Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种长模塑制品,在该制品的表面上具有由热塑性弹性体发泡体制成的装饰层,发泡体具有均一且微细的发泡孔径。
具体可适用领域的实例包括经挤出成型加工而成型的长模塑制品,如车用密封条,用于对车门、行李箱盖开/闭件等与车体开口之间的缝隙进行密封。
背景技术
诸如车用密封条的长模塑制品通过挤出成型加工而成型。在这种情况下,在将例如合成橡胶和热塑性弹性体的材料进行挤出成型加工后,举例说明,该合成橡胶置于硫化装置中硫化,以获得长模塑制品。将该长模塑制品切成预定尺寸,随后,使用模具,对切成的模制制品的拐角部分等进行成型加工,以获得诸如车用密封条的制品(例如参见专利文献1)。
车用密封条的本体通常由合成橡胶或热塑性弹性体形成,并且由于使用炭黑作为部件增强剂,本体常呈黑色。
然而,出于与机动车的内装部件相匹配的目的,以及为改善外观,需要表面图案和颜色不同的制品。
为满足这种需求,将诸如织物的表面材料附加于长模塑制品本体(通过挤出成型车用密封条而获得)的表面,或者在长模塑制品本体表面上设置带颜色的装饰层。但是,在附加诸如织物的表面材料的情况下,加工处理复杂,并且成本增加。
为了在长模塑制品本体的表面上设置装饰层,如图2所示,密封条本体为通过使用挤出成型机1挤出成型并在硫化装置2中硫化而获得的长模塑制品本体,通过使用初级预发泡机3,将密封条本体111预发泡,以将其弯曲成带微小角度的形状,然后通过使用粘合剂或底层涂覆机4,或通过电晕放电、等离子处理等,在密封条本体111上进行表面处理,以改善其粘附性能。在密封条本体111与装饰层17之间具备足够的相容性从而允许热熔接的情况下,可省略该表面处理步骤。通过与挤出成型机5连接的挤出口模9,将装饰层117以片状挤出到密封条本体111上。随后,通过使用层压机6,使挤出而成的片状装饰层117与密封条本体111压力接触,从而将装饰层117附加于密封条本体111。通过牵引机8,将已经在冷却装置7中冷却的门洞装饰密封条110拉出(例如参见专利文献2)。当门洞装饰密封条通过层压机6时,进行使压边部分弯曲的第二次弯曲处理,从而形成大致U形的横截面。
在将门洞装饰密封条110切成预定尺寸后,如果需要,通过使用模具,成型其拐角部分等,从而得到制品。
在如附图4所示的情况中,与密封条本体111不同,装饰层117的表面不呈黑色,而是具有不同的颜色,以减少其本身的光泽,从而呈现良好而稳重的外观,并与机动车内的内装部件相匹配,以及改善质感。作为装饰层117,举例而言,使用由热塑性弹性体制成的发泡材料(例如参见专利文献3)。
但是,由于采用热塑性弹性体发泡材料而具有优质颜色的装饰层117,处于特殊环境下经过一段时间,会有发红的变色现象,在一些情况中,其外观会明显劣化(例如参见专利文献4)。
这种变色可归因于装饰层117的碱化,并且人们认为碱化是由密封条本体111和装饰层117中包含的化学成分造成的。特别地,这种变色可归因于在发泡成型加工后残余的发泡剂分解物的强碱性。
发泡剂在发泡成型加工后残余的分解残余物可为酸性、碱性等,并且到目前为止需要使用分解残余物为强碱性的碳酸氢钠类发泡剂,以获得微细且高密度的发泡形态,这种发泡形态下发泡孔径较小。因此,很难防止装饰层117在特殊环境下出现变色。

发明内容
因此,需要能够容易并可靠地得到具有装饰层的长模塑制品,该装饰层能够与车辆的内部部件相匹配,并具有微细且高密度的发泡外观以及高品质感觉的表面图案。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的第一方面提供了一种长模塑制品,该长模塑制品具有热塑性弹性体发泡材料的装饰层,其中该装饰层含有2到10重量份数的4,4'-氧代双苯磺酰肼(下文中称为OBSH)基发泡剂和3到10重量份数的有机酸盐。
根据本发明第一方面,由于长模塑制品具有热塑性弹性体发泡材料的装饰层,因此可与长模塑制品本体分开选择装饰层的颜色和材料,并且根据要使用长模塑制品的环境容易地改变装饰层的颜色等,从而实现优选的外观。
由于装饰层包含2到10重量份数的OBSH基发泡剂和3到10重量份数的有机酸盐,该有机酸盐作用为发泡核,从而能获得具有小发泡孔径、微细且高密度的发泡外观、高品质感觉的表面图案和柔软的质感。此外,与常规用来获得具有微细发泡密度的发泡材料的碳酸氢钠基发泡剂相比,OBSH基发泡剂和有机酸盐使得OBSH基发泡剂在发泡成型后的分解残余物为酸性,以防止装饰层脱色。
本发明第二方面提供了一种长模塑制品,其中热塑性弹性体发泡材料通过挤出成型机成型,且其平均发泡孔径为100μm到300μm。
根据本发明第二方面,由于将装饰层设置为与长模塑制品本体成一体,因此可在同一工艺步骤内,在对长模塑制品进行挤出成型加工的同时形成装饰层,或在挤出成型加工后连续地形成装饰层。由于用作长模塑制品的热塑性弹性体发泡材料的发泡孔径为100μm到300μm,因此装饰层表面具有微细且高密度凹凸图案的外观,从而达到了高品质感觉的表面光泽和柔软的质感。
本发明第三方面提供了一种长模塑制品,其中有机酸盐为选自抗坏血酸盐、乙酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、谷氨酸盐、苹果酸盐和琥珀酸盐中的至少一种。
根据本发明第三方面,由于有机酸盐为选自抗坏血酸盐、乙酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、谷氨酸盐、苹果酸盐和琥珀酸盐中的至少一种,在OBSH基发泡剂进行发泡,有机酸盐充当发泡核的作用,以形成微细的发泡孔径。此外,由于有机酸为相对较强的酸,可在产生发泡剂的分解残余物时维持装饰层的酸性,从而防止装饰层变色。
本发明的第四方面提供了一种长模塑制品,其中有机酸盐为乙酸钠。
根据本发明第四方面,由于有机酸盐为乙酸钠,可在产生OBSH基发泡剂分解残余物时维持装饰层的酸性,从而防止装饰层的变色。此外,乙酸钠在OBSH基发泡剂进行发泡时起发泡核的作用,从而获得了更微细的发泡孔径。
本发明第五方面提供了一种长模塑制品,其中装饰层含有4到8重量份数的OBSH基发泡剂和10到3重量份数的有机酸盐,对有机酸盐的含量进行调节,使得当发泡剂含量较低时,提高有机酸盐的含量。
根据本发明第五方面,装饰层含有4到8重量份数的OBSH基发泡剂和10到3重量份数的有机酸盐,对有机酸盐的含量进行调节,使得当发泡剂含量较低时,提高有机酸盐的含量。由于降低了发泡剂的含量以提高作为发泡核的有机酸盐的含量,可获得大量的微细且均匀的发泡孔。
本发明第六方面提供了一种长模塑制品,其中由热塑性弹性体发泡体(热塑性弹性体发泡材料)制成的装饰层为车用密封条的装饰层,并设置在密封条本体的大致U形横截面压边部分上和/或从压边部分延伸出的盖唇的上表面上,以及,密封条本体由乙烯/α-烯烃/丁二烯非共轭聚合物(EPDM)形成。
根据本发明第六方面,由热塑性弹性体发泡体形成的装饰层为车用密封条的装饰层,并被设置在密封条本体的大致U形横截面压边部分上和/或从压边部分延伸出的盖唇的上表面上,并且密封条本体由乙烯/α-烯烃/丁二烯非共轭聚合物(EPDM)形成。因此,可将装饰层设置于要附加到机动车门洞等处的密封条的一部分表面上,可从车内看到该表面,以及,可提供这样一种带有装饰层的密封条,该装饰层具有与车辆内部的内部物件相匹配的颜色和图案。此外,也可通过降低装饰层表面光泽度以形成具有稳重亮度的高品质感觉图案,同时通过微细的发泡也可使表面具有柔软的质感。
由于密封条本体由EPDM橡胶形成且装饰层由热塑性弹性体形成,在热塑性橡胶为烯烃基的情况下,可使密封条本体与装饰层相互结合。在将装饰层连续设置到经硫化的EPDM橡胶而获得的车用密封条本体的情况下,无需加热,可容易地将装饰层附着于经硫化加热的车用密封条本体。
并且,在使用热塑性弹性体的情况下,由于在挤出的装饰层已形成表面图案后无需进行硫化处理,因此所形成的图案不会消失,且凹凸也不会减少。
此外,由于密封条本体由EPDM形成,因此该密封条具有足够的刚度、柔性、回弹性,以保持由硫化所形成的形状,同时也可提供具有优异耐候性且成本低的产品。由于装饰层由为烯烃基材料的烯烃基热塑性弹性体形成,而烯烃基材料与由EPDM形成的长模塑制品具有相同之处,因而容易牢固地附加装饰层。
此外,由于装饰层由热塑性弹性体形成,在成型后,无需对装饰层进行硫化,从而在附着于EPDM后保持了柔性。
本发明使得能够与长模塑制品本体分开选择装饰层的颜色和材料,并且根据使用长模塑制品的环境,容易改变装饰层的颜色等。由于装饰层含有4到12重量份数的OBSH基发泡剂和3到10重量份数的有机酸盐,因此有机酸盐起发泡核的作用,且装饰层具有较小发泡孔径、微细且高密度的发泡外观,并具有高品质表面图案,以及,通过使OBSH基发泡剂的分解残余物呈酸性,防止装饰层变色。

具体实施方式
下文基于图1到图4描述本发明的一个实施方案。虽然是通过实施方案中的实例描述了将本发明应用于车用门洞装饰密封条10的情况,但本发明也可应用于通过挤出成型加工而形成的长模塑制品。
图1为通过本实施方案的成型方法制造的车用门洞装饰密封条10的剖视图。门洞装饰密封条10由密封条本体11和装饰层17组成,该密封条本体11具有压边部分12、盖唇13和中空的密封部分18,该装饰层17设置在压边部分12上以及盖唇13的上表面上。
压边部分12具有大致U形的横截面,并且,嵌件14埋入压边部分12的内部。在压边部分12的上部设置有朝向车辆内侧延伸的盖唇13。在压边部分12中具有大致U形横截面的内表面上,设置有车内侧保持唇16和多个车外侧保持唇15。将门的凸缘或车身门洞边缘插入到压边部分12的U形内部,并由车外侧保持唇15和车内侧保持唇16进行保持,从而将门洞装饰密封条10附着于凸缘。
为了获得柔性和回弹性,压边部分12和盖唇13由密实材料或橡胶的微发泡材料、热塑性弹性体、软质合成树脂等形成,并且中空密封部分18由橡胶的海绵材料或热塑性弹性体形成。可以使用下述材料作为橡胶:乙烯/α-烯烃/丁二烯非共轭聚合物或乙烯/丙烯/丁二烯三元非共轭聚合物(EPDM橡胶),上述各材料均为合成橡胶。
将装饰层17固定于压边部分12的上表面和盖唇13的上表面。从车箱的内侧可以看见压边部分12的上表面和盖唇13的上表面。因此,从外观的观点来看,有必要根据车内部的颜色和光泽来改变装饰层17的表面图案,并使用具有与内部匹配的表面图案的装饰层17。
装饰层17由热塑性弹性体的发泡材料形成。在密封条本体11由EPDM橡胶形成的情况中,为了使密封条本体11和装饰层17之间实现牢固的结合,可优选使用烯烃基热塑性弹性体作为热塑性弹性体。
如本文后面所描述的,这样获得本实施例中的装饰层17:通过挤出成型形成具有基本均等厚度的片状材料,并在条状门洞装饰密封条10的长度方向上,使该片状材料与门洞装饰密封条10紧密接触。如图1所示,将装饰层17的一个宽向端设置到压边部分12与中空密封部分18之间的交界附近,以覆盖压边部分12。装饰层17的另一个宽向端覆盖盖唇13的末端并包住该末端,从而装饰层17对盖唇13和压边部分12的车辆内侧面完全覆盖。
图4为放大轴测图,示出装饰层17中覆盖盖唇13的部分。
在图4中,装饰层17的表面设置有微细的凹凸图案,该图案由通过使装饰层17发泡而设置于表面的发泡孔形成。该凹凸图案设置于装饰层17的基本全部表面。借助于这些凹凸图案,减少了装饰层17表面的光泽,从而可以产生高品质的感觉,并改善质感。
装饰层17的平均发泡孔径为100μm到300μm,以形成微细发泡层,并且装饰层17包含OBSH基发泡剂和重量份数为3到10的有机酸盐。装饰层17可含有重量份数2到10的OBSH基发泡剂、抗氧化剂、光稳定剂和如下面所描述的紫外线吸收剂,并且装饰层17也可含有诸如硬脂酸钙、滑石等。
OBSH基发泡剂是一种包含4,4'-氧代双苯磺酰肼作为主要成分的发泡剂,并且OBSH发泡剂在分解时产生氮气和水蒸气。
有机酸盐可优选为选自下述中的一种或多种:抗坏血酸盐、乙酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、谷氨酸盐(gultamic acid salt)、苹果酸盐和琥珀酸盐。即使在使用了两种或更多有机酸盐时,有机酸盐的含量可优选为如上所描述的重量份数3到10。
在有机酸盐含量少于重量份数3的情况下,很难在装饰层17中形成大量的微细发泡孔,并且不能令人满意地防止装饰层17脱色。在有机酸盐含量超过重量份数10的情况下,微细发泡孔的数量增加过多,以至于部分微细发泡孔相互连结从而形成较大的发泡孔,从而不能得到预定的微细且均匀的发泡孔,同时导致不希望的成本增加。
当OBSH基发泡剂在发泡时,有机酸盐充当发泡核的作用,使发泡孔径降低,且发泡层微细、均匀,同时得到大量的发泡孔。
当使用上述任何有机酸盐时,分解残余物具有相对较强的酸性。因此,在OBSH基发泡剂分解后,其分解残余物存在于装饰层17中,装饰层17不会成为碱性,从而很好地防止了装饰层17的脱色。
此外,除了具有酸性外,有机酸盐还具有还原性。因此,可防止装饰层17的脱色。
在门洞装饰密封条10成型后,经过一段时间观察到装饰层17的脱色。这种脱色被认为是由于经过一段时间后,在装饰层17中产生使装饰层17脱色的脱色物质。
因此,人们认为在装饰层17中存在脱色物质的前体(脱色物质前体),并且,经过一段时间,这种脱色物质前体转化成脱色物质,从而使装饰层17脱色。
此外,作为导致产生脱色物质的进一步考虑因素,从装饰层17产生的自由基等被认为是原因之一。更具体的说,人们认为在装饰层17中产生自由基的原因为上述环境因素,以及,在成型时与抗氧化剂反应所产生的热量导致生成了脱色物质前体,然后,脱色物质前体与环境中的因素(如NOx)反应并生成脱色物质。
此外,人们也认为,由于抗氧化剂或自由基与环境中的因素(如NOx)之间的反应,使装饰层17的至少一部分成为碱性。而碱性的影响被认为是生成脱色物质从而造成装饰层17脱色的原因。
因此,在本发明中,装饰层17包含具有酸性特性和还原性能的有机酸盐。从而,由于装饰层17中有机酸盐的酸性特性及还原性能与装饰层17中发泡剂的非碱性分解残余物之间的协同作用,防止了装饰层17脱色。
装饰层17的至少一部分由烯烃基热塑性弹性体组分形成。至少一部分由烯烃基热塑性弹性体(TPO)形成的装饰层17会发生脱色。人们认为脱色是由于装饰层17具有容易生成自由基的树脂成分造成的。因此,在这种情况下,可更突现有机酸盐在减少和/或防止装饰层17脱色方面的效果。
装饰层17包含抗氧化剂。
抗氧化剂的实例包括受阻酚类抗氧化剂,如:四[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(商品名:IRGANOX1010;汽巴精化KK产品,),硫代双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)]丙酸乙醇酯,3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯和N,N'-双-[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]1,6-己二胺,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚等。装饰层17可含有这些抗氧化剂中的一种或者其中的两种或多种的组合。
装饰层17可含有光稳定剂和/或紫外线吸收剂。
光稳定剂的实例包括受阻胺类光稳定剂(HALS),如:N,N',N″,N″-四-(4,6-二-(丁基-(N-甲基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)胺)-三嗪-2-基)-4,7-二氮-1,10-癸二胺,二丁基胺-1,3,5-三嗪-N,N'-二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基-1,6-亚己基二胺-N-(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)丁胺的缩聚物,聚{[6-(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)胺-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-二基][(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)亚氨基]-1,6-二己二基-[(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)亚氨基]},丁二酸二甲酯与4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶醇的聚合物,和双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-癸二酸酯(商品名:TINUVIN770,汽巴精化KK产品)等。装饰层17可含有这些光稳定剂中的一种或两种或多种的组合。
紫外线吸收剂的实例包括:二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂,如2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮;苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂,如2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-[2[羟基-3-(3,4,5,6-四氢邻苯二甲酰亚胺-甲基)-5-甲基苯基]苯并三唑、2-(3-叔丁基-2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑(商品名:SUMISORB300;住友化学株式会社产品)、2-(2-羟基-5-叔-辛基苯基)苯并三唑、和2-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔戊基苯基)苯并三唑;苯甲酸酯类紫外线吸收剂,如3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸-2,4-二叔丁基苯酯等。装饰层17可含有这些紫外线吸收剂中的一种或者两种或多种的组合。
下面描述门洞装饰密封条10的制造方法。图2为示出门洞装饰密封条10生产线一部分的示意图。
在门洞装饰密封条10中,密封条本体11和盖唇13通过挤出成型机1成型。将嵌件14供给到挤出成型机1,以及,通过挤出成型机1,同时挤出用于形成压边部分12和盖唇13的密实材料以及用于形成中空密封部分18的海绵材料,从而挤出成型密封条本体11。随后,在这些材料为橡胶的情况下,将密封条本体11传送到高频加热炉、热空气加热炉等中,对其进行加热和硫化。
如图2所示,将硫化的密封条本体11输送到初级预发泡机3,在那里通过初级预发泡机3的辊,将其弯曲成具有角形截面的形状,从而容易地进行表面处理(如底层涂覆)以及附着于装饰层17。
在初级预发泡机3之后,将密封条本体11输送到表面处理机4。在密封条本体11与装饰层17之间的粘合力较弱的情况下,对要固定装饰层17的压边部分12上表面部分和盖唇13部分进行表面处理,以增强装饰层17的固定作用。
在用EPDM形成密封条本体11并用烯烃基热塑性弹性体形成装饰层17的情况下,当可由EPDM的硫化加热而热熔接装饰层17时,则可省略所述表面处理步骤。
将已进行表面处理的密封条本体11输送到挤出口模9,该挤出口模上附加有挤出成型机5的喷嘴。如下文将要描述的,通过挤出口模9,以片状的形式,将具有对应于车箱内部颜色的装饰层17挤出到密封条本体11的压边部分12上和/或盖唇13上表面上(参见图3)。
如图2所示,将在压边部分12上和盖唇13上表面上挤出有装饰层17的密封条本体11输送到层压机6,从而通过轧辊将装饰层17压在密封条本体11上,并在装饰层17的表面上形成图案。另外,通过轧辊,将装饰层17的侧端置于盖唇13末端部的下部表面之下,以使密封条本体11与装饰层17相互压力结合。
在这种情况下,由于硫化使密封条本体11处于较热的状态,并且装饰层17由于刚刚挤出而具有较高的温度。因此,结合表面处理作用,这样的温度使得装饰层17能够牢固地附着于密封条本体11。
此外,在用于密封条本体11和装饰层17的两种材料为烯烃基材料的情况下,如密封条本体11由EPDM形成,装饰层17由烯烃基热塑性弹性体形成,将装饰层17更牢固地附着于密封条本体11。此外,使用层压机6的轧辊进行第二次弯曲加工,使压边部分12弯曲以形成大致U形的横截面。
将其上固定有装饰层17的门洞装饰密封条10输送到冷却装置7,以通过水或冷空气对其进行冷却。
通过牵引机8,将从冷却装置7输送出来的门洞装饰密封条10拉出,并将其切成预定尺寸。随后,使用模具,成型加工拐角部、端部等,从而门洞装饰密封条10成为产品。
下面,参照图3,描述通过挤出装饰层17而将装饰层17固定于密封条本体11的步骤。
图3为示出挤出成型装饰层17的步骤的剖视图。
如图3所示,旋转挤出成型机5的螺杆5b,从而将装饰层17的材料挤入挤出口模9中,以在密封条本体的压边部分12上和盖唇13上表面上设置装饰层17。以均等厚度的片状形式,将挤出材料从挤出口模9挤出。随后,通过层压机6在装饰层17上形成表面图案,根据密封条本体11的形状,通过轧辊将装饰层17压力结合于密封条本体11,以附着于密封条本体11。
通过层压机6的轧辊,将装饰层17以能包住盖唇末端的方式附着于密封条本体11。
虽然在上述实施例中描述了从挤出口模9挤出一个装饰层17的实施例,但是可以同时挤出并附加两个装饰层17,该装饰层包括朝向密封条本体的粘合剂层。在这种情况下,可使用线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)作为粘合剂层。
另外,在上述实施例中描述的表面处理诸如底层涂覆不是必需的,也可以省去。此外,可由涂覆粘合剂代替表面处理。
Claims (6)
1.一种长模塑制品,包括由热塑性弹性弹性体发泡材料制成的装饰层,其中所述装饰层包含2到10重量份数的OBSH基发泡剂和3到10重量份数的有机酸盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长模塑制品,其中所述热塑性弹性体发泡材料通过挤出成型而形成,以及,其平均发泡孔径为100μm到300μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长模塑制品,其中所述有机酸盐为选自抗坏血酸盐、乙酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、谷氨酸盐、苹果酸盐和琥珀酸盐中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长模塑制品,其中所述有机酸盐为乙酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的长模塑制品,其中所述装饰层含有4到8重量份数的OBSH基发泡剂和10到3重量份数的有机酸盐,对有机酸盐的含量进行调节,使得当发泡剂含量较低时,提高有机酸盐的含量。
6.根据权利要求1所述的长模塑制品,其中所述由热塑性弹性体发泡材料制成的装饰层为车用密封条的装饰层,并设置于密封条本体中大致U形横截面的压边部分和/或从所述压边部分延伸出的盖唇的上表面,以及,所述密封条本体由EPDM形成。
