Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于隐藏车辆中滑动门轨道和车顶内衬板之间的间隙的模制件,且更特别地涉及一种模制件,其允许车顶内衬在车顶纵梁安全气囊展开时远离该模制件折叠。
背景技术
众所周知,在汽车中为了在车门和乘客之间的区域展开安全气囊,提供了安装在车顶纵梁上的安全气囊。安全气囊隐藏在车顶内衬板的后面,该车顶内衬板为了允许安全气囊的展开,必须远离车顶纵梁折叠。在具有滑动门的车辆中提供这样的车顶纵梁安全气囊和车顶内衬布置,对于构造装饰性模制件以用于装饰车顶内衬和滑动门轨道之间的区域,并且还能够折叠车顶内衬板以适应安全气囊展开,给出了一个特别的挑战。
发明内容
模制件装置封闭了车辆滑动门的轨道和车顶内衬之间的间隙,该车顶内衬隐藏了车顶纵梁上安装的安全气囊。车顶内衬具有边缘,该边缘沿着轨道延伸但与轨道间隔开以产生间隙。模制件装置包括托架和柔性密封条。托架带有多个紧固夹,紧固夹用于与设置在车顶纵梁中的孔接合,从而使得托架连接到车顶纵梁上。柔性密封条具有安装在托架的支腿壁上的柄,重叠在车顶内衬板边缘上的第一臂,和重叠在轨道上的第二臂。当安全气囊展时车顶内衬向下弯曲开且柔性密封条的第一臂弯曲以允许车顶内衬板的边缘脱离柔性密封条。

参照图3,示出了厢式汽车,其包括车顶10,车顶纵梁12和滑动门14。车顶纵梁12为薄钢板,其沿着车身的侧面纵向延伸且与车柱协作从而形成门洞。滑动门14由外门板24和内门板26构造而成。
滑动门14通过轨道和滚子装置安装在车顶纵梁12上。特别地,纵向延伸的轨道30附装在车顶纵梁12上。托臂34螺栓连接在门14上且带有捕获在车顶纵梁12中的一对滚子36和38。图3示出了在关闭位置的门14,在该位置门14抵靠着安装在车顶纵梁12边缘上的挡风雨条装置42密封。
图3还示出了安装在车顶纵梁12上的安全气囊模块48。这种安全气囊模块是公知的,包括壳体,充气器和通过充气器进行充气的折叠安全气囊。安全气囊模块48隐藏在车顶内衬板58之后。车顶内衬板58常规地构造且附装到车顶,而且包括半刚性基层60和装饰层62。如图3所示,车顶内衬板58的边缘64停止而不连接到轨道30,在车顶内衬板58的边缘64和轨道30之间留下间隙66。
最好参照图1和2,一般由70表示的模制件装置,被提供用来装饰车顶内衬板58的边缘64和轨道30之间的间隙66。如图1所示,模制件装置70包括刚性模制塑料(例如TPO)的托架74,和由软且柔性的塑性材料(例如氨基甲酸乙酯)模制而成的密封条76。模制件装置70具有相当的长度,以至于它沿着轨道30的长度完全伸展。托架74包括适于与车顶纵梁12相靠的基壁80,和从基壁80向下垂到间隙66中的支腿壁82。基壁80具有多个整体模制的插脚86,每一个插脚带有一个金属的保持夹88。为了使托架74附接到车顶纵梁12,每个插脚86和夹子88对准一个车顶纵梁孔,在图3中示出了一个这样的孔92。托架74的支腿壁82具有凸出与轨道30接合的多个支座94,从而帮助托架74定位。
最好如图2所示,密封条76一般形成倒转的T形,具有一对安装到托架74的支腿壁82上的柄98和100。支腿壁82具有多个接收突起104的孔102,该突起104整体模制在柄100上且用来使得密封条76附装到托架74上。如果希望,托架74能够放置在模具中,然后密封条76直接模制在托架74上。可替换地,密封条76和托架74分别模制,然后将托架74的支腿壁82插入托架74的柄98和100之间,从而将两者组装在一起。密封条76具有朝着车顶内衬板58延伸的臂106和朝着轨道30延伸的臂108。如图3和4所示,臂106重叠在车顶内衬板58的边缘上,臂108重叠在轨道30的边缘上,使得密封条76有效地封闭且隐藏了间隙66,该间隙存在于车顶内衬板58的边缘64和轨道30之间。
如图4所示,轨道30的最前端比图3所示的轨道30位置进一步到达车内。因此如图1所示,密封条76的最前端弯曲来配合轨道30的弯曲,使得密封条76有效闭合且隐藏了间隙66,该间隙存在于车顶内衬板58的边缘64和轨道30之间。
参考图3,可以看到安全气囊模块48已经触发,且安全气囊112已经充气并在车顶内衬板58的弯曲允许的情况下,推动车顶内衬板58向下。在车顶内衬板58弯曲和密封条臂106的弯曲允许的情况下,车顶内衬板58的边缘已经被推开并且脱离了密封条76的臂106。
因此可以看到,提供模制件装置,用于以允许车顶纵梁安装的安全气囊装置展开的方式,来封闭和密封车顶内衬和滑动门轨道之间的间隙。
本发明的描述实质上只是示例性的,因此其变化意欲包含在本发明的范围内。
Claims (16)
1.一种在具有滑动门和车顶纵梁上安装的安全气囊的车身中的组合装置,包括:
沿着车顶纵梁延伸的滑动门轨道;
在轨道内侧安装在车顶纵梁上的可充气安全气囊;
车顶内衬板,隐藏可充气安全气囊且具有边缘,该边缘沿着轨道延伸但是从轨道间隔开以产生间隙;和
模制件装置,用于封闭该间隙且包括附装到车顶纵梁的托架和附装到托架来封闭该间隙的柔性密封条,所述柔性密封条具有重叠到车顶内衬板的边缘上的第一臂,并且允许车顶内衬板在安全气囊展开时远离密封条折叠。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合装置,其中所述柔性密封条具有重叠到该轨道上的第二臂。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合装置,进一步包括具有多个附装夹安装在其上的托架,该附装夹用于插入设置在车顶纵梁中的配合孔,以将模制件装置安装在车顶纵梁上。
4.如权利要求1所述的组合装置,其中该柔性密封条具有倒转的T形,并包括可安装到托架上的柄部分和从柄部分横向延伸的第一和第二臂,其中第一臂重叠到车顶内衬板的边缘上而第二臂重叠到轨道的边缘上。
5.如权利要求4所述的组合装置,其中该柄部分包括第一柄和第二柄,它们从彼此间隔开以将托架捕获在它们之间,并由此将柔性密封条安装在托架上。
6.如权利要求1所述的组合装置,其中托架包括基壁和支腿壁,该基壁接合靠着车顶纵梁并附装到其上,并且该支腿壁向下延伸到车顶内衬边缘和轨道之间的该间隙中,并且柔性密封条安装在托架的支腿壁上。
7.如权利要求6所述的组合装置,其中托架包括安装在其上的多个附装夹,该附装夹用于插入在车顶纵梁中设置的配合孔中,以将托架安装在车顶纵梁上。
8.如权利要求1所述的组合装置,其中托架包括多个与轨道接合的支座,用来帮助模制件装置相对于轨道定位。
9.一种在具有滑动门和车顶纵梁上安装的安全气囊的车身中的组合装置,包括:
纵向延伸的车顶纵梁;
沿着车顶纵梁延伸的滑动门轨道;
在轨道内侧安装在车顶纵梁上的可充气安全气囊;
车顶内衬板,隐藏可充气安全气囊且具有边缘,该边缘沿着轨道延伸但是从轨道间隔开以产生间隙;和
用于封闭该间隙的模制件装置,所述模制件装置包括托架和柔性密封条,该托架附装在车顶纵梁上且具有向下延伸到间隙中的支腿壁,该柔性密封条附装在托架的支腿壁上且具有重叠在车顶内衬板的边缘上的第一臂和重叠在轨道上的第二臂,所述车顶内衬板足够柔性以在安全气囊展开时向下弯曲,并且所述密封条的第一臂足够柔性以在安全气囊展开时向下弯曲并且允许车顶内衬板脱离。
10.如权利要求9所述的组合装置,其中托架还具有基壁,该基壁在可充气安全气囊和车顶纵梁之间延伸,且带有多个紧固件,托架通过该多个紧固件附装到车顶纵梁上。
11.如权利要求10所述的组合装置,其中该多个紧固件是保持夹,其延伸到车顶纵梁中设置的互补的孔中。
12.如权利要求9所述的组合装置,其中柔性密封条具有倒转的T形,并包括安装到托架上的柄部分和从柄部分横向延伸的第一和第二臂。
13.如权利要求12所述的组合装置,其中柄部分包括第一柄和第二柄,它们从彼此间隔开并将托架捕获在其间,并由此将柔性密封条安装在托架上。
14.一种在具有滑动门和车顶纵梁上安装的安全气囊的车身中的组合装置,包括:
纵向延伸且在其中具有多个孔的车顶纵梁;
沿着车顶纵梁延伸的滑动门轨道;
在轨道内侧安装在车顶纵梁上的可充气安全气囊;
车顶内衬板,隐藏可充气安全气囊且具有边缘,该边缘沿着轨道延伸但是从轨道间隔开以产生间隙;和
用于封闭该间隙的模制件装置,所述模制件装置包括托架、多个紧固件、和柔性密封条,该托架附装到车顶纵梁上且具有向下延伸到间隙中的支腿壁和基壁,该多个紧固件由托架基壁携带且伸入车顶纵梁的所述孔中以将模制件装置附装到车顶纵梁上,该柔性密封条附装到托架的支腿壁并具有重叠在车顶内衬板边缘上的第一臂和重叠在轨道上的第二臂从而封闭该间隙,在安全气囊展开时所述柔性密封条的第一臂向下弯曲以允许车顶内衬板的边缘脱离模制件装置。
15.如权利要求14所述的组合装置,其中该柔性密封条具有倒转的T形,并包括安装到托架上的柄部分和从该柄部分横向延伸的第一和第二臂。
16.如权利要求14所述的组合装置,其中柄部分包括第一柄和第二柄,它们从彼此间隔开并将托架捕获在其间,并由此将柔性密封条安装在托架上。
