本发明涉及一种广告牌,该广告牌具有自支承(selbsttragenden)的不可燃板,该板具有用于在紫外线照射下硬化的油墨的基底层。
背景技术
一般的广告牌具有通常用木材制成的自支承板,在该自支承板上能粘贴广告。然而,这种广告牌必须归为可燃物,因此不能应用于具有防火级要求的房间,在这些房间中禁止使用可燃的装修材料。即使当自支承板是用不可燃材料如金属或玻璃制成的,这种状况也不能得以改变,这是因为贴在不可燃板上的印刷膜(bedruckte Folie)与在印刷膜和不可燃板之间的粘接材料层一起形成了一个结合体,这种结合体从防火级别来说不能归类于不可燃物。除此以外,具有由金属或玻璃制成的自支承板的较大广告牌还具有结构声学方面(bauakustisch)的缺点。
发明内容
由此,本发明的目的在于,避免这些缺点并设计出前述类型的广告牌,使得在不必放弃细节丰富的印刷图的情况下,可以相对低廉的费用来实现不可燃性的要求。
本发明借助下列措施来实现所提出的目的,即用纤维水泥来制造板,并使得该板具有直接涂覆的、必要时包含有彩色颜料(Farbpigmente)的丙烯酸涂层,该丙烯酸涂层作为丙烯酸基油墨的基底层。
通过用纤维水泥材料来制造自支承板,特别地对于安装在墙壁上的板的后通风设置来说,首先可保证有利的结构声学状况。另外,由纤维水泥制成的这种板还具有抗湿性,这对于在潮湿房间(如一般的公共车库)中安装广告牌来说是极其重要的。为了确保具有这种由纤维水泥制成的自支承板的广告牌的不可燃性,由塑料或纸制成的粘贴印刷膜就不能使用在这种广告牌上。因为由纤维水泥制成的板不具有足够的附着性,油墨不能直接印刷在水泥材料上,因此在板的可视侧必须设置作为油墨基底层的丙烯酸涂层。在使用于紫外线照射下硬化的丙烯酸基油墨的情况下,由纤维水泥制成的板的丙烯酸涂层与油墨之间不需要额外的粘结剂就能可靠地形成持久且耐磨的连接,这对于将所述广告牌归类于不可燃物是十分重要的前提,尽管无论是丙烯酸涂层还是丙烯酸基油墨都符合不可燃性的阻燃标准。然而,由于选择的基底层和确定附着于其上的油墨的共同作用,丙烯酸涂层和油墨的总厚度受到尺寸限制,该尺寸决定了能否将以纤维水泥和涂层构成的结合体根据阻燃等级归类于不可燃物。因为由纤维水泥制成的自支承板设置有丙烯酸涂层,其就具有了对于丙烯酸颜料而言有利的印刷底色,油墨可借助印刷机直接在干净的丙烯酸涂层上进行喷涂,并能在紫外线照射下硬化,也就是说,在要求印刷图具有精确细节的情况下,能够获得影像效果逼真的图像质量。必要时,丙烯酸涂层可以掺入彩色颜料,以预先形成一定的底色。
由此,为了确保将所述广告牌根据阻燃等级归类于不可燃物,必须注意的是,在所述板的单位面积上,丙烯酸涂层和涂覆于丙烯酸涂层上的油墨的总量要小于广告牌不可燃性所允许的最大量。如丙烯酸涂层和油墨各自具有的最大厚度为0.1mm的话,那么就很容易满足上述条件。

具体实施方式
根据本实施例的广告牌具有由纤维水泥制成的自支承板1,在该板的可视侧设置有丙烯酸涂层2,在该板的背面同样可具有涂层3,但该涂层必须这样形成,即,使得根据阻燃级别该结合体的不可燃性是毫无问题的。必要时,丙烯酸涂层2可掺入彩色颜料,可以直接进行印刷,也就是说,可借助印刷机通过数字控制印刷机而将相应的油墨喷涂在作为基底层的丙烯酸涂层2上。喷涂在丙烯酸涂层2上由丙烯酸颜料构成的油墨层4在印刷过程中借助紫外线照射硬化,由此,在不必使用额外粘结剂的情况下,可在丙烯酸涂层2和油墨层4之间形成持久的连接。另外,尽管无论是丙烯酸涂层2还是油墨层4都可以归类于不可燃物,但是为了使其结合体可归类到不可燃物,丙烯酸涂层2和丙烯酸基油墨层4的总厚度要保持足够薄。另外,丙烯酸涂层2和油墨层4的较小层厚对由纤维水泥制成的板的隔音特性没有影响,从而使得这种广告牌在应用中,特别是在挂在墙壁上具有后通风的大面积广告牌的应用中,具有有利的结构声学条件。由于所述广告牌具有很小的层厚和抗湿性,因此能消除例如由温度引起的应力或变形所带来的应力裂纹和碎裂的危险。

Claims (3)

1.广告牌,其具有自支承的不可燃板,该板具有用于在紫外线照射下硬化的丙烯酸基油墨的基底层,其特征在于,该板(1)由纤维水泥制成,并且设置有直接涂覆的、必要时包含有彩色颜料的丙烯酸涂层(2),该丙烯酸涂层(2)作为所述丙烯酸基油墨的基底层。
2.按照权利要求1所述的广告牌,其特征在于,在该板(1)的单位面积上,该丙烯酸涂层(2)和涂覆于该丙烯酸涂层上的油墨的总量小于广告牌不可燃性所允许的最大量。
3.按照权利要求1所述的广告牌,还包括在所述丙烯酸涂层(2)上的由所述丙烯酸基油墨构成的油墨层(4)。
