在图3中,在驱动轴颈43的轮端部处,轮端部突出超过轮毂21的内轴齿30,切割出外槽12,该外槽包括楔形横截面,且固定环13插入到其中,固定环的横截面在其内部区域内也成楔形。固定环13是在圆周上划分的标准弹簧环。通过右手侧上的平的侧腹面,固定环13搁置在轮毂21的端面上,而在左手侧上,借助于楔形面它搁置在外槽12对应的楔形上。在加宽和滑动到圆周槽12内的弹簧挠度的某一点上之后,因为有其径向的残余预紧力,固定环13产生作用在轮毂21上的轴向预紧力,轮毂21支承在驱动轴颈43上并朝向右作用,由此,组件沿轴向方向没有游隙。固定环13被固定而阻止通过圆柱形板金属帽15被移去,金属帽15离其内敞开端距离很短,金属帽15包括内部环形的折叠16,它轴向地搁置在固定环上。其上形成的底部17确保在此同时保护轴齿免遭可能进入的任何脏物。
抵抗固定环13的残余预紧力而作用的保持力由固定环86所产生,该固定环86插入到外轴齿53和轴颈底部51之间的驱动轴颈43内的外槽85内,且该固定环86被轮毂的内圆柱形加宽区域32的端面接触。固定环以圆形横截面环的形式提供,并可在驱动轴颈43插入到轮毂通孔29内之前容易地进行安装。

Claims (9)

1.一种轮毂/万向接头组件(11),包括:可被转动地支承的轮毂(21),该轮毂设置有轮突缘(22)以便用螺栓固定在车辆轮子上且包括带有内轴齿(30)的中心通孔(29),其中,所述中心通孔(29)包括具有一端面的内部加宽区域(32),以及
带有外接头部分(42)的万向接头(41),带有外轴齿(53)的驱动轴颈(43)附连到所述外接头部分(42),
其中,所述驱动轴颈(43)插入到所述中心通孔(29)内,且其中,通过互相啮合内和外轴齿(30、53),所述轮毂(21)和所述外接头部分(42)以转动固定的方式彼此连接,以及
其中,在面向所述接头的所述轮毂(21)端部和所述外接头部分(42)面向所述轮子的端面(50)之间,设置了轴向的自由空间(81),
其中,在所述轮毂(21)和所述驱动轴颈(43)之间,操作着夹紧装置(82),该夹紧装置朝向所述外接头部分(42)加载所述轮毂(21),为了支承所述驱动轴颈(43)上的所述轮毂(21),固定环(86)插入到所述驱动轴颈(43)的外环形槽(85)内,其中,所述固定环(86)搁置在所述轮毂(21)内的所述内部加宽区域(32)的所述端面上,以便抵抗所述夹紧装置(82)的预紧力而作用。
2.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述固定环(86)是可转动地保持在所述外环形槽(85)内的圆形横截面环。
3.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,面向所述接头的所述轮毂(21)端部通过卷边(24)而形成,该卷边(24)轴向地搁置抵靠在保持在所述轮毂(21)上的滚动接触轴承(61)的滑动上的内轴承座圈(72)上。
4.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置包括螺栓(82),该螺栓轴向地旋入所述驱动轴颈(43)内,且借助于其螺栓头(83)支承在所述轮毂(21)上。
5.如权利要求4所述的组件,其特征在于,所述螺栓头(83)支承在圆盘(84)上,而所述圆盘(84)又搁置在所述轮毂(21)上。
6.如权利要求4所述的组件,其特征在于,所述螺栓头被支承在所述通孔(29)内的凹陷上。
7.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置包括另一固定环(13),该固定环插入到所述驱动轴颈(43)内的另一外环形槽(12)内,且搁置抵靠在所述轮毂(21)的端面上,该端面指向突出的驱动轴颈的端部。
8.如权利要求7所述的组件,其特征在于,在横截面图中,所述另一外环形槽(12)呈向内的楔形,所述另一固定环(13)包括至少一个带有楔形横截面的内部部分。
9.如权利要求7或8中任何一项所述的组件,其特征在于,在所述另一固定环已经插入到所述另一外环形槽内之后,所述另一固定环通过滑动上的环形帽而径向地固定。
