Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体涉及一种用于存储物品的包装，并且更特别是涉及一种用于这种包装的具有擅动指示功能(tamper-evident)的可重新密封的封闭件。
背景技术
用于例如饼干和其它小吃的食物产品的某些容器通常包括通过外部包裹物包围的框架。框架用作托盘以便保持食物产品，并且保护食物产品不损坏。人们通常通过打开包裹物的一端、从其内部抽出托盘并从托盘取出食物产品来得到容器的内容物。一旦被打开，重新闭合包裹物包括将该端部向下折叠或卷绕，并且夹持该端部，以便保持包裹物闭合。
现有技术食物容器的一个最新发展包括美国专利NO.6918532(此后称为“’532专利”)中披露的可重新密封的容器，该专利结合于此作为参考。’532专利披露形成具有进出开口的容器的顶部的包裹物。密封层围绕开口粘接地密封在顶部上。通过在突片上向后拉，密封层可从容器上松开，并且密封层可贴靠顶部层密封，以便在密封层运动回到顶部上的平位置时密封开口。
其它食物产品包装在例如热成形托盘的塑料托盘内，使用某些类型的封盖材料，托盘在顶部密封。多种传统的封盖材料可用来覆盖传统的托盘。封盖材料可以是金属箔片、柔性塑料包裹物或刚性塑料。用于覆盖热成形托盘的封盖材料的一个最新进展在美国专利申请NO.11/193613(结合于此作为参考)中提供，该专利将可重新密封的开口与类似于’532专利的密封层相结合。
在包装领域中，使用不同的方法来指示包装是否已经打开或包装的整体性是否被破坏。例如，在一种用于湿纸巾的现有技术分配袋中，如美国专利6428867所示，通过在密封区域内具有墨层的密封标签来提供擅动指示，其中在密封区域内留下墨标记来指示包装是否已经打开。
在另一容器中，如美国专利申请序列号11/029651所示，该专利结合于此作为参考，多种另外的方法表示成指示密封层是否已经从容器上去除。用于擅动指示的一种公开方法是在密封区域内使用靠近开口延伸的模切(die-cut)长带，密封区域限定为在密封层下围绕容器开口的区域。使用现有技术的长带的一个缺陷在于在密封层向后拉时靠近长带的包裹物会变得撕坏，因此损害了容器顶部的整体性。
在现有技术中需要一种可重新密封的容器，该容器最好适用于包含食品产品，该容器包括新型和改进的擅动指示装置。
发明内容
本发明总体涉及一种可重新密封的封闭件，该封闭件具有终止于通过封闭件覆盖的开口的片状物或长带形式的擅动指示结构，封闭件在容器首次打开之后落入容器内。
在一个形式中，本发明包括具有擅动指示功能的可重新密封的封闭件，封闭件包括第一薄膜层以及形成在第一薄膜层内的第一撕裂线和第二撕裂线。第一撕裂线限定用于在沿着第一撕裂线从第一薄膜层分开时提供经过薄膜层的进出开口的第一面板区段。第二撕裂线从与第一撕裂线隔开的位置延伸到终止于第一撕裂线并限定第二面板区段的位置，以便在第二面板沿着第二撕裂线与第一薄膜层分开时指示封闭件的初始开启。第二薄膜层布置在第一薄膜层上，并且覆盖第一和第二面板区段。第二薄膜层包括粘合剂层，以便可松开地粘接第二薄膜层，使得第一面板区段与第二薄膜层分开，从而暴露进出开口，并且第二面板区段与第一和第二薄膜层分开，以便在第二薄膜层从第一薄膜层去除之后，提供封闭件已经打开的视觉指示。
在本发明的另一形式中，具有擅动指示功能的封闭件包括形成容器顶部的包裹物，其中顶部具有进入容器的进出开口。密封层围绕开口粘接地密封在顶部上。密封层可通过在剥离方向上将密封层向后拉而从顶部松开，并且可贴靠顶部重新闭合以便在密封层贴靠顶部运动返回时密封开口。包裹物内的切口(slit)位于进出开口和容器的相邻边缘之间的密封区域内，其中密封层粘接地密封在顶部上。切口具有与开口隔开的第一端部以及终止于开口的第二端部，其中切口在剥离方向上从与开口隔开的位置延伸到开口。
在本发明的另一实施例中，切口形成长带。在另一可选择实施例中，包裹物包括靠近第一切口的第二切口，第二切口从与开口隔开的位置延伸并终止于开口，以便形成长带，长带具有与开口隔开的一端以及终止于开口的第二端。
在另一形式中，本发明涉及一种具有擅动指示功能的食物容器，容器包括形成具有顶部的容器的包裹物，顶部具有进出开口，以便使得手接近容器的食物内容物。密封层设置成围绕开口粘接地密封在顶部上。在密封层在剥离方向上向后拉时，密封层可以松开，并且可以贴靠顶部重新闭合，从而在密封层贴靠顶部运动返回时密封开口。切口设置在位于进出开口和容器的相邻边缘之间的密封区域内的包裹物内，其中密封层粘接地密封在顶部上。切口具有与开口隔开的第一端以及终止于开口的第二端，其中切口在剥离方向上从与开口隔开的位置延伸并终止于开口。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图，并且特别是图1-9，表示具有结合了擅动指示结构的封闭件11的包装10。包装10包括形成顶部14的第一层12的外部包裹物、侧部16以及褶边端部18、19。第一薄膜层12由聚合物薄膜或其它柔性材料形成，这些材料已被切割、折叠或进行其它处理，以便限定内部空间或容座，从而接收所需产品，例如设置在包装10内的食物产品。包装10可用来存储和分配食品，例如饼干、脆点心、糖果或其它物品。薄膜层12可包括图形或其它标示，以便识别包装10的内容物。
封闭件11直接形成在第一薄膜层12上，并且包括形成在第一薄膜层12内的第一撕裂线20。第一撕裂线20限定第一面板22，面板可以沿着撕裂线20从第一薄膜层12分离，以便暴露开口24(图4)，由此接近包装10的内容物。虽然第一撕裂线20可只包括三个侧面，由此第一面板22在一端上永久附接在第一薄膜层12上，并且因此不在所述一端上切割。
封闭件11还包括至少一个第二撕裂线40，以作为靠近第一撕裂线20形成在薄膜层12内的切口。第二撕裂线40产生由第二撕裂线40形成的第二面板区段42，由此靠近包装10的突片30的端部沿着面板42的端部44保持整体结合在第一薄膜层12上。第二撕裂线40具有从与开口24隔开的位置一直延伸到第一模切部20的大致新月形状。因此，在剥离方向32上观看，第二模切部40从与第一模切部20隔开的位置延伸到模切部20。
封闭件11包括密封标签形式的第二薄膜层，例如在第一薄膜层12上布置在包装10的顶部14上的密封层26。密封层26沿着开口24的密封区域延伸超过第一撕裂线20的周边，由此覆盖第一面板区段22和第二面板42。
第二薄膜层26的面向第一薄膜层12的侧面涂覆粘合剂28(见图3-5)，使得第二薄膜层26可松开地固定在第一薄膜层12上。密封层26设置没有涂覆粘合剂28的突片30或者其它抓握结构，使得密封层26可从第一薄膜层12剥离，以便打开包装10。
密封层26可包括铰链部分33，在图1、2a和2b中表示为沿着与突片30相对定位的周边穿过密封层26形成的一系列波状模切部34。在密封层26向后剥离时，波状模切部34有助于将密封层26的边缘粘接地固定在第一薄膜层12上，同时使得密封层26运动离开进出开口24，从而有助于接近包装10的内容物。虽然铰链部分在这里表示和描述成包括一系列波状模切部34，将理解到铰链部分33可包括限定铰链或适用于将密封层26铰接在第一薄膜层12上的其它配置的折叠线。
如图3和4所示，第一面板区段22沿着第一撕裂线20与第一薄膜层12分离，并且保持粘接在密封层26上，在密封层26在箭头32所示的剥离方向上向后剥离(图1、2和4)，以打开包装10。在接近包装10的内容物并需要重新密封包装10之后，密封层26可大致在其原始位置上重新施加在第一薄膜层12上，如图5所示。由于密封层26延伸超过第一面板区段22的周边，布置其上的粘合剂26有助于重新密封包装10，其中第一面板区段22定位在进出开口24上。
在密封层26从第一层12上剥离以便首次分离第一面板区段22时，第二面板区段42的一部分从第一薄膜层12分离，但是第二面板42的整体结合部分44确保第二面板42不变得完全与第一薄膜层12分离。第二面板42因此保持附接在第一薄膜层12上，并且在第二薄膜层26在方向32上首次向后剥离时，逐渐变得与涂覆粘合剂的第二薄膜层26分离。参考图9的示意图，在密封层26首次向后拉时，第一撕裂线20相继撕裂，如一系列箭头50所示，并且第二撕裂线40如箭头52所示相继撕裂，直到第二撕裂线40终止于第一撕裂线20为止。
具有延伸并终止于第一模切部的第二模切部的优点在于施加在各自第二部分上的任何残留粘合剂力将指向第一模切部以及容器的开口，并且不沿着第一层延伸，从而撕裂和/或可能损坏包装的整体性。
第一层12的材料形成为使得第二面板区段42在变得与第一薄膜层12和密封层26分离时在离开顶部14的方向上并从包装10向内运动，如图2b、4和7所示。随后，即使在密封层26贴靠第一薄膜层12重新密封以便重新闭合包装10时，第二面板区段42提供包装10的最初打开的视觉指示。特别是，第二面板区段42在端部44处保持结合在第一薄膜层12上，同时第二面板42的其它部分向下延伸到包装10内，如图2b、4、5、7和8所示，以便形成在观察包装10时可以视觉检测的空间区域46。
虽然图1-8表示和描述第一层12的外部包裹物，包裹物覆盖包装的整个外部，第一层12可只形成具有可重新密封的开口的包装的顶表面，例如美国专利申请NO.11/193613披露的那些包装，并且因此封闭件11可在具有作为托盘顶部上的封盖材料的第一密封层的热成形托盘上形成封闭件。
第一薄膜层12可由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、玻璃纸或者适用于形成包装封闭件的任何其它的聚合材料。同样，密封层26可由聚丙烯、聚乙烯或适用于形成可选择地松开并重新密封盖的任何其它聚合材料形成，该盖可如上所述粘接在第一薄膜层12上。
现在参考图10a和10b，包装110包括类似于包装10的封闭件111。包装110不同于包装10之处在于在剥离方向132上观看，第三模切部141形成在平行于第二模切部140的第一密封层12内，由此限定从与靠近突片130的第一模切部120隔开的部分144延伸到第一模切部120的大致长带形式的第二面板142。对于包装10来说，人们通过在突片130上向后拉来接近包装110，这从密封在顶部114上的第一层112上松开密封层126，由此将第一面板122与第一层112分离，从而暴露开口(未示出)。另外，在密封层126在方向132上向后拉时，除了永久附接在第一外部层112上的部分144之外，第二面板142在所有侧面与第一外部层114分离。如图1-9的实施例中，如图10a和10b所示，外部狭缝沿着进行转弯并终止于线120的线撕裂。在此实施例中，内部狭缝141也转弯并终止于线120。因此，第二部分142与密封层126的粘合剂分离，并且落入包装110，如图9b所示。
现在本领域普通技术人员将理解到本发明封闭件的擅动指示结构提供优于现有技术擅动指示结构的优点。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有擅动指示功能的可重新密封的封闭件，包括：
第一薄膜层；
第一撕裂线，形成在所述第一薄膜层内并限定用于在沿着所述第一撕裂线从所述第一薄膜层分开时提供经过所述薄膜层的进出开口的第一面板区段；
第二撕裂线，形成在所述第一薄膜层内，所述第二撕裂线从与所述第一撕裂线隔开的位置延伸到终止于所述第一撕裂线并限定第二面板区段的位置，以便在第二面板沿着所述第二撕裂线与所述第一薄膜层分开时指示封闭件的初始开启；以及
第二薄膜层，布置在所述第一薄膜层上，并且覆盖所述第一和第二面板区段，所述第二薄膜层包括粘合剂层，以便将所述第二薄膜层可松开地粘接在所述第一薄膜层上，使得所述第一面板区段与所述第一薄膜层分开，从而暴露进出开口，并且所述第二面板区段与所述第一和第二薄膜层分开，以便在所述第二薄膜层从所述第一薄膜层去除之后，提供封闭件已经打开的视觉指示；
其中，在所述第二薄膜层首次向后剥离时，所述第二面板落入容器内。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有擅动指示功能的可重新密封的封闭件，其特征在于，所述第二薄膜层是透明的。
3.一种用于容器的具有擅动指示功能的封闭件，包括：
形成容器顶部的包裹物；
所述顶部具有限定进入容器的进出开口的撕裂线；
密封层，围绕所述开口粘接地密封在所述顶部上，所述密封层可通过在剥离方向上将密封层向后拉而从所述顶部松开，并且可贴靠所述顶部重新闭合以便在所述密封层贴靠所述顶部运动返回时密封开口；
包裹物内的切口，位于进出开口和容器的相邻边缘之间的密封区域内，其中所述密封层粘接地密封在所述顶部上，所述切口具有与所述开口隔开的第一端部以及终止于限定所述开口的所述撕裂线的第二端部，其中所述切口在所述剥离的方向上从与所述开口隔开的位置延伸到所述开口；
其中，所述包裹物包括靠近所述切口的第二切口，从与所述开口隔开的位置延伸并终止于所述开口，以便形成具有与所述开口隔开的一端以及终止于所述开口的第二端的长带，并且在所述密封层首次向后剥离时，所述长带落入所述容器内。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有擅动指示功能的封闭件，其特征在于，所述切口形成长带。
5.一种具有擅动指示功能的食物容器，包括：
形成具有顶部的容器的包裹物，所述顶部具有限定进出开口的撕裂线，以便使得手接近容器的食物内容物；
密封层，围绕所述开口粘接地密封在所述顶部上，在所述密封层在剥离方向上向后拉时，所述密封层能松开，并且能贴靠所述顶部重新闭合，从而在所述密封层贴靠所述顶部运动返回时密封所述开口；以及
包裹物内的切口，定位在进出开口和容器的相邻边缘之间的密封区域内，其中所述密封层粘接地密封在所述顶部上，所述切口具有与所述开口隔开的第一端以及终止于限定所述开口的所述撕裂线的第二端，其中所述切口在所述剥离方向上从与所述开口隔开的位置延伸并终止于所述开口；
其中，所述包裹物包括靠近所述切口的第二切口，以便形成具有与所述开口隔开的一端以及终止于所述开口的第二端的长带，并且在所述密封层首次向后剥离时，所述长带落入所述容器内。
6.如权利要求5所述的容器，其特征在于，还包括容器内的食物产品。
