背景技术
在冰箱中,特别是在无霜冰箱中,其中的冷却室如冷藏箱和/或冷冻箱被由通风器强制循环的冷空气所冷却,对于不同的装置变体来说,冷却空气被导入设置在这些冰箱的门中的冷却空气管道内,所述门具有分布在门的高度上的出口,以冷却通过使用门贮藏室存储在门中的冷藏物品。由于使用冷却空气流入门贮藏室的这种对冷藏物品的直接冷却,就产生了对贮藏在其内的物品过早地干燥的问题。此外,门贮藏室的这种冷却类型还存在空气通道的空气出口被置于门贮藏室内的冷藏物品堵塞的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是使用简单的构造方法来避免现有技术的缺陷。
根据本发明的技术方案来实现该目的,从而门内的冷却空气管道不是绝热的并且不与门的内部覆层绝热。
使用这种类型的门内冷却空气管道就可实现所谓的“冷壁”的冷却效果,也就是说将冷却空气管道与冷却室隔离的壁作为热交换表面从而冷空气不是直接被供给门内放置的冷藏物品。辐射散发的冷气制造了门贮藏室及门贮藏室内冷藏物品的均匀自由流动的冷却。这也避免了门内被覆盖的冷空气出口导致的冷却效果的降低。
根据本发明的优选实施例,提供了将被通到冷却室的内部覆层覆盖的冷却空气管道。通过使用内部覆层作为冷却空气管道的覆盖,该管道可以极为简单和低成本的方式被制造,因为在冰箱门的制造过程中不需多余的壁部件就可制造冷却空气管道。
根据本发明的另一个可选实施例,提供了通过深冲压在内部覆层形成沟槽从而形成的并且将被通到冷却室的盖子所覆盖的冷却空气管道。
在门的高度上产生了极其均匀的温度分布,如果根据本发明的目的的下一个优选实施例,提供了至少基本被设置在门的整个高度上的冷却管道。
通到冷却室的门的内部覆层的非直接冷却效果意味着冷却室内也实现了均匀的温度分布,特别是如果冷却空气供应发生在门的上端的时候。
已证实,冷却空气管道从门的下端引出对于沿门的高度和在冷却室内的温度分布是极其有好处的。
根据本发明的目的的又一个实施例提供了冷却室,其特征是在其后壁上、顶盖上和其底面上具有冷却空气管道,面对冷却室的管壁作为冷却室的热交换表面。
这种类型的冷却室的冷却效果例如与上部冷却室区域的中央空气出口合并或通过沿冷却室的壁和门内的冷却空气管道的多个空气出口可实现冷却室内的极其均匀的温度分布。

具体实施方式
图1示出所谓的无霜冰箱的透视图,本发明据此进行解释。该装置具有绝热构架1和门2。构架1的内部被分为位于上部及构架1的顶盖之下的蒸发器区域3、第一冷却区域4以及被绝热隔板5分离的第二冷却区域6。抽拉容器7被容纳在第二冷却区域6内。第一冷却区域4被冷却室内的多个彼此上下设置的冷藏物品载体分隔开,但图中未示出。
在将蒸发器区域3与第一冷却区域4隔开的隔板9的前部(参见图2)形成空气入口10,借此空气可从第一冷却区域4进入蒸发器区域3。空气从第二冷却区域6流入蒸发器区域3的线路在构架1的侧壁内延伸,图中未示出;附图示出的另一个选择是门2内的空气管道11,其从第二冷却区域6的高度处起始并且终止于空气入口10的对面,并且其线路在附图中以虚线被示出。
邻近后壁8处,分布罩12连接于隔板9,罩上形成多个气孔13,从蒸发器区域3逸出的冷空气通过气孔自发地以不同方向分布在第一冷却区域4的上部。在分布罩12下具有位于后壁8上的多对开口14,冷空气也可从此流出。这些对开口14的高度被选择为使得如果冷藏物品载体配合在第一冷却区域4内,侧每对开口14供应一个室。

铰接活板22被容纳在小室内。在图中所示的位置,活板22阻断了竖直向下通往第一冷却区域4的冷空气供应开口23。因此空气朝后壁8被推动并且进入后壁内部的被薄绝热层25与第一冷却区域4隔开的冷空气供应通道24内,通往第二冷却区域6。如果铰接在位于冷空气供应开口23与冷空气供应通道24之间的隔板26上的活板22移动到竖直位置,如图中虚线所示,它就阻断了冷空气供应通道24,并且冷气流通过冷空气供应开口23到达分布罩12内。空气穿过气孔13从分布罩12流入第一冷却区域4,该气孔之一在附图中可见。
冷空气供应通道24通向第二冷却区域6的冷空气供给开口37并且在那里到达第一分布室27,该第一分布室在第二冷却区域6的整个宽度并且其约一半的深度上沿图2的截面横向延伸到竖直隔板28。竖直隔板28与水平隔板29由塑料一体形成。水平隔板29形成第一分布室27的底板并且将其与其下部的第二冷却区域的贮藏区域分开。水平隔板具有多个开口30(参见图3),通过这些开口供应到分布室27的冷空气通过供给通道24被大范围地分布在贮藏区域内并且进入容纳在贮藏区域内的顶部开放的抽拉容器7。
第二分布室31被设置为竖直隔板28与门2之间的第一分布室27的镜像。靠在位于冷却区域4和6之间的隔板5上的隔板28的加宽的上缘将分布室27和31彼此隔开并且避免或限制了冷空气从室27直接溢出进入室31。为在室27和31之间制造有效的空气阻断,隔板28的上缘可具有图中未示出的压在其与隔板5之间并且形成密封的密封条。但是,可以接受隔板28的上缘与隔板5之间的狭缝,因为穿过该狭缝的气流相对于从第一分布室27流入抽拉容器7内的气流仍然很小。
空气从抽拉容器7穿过形成于贮藏区域与第二分布室31之间的水平隔板29上的开口32进入后者。

图3示出根据本发明第一实施例形成隔板28、29的部件的透视图。竖直隔板28将水平隔板29分为两个等表面的部分,其中开口30或32以规则图案分布。在图4的改进实施例中,在水平隔板29上形成两个延伸到第一分布室27内的弯曲肋36,其用于将经过如图中虚线所示位于冷空气供给通道24下端的冷空气供给开口37的冷气流的一部分偏转至第一分布室27的侧面,从而这样得到在开口30上均匀的空气流量分布或在进入后壁8的多个开口30上可能更高的流量。
为实现类似的效果,作为未图示出的变型,也可改变开口30的密度或横截面,在构架2的向下方向上超出水平隔板29,特别是使得开口30或32在后壁8或门2的附近比在竖直隔板28的附近更大。
