Abstract

Description

用于缆线的紧固装置
本发明涉及一种用于缆线的紧固装置。
已知各种紧固装置,特别是在汽车工业中,通过紧固装置,例如可以将单独的缆线或缆线束固定到钣金构件。为了将紧固装置安装在钣金构件上,或者一般安装到基础部件,后者通常具有一个或多个开口,该紧固装置的棘爪元件可压入该开口中。当铺设缆线时,可能需要在基础部件的边缘或沿基础部件的边缘固定缆线。
本发明的目的是提供一种紧固装置,该紧固装置能够以有利的成本生产,并且易于安装,还能够使相对于基础部件边缘的非常可靠的缆线固定变成可能。
根据本发明,一种用于缆线的紧固装置,包括用于将该紧固装置安装在基础部件的边缘上的边缘夹子部件,插入该边缘夹子部件中的金属构件,缆线卡箍锁(cable band lock),以及能够引入该缆线卡箍锁中的缆线卡箍(cable band)。该金属构件具有突入该缆线卡箍锁中的舌片。当引入该缆线卡箍时该舌片在该缆线卡箍上啮合。在具有或不具有捆成束的缆线的情况下,简单地将根据本发明的紧固装置放置在该基础部件的边缘上。在将缆线卡箍引入该缆线卡箍锁之后,在该缆线卡箍上啮合的金属舌片与具有传统的纯塑料的缆线卡箍棘爪机构的缆线捆相比,提供明显增加的拔出力,即该缆线卡箍相对于无意识的拔出力能够更好地固定。可以将其解释如下:在传统的缆线捆中,缆线卡箍和缆线卡箍锁由相同的塑料生产,这一方面允许该缆线卡箍足够轻微地弯曲,但是另一方面因为该挠性限制了对拔出的阻力。
优选地,将该边缘夹子部件,缆线卡箍锁和缆线卡箍由(一个)塑料整体地(作为单件)生产,以便将该紧固装置的单独部件的数量减小到最小。仅独立地生产该金属构件。
对该紧固装置的特别简单的装配来说,该边缘夹子部件具有开口,该金属构件可以通过该开口插入到该边缘夹子部件中。优选在该边缘夹子部件的与该边缘夹子部件的安装间隙相反的一侧上提供该开口。
为了有效地对抗将该紧固装置从该基础部件的边缘无意识地拔出,该金属构件具有至少一个钣金爪,当安装该紧固装置时该钣金爪直接在该基础部件上啮合。在这种情况下,该金属构件具有双重功能:首先,该舌片固定该缆线卡箍,其次,该钣金爪在该基础部件上阻止该紧固装置。
该金属构件具有至少一个用于将该金属构件定位和牢固地固定在该边缘夹子部件中的定位部分,在该边缘夹子部件中,该定位部分将该金属构件保持在限定位置,或者至少具有棘爪钩,该棘爪钩啮合到该边缘夹子部件的相应的棘爪窗口中。
为了限制该金属构件在该边缘夹子部件中的插入路径,该边缘夹子部件具有保持部分,该保持部分形成用于该金属构件的止动件。优选将该边缘夹子部件的保持部分构造成钩,该金属构件的一部分啮合在该保持部分之后。
对特定的应用来说,在引入该缆线卡箍锁之前,该缆线卡箍有利地基本上垂直于安装方向延伸,该安装方向由该边缘夹子部件限定。

附图1描绘了根据本发明的紧固装置的单独部件,其用于将缆线或缆线束固定到基础部件的安装边缘10上。基础部件例如可以是钣金构件或机动车辆车体的部件。除了塑料构件12之外,该塑料构件的构造将更详细地解释,紧固装置还具有金属构件14。
塑料构件12以单件式制造,可以将该塑料构件再分成三个功能部分:缆线卡箍16,该缆线卡箍围绕要固定的缆线布置;缆线卡箍锁18,为了固定缆线,将缆线卡箍16引入该缆线卡箍锁中;以及用于将紧固装置安装在基础部件的边缘10上的边缘夹子部件20。
在附图2中,可以看到塑料构件12进一步的细节。缆线卡箍锁18基本上由在两端侧上开口的管道形成。缆线卡箍16从管道基本上垂直地延伸。U形边缘夹子部件20包括两个臂22、24,并且连接在缆线卡箍锁18的另一侧上。臂22、24限定安装间隙26,并且通过连接部分28在相对侧上彼此连接,该连接部分用作基础部件的边缘10的止动件。背离缆线卡箍锁18的第一臂22具有倾斜部分22a,该倾斜部分与第二臂24的倒角端24a一起促进安装到边缘10上。此外,第一臂22被构造成其能够弹性偏斜,并且在安装到边缘10上之后,其在该边缘上施加弹性力。
而且,塑料构件12在与安装间隙26相反的一侧上具有开口30,通过开口30,可以将单独在附图3中表示的金属构件14插入边缘夹子部件20。边缘夹子部件20与金属构件14特定地匹配,并且具有保持部分32,该保持部分以钩的方式构成,并且用作金属构件14的止动件,该边缘夹子部件还具有两个棘爪窗口34,下面进一步解释其意义。
金属构件14(参见附图3)由平的金属板形成,并且具有基础部分36,两个棘爪钩38、两个定位部分40和两个钣金爪42从该基础部分延伸。棘爪钩38在第一方向上倾斜,定位部分40在相反的第二方向上倾斜,爪42在与定位部分40相同的方向上倾斜。此外,金属构件14具有在第一方向上弯曲的舌片44。
在附图4中,表示了通过开口30如何将金属构件14插入塑料构件12的边缘夹子部件20中。附图5a、5b和5c表示完全插入金属构件14的塑料构件12。当将金属构件14推入时,边缘夹子部件20的保持部分32用作止动件,并且金属构件14的基础部分36啮合在钩状保持部分32之后(附图5a)。由此限制了金属构件14在插入方向A上的运动。
此外,当推入金属构件14时,棘爪钩38啮合到塑料构件12的棘爪窗口34中,以便金属构件14相对于与插入方向A相反的方向B也牢固地就位(附图5b)。在边缘夹子部件20中,定位部分40将金属构件14压入到预定位置,并且保证金属构件14保持在该限定位置(附图5c)。
在附图6中,可以看到金属构件14的舌片44突入缆线卡箍锁18中,并且当将缆线卡箍引入到缆线卡箍锁18中时,该舌片直接在缆线卡箍16上啮合。在已知的方式中,缆线卡箍16具有锯齿状的轮廓16a。由于金属舌片44与塑料构件12的材料相比具有非常高的刚性,即使在非常高的拔出力的情况下,缆线卡箍16也仍然牢固地保持在缆线卡箍锁18中。
最后,附图7表示在安装到基础部件的边缘10上之后的紧固装置(边缘夹子部件20的第一臂22以非偏斜的状态表示)。背离缆线卡箍锁18的钣金爪42直接在基础部件的面向第二臂24的一侧上啮合,因而阻止了将紧固装置从基础部件的边缘10无意识地拔出。
当铺设缆线时,取决于环境,或者可以首先通过将缆线卡箍16铺设在缆线/缆线束周围并且将缆线卡箍16引入到缆线卡箍锁18中而将缆线/缆线束固定到紧固装置,或者首先通过将紧固装置放置在边缘10上而将该紧固装置安装在基础部件上。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于缆线的紧固装置,所述紧固装置包括用于将所述紧固装置安装在基础部件的边缘(10)上的边缘夹子部件(20),插入到所述边缘夹子部件(20)中的金属构件(14),缆线卡箍锁(18),以及能够引入所述缆线卡箍锁(18)中的缆线卡箍(16),所述金属构件(14)具有突入所述缆线卡箍锁(18)中的舌片(44),当引入所述缆线卡箍(16)时,所述舌片(44)在所述缆线卡箍(16)上啮合,
其中,所述边缘夹子部件(20)具有保持部分(32),所述保持部分形成用于所述金属构件(14)的止动件,
将所述边缘夹子部件(20)的保持部分(32)构造成钩,所述金属构件(14)的基础部分(36)啮合在所述保持部分(32)之后。

4.根据权利要求3所述的用于缆线的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述边缘夹子部件(20)在一侧上具有安装间隙(26),并且在相反的一侧上设置用于所述金属构件(14)的开口(30)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于缆线的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述金属构件(14)具有至少一个钣金爪(42),当安装所述紧固装置时,所述钣金爪直接在所述基础部件上啮合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于缆线的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述金属构件(14)具有至少一个定位部分(40),在所述边缘夹子部件(20)中,所述定位部分将所述金属构件(14)保持在限定位置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于缆线的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述金属构件(14)具有至少一个棘爪钩(38),所述棘爪钩啮合到所述边缘夹子部件(20)的相应的棘爪窗口(34)中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于缆线的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述边缘夹子部件(20)限定安装方向,在引入所述缆线卡箍锁(18)之前,所述缆线卡箍(16)基本上垂直于所述安装方向延伸。
