Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于车桥的悬架安装系统以及组装所述系统的方法。
背景技术
对于本领域技术人员而言,车桥壳用于容纳半轴和差速器是已知的。同样地,对于本领域技术人员而言,车桥壳用于把各种结构例如悬架部件安装和/或固定到其上也是已知的。
在现有技术中,有许多设计用来连接在车桥壳上的装置,以便悬架部件可以连接在其上。例如,美国专利No.4,375,896公开了被焊接在车桥壳外表面上的用于悬架部件的悬架托架。所述悬架托架焊接在车桥壳上,以便包围车桥壳的下半部分。两个螺钉穿过与车桥壳外部接触的悬架托架两侧的两个孔设置,用于帮助分布扭转型载荷。
美国专利No.5,476,251也公开了连接在车桥壳外表面上的用于悬架部件的悬架托架。所述悬架托架通过螺栓固定在车桥壳上,所述螺栓的一端固定在所述悬架托架上,另一端固定在车桥壳上或附近。还通过焊接将悬架托架固定在车桥壳上。具体地说,焊缝位于悬架托架的窗口中。所述窗口位于悬架托架直立的侧面部分上,因此提供了进入车桥壳侧面的入口。焊缝也可以沿着与车桥壳邻接的悬架托架的顶部设置。
上面所讨论的现有技术中的装置以及其他类似的现有技术中的装置存在着几个缺陷。尽管在上述现有技术专利中没有专门提及,但是通常是利用U形螺栓将悬架部件连接在悬架托架上。所述螺栓是昂贵的,因为它们一般是由高强度钢制造的。某些螺栓必须相当的长,因为它们必须从车桥壳下面延伸到悬架部件附近。其次,将现有技术中的装置固定在车桥壳上是复杂的和麻烦的。更特别地是,现有技术中的装置需要被分别地连接在车桥壳上,例如通过焊接。至少鉴于上述的缺陷,拥有一种廉价的和易于使用的用于将部件连接到车桥壳上的系统将是十分有利的。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的悬架安装系统及其组装方法。所述悬架安装系统具有车桥壳,该车桥壳具有两个中空臂、一个上部部分和一个下部部分。至少一个悬架托架设置在所述上部部分和下部部分之间,并且通过其中一个所述中空臂。

具体实施方式
可以理解到的是,本发明可以采用各种选用方位和步骤顺序,除非另外明确规定以外。还需要理解到的是,在附图中示出以及在下文描述的特定装置和过程只不过是限定在随后的权利要求中的本发明的基本原理的示范性的实施例。因此,与所公开的实施例有关的具体尺寸、方向或者其它的物理特性都是非限制性的,除非在权利要求中另外明确指出。
现在参见图1和图2,示意性地描述本发明的悬架托架10的一个实施例。悬架托架10具有第一翼片12和第二翼片14。优选的是,每个翼片12、14均具有两个穿过的孔16。孔16从每个翼片12、14的上表面18延伸到下表面20。依据在图2的所示页面上的定位,优选的是,第一翼片12向下与水平面成一定的角度θ,第二翼片14向上与水平面成一定的角度α。所述角度θ和α表示车桥相对于车辆向前或向后的后倾或倾角。需要理解到的是,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,也可以采用不同于附图中所示θ和α的其它角度,或者根本没有角度。
翼片12、14由所述托架10的拱形部分22连接在一起。优选的是拱形部分22由第一拱形24和第二拱形26组成。所述拱形24、26通过间隙28互相分开。每个拱形24、26的末端都连接在每个翼片12、14上。优选的是,翼片12、14是单件式的并与所述两个拱形24、26整体地形成。
优选的是,所述拱形24、26本质上是曲线的,并从一个翼片12的上表面18延伸到另一个翼片14的另一个上表面18。通道30限定在所述拱形24、26之下,并且位于第一翼片12和第二翼片14之间。
尽管附图显示了拱形部分22由两个曲线形的拱形24、26组成,但是可以理解到的是翼片12、14也可以利用其他的方式连接。例如,所述拱形部分22可以是实体的、开槽的和/或由多个拱形组成。此外,所述拱形部分22可以连接在所述翼片12、14的任意位置,例如分别连接在所述翼片12、14的侧面32、34上。
如图3所示,至少一个悬架托架10设置在车桥壳40的上部部分36和下部部分38之间。车桥壳40由上部部分36、下部部分38和两个通过差速器壳44连接在一起的车桥臂42组成。差速器壳44由前盖和后盖(未显示)封装,具有基本上中空的部分46,用于接纳车辆的差速器(未显示)。
此外,车桥臂42具有基本上中空的部分48,并设计用于接纳半轴50,其中一个半轴如图4所示。半轴50连接到差速器。连接到提供转动能的能量源的差速器将转动能提供给半轴50,作为示例的上述能量源例如是内燃发动机(未显示)。对于本领域技术人员而言可理解的是半轴50可以连接到轮毂上(未显示)。车轮(未示出)安装在轮毂上,从而使车辆能在地面上行驶。
优选的是,所述上部部分36具有通道52,通道52在车桥臂42中彼此对齐,并且所述下部部分38具有通道54,通道54也在车桥臂42中彼此对齐。当所述上部和下部部分36、38如下所述地组装在一起时,所述通道52、54联合在车桥臂42中形成孔56。所述孔56接纳悬架托架10的翼片12、14。优选的是,所述孔56大体上为矩形以接纳本身基本上也是矩形的翼片12、14。
尽管附图显示了在上部部分36和下部部分38中的通道52、54联合形成成了所述孔56,但是可以理解到的是,在不脱离本发明的范围或者精神的情况下,所述孔56可以只形成在上部部分36或者下部部分38中。
用于组装如上所述的带有悬架托架10的车桥壳40的方法包括将悬架托架10设置在车桥臂42中的每个孔56中。优选的是,每个悬架托架10设置于每个车桥臂42中,以致于拱形部分22位于车桥壳40的内部,并且翼片12、14从车桥壳40向外延伸。优选的是,拱形部分22延伸到车桥壳40的上部部分36中。此外,拱形部分22在半轴50之下延伸并且延伸到车桥壳40的下部部分38中,这也是包括在本发明的范围之内的。
优选的是,每个悬架托架10的拱形部分22在每个半轴50之上延伸,并且不会妨碍半轴50的旋转。悬架托架10的翼片12、14从车桥壳40向外延伸。因此,半轴50基本上处于悬架托架10的通道30的内部。
使车桥壳40的上部部分36靠近车桥壳40的下部部分38。优选的是,上部部分36与下部部分38在两个部分36、38相交处焊接在一起。此外,优选的是,每个悬架托架10的翼片12、14是在车桥壳40靠近翼片12、14所封闭的位置处被焊接到车桥壳40上。优选的是,悬架托架10基本上是在连接上部部分36和下部部分38的同时并经由用来连接上部部分36和下部部分38的相同焊缝而被焊接到位。因此,可以理解的是悬架托架10可以可靠地并轻易地连接到车桥壳40上。
在附图所示的例子中,U形螺栓58围绕车辆的一个悬架部件例如板簧60设置。所述螺栓58的末端通过翼片12、14中的孔16。紧固件62,例如垫圈和螺母,可以拧到穿过孔16的螺栓58的末端上。分隔件64可以设置在U形螺栓58和车桥壳40之间。可以理解的是,所述悬架部件现在可以可靠地连接在带有悬架托架10的车桥壳40上。还可以理解到的是,除了板簧之外,其它各种悬架部件和结构也可连接在悬架托架10上。
按照专利法规,本发明已经依据它的优选的实施例进行了描述。然而,应该指出,在不偏离本发明的精神实质和范围的情况下,本发明也可以采用专门解释和描述之外的其它方式进行实施。
Claims (15)
1.悬架安装系统,包括:
具有两个中空臂、一个上部部分及一个下部部分的车桥壳;以及
至少一个位于所述上部部分和下部部分之间并且通过其中一个所述中空臂的悬架托架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬架安装系统,其中所述至少一个悬架托架具有拱形部分,所述拱形部分为单体件且与两个翼片整体地形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的悬架安装系统,其中所述拱形部分具有两个通过间隙彼此分离的拱形,每个所述拱形分别连接到每个所述翼片上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的悬架安装系统,其中每个所述翼片具有至少一个用于把机械紧固件接纳在其中的孔。
5.根据权利要求2所述的悬架安装系统,其中所述拱形部分跨在所述车桥壳内部的半轴上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的悬架安装系统,其中所述翼片从车桥壳向外延伸。
7.悬架安装系统,包括:
具有通过至少一个拱形分离的两个翼片的悬架托架;以及
具有至少一个臂的车桥壳,所述臂用于在臂的中空部分内接纳所述悬架托架的所述拱形,所述翼片从所述车桥壳向外延伸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的悬架安装系统,其中所述两个翼片与所述至少一个拱形整体地形成的并且是单体件。
9.根据权利要求7所述的悬架安装系统,其中所述悬架托架具有两个通过间隙彼此分离的拱形,并且每个所述拱形将一个翼片与另一个翼片连接起来。
10.根据权利要求7所述的悬架安装系统,其中所述拱形设置在所述车桥壳的所述臂的内部并且跨在半轴上,所述翼片延伸穿过在所述车桥壳中的矩形孔。
11.悬架安装系统,包括:
具有两个通过差速器壳连接在一起的中空臂的驱动桥壳,所述驱动桥壳具有上部部分和下部部分;以及
两个单件式的、整体地形成的悬架托架,每个悬架托架具有连接两个翼片的拱形部分,每个所述翼片限定了至少一个孔,每个悬架托架的所述拱形部分设置在其中一个所述臂的内部,并且所述翼片从所述臂向外延伸。
12.组装悬架安装系统的方法,包括:
提供具有上部部分和下部部分的驱动桥壳;
将悬架托架的拱形部分设置在所述驱动桥壳的内部并设置在所述上部部分和下部部分之间;以及
将所述上部部分固定到所述下部部分,并且将所述悬架托架固定到固定好的所述上部部分和下部部分上,所述悬架托架具有两个翼片,所述翼片从固定好的所述上部部分和下部部分向外延伸。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中所述拱形部分跨在位于所述驱动桥壳中的半轴上。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中所述上部部分通过焊接固定在所述下部部分上,并且所述悬架托架基本上是把所述上部部分固定到所述下部部分的同时并经由用来把所述上部部分固定到所述下部部分的相同的焊缝而被焊接在所述驱动桥壳上。
15.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中每个所述翼片具有两个孔,所述孔用来接纳设置在车辆的板簧附近的U形螺栓的末端。
