Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1前序部分的方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件以及用于生产它们的方法。
背景技术
已知用于生产方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件的各种方法。从实践中已知一种方法提供装饰层,该装饰层通过粘合剂或胶应用于由木材、木制材料、塑料或金属制成的支承。该方法的缺点在于这种元件的生产需要大量操作。此外,如果该元件形成为球状形式,则裂纹出现在只能变形到有限程度的饰面上。
此外,从DE-A2944797A1已知特别地用于机动车辆内部的弯曲条带,以及用于其生产的方法。在安装之后可见的该条带的外层包括木制饰面覆盖,该木制饰面覆盖应用于塑料的支承层。用于生产该条带的方法的特征在于,将木制饰面覆盖置于适于该条带随后的外表面的注塑模具中,并且所述覆盖被抑制在该位置中,并且该条带在高压下利用塑料经注塑模制并冷却之后成形。该方法的缺点也在于木制饰面可能裂纹,并且塑料能够被强迫通过这些裂纹和木制饰面中的小孔。这可导致在所需的生产和成形工作期间出现次品。
本发明基于减少关于方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件的次品和成形工作的目的。
根据本发明,该目的通过权利要求1和7的特征部分提供的方式实现。
发明内容
在方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件包括位于木制饰面上的外部可见表面和塑料支承层的情况下,根据本发明,木制饰面在内侧上(也就是在面对塑料支承层的侧面上)设有无纺织物。该无纺织物防止木制饰面或薄膜裂纹,并防止塑料被强迫通过木材中的孔或其它缺陷(例如松节),并且改善木制饰面的球状可变形能力。木材或装饰上的热载荷得以减小,并最大限度地避免了变色。尤其地,在非压花饰面的情况下,无纺织物层压有助于补偿纵向和横向地相对于木制纤维的不同属性,并且在易于裂纹的木材类型(例如各种红木)的情况下,防止沿着木制纤维裂纹。总之,本发明减少成形工作和次品。
方便的是将无纺织物设置成具有至少0.1mm和至多2.0mm厚度的层。还方便的是,木制饰面具有小于0.6mm的厚度。
还方便的是,将紧固和安装器件(例如钩状物、凸榫、舌簧、凹槽、长钉、定心器件和能量导向元件)整体地形成在塑料支承层上,并且该塑料支承包括热塑性或可熔化处理的天然材料。
利用木制饰面或薄膜生产方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件的方法的特征在于,首先利用无纺织物将木制饰面或薄膜设置在内侧,并随后涂覆塑料作为注塑模具中的型芯。因此,在无纺织物层被引入注塑模具之前,其例如通过粘附被层压到木制饰面上。随后木制饰面被引入注塑模具中,并且由于该无纺织层,从而与不设置该层的情况相比,木制饰面能够更好地球状变形。但是,在进行夹物模压(insert molding)处理之前,设有无纺织物的木制饰面也可发生变形,即形成用于预期用途所期望的形式。该过程尤其便利的是使用容易被变形损坏的任何饰面。这种损坏尤其出现在当饰面作为注塑模具中的型芯被涂覆的时候,这是因为该操作类似于热成型处理,在该热成型处理中材料经受相当大的应力。如果在嵌入模制处理之前设有无纺织物的木制饰面已变形,则可选择降低饰面被损坏的危险变形方法。
必须选择一种这种类型的本身已知的粘合剂,该粘合剂确保结合在嵌入模制之后保持稳定或者不会被嵌入模制破坏。此外,在嵌入模制期间保持先前提到的优点。
因此根据本发明的方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件表现为层叠布置,其中,饰面利用无纺织物优选地通过粘附结合而被层压,并且无纺织物通过作为内模制型芯的塑料以形状配合形式涂层。
方便的是,在变形之前对木制饰面进行打磨。可在利用无纺织物进行层压之前或之后进行打磨。这使得成品打磨工作(通常由于复杂的形式而必须手工进行)的劳动强度减到最少。此外,在引入注塑模具之前,可以弯曲木制饰面(即可以使木制饰面成挠性),以便使该木制饰面可更容易的变形。在该情况下,饰面的木制纤维被滚压断裂。

具体实施方式
从图1可以看出,木制装饰覆盖包括已设有无纺织物层2的木制饰面1。这两个层已设有在注塑模具中的塑料支承层3。从图2可看出木制饰面1非常弯曲。在该大曲率情况下,饰面有裂纹的危险。但是,木制饰面被无纺织物层2以这样的方式进行稳定,使得能够弯曲到图2所示的程度而无任何裂纹。例如所示的钩状物4这样的紧固器件整体地形成在塑料支承层3上。
Claims (11)
1.一种方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件,包括木制饰面上的外部可见表面和塑料支承层,其特征在于,所述木制饰面(1)在内侧上设有无纺织物(2),并且所述无纺织物(2)以形状配合形式涂覆塑料而作为模内型芯。
2.如权利要求1所述的方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件,其特征在于,将所述无纺织物(2)设置成具有至少0.1mm和至多2.0mm的厚度的层。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件,其特征在于,所述木制饰面(1)具有小于0.6mm的厚度。
4.如前述权利要求中至少一项所述的方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件,其特征在于,紧固和安装器件(4)整体地形成在所述塑性支承层上。
5.如权利要求4所述的方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件,其特征在于,钩状物、凸榫、舌簧、凹槽、长钉、定心器件和能量导向元件整体形成。
6.如前述权利要求中至少一项所述的方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件,其特征在于,所述塑料支承层(3)包括热塑塑料。
7.如权利要求1至5中至少一项所述的方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件,其特征在于,所述塑料支承层包括可熔化处理的天然材料。
8.一种利用木制饰面或薄膜生产尤其如权利要求1至7所述的方向盘装饰覆盖和内部装饰元件的方法,其特征在于,首先将所述木制饰面或薄膜设置在具有无纺织物的内侧,并随后涂覆塑料而作为注塑模具中的型芯。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述木制饰面被引入所述注塑模具之前对其进行打磨。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述木制饰面是挠曲的。
11.如权利要求8至10中至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,具有所述无纺织物的木制饰面在夹物模压之前发生变形。
