Abstract
本发明涉及一种方法并涉及一种系统,其用于制造填充消费产品,特别是由至少两种不同的物质构成的壳状消费产品,该物质形成消费产品的封盖和/或壳体,以及填充该消费产品的第二物质。所述方法包括以下步骤:a)制造具有外壳开口的外壳;b)将填充物经由该开口计量到外壳中;并且c)将封盖施加到开口以将被填充的外壳密封。在单个处理步骤中同时地根据步骤b)引入填充物并根据步骤c)施加封盖。根据本发明的系统,用于计量填充物的装置和用于施加封盖的装置可以一起移动,并具有恒定间距。
Description
本发明涉及用于制造填充消费产品的方法,具体而言,涉及由至少两种不同物质构成的壳状消费产品,第一物质是可消费产品的外壳或壳体,第二物质是用于可消费产品的填充物,例如夹心糖。
在公知的“经典”方法中,进行三个连续的处理步骤,即,外壳成形,外壳填充和封盖生产,为此使用各自的铸造机器。这使得可以制造几何复杂的产品形状,并对于外壳物质、填充物质和封盖物质使用具有很大不同性质(例如不同的粘度)的物质。但是,这种方法的缺点在于需要至少三个铸造步骤,并且其余的处理步骤也涉及相对高的操作费用。
为了减少用于制造夹心糖的设备和处理费用,研发出了一种方法,其中在单个处理步骤中(或仅利用单次“注入”)进行外壳成形、外壳填充和封盖生产。在此所谓单次注入处理中,在一次注入中使用具有中央管体和包围中央管体的通道的单个模具以将用作外壳的巧克力经由通道引入,并将填充物经由中央管体引入模具。由此制造出巧克力完全包围填充物的夹心糖。虽然如上能够仅在一个铸造步骤中制造成品,但是此处理不适用于具有相似粘度的物质,并且仅可以制造具有相对不规则外壳壁厚的相对简单的几何产品形状。例如,上述以及类似的处理可以从DE 197 32 593或FR 11 32 821得到了解。
本发明的目的在于提供用于制造上述类型填充消费产品的方法,其还允许以合理的费用制造具有精密且均匀厚度形式的几何复杂的产品形状。
根据本发明第一方面由用于制造填充消费产品的方法来实现此目的,其中该方法涉及以下步骤:
a)制造具有外壳开口的外壳;
b)将填充物经由所述外壳开口计量到所述外壳中;并且
c)将封盖或保护层施加到所述外壳开口以将所述填充的外壳密封。
根据本发明,在单个处理步骤中同时地根据步骤b)引入填充物并根据步骤c)施加封盖或保护层。
结果,仅需要两个铸造机器,即用于根据步骤a)制造外壳的第一铸造机器,和用于同时将填充物计量到外壳中并施加封盖或保护层以密封所填充的外壳的第二铸造机器。在步骤c)中,也可以施加非常薄的保护层(例如,包括高脂肪巧克力),其代替“喷洒处理”以能够用其他机器进行后继的“封装”。在此情况下也少使用了一种机器(喷洒机器)。
此外,用于外壳制造的物质可以呈现与用于填充物和封盖的两种物质不同的性质,具体而言,具有在通常的处理温度下不同的粘度,这能够实现大量不同的物质组合,并因此可以具有比前述一次注入方法更宽的产品范围。
优选经由冷冲压来根据步骤a)制造外壳。在冷冲压处理中,首先将融化的高脂肪物质计量到模具或孔窝中,使得后者部分地填充有该融化物质。部分填充的模具通常振动一段短的时段以排出潜在的气泡并/或使融化物质分布。然后冷却体或冷却冲头降低抵靠部分填充的模具,其中冷却体穿过部分填充有融化物质的腔体,并使融化物质移动,融化物质接着变成分布在冷却体的外表面与模具的内表面之间的腔体中。然后,冲头状的冷却体在此降低位置上停留较短时段,直到腔体中分布的物质已经硬化。然后,冷却体被再次升高。接着,包括硬化物质的完全成形的外壳可以从模具移除以用于进一步处理,但是优选地其留在其中,使得可以在其上进行根据步骤b)引入填充物并同时根据步骤c)施加封盖。
冷冲压使得可以制造几何复杂的外壳形状,其例如在一次注入处理中是不可行的。第一铸造机器用于冷冲压。
填充物质优选地经由第一模具计量到外壳中,并且经由第二模具将封盖物质额外铸造在填充物质上。第二铸造机器用于填充和封盖。模具几何形状与一次注入模具相似或相同。
使用包括以下装置的系统来实现根据本发明的方法:
·用于制造具有外壳开口的外壳的装置;
·用于将填充物经由所述外壳开口计量到所述外壳中的装置;
·用于将封盖施加到所述外壳开口以密封被填充的外壳的装置。
根据本发明,用于在填充时计量的装置和用于施加封盖的装置能够以恒定的间距同时移动。
用于制造外壳的装置优选地为具有第一铸造机器的冷冲压设备。
这样的冷冲压设备包括能够以自由流动、回火的状态填充脂肪物质的腔体。这里腔体的内表面确定了被制造的外壳的外表面。此外,该设备包括冲头状冷却体,其能够降低到模具中。这里冷却体的外表面确定了被制造的外壳的内表面。
用于在填充时计量的装置优选地是第一模具,并且用于施加封盖的装置是第二模具,其构成第二铸造机器的一部分。
两个模具可以紧密相邻地布置或者互相同心地布置。优选实施例利用实现了中央管体和包围中央管体的通道的布置,并具有环形或多边形的横截面。
同心或并排地布置适用于“点”填充消费产品的制造,例如具有通过在外壳内点铸造或者点铸造到外壳内的圆形、方形或其他规则多边形的夹心糖。
两种布置也适用于经由在外壳内带坯铸造或带坯铸造到外壳内来制造“线”填充消费产品,例如,具有矩形平面的巧克力棒。
因此,本发明可以制造大量不同的包括外壳、填充物和封盖的填充消费产品。
外壳可以包括脂肪物质,特别是巧克力。但是,其也可以是后衬产品(backed good),例如,华夫壳。可以利用根据本发明的方法制造圆形的(例如夹心糖状的外壳)以及长棒形的外壳。
如上所述,模具的布置可以是同心的。作为可选方案,还可以使用不同心的模具布置,其中管体不布置在包围通道的横截面的中部或包围通道中,而是不同心的,即,离开横截面的中点。因而通道的横截面优选是椭圆或长的多边形。
Claims (9)
1.一种方法,用于制造填充消费产品,特别是由至少两种不同的物质构成的壳状消费产品,其中第一物质是所述消费产品的外壳或壳体,而第二物质是用于所述消费产品的填充物,其中所述方法涉及以下步骤:
a)制造具有外壳开口的外壳;
b)将填充物经由所述外壳开口计量到所述外壳中;并且
c)将封盖或保护层施加到所述外壳开口以将所述被填充的外壳密封,
其特征在于,在单个处理步骤中同时地根据步骤b)引入所述填充物并根据步骤c)施加所述封盖或保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,经由冷冲压根据步骤a)来制造所述外壳。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述填充物质经由第一模具计量到所述外壳中,并且将所述封盖物质经由第二模具额外铸到所述填充物质上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述填充物质和所述封盖物质经由模具布置计量或施加,所述模具布置具有管体,并具有围绕所述管体的通道,其中所述填充物质经由所述管体引导,所述封盖物质经由所述通道引导到计量位置。
5.一种系统,用于制造填充消费产品,特别是由至少两种不同的物质构成的壳状消费产品,其中第一物质是所述消费产品的外壳或壳体,而第二物质是用于所述消费产品的填充物,其中所述系统包括以下装置:
·用于制造具有外壳开口的外壳的装置;
·用于将所述填充物经由所述外壳开口计量到所述外壳中的装置;
·用于将封盖施加到所述外壳开口以密封所述被填充的外壳的装置,
其特征在于,用于在填充时计量的所述装置和用于施加封盖的所述装置能够以恒定的间距同时移动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用于制造所述外壳的装置是冷冲压设备。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用于在填充时计量的装置是第一模具,并且所述用于施加所述封盖的装置是第二模具。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述计量或施加装置是模具布置,所述模具布置具有管体,并具有包围所述管体的通道。
9.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述管体被对中布置在所述通道中,其中所述通道具有圆形或多边形横截面。
