Abstract

Description

采用气幕产生装置从门中排放冷气的冰箱
本发明涉及一种采用气幕产生装置从门中排放冷气的冰箱,更具体地说,涉及下述冰箱,其具有一装置和一门上通道,在打开门时,该装置可产生一气幕来遮盖一冷却室的开口,在关上门时,该门上通道可把该装置提供的冷气供给冷却室。
图1示出一种现有冰箱,它具有一装置来产生一气幕来遮盖住一冷却室的开口。如图1所示,该冰箱具有,一个箱壳10,它形成一冷冻室21和一个新鲜食品室22,它们相互之间由一壁27隔开;一个冷冻室门24和一个新鲜食品室门25,它们分别开/关着冷冻室21和新鲜食品室22。门24和25铰接在箱壳10上。
在箱壳10的后下部安装着一个压缩机23,在冷冻室21的后部安装着一个蒸发器29,它通过蒸发来自压缩机23的制冷剂来产生冷气。在蒸发器29的上侧安装着一个冷风扇19来吹由蒸发器29产生的冷气,从而向冷冻室21和新鲜食品室22供给冷气。
在新鲜食品室22的上侧设置一个产生气幕的装置20,该装置包括一个设置在新鲜食品室22上侧的冷气道13和一个用来把来自蒸发器29的冷气吹进该冷气道13的吹风扇11。冷气道13在其一端具有一冷气排放口15,它在新鲜食品室22的开口附近区域向下开口。吹进冷气道13的冷气向下排放,由此产生的气幕遮盖住新鲜食品室22的开口。
在新鲜食品室22中设置一个传感器(未示)来感受新鲜食品室门25的打开/关闭,只有在传感器感受到门25打开时才控制吹风扇11进行工作。这样,在门25打开时,才产生气幕来防止冷气通过新鲜食品室22的开口泄漏。
在冷冻室21和新鲜食品室22的后表面形成若干冷气口16和18。当门25关闭时,冷风扇19就把来自蒸发器29的冷气吹进冷冻室21和新鲜食品室22,从而就分别冷冻和制冷存放在冷冻室21和新鲜食品室22中的食物。
然而,在这种现有的冰箱中,虽然气幕防止了冷气泄漏,由于在门25打开时门25附近区域的冷气接触外部空气,在门25关闭时冷气会从门25和箱壳10之间的缝隙中泄漏,仍会有下述问题,即新鲜食品室22在门25附近区域的温度相对于新鲜食品室22中其他区域的温度可能会下降。而且,趋向于把冰箱做得起来起大,新鲜食品室中各个区域的温度分布就会变得更不均匀,存放在新鲜食品室22中的食品可能会过冷或欠冷。
本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱,它通过有效地消除冷气通过冷却室开口的泄漏和从门的内表面供给冷气,能够保持冷却室中的温度更均匀并提高冷却效率;特别是提供一种下述冰箱,气幕产生装置具有多样用途,能用它从门上供给冷气。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种电冰箱,其具有,一个箱壳,该箱壳形成一个一侧开口的冷却室;一个用来打开/关闭所述箱壳开口的门和一个产生冷气的蒸发器,所述冰箱包括:一个产生一气幕的装置,所述装置具有一个冷气道和一个用来将所述蒸发器产生的冷气吹进所述冷气道中的机构,该冷气道在所述箱壳开口的附近区域具有一个冷气排放口,所述气幕利用从该冷气排放口排放的冷气来遮盖住所述箱壳的开口;及一个设置在所述门中的门上通道,它具有一个冷气吸口和若干开设在所述门内表面的冷气出口,该冷气吸口在所述门关住时接合着所述冷气排放口;在门关闭着时,所述门上通道通过该冷气排放口把所述装置提供的冷气供给冷却室。
最好该冰箱还包括一个感受冷却室中温度的机构,所述吹风机构是根据所述温度传感机构所感受的温度来控制的。所述温度传感机构可包括:一个设置在所述门的内表面附近的门上温度传感器,它感受在冷却室中在所述门附近的区域中的温度;及一个设置在所述冷却室内表面附近的冷却室温度传感器,该内表面对着所述门的内表面,它感受在冷却室中远离所述门的区域中的温度;其中,在所述门上温度传感器感受的温度高于所述冷却室传感器感受的温度时,控制所述吹风机构进行工作。
本发明的冰箱还包括一个传感所述门打开/关闭的机构,当所述打开/关闭传感机构感受到所述门处于打开状态时,就控制所述吹风机构进行工作。这样,只要门打开,气幕就防止冷气泄漏。
最好在所述冷却室的每个内表面上制有若干冷气开口,来供给由所述蒸发器产生的冷气,以使冷气在冷却室中均匀分布。

图2是本发明的电冰箱的侧剖视图;图3是图2中电冰箱的示意性透视图。就像图1中所示的普通电冰箱一样,本发明的电冰箱具有,一个箱壳30,其形成一个冷冻室41和一个新鲜食品室42,它们由一壁47相互隔开;一个冷冻室门44和一个新鲜食品室门45,它们分别打开/关闭冷冰室41和新鲜食品室42。门44和45铰接在箱壳30上。
在箱壳30的下后部安装着一压缩机43,在冷冻室41的后部安装着一蒸发器49,通过蒸发由压缩机送来的制冷剂来产生冷气。在蒸发器49的上侧安装着一冷风扇39用来吹由蒸发器49产生的冷气,从而向冷冻室41和新鲜食品室42供应冷气。
在新鲜食品室42的上侧设置一个用来产生气幕的装置40。气幕产生装置40包括一个设置在新鲜食品室42上侧的冷气道33和一个用来把冷气从蒸发器49处吹进冷气道33中的吹风扇31。冷气道33具有一个在其一端处的冷气排放口35,其向下通向新鲜食品室42的开口附近的区域。吹进冷气道33的冷气向下排放,由此产生一些闭锁住新鲜食品室42开口的气幕。就吹风扇31来说,采用一种能够均匀吹风的横吹风扇(cross flow fan)。
门上通道50设在新鲜食品室门45之中。门上通道50具有一个开在门45的上部的冷气吸口53,和若干个开在门45的内表面上冷气出口。在关上门45时,冷气吸口53就结合着冷气排放口35。这样,在关上门45时,由气幕产生装置40提供的冷气就通过冷气吸口53供进门上通道50,供进门上通道50的冷气再通过冷气出口51供进新鲜食品室42中。
在新鲜食品室42的前表面上安装上一个按钮开关60。在关住门45时,门45就压住该按钮开关60,在打开门45时就放开它。安装在冰箱中的微处理器(未示)就感受到门45打开而按钮开关60放开了。当通过按钮开关60感受到门45打开时,吹风扇31就开始工作。在门45打开时就形成气幕从而避免了冷气泄漏。
在新鲜食品室42中设有两个温度传感器63和65。温度传感器63和65包括一个设置在门45的内表面附近来感受新鲜食品室42中在门45附近区域的温度的门上温度传感器63和一个设置在新鲜食品室42的后表面附近来感受在新鲜食品室42中远离门45的区域的温度的冷却室温度传感器65。由两个温度传感器63和65分别感受的温度输入微处理器。若两个温度传感器63和65传感的温度着大于一预定数值,即,若由门上温度传感器63感受到的门45附近区域的温度比冷却室温度传感器65所感受的后部区域的温度高出的数值大于预定值,微处理器就开动吹风扇31向门上通道30供给冷气。
在新鲜食品室42的后部内表面上设有若干后部冷气口38,在新鲜食品室42的两侧内表面上设有若干侧面冷气口58。在门45关闭时,冷气就从蒸发器49上通过各个冷气口38和58供入新鲜食品室42,从而存放在新鲜食品室中的食品就受到冷却。
下面将描述本发明的冰箱的操作和效果。
在通过按钮开关60感受到门45关住时,微处理器就根据温度传感器63和65感受到的温度来开动吹风扇31和冷风扇39。也就是说,由两个温度传感器63和65所感受的新鲜食品室42中的温度低于用户设定的温度,吹风扇31和冷却风扇39操作,冷气就供入新鲜食品室42中。在这种情况下,冷气就通过各个冷气口38和58从新鲜食品室的内表面上排入新鲜食品室42。由于门上通道50的冷气吸口53接合着冷气道33的冷气排放口,吹入冷气道33的冷气就通过门上通道50的冷气出口从门45的内表面上排放出来。冷气就从新鲜食品室42的四个内表面、即后侧内表面、两侧内表面以及门45的内表面供入新鲜食品室42之中。若由门上传感器63感受到的温度比冷却室温度传感器65感受到的新鲜食品室42中的温度高得大于预定值,微处理器也会开动冷风扇39和吹风扇31从该四个内表面向新鲜食品室42供给冷气。从而,可把冷气均匀地供给新鲜食品室42和保持在新鲜食品室中的冷度分布均匀。
当通过按钮开关60感受到门45打开时,微处理器就开动吹风扇31而不管温度传感器63和65感受的温度如何。在这种情况下,由于门上通道33与冷气道33分开,供入冷气道33中的冷气就通过冷气排放口35向下排放,从而就形成气幕来遮盖新鲜食品室42的开口。这就消除了门45打开时冷气的泄漏,保持住新鲜食品室42中的冷气。
如上所述,根据本发明,在门打开时,气幕消除了冷气泄漏,在门关闭时,就从门上供给冷气,从而在新鲜食品室中保持了冷度均匀。
虽然本发明描述得很详细,但应理解的是,这仅是示例性的,不能作为一种限制,本发明的精神实质仅由权利要求限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种电冰箱,其具有,一个箱壳,该箱壳形成一个一侧开口的冷却室;一个用来打开/关闭所述箱壳开口的门和一个产生冷气的蒸发器,所述冰箱包括:
一个产生一气幕的装置,所述装置具有一个冷气道和一个用来将所述蒸发器产生的冷气吹进所述冷气道中的机构,该冷气道在所述箱壳开口的附近区域具有一个冷气排放口,所述气幕利用从该冷气排放口排放的冷气来遮盖住所述箱壳的开口;及
一个设置在所述门中的门上通道,它具有一个冷气吸口和若干开设在所述门内表面的冷气出口,该冷气吸口在所述门关住时接合着所述冷气排放口;在门关闭着时,所述门上通道通过该冷气排放口把所述装置提供的冷气供给冷却室。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷气排放口设置冷却室的上侧并且开口向下。
3.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述吹风机构是一个横吹风扇。
4.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括一个感受冷却室中温度的机构,所述吹风机构是根据所述温度传感机构所感受的温度来控制的。
5.如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述温度传感机构包括:
一个设置在所述门的内表面附近的门上温度传感器,它感受在冷却室中在所述门附近的区域中的温度;及
一个设置在所述冷却室内表面附近的冷却室温度传感器,该内表面对着所述门的内表面,它感受在冷却室中远离所述门的区域中的温度;
其中,在所述门上温度传感器感受的温度高于所述冷却室传感器感受的温度时,控制所述吹风机构进行工作。
6.如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括一个传感所述门打开/关闭的机构,当所述打开/关闭传感机构感受到所述门处于打开状态时,就控制所述吹风机构进行工作。
7.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在所述冷却室的每个内表面上制有若干冷气开口,来供给由所述蒸发器产生的冷气。
8.一种电冰箱,其具有,一个箱壳,该箱壳形成一个一侧开口的冷却室;一个用来打开/关闭所述箱壳开口的门和一个产生冷气的蒸发器,所述冰箱包括:
一个产生一气幕的装置,所述装置具有一个冷气道和一个用来将所述蒸发器产生的冷气吹进所述冷气道中的机构,该冷气道在所述箱壳开口上侧的附近区域具有一个冷气排放口,所述气幕利用从该冷气排放口排放的冷气来遮盖住所述箱壳的开口;及
一个设置在所述门中的门上通道,它具有一个冷气吸口和若干开设在所述门内表面的冷气出口,该冷气吸口在所述门关住时接合着所述冷气排放口;在门关闭着时,所述门上通道通过该冷气排放口把所述装置提供的冷气供给冷却室。
一个用来感受冷却室中所述门附近的区域和远离所述门的区域的温度的机构;及
一个用于感受所述门打开/关闭的机构;
其中,在所述门附近区域的温度高于远离所述门区域的温度且所述打开/关闭传感机构感受到门处于打开状态时,控制所述吹风机构进行工作。
