技术领域
本发明涉及具有循环空气冷却的制冷设备,换言之,其壳体中蒸发区域和用于容纳冷藏物品的冷却区域彼此分开并且冷却区域由从蒸发区域供应的冷空气所冷却的制冷设备。为了获得封闭的空气回路,冷却区域必须具有进气孔和排气孔并且空气从进气孔经过冷却区域流至排气孔。
背景技术
紧邻进气孔和排气孔地获得了高的空气流速,这会导致未保护的冷藏物品变干。而且,如果冷藏室的期望温度没有有利地设置,就存在着冷藏物品会被流入的不可避免地比期望温度更冷的冷空气损坏的危险。
冷却区域能由一个或多个支承板或其它配件划分为多个隔室,冷空气一个接一个地流过所述隔室。
在这种冷却区域或者其中分开的隔室填充有抽屉时,这明显地阻挡地气流。因此提出冷气流应当沿着这种抽屉的侧壁或底部偏转,以通过抽屉壁冷却其内部。每单位时间以这种方式从抽屉消散的热量可能很小但却是可接受的,因为周围全是冷空气的抽屉仅受到来自制冷设备周围非常小的热流入。然而不利的是,来自新装入抽屉的尚温暖的冷藏物品的热输入仅能非常缓慢地消散。而且抽屉附近所需的流路需要空间,那么这就不再能容纳冷藏物品。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一种通过循环空气而冷却的制冷设备,其避免了冷却空气不利的高流速。
这个目标的实现在于,其上布置有进气和排气孔的冷却区域被第一隔板划分为存储区域和空气分配区域,进气和排气孔布置在其中,并且多个孔形成于隔板中用于空气从空气分配区域通向存储区域以及反之。因此隔板允许一方面由于通过隔板散热而进行冷却,而且还主要由于空气交换来进行冷却,因此在存储区域中能以低的空气流速实现所需冷却能力所要求的空气交换速率,因为与空气分配区域的空气交换在隔板很大的表面上分布。
空气分配区域优选地被厚的第二隔板划分为进气孔开口入其中并且空气由此进入存储区域的上游区域以及排气孔开口入其中并且来自存储区域的空气进入其中的下游区域。第二隔板确保了所有冷空气从进气孔至排气孔越过存储区域,吸收那里的热。
为了在存储区域中局部规则的分布之下实现低的空气流速,隔板应当尽可能地大,优选地占用存储区域的一侧。
这个一侧优选地是存储区域的盖板,因为冷藏物品堵塞进气和排气的危险在那里最小。
特别有利的是,存储区域包含在顶部开口的抽屉,因为冷空气能通过附着至存储区域盖板的隔板毫无阻碍地流入抽屉并且又从其中抽出。
进气和排气孔之中,一个优选连接至制冷设备后壁中的管道并且另一个面对制冷设备的门中的管道的端孔。
其优选地是后壁中的进气管道,而排气管道穿过门,尤其是在制冷设备具有多个冷藏隔室的情形下。
为了防止制冷设备隔室和多个冷藏隔室之间的空气交换(这使 得隔室中的温度难以独立地控制),能提供借助于密封件把将要与关闭状态的门接触的冷藏隔室分隔开的中间壁。
为了实现气流在第一隔板表面上的规则分布,可透气纤维材料的片材能附着至其上,这易于收集到达的气流。
根据一个特别优选的改进,第一隔板能拆卸以使得如果需要的话,用户能将其移除以便还能使用空气分配区域来容纳冷藏物品。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一种制冷设备的透视图,本发明将基于此进行描述。该设备具有本体1和门2。本体1的内部被划分为顶部处位于本体1的盖下面的蒸发区域3、第一冷却区域4以及由绝缘中间壁5与其分开的第二冷却区域6。抽屉7容纳在第二冷却区域6中。第一冷却区域4通常被多个用于冷藏物品的支架分为多个彼此叠置的隔室,但这些支架在附图中省略以便能尽可能多地示出本体1的后壁8。

具有马达18、由所述马达18驱动的斗轮19以及壳体20的风扇容纳在通道16后面,靠近后壁8。进气孔在斗轮19的轴向上形成于壳体20的前表面上。壳体20的上半部绕斗轮19沿周向紧密地延伸;壳体20在底部打开以使得由于斗轮19的旋转而径向向外加速的空气向下流入腔21。

冷空气供应路24通向第二冷却区域6的冷空气进气孔37并且在那里达到第一分配腔27,该第一分配腔27垂直于图2中的剖视平面在第二冷却区域6的整个宽度和大致一半深度上延伸至垂直的第二隔板28。垂直隔板由塑料模塑为与水平的第一隔板29成单体。第一隔板29构成第一分配腔27的底部并且将其与下面第二冷却区域的存储区域分隔开。其提供有多个孔30(参见图3),通过供应路24供应至第一分配腔27的冷空气在进入存储区域和容纳于其中且在上面开口的抽屉7时由此被广泛地分配。
第二分配腔31在第二隔板28和门2之间定位为第一分配腔27的镜像图像。第二隔板28在冷却区域4和6之间邻近中间壁5的变宽上缘将第一、第二分配腔27、31彼此分隔开并且防止或限制冷空气从第一分配腔27至第二分配腔31的直接通路。为了在第一、第二分配腔27、31之间形成有效的空气阻隔,第二隔板28的上缘可提供有密封条(附图中未示出),其被压缩在第二隔板28和中间壁5之间并且形成紧密接触。然而对此还可接受的是第二隔板28的上缘和中间壁5之间有狭窄的间隙,只要穿过这个间隙的气流与从第一分配腔27流入抽屉7的气流相比非常小即可。
空气通过在存储区域和第二分配腔之间形成于第一隔板29中的孔32流出抽屉7,并进入第二分配腔。
在第二分配腔31面对门的一侧上与排气孔33相对的是穿过门 2导向返回至蒸发区域3的空气管路的进气孔。固定至中间壁5前缘并压缩在中间壁5和门2之间的密封条34防止了空气从第二分配腔31通入第一冷却区域4,从而确保了两个冷却区域4、6能彼此分开且不影响地提供有冷空气。
形成第二、第一隔板28、29的部件以可动的方式安装在第二冷却区域6中;在这里考虑的情形中,其侧缘靠在支柱35上,所述支柱每个都从第二冷却区域6的侧壁突出几个毫米。如果需要,这允许用户移走第二、第一隔板28、29并用冷藏物品将抽屉7填充至高于其上缘。
图3示出了根据第一改进构成第二、第一隔板28、29的部件的透视图。第二隔板28将第一隔板29划分为两个尺寸相等的子表面,其中孔30和32以规则的模式分布。在图4所示的又一改进中,两个伸入第一分配腔27的弯曲肋板36形成于第一隔板29上,用来将通过如虚线轮廓所示位于冷空气供应路24下端处的冷空气进气孔37进入第一分配腔27的部分冷空气偏转至侧面,以获得孔30的空气通过量的规则分布或者在一些情形下甚至是更朝着后壁8的孔30处稍微更高的通过量。
为了获得类似的效果,还可以基于一个变型(未示出)来改变第一隔板29上孔30朝着本体2底部的横截面的厚度,尤其是使更靠近后壁8或者门2的孔30和32大于更靠近第二隔板28的孔。
在图5所示的改进中,孔如此的大以使得第一隔板29在一定程度上转化至栅格。为了将从第一分配腔27流出的空气在第一隔板29的表面上均匀地分布,在这里提供毛状物或纤维的矩形片(附图中未示出)作为产生流动阻力的装置,覆盖孔30并借助于弹性夹38保持在原位。为了将排出的空气通过孔32规则地分配入第二分配腔31,毛状物或纤维也能附接至其上。
图6示出了穿过门2的水平剖面的一部分。以常规的方式,门2具有实心外皮40、实心内皮41和填充在其间的腔中的绝缘层42。(例如借助于胶粘剂)附接至内皮41的挤压段43伸入这个绝缘层42。挤压段43具有面对外皮40的基部44,由此竖立有四个在其宽度上分布的支柱45。挤压段43与内皮41一起包围三个共同构成空气管路11的管道46。由于这个空气管路11直接沿着内皮41延伸,在其中循环的空气如果比第一冷却区域4冷的话能另外地冷却第一冷却区域4在门附近的地方,这个地方通常不会像靠近后壁8的地方那样有效地冷却,从而有助于第一冷却区域4中特别规则的温度分布。
Claims (13)

5.如权利要求1至4之一所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,第一隔板(29)占满存储区域的一侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述一侧是存储区域的盖板。
7.如权利要求6所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,存储区域包含在顶部开口的抽屉(7),并且其开口侧由第一隔板(29)覆盖。
8.如权利要求1-4之一所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,进气和排气孔(37,33)的一个孔(37)连接至制冷设备后壁中的管道,并且另一个孔(33)面对制冷设备的门(2)中的管道的端孔。
9.如权利要求8所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,后壁(8)中的管道连接至进气孔(37)。
10.如权利要求1-4之一所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,其包含另外的第一冷却区域(4),其由绝缘中间壁(5)与所述第二冷却区域(6)分隔开,并且中间壁(5)通过密封件与制冷装置的门(2)相接触。
11.如权利要求8所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,门(2)中的管道临近门(2)的内皮(41)。
12.如权利要求1-4之一所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,可透气的纤维材料片附着至第一隔板(29)。
13.如权利要求1-4之一所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,第一隔板(29)以可拆卸的方式布置。
