技术领域
本发明涉及一种减震器组件,包括减震器壳体和与其连接的毂盘(hub)安装件,例如安装凸缘,所述减震器壳体是圆柱形并带有毂盘安装件。
背景技术
一种减震器的示例公开在EP-A-1043212中。所述现有技术的减震器是一个包括多个元件的组件,例如标准减震器和环绕所述减震器的管状壳体单元。壳体单元带有转向关节,轮轴轴承和制动卡钳安装在转向关节上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种设计简单且较少单个元件的减震器组件。该目的是提供将圆柱形壳体和毂盘安装件形成由一个金属板制成的单一件来实现的。
圆柱形壳体和毂盘安装件可以焊接在一起。替代地,圆柱形壳体和毂盘安装件可以由一个金属板形成。
根据本发明优选实施例的减震器组件由其制造的单一金属板包括弯曲成管状形状的壳体部分,使得所述壳体部分的边缘可通过焊接或者冷成形连接在一起。
壳体通过横向臂侧向延伸,横向臂带有相对于壳体为侧向的毂盘安装件,所述壳体、横向臂和毂盘安装件形成由一个金属板制成的单一件。
横向臂具有成一体的加强形状,例如肋和/或凹槽。
横向臂通过过渡部分逐渐并合成壳体的下端,过渡部分的形状由管状形式逐渐变成扁平形式。
毂盘安装件包括凸缘,凸缘设置有用于将毂盘支承单元安装到其上的安装装置。凸缘设置有安装孔、以及用于容纳毂盘支承单元的中心孔。
在如上所述的减震器组件中可以具有几种变形。例如,减震器壳体可以具有至少两个不同直径的圆柱形部分。而且,减震器可具有一个端盖,端盖设置有用于引导一个线性移动轴的开口。此外,圆柱形壳体的金属板的厚度可以不同于毂盘安装件的金属板的厚度。圆柱形壳体的金属可以不同于毂盘安装件的金属。
毂盘安装件带有用于将制动架或者制动卡钳固定到其上的装置。圆柱形壳体的下端可以由一个塞子封闭。塞子带有用于连接到扭力杆的杠杆臂。毂盘安装件带有用于将转向杆连接到其上的固定装置。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造根据本发明的减震器组件的方法。所述方法包括如下步骤:
a)将一个金属板冷成形为用于减震器部分的圆形形状;
b)通过能源焊接或者冷成形将圆形形状的端部结合在一起;
c)冷和/或热成形毂盘/凸缘部分;
d)冷和/或热成形底部球窝接合部分或者通过焊接分别结合球窝接合部分。
金属板可以由焊接在一起的几个部分形成的单一体构成。所述部分可以具有相同或者不同厚度。
根据另一替代方法,一个挤压或者焊接管被部分地切开并被弄平以形成用于毂盘、凸缘和球窝连接的部分。而且,不必从单一金属板开始。因此,该方法也可以包括在进行了上述步骤a,b,c,d之后通过焊接来结合金属板部分的步骤。
而且,例如在适用液压减震器或电动机械致动器的滑动部分的情况下,可以对管部分的特定内和/或外表面进行精加工。
以下将参照显示在附图中的实施例对本发明进一步描述。

具体实施方式
图1显示了根据本发明的减震器组件1、毂盘支承单元(hub bearingunit)2、以及卡钳单元3。减震器组件包括圆柱形壳体4以及安装凸缘5。安装凸缘5通过横向延伸臂6与壳体4连接。壳体4、臂6和安装凸缘5形成由单一金属板制成的一个单元。
图2的仰视图显示了横向臂通过过渡部分8逐渐并合成壳体4的下端,过渡部分8的形状由管状形式9逐渐变成扁平形式10。此外,加强肋11也形成在横向臂6上。支撑板7焊接在壳体4上,弹簧12支撑在支撑板7上。
如图3所示,安装凸缘24具有成大约90°弯曲的加强边缘13。在其下端,安装凸缘设置有底部球窝接合装置14。
根据本发明的减震器组件1可以与毂盘支承单元2和卡钳装置3通过螺栓15以简单和牢固的方式组装起来,螺栓容纳在所述元件的对应孔16,17和18中。螺栓15可以拧入设置在孔18中的螺纹上。
图4所示的装配件还装配有电制动致动器或液压制动致动器19、制动盘20和共同运动连接器21。该装配件能够作为一个单元安装在机动车车架上。
圆柱形壳体4是由弯曲成圆柱形形状的壳体板部分制成。所述形状的邻接边缘22,23焊接在一起。

Claims (26)

1.一种减震器组件(1),包括:具有端盖和圆柱形壳体(4)的减震器,端盖设置有用于引导线性移动轴的开口,圆柱形壳体的下端由塞子封闭;和与其连接的毂盘安装件(5),毂盘安装件包括安装凸缘,其中,毂盘安装件(5)由减震器圆柱形壳体(4)携带,并且减震器圆柱形壳体(4)和毂盘安装件(5)形成由一个金属板制成的单一件。
2.如权利要求1所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,圆柱形壳体(4)由一个金属板制成的壳体部分构成,所述壳体部分形成管状形状,并且所述壳体部分的纵向边缘(22,23)焊接在一起。
3.如上述任一权利要求所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,壳体(4)通过横向臂(6)侧向延伸,横向臂带有相对于壳体(4)为横向的毂盘安装件(5),所述壳体(4)、横向臂(6)和毂盘安装件(5)形成由一个金属板制成的单一件。
4.如权利要求3所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,横向臂具有成一体的加强形状。
5.如权利要求4所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,横向臂(6)通过过渡部分(8)逐渐并合成壳体(4)的下端,过渡部分的形状由管状形式(9)逐渐变成扁平形式(10)。
6.如权利要求1所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,毂盘安装件(5)包括凸缘(24),凸缘设置有用于将毂盘支承单元(2)安装到其上的安装装置(17)。
7.如权利要求6所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,凸缘(24)设置有安装孔(17)。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,凸缘(24)设置有嵌入式轴承壳体,所述壳体通过焊接或者冷成型安装。
9.如权利要求7所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,凸缘(24)在其下端带有底部球窝接合装置(14)。
10.如权利要求7所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,凸缘(24)设置有并合成横向臂(6)的加强边缘(13)。
11.如权利要求1所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,减震器壳体(4)具有至少两个不同直径的圆柱形部分。
12.如权利要求1所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,圆柱形壳体(4)的金属板的厚度不同于毂盘安装件(5)的金属板的厚度。
13.如权利要求1所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,圆柱形壳体(4)的金属不同于毂盘安装件(5)的金属。
14.如权利要求1所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,毂盘安装件(5)带有用于将制动架或者制动卡钳(3)固定到其上的装置(17)。
15.如权利要求1所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,塞子带有用于连接到扭力杆的杠杆臂。
16.如权利要求15所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,杠杆臂是液压型或气体型。
17.如权利要求15所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,致动器是电动机械型。
18.如权利要求1所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,毂盘安装件(5)带有用于将转向杆连接到其上的固定装置。
19.如权利要求10所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,加强边缘(13)与一个支承梁配合,支承梁带有至少一个制动架或者制动卡钳(3)、转向部件或者轴承固定装置。

23.如权利要求4所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,所述加强形状是肋(11)。
24.如权利要求4所述的减震器组件,其特征在于,所述加强形状是凹槽。
25.一种用于制造如权利要求1所述的减震器组件的方法,包括如下步骤:
a)将一个金属板冷成形为用于减震器部分的圆形形状;
b)通过能源焊接或者冷成形将圆形形状的端部结合在一起;
c)冷或热成形毂盘/凸缘部分;
d)冷或热成形底部球窝接合部分或者通过焊接分别结合球窝接合部分。
26.如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,包括使用由相同或者不同材料的焊接部分构成的金属板的步骤。
