构件,该第1外壳构件由可使可见光和激光透过的光学树脂材料形成;
自上述第1外壳构件照射激光,使上述第2外壳构件熔化,通过激光熔接来固定接合上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件。
15.一种胶囊内窥镜的制造方法,其特征在于,
该制造方法以与第1外壳构件面接触的方式载置由树脂材料形成的第2外壳构件,该第1外壳构件由可使可见光和激光透过的光学树脂材料形成;
在上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件进行面接触的表面之间设置激光吸收构件;
自上述第1外壳构件照射激光,使上述激光吸收构件熔化,通过激光熔接来固定接合上述第1外壳构件与上述第2外壳构件。
