Abstract
本发明提供一种容易揭下剥离片的粘贴膏,只须左右拉伸,就能分裂剥离片。本发明涉及上粘贴膏,其具备:具有伸缩性的支撑体、在上述支撑体的一面的大致整面上展开的膏体、粘贴在所述膏体整面上的剥离片;只须左右拉伸,就能在分裂部只分裂上述剥离片;在上述分裂部附近,具备1个或2个以上的切口部,只要左右拉伸所述粘贴膏,该切口部就开口。

技术领域
本发明涉及外敷软膏剂或硬膏剂等粘贴膏。更具体地涉及便利性优良的粘贴膏,即使老人也能够以不弄脏手、并且外敷软膏剂或硬膏剂等粘贴膏也不出皱褶的方式,将其干净且方便地粘贴在患部。
背景技术
近年来,随着进入高龄化社会、同时为了工作的合理化而利用各种计算机,结果是出现了诉说腰或肩、膝、肘等疼痛的人增多的倾向,作为其对症疗法,广泛采用湿布剂或硬膏剂等。一般来说,湿布剂或硬膏剂等粘贴膏是将支撑体、膏体及剥离片层叠而成的结构,但是在使用时揭下剥离片困难,尤其对于使用次数高的老人来说存在问题。
为了改善这些问题,例如,可列举出下述粘贴膏:将2片剥离片在粘贴膏的中央部合在一起,通过从合缝折弯、设置下拉薄片部分使剥离片的揭下变得容易(专利文献1);或在剥离片上以波形或锯齿形等由山部和谷底部构成的形状设置切口线,通过折弯粘贴膏整体使该山部成为把持部,使剥离片的揭下变得容易的粘贴膏(专利文献2)。对于前者的粘贴膏,由于下拉薄片部分的形成导致成本增加,并且形成的下拉薄片成为挂住的地方,因此使用时需要注意。此外,对于后者的粘贴膏,要求剥离片具有在折弯粘贴膏时可剥离程度的刚性,对剥离片的材质有一定的制约。
另一方面,在具有消毒垫的医用橡皮膏的领域,已知有采用实施了虚线状的切口的1片剥离用薄片、通过将其左右拉伸分裂成2片后使用的救急医用橡皮膏(专利文献3)。但是,要揭下该分裂的剥离用薄片,需要作出将救急医用橡皮膏本身弯曲等动作或换手,未必能说使用性(易贴性)优异。
另外,已知在粘贴膏的领域有只须左右拉伸就能只分裂剥离片的使用性(易贴性)优异的粘贴膏(专利文献4),但以追求更优异的使用性(易贴性)的老人为中心的消费者的需求越来越高,要求提供一种揭下操作更简便的、机能更高的粘贴膏。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,对于以往通过左右拉伸只分裂剥离片的粘贴膏,提供一种使用性(易贴性)更优异的、揭下剥离片的操作容易的粘贴膏。
为解决上述问题,本发明者们发现,如果在剥离片的分裂位置附近设置1个或2个以上的在左右拉伸粘贴膏时开口的切口部,则分裂的剥离片可干净地卷起,经过进一步的研究,最终完成了本发明。
即,本发明涉及一种粘贴膏,其具备具有伸缩性的支撑体、在所述支撑体的一面的大致整面上展开的膏体、粘附在所述膏体的整面上的剥离片,只须左右拉伸,就能只将所述剥离片在分裂部分裂,其中,在所述分裂部的附近,具备1个或2个以上的切口部,只要左右拉伸所述粘贴膏,该开口部就开口。
另外,本发明涉及上述粘贴膏,其中,分裂部为S字状、波形状或锯齿形状。
此外,本发明涉及上述粘贴膏,其中,分裂部为直线状。
另外,本发明涉及上述粘贴膏,其中,切口部为T字状。
此外,本发明涉及上述粘贴膏,其中,T字的竖柱配置成与粘贴膏的左右的拉伸方向平行,该竖柱的顶端朝向分裂部。

另外,本发明涉及上述粘贴膏,其中,剥离片是具有分裂部的1片剥离片,只须左右拉伸粘贴膏,就能利用剥离片和支撑体的拉伸率的差异,在上述分裂部只将剥离片分裂。
本发明通过采用上述的构成,不需要用手指摸索剥离片或支撑体的端部等的揭下开始操作,只须左右拉伸粘贴膏就能分裂剥离片,同时通过切口部的存在,被分裂的剥离片的端部良好地卷起,因此揭掉剥离片的操作变得非常容易。而且通过良好地卷起,膏体的一部分更多地露出,因此将该更多地露出的膏体的露出部直接接触患部,不用换手就能将粘贴膏粘贴的操作(所谓一次接触(one touch)粘贴)更容易。
另外,通过将左右拉伸粘贴膏、不换手而一次接触地粘贴在患部的使用方法明示在剥离片及/或支撑体上,能够更加提高粘贴膏的使用性(易贴性),能够使粘贴膏具有更高的机能。
在左右拉伸本发明的粘贴膏时,剥离片的良好卷起被认为是首先使剥离片在分裂部被分裂,同时在切口部形成开口,空气从该切口部进入到剥离片和膏体之间,该空气促进了卷起。
此外,在从分裂部朝左右方向以凸状配置切口部的情况下,在左右拉伸本发明的粘贴膏时,由于不仅膏体更多地露出,而且凸状的顶部被膏体拉住,因此即使左右拉伸的力被缓和,也能维持剥离片的卷起的状态。由此,一度揭下的剥离片不会再附着在膏体上,因此更容易撕下卷起的部分。

在本发明中,所谓“分裂部”指的是左右拉伸粘贴膏时剥离片被分裂的部位。能够将其设在剥离片的大致中央部或周边部等所希望的位置上。对于本发明的分裂部,典型地可列举出被称为所谓“半切”等的不贯通剥离片地减薄的薄型切断部、按规定间隔切入剥离片的缝纫机网眼状切断部、其它被称为弱化线等的分裂部、以及在剥离片的端部形成为I字状或V字状等的切口(缺口)等。在此种情况下,剥离片是具有分裂部的1片剥离片,只须左右拉伸粘贴膏,利用剥离片和支撑体的拉伸率的差异,就可只将剥离片在上述分裂部分裂。另外,本发明中的剥离片也包括由完全分裂的2片剥离片构成的形式,但从粘贴膏的保形性、防止药效成分蒸散等观点考虑,优选剥离片是具有分裂部的1片剥离片。
在将分裂部设定为薄型切断部或缝纫机网眼状切断部的情况下,为了将剥离片分裂,设置为在大致中央部或周边部等将剥离片横断,该分裂部的形状可以是直线状、S字状、波形状、锯齿形状等形状,另外,例如分裂部整体是锯齿形状,位于该锯齿的各刃的部分也是锯齿形状或波形状等,也可以是组合上述形状的形状,可以形成任意的形状。尤其优选是通过形成山部和谷底而成的S字状、波形状、锯齿形状等。在某一山部和与之邻接的山部之间的距离(行程)比较长(行程数少时)的情况下,剥离片分裂后形成的切片大。容易抓住。
在本发明中,对于所谓切口部,只要是在拉伸粘贴膏时开口、且该开口部是有助于剥离片的卷起的形状,就不特别限定,典型地可列举出直线状、T字状、V字状、八字状等。尤其优选为T字形的竖柱与粘贴膏的左右拉伸方向平行,该竖柱的顶端朝向分裂部配置,及/或从分裂部朝左右方向以凸状配置。
优选在分裂部的附近形成1个或2个以上的上述切口部,在粘贴膏的未使用时为关闭的状态。只要是在左右拉伸粘贴膏时形成开口部的形状,怎样的形状都行,典型的可列举出贯通剥离片的切入、半切状的薄型部、缝纫机网眼状切口部等。
尤其是,在从分裂部朝左右方向以凸状配置切口部时,由于该切口部促进剥离片的卷起,一度卷起的剥离片很难再附着,因此优选这样的形状,更优选V字状或圆弧状。
本发明的粘贴膏由支撑体、膏体及剥离片构成,如以下所述,它们可采用以往所用的物质。
即,作为本发明的粘贴膏的剥离片,可采用无拉伸聚丙烯(CPP)、拉伸聚丙烯(OPP)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚乙烯、聚酯、聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯等塑料薄膜、对合成树脂或合成纸、合成纤维等上进行了有机硅加工的有机硅加工纸、在铝箔、牛皮纸上层叠了聚乙烯等的层叠加工纸等的无色或着色的剥离片。
优选上述剥离片的厚度按10μm~75μm、优选按12μm~40μm、更优选按15μm~35μm的范围形成。如果剥离片的厚度过薄,则剥离时剥离片缠在膏体上,或剥离片因薄而容易滑动,因此不易揭下,另外在制造时剥离片立即被分裂、操作性等下降;此外,在将剥离片粘附在膏体上的情况下,有剥离片容易起褶皱的倾向。此外,如果剥离片的厚度过厚,虽然在剥离等时容易揭下剥离片,但是分裂困难,此外在制造原薄片时也变得难以切断,有操作性等下降的倾向。
可将剥离片的抗拉强度设定为10g/cm~140g/cm、优选为20g/cm~100g/cm、更优选为30g/cm~60g/cm的范围。如果剥离片的抗拉强度过低,则在制造时剥离片中途被切断,不能连续地在膏体上粘贴剥离片,此外在将外敷软膏剂或硬膏剂等粘贴膏装入包装袋中的时候,也容易使剥离片分裂,更容易出现成品率下降的倾向。此外,如果抗拉强度过高,则不容易分裂剥离片,有使用性下降的倾向。
另外,关于抗拉强度的测定,例如可通过采用拉伸试验机AGS-100B(岛津制作所制造),将标距设为100mm,用宽50mm的夹头夹持剥离片,按100mm/分钟的速度拉伸,测定破断时的负荷来进行。
另外,在将剥离片的厚度设定为10μm~75μm、将抗拉强度设定为10g/cm~140g/cm的情况下,除上述的操作性、使用性以外,结合剥离片的弹力或设在剥离片上的切口部的作用,卷起变得更良好,能够更多地露出膏体。
此外,为了明确撕破方法,可以在剥离片的左右部分设置箭头等图形或文字、符号等的表示部,此外也可以进行着色等。通过这样的表示或着色等,例如在剥离片上明示向左右拉粘贴膏、不用换手一次接触就粘贴在患部的方法,能够在确认粘贴膏的使用方法的同时使用等,使用性(易贴性)更加提高。另外,也可以将上述的表示部设在支撑体上。
也可以对剥离片进行轧纹加工,典型地,可在剥离片的整面或局部地方,例如在撕裂分裂部时容易用手揭掉的地方、在揭下撕裂的剥离片时容易揭掉的地方等处形成轧纹。轧纹的形状只要是能不滑动且容易用手揭下的形状就不特限定,例如可以形成格子状、圆形状、角形状、星形状以及其它各种形状。
在进行了轧纹加工的剥离片上,由于局部强度不同,因而卷起良好,另外在设置了切口部的情况下,轧纹加工的凹凸和切口部相结合,可形成富于变化的良好的卷起,膏体的露出面更加扩大,揭掉剥离片时便利性更加提高。另外通过非平面的卷起,还具有剥离片不易再附着在膏体上的优点。
作为本发明的粘贴膏的支撑体,只要是左右拉伸粘贴膏时可使剥离片分裂而本身不被分裂的支撑体即可。此外,在采用具有分裂部的1片剥离片作为剥离片的情况下,必须将剥离片和上述支撑体的伸缩率的差设定为在左右拉伸该粘贴膏时只将剥离片在分裂部分裂的程度,但为了分裂时的剥离片形成良好的卷起,该差优选在0.3%以上。
作为支撑体,例如,可列举出纺织布、编织布、无纺布、无纺纸等具有伸缩性的支撑体等。作为具体的材料,可使用纸、棉、大麻、黄麻等韧皮纤维,马尼拉麻等叶脉纤维等纤维素纤维,羊毛等兽毛纤维、绢纤维或羽毛纤维等蛋白质纤维等天然纤维,人造丝、铜氨丝等再生纤维素纤维或再生蛋白质纤维等再生纤维,醋酸纤维素纤维或普罗米克斯(promix)等半合成纤维,尼龙芳香族聚酰胺纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维、聚酯纤维、丙烯酸纤维等,聚乙烯或聚丙烯等聚烯烃纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚偏氯乙烯纤维、聚氯乙烯系纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚甲醛纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维、聚对亚苯基苯并二噻唑(PBT)纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维等。
上述支撑体可考虑厚度、拉伸率、抗拉强度、操作性等物理性质或粘贴时的感触、患部的密封性、药物向支撑体的转移等而适宜选择。
本发明的粘贴膏中的膏体是通过在基材中含有或附着药物等作为外用的外敷软膏剂或硬膏剂等粘贴膏而被有效利用的。为了充分得到对皮肤的药效效果,膏体含有水分,并且具有粘附性,形成为具有即使在常温或常温以上的温度下软化、膏体也不残留在皮肤上的适度的凝结性。
此外,膏体可采用增粘剂或湿润剂等调制,作为增粘剂,最好使水分能稳定地保持在30~80%,并且具有保水性。作为其具体例,适合采用瓜尔胶、刺槐豆胶、角叉菜胶、海藻酸、海藻酸钠、琼脂、阿拉伯胶(gum arabic)、黄蓍胶、刺梧桐胶、果胶、淀粉等植物系,黄原胶、阿拉伯胶(acacia gum)等微生物系,明胶、胶原蛋白等动物系等的天然高分子;甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠等纤维素系,可溶性淀粉、羧甲基淀粉、二醛淀粉等淀粉系等半合成高分子;聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基甲基丙烯酸酯等乙烯系,聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸钠等丙烯系,其它聚氧乙烯、甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐共聚合物等合成高分子等的水溶性高分子等。
尤其优选为聚丙烯酸钠。因为其凝胶强度强并且保水性优良。更优选平均聚合度为20000~70000的聚丙烯酸钠。如果平均聚合度小于20000,则有增粘效果变差,不能得到足够的凝胶强度的倾向,如果平均聚合度大于70000,则有增粘效果过强,操作性下降的倾向。此外,通过并用2种以上的上述水溶性高分子,例如形成聚丙烯酸钠的强离子高分子和高分子复合物,能够得到凝胶强度更加高的弹性凝胶。
作为湿润剂,也可以添加丙三醇、丙二醇、山梨糖醇等多元醇等;作为充填剂,也可以添加高岭土、氧化锌、滑石、钛、膨润土、硅酸铝、氧化钛、氧化锌、偏硅酸铝、硫酸钙、磷酸钙等。此外,作为溶解辅助剂或吸收促进剂,也可以添加碳酸亚丙酯、克罗米通、1-薄荷醇、薄荷油、苎烯、二异丙己二酸酯等;或作为药效辅助剂,添加水杨酸甲酯、水杨酸乙二醇酯、1-薄荷醇、百里酚、薄荷油、壬酸香草酰胺、辣椒提取物等。另外,也可以根据需要添加稳定化剂或抗氧化剂、乳化剂等。
也可以根据其它需要添加偶联剂或聚合剂等。能够使膏体强固,同时具有保水性。该偶联剂或聚合剂可根据增粘剂等的种类而适宜选择。例如,在作为增粘剂采用聚丙烯酸或聚丙烯酸盐的情况下,适合采用分子中至少具有2个环氧基的化合物、Ca、Mg、Al等的盐酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、碳酸盐等无机酸盐、柠檬酸盐、酒石酸盐、葡萄糖酸、硬脂酸盐等有机酸盐、氧化锌、无水硅酸等氧化物、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁等氢氧化物等多价金属化合物等。此外,在作为增粘剂采用聚乙烯醇的情况下,适合采用己二酸、硫基乙酸、环氧化合物(环氧氯丙烷)、醛类、N-羟甲基化合物、Al、Ti、Zr、Sn、V、Cu、B、Cr等化合物等的络合物等。
此外,在作为增粘剂采用聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮的情况下,适合采用甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐共聚合物、聚酸性化合物或其碱金属盐(聚丙烯酸或丹宁酸及其衍生物)等。此外,在作为增粘剂采用聚氧化乙烯的情况下,适合采用过氧化物、聚砜叠氮化物等。此外,在作为增粘剂采用甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐共聚物的情况下,适合采用多官能团羟基化合物、多元胺、碘、明胶、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、铁、水银、铅盐等。在作为增粘剂采用明胶的情况下,适合采用甲醛、戊二醛、二醛淀粉等醛类,乙二醛、丁二烯氧化物等二环氧类,二乙烯基酮等二酮类,二异氰酸酯类等。
此外,在作为增粘剂采用聚丙烯酸钠的情况下,作为交联剂,优选添加氢氧化锂、氢氧化锌、氢氧化铝、硼酸钠等多价金属盐。优选为锌盐、铝盐。可以促进交联反应。作为交联剂而添加的多价金属盐的浓度是,相对于1当量的增粘剂(或水溶性高分子),优选为0.5~1.5当量。如果多价金属盐的浓度过低,则出现反应过慢,凝胶强度降低的倾向,如果多价金属盐的浓度过高,则有反应过快、凝胶化不均匀、操作性下降的倾向。
作为外敷软膏剂的特点,可列举出与皮肤的密合性好、提高有效成分的皮肤吸收、尽可多地含有水分、在膏体中的水分蒸发时从皮肤吸热,该发热量提供清凉感,此外角质层被从内部蒸发出来的水分水合,促进药物的吸收、在常温或其附近温度下也不松驰、揭下时不疼痛,不留污物、不粘连等。因此,优选,在膏体中,设定增粘剂为5重量%~20重量%、优选为10重量%~15重量%,润湿剂为5重量%~40重量%,充填剂为20重量%以下,水为10重量%~80重量%、溶解辅助剂为0~8重量%,药物为5重量%以下、优选为0.5重量%~5重量%。
此外,在用于硬膏剂等的情况下,作为其基材,适合采用丙烯酸系共聚物、A-B-A型嵌段共聚物、脂环族系石油树脂、具有软化剂的基材。也可以再配合A-B型嵌段共聚物或其它聚丁烯橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硅橡胶、天然橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、NBR聚异丁烯、聚丙烯酸烷基酯、合成异戊烯等热塑性弹性剂等;或萜烯系树脂、石油系树脂、松香、加氢松香、松香·加氢松香酸酯等粘附性附加剂;流动石蜡、橄榄油、大豆油、牛脂、猪脂等动植物油;聚丁烯、液状聚异戊二烯、低级异戊烯、蜡等粘附力·保持力调整剂;氧化钛、氧化锌、偏硅酸铝、硫酸钙、磷酸钙等充填剂等。
作为A-B-A型嵌段共聚物,适合采用单乙烯基取代芳香族化合物A和共轭二烯烃共聚物B的嵌段共聚物。具体是Shell化学公司制造的Califlex TR-1101、Califlex TR-1107、Califlex TR-1111等,飞利浦石油公司制造的Solprene 418或Solprene 311等,其配合量在膏体组成物中为10~40重量份,优选为15~30重量份。
作为本发明的粘贴膏中包含的药物,可列举出选自水杨酸甲酯、水杨酸乙二醇酯、1-薄荷脑、辣椒提取物、壬酸香草酰胺、薄荷油、双氯芬酸、布洛芬、吲哚美辛、酮洛芬、洛索洛芬、舒林酸、脱美丁、氯苯扎利、青霉胺、芬布芬、氟比洛芬、萘普生、普拉洛芬、噻洛芬酸、舒洛芬、联苯乙酸、酮咯酸、噁丙嗪、依托度酸、扎托洛芬、吡罗昔康、戊唑星、盐酸丁丙诺啡、酒石酸布托啡诺等及其酯类衍生物或盐中的至少1种的非类甾醇系抗炎症药,或脱氢泼尼松、地塞米松、氢化可的松、倍他米松、醋酸氟轻松、氟轻松、戊酸醋酸氢化泼尼松、二丙酸地塞米松、戊酸二氟可龙、二氟泼尼酯、戊酸倍他米松、丁酸氢化可的松、丁氯倍氟松、丁酸倍他米松、丙氯倍氟松、琥珀酸地塞米松、氢化泼尼松21-(2E、6E)法尼酸酯、戊酸氢化可的松、醋酸二氟拉松、丙酸地塞米松、二丙酸倍他米松、安西奈德、戊酸地塞米松、哈西奈德、布地奈德、丙酸阿氯米松等类甾醇系抗炎症药等,但也不局限于此。
也可以根据需要并用2种以上的药物。此外,这些药物也可以根据需要以衍生为酯体的化合物、衍生为酰胺体的化合物、衍生为乙缩醛体的化合物、或医学上许可的无机盐、有机盐的形式包含或附着在膏体中。关于药物的量,可根据外敷软膏剂或硬膏剂等粘贴膏的种类、用途等适宜选择,以便能够在用于患者时将预先设定的有效量用于患部。
再有,在本发明的粘贴膏中,也能够完全不含药物地用作冷湿布等。
以下,采用附图对本发明的粘贴膏进行更详细地说明,但本发明并不限定于这些附图。
本发明的粘贴膏典型地是如图1所示的粘贴膏。即,粘贴膏1具备:具有伸缩性的支撑体2、在上述支撑体2的一面的大致整面展开的膏体3、粘贴在上述膏体3的整面上的剥离片4,只须左右拉伸就能在分裂部10处只分裂上述剥离片4,在上述分裂部10的附近具备多个切口部20。在该图中,分裂部10是锯齿状的缝纫机网眼状切断部,位于粘贴膏1的大致中央部,行程(stroke)数为3.5。此外,在剥离片4分裂后,切口部20的一部分被成为切片5的部分拉住。切口部20为T字状,以该T字的竖柱与粘贴膏1的左右拉伸方向(图1的左右方向)平行,该竖柱的顶端朝向分裂部10的方式而配置。
把持粘贴膏1的两端部,如果与支撑体2一同左右拉伸剥离片4,则能够在分裂部10处分裂剥离片4。此外,此时形成于分裂部10附近的切口部20开口,空气从该开口进入到剥离片4和膏体3之间,该空气促使剥离片4从膏体3脱离。此外,裂开的切口部20使剥离片4的折弯非常容易。然后,由于膏体3更多地露出,因此一边使该露出的膏体3与患部接触,一边抓住脱落的剥离片4的切片5揭下,可将粘贴膏1粘贴在患部上。由此,能够比以往简便地使膏体3较多地露出,容易揭下剥离片4,能够以不弄脏手并且粘贴膏1不起褶皱的方式干净地粘贴。
此外,在本发明的粘贴膏中包括图2~图8所示的多种方式。
在图2中,与图1的方式同样,T字状的切口部20以T字的竖柱与粘贴膏的左右拉伸方向平行、该竖柱的顶端朝向分裂部的方式配置,但不同点在于:1个切口部20的整体位于1个切片5的内部(在锯齿状的左右的各顶端的宽度内)。
在图3中,直线状的切口部20被配置在切片5的三角形部分的底边附近,与粘贴膏的左右拉伸方向垂直地配置。
在图4中,分裂部是波形的半切,T字状的切口部20与图1同样地配置。
在图5及图6中,分裂部是S字状(倒S字)(图5)或锯齿状(图6)的半切,T字状的切口部20以T字的竖柱与粘贴膏的左右拉伸方向平行、该竖柱的顶端朝向分裂部的方式配置。
在图7中,分裂部形成为直线状和曲线组合的形状,配置了T字状的切口部20。
在图8中,分裂部形成为直线状和锯齿形组合的形状,配置了T字状的切口部20。
在图5~8所示的粘贴膏中,由于切片5形成地较大,因此在揭下剥离片时容易把持。
图9~12所示的粘贴膏表示另一实施方式。在图9中,分裂部10的山部的角度大,此外,切口部20沿着分裂部10的中心线配置成1列,另外在切片5之中增加配置1列。在图10中,分裂部10的山部的角度约为70~90度,在山部中,与分裂部10的中心线平行地配置2条切口部20,与分裂部10的中心线垂直地配置1条切口部20。在图11及12中,在山部中,与分裂部10的中心线平行地配置3条切口部20,是山部的1个棱线上有2处连结的状态(图11)和有1处连结的状态(图12)。
另外,图13~17所示的粘贴膏是切口部20的全部或一部分从分裂部10朝外侧(左右方向)成凸状地设置,表示了又一实施方式。如果将切口部20形成如此的形状,则在左右拉伸粘贴膏时,由于以凸状的切口部20的顶端被膏体3拉住的方式拉伸,因此促进了剥离片4的卷起和膏体面的露出,使便利性更加提高。
在图13中,在直线状的分裂部10的左右配置圆弧状的切口部20,在图14中,进一步在圆弧内设置直线状的切口部20,在图15中,直线状的切口部20与圆弧并排地配置。在图16中,是在图14所述的状态下,在一侧配置2列圆弧状的切口部。圆弧状的切口部的长度及曲率半径可适宜变更。
图17是在直线状的分裂部10的左右配置V字状的切口部20,配置成V字从分裂部朝左右成凸状的方式。
对于V字状的切口部,例如,在离分裂部大约3~10mm的位置处将V字的角度设定为约40~70度,将V字的山的高度设定为约5~20mm,将V字间的距离设定为约10~30mm。
实施例
[实施例1]
让10名50~70岁的健康成年人把持具备上述图1~3的形状及配置的切口部的粘贴膏的两端,向左右拉伸,关于此时的“剥离片的揭下容易度”及“粘贴的容易度”,基于下述标准对与比较例(在图1中没有切口部的例子)相比较是如何优选进行评分,评分结果的平均值如表1所示。

[实施例2]
在粘贴膏的剥离片上,按图17所示方式设置切口部,左右拉伸粘贴膏,确认剥离片的分裂后的卷起。
切口部20为V字状,以重复的图形状被配置在离分裂部10大约5mm的位置上。V字的角度规定为55度,V字的山的高度规定为10mm、V字间的距离规定为20mm。
左右拉伸粘贴膏时的剥离片的卷起与未设置切口部的例子相比特别好。另外左右拉伸的拉力缓和时,也容易维持卷起的状态。
本发明涉及一种外敷软膏剂或硬膏剂等粘贴膏,提供了一种外敷软膏剂或硬膏剂等粘贴膏,只须左右拉伸外敷软膏剂或硬膏剂等粘贴膏,就能方便地分裂剥离片,只要将剥离片脱离的部分粘贴在患部,即使高龄人也不会弄脏手,并且也不会出褶皱地干净地粘贴,且价格低,适合批量生产。
Claims (8)
1.一种粘贴膏,其具备:具有伸缩性的支撑体、在所述支撑体的一面的大致整面上展开的膏体、粘附在所述膏体的整面上的剥离片;只须左右拉伸就能在分裂部只分裂所述剥离片,在所述分裂部的附近,具备1个或2个以上的切口部,只要左右拉伸所述粘贴膏,该切口部就开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘贴膏,其中,分裂部为S字状、波形状或锯齿形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粘贴膏,其中,分裂部为直线状。
4.根据权利要求1~3的任何一项所述的粘贴膏,其中,切口部为T字状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的粘贴膏,其中,以T字的竖柱与粘贴膏的左右拉伸方向平行、该竖柱的顶端朝向分裂部的方式配置。
6.根据权利要求1~3的任何一项所述的粘贴膏,其中,切口部从分裂部朝左右方向以凸状配置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的粘贴膏,其中,切口部为V字状或圆弧状。
8.根据权利要求1~7的任何一项所述的粘贴膏,其中,剥离片是具有分裂部的1片剥离片,只须左右拉伸粘贴膏,就可利用剥离片和支撑体的拉伸率的差异,只将剥离片分裂在所述分裂部。
