Abstract
A measured quantity of a mass of sugar is rotated in a mould at high speed to form a hollow body corresp. to the mould. It is cooled and solidified in this state before finally removing it from the mould. After casting the hollow confectionery body it may be filled and closed with a cover of liquid or viscous sugar.
