Abstract

本发明涉及一种植物生长和促进作物成熟的组合物,该组合物含有0.2%~95%重量的膦酸甲酯的3-异壬基氧丙基铵盐(3-isononyloxypropyl-ammonium methyl phosphonate),一种固体或液体填料或载体,以及其它可以任选的添加剂,最好是表面活性和/或一种粘性促进剂,将此补充到100%(重量计)。
在匈牙利专利说明书184319号中报导了膦酸甲酯的3-异壬基氧丙基铵盐的制备及其作为杀真菌活性组分的使用,但是再该说明书中上述物质的植物生长调节作用并未描述。
业已发现,在使用剂量合适时,膦酸甲酯的3-异壬基氧丙基铵盐可用以调节根和叶片的生长发育,以及座果、座花和作物成熟过程。被应用的有大田作物,例如:小麦、玉米、向日葵;园艺作物,例如:辣椒、番茄、罗卜、马铃薯;果树,如苹果以及浆果类植物,如无核小葡萄及葡萄。
为调节植物生长或促进作物成熟,在本发明的组合物中,活性组分的浓度可使用1~2000ppm,所用剂量取决于待处理的植物、处理目的、植物的物侯期以及该组合物的形式。
本发明还涉及调节植物生长、促进座花、座果和作物成熟的处理工艺,它包括:用1~2000ppm的活性组分处理种子、幼苗和花;或在播种以前,用0.001~5.0g/m量的活性组分处理苗床;或在种植后或压枝后,用1~2000ppm量的活性组分喷洒植株或枝条,使用的组合物含有膦酸甲酯的3-异壬基氧丙基铵盐作为活性组分,用量为0.2%~95%(重量计)和一固体或液体填料,或载体,以及任选的其它添加剂,最好是一种表面活性剂和/或一种粘性促进剂,将此补充到100%(重量计)。
在实际应用前,用固体或液体载体,可供选择的其它添加剂,适合的表面活性剂和粘性促进剂把本发明的活性组分配制成一定的组合物。
合适的载体包括有机或无机物,天然的或人工合成的物质,促进吸收或促进活性组分吸收的物质,例如:水、甲醇、丙三醇、蜡、树脂、滑石等等。
合适的表面活性剂包括:离子和/或非离子型乳化剂、分散剂、或湿润剂,最好为烷芳基聚乙二醇醚和脂肪酸聚乙二醇醚;合适的粘性促进剂是,例如聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,聚乙烯乙醇和羧甲基纤维素。
本发明的组合物可以配制成溶水浓缩物(WSC)、可湿性粉末(WP)、粉剂、乳油(EC)或粒剂(G)。
举下列几个实例,进一步说明本发明的细节,这里BF-51是指膦酸甲酯的3-异壬基氧丙基铵盐。

实例12

实例15
将玉米种在培养瓶中(5颗苗/瓶),发芽后,分别用浓度为250或500ppm的BF-51、赤霉素酸或3-吲哚乙酸喷洒幼苗。在未处理的对照幼苗可为四叶期时,测量幼苗的株高、鲜重和根重(表Ⅷ)、并测定每颗苗第二片叶顶端的叶绿素含量(表Ⅸ)。
从结果中显而易见,与未处理的对照相比,所有三种活性物质都大大促进了幼苗发育。
但是,与参考物质相比,对植物幼苗高度与鲜重之比来说,BF-51对植物的作用比吲哚乙酸及赤霉酸更好,也就是说,BF-51对玉米生长习性无不良影响,而赤霉酸则使植株不成比例地细长生长。叶绿素测定结果表明,在一克绿叶幼苗及整个绿叶幼苗生成的叶绿素的量分别为BF-51的效果最佳。
实例16
每株用0.1升浓度为250ppm的BF-51 90W SC溶液处理西红柿幼苗根部。六个星期后测定其发育情况。结果汇总在表Ⅹ。
经过处理,促进了植株生长,增加了侧枝和花芽数。
实例17
用BF-51浓度为2000ppm的溶液喷洒“Jonathan”苹果树,每七至八天喷洒一次,总共喷洒八次(四个重复)。
通过测量呼吸(表Ⅺ)和检测鲜肉硬度(表Ⅶ)来研究处理的苹果成熟过程。同时,还研究了处理的苹果的耐贮性(保持质量)。

从测量结果可以看出,BF-51处理推迟了苹果的成熟过程,因此,使晚收苹果在适宜成熟和贮藏条件下使贮藏成为可能,这是良好的耐贮性的先决条件(保持质量)
表Ⅻ数据指出,尽管晚收和晚贮,用BF-51处理的苹果也能良好地被贮藏。
Claims (2)
1、植物生长调节组合物,它含有0.2%~95%重量的膦酸甲酯的3-异壬基氧丙基铵盐(3-isonony loxypropyl-ammonium methyl phosphonate),作为活性组分、固体或液体填料或载体和可供选择的其它添加剂,最好是表面活性剂和/或粘性促进剂,其量补充到100%重量。
2、对于调节植物生长,特别是促进座花、座果、作物成熟、根的形成以及贮存营养物质的植物部分的发育的方法,它包括:采用如权利要求1所述组合物,活性组分浓度是1~500ppm来处理种子,植物的营养繁殖器官和花,或在播种前用剂量为0.001~1.0g/m2的活性组分处理种植植物的苗床,也可以在种植或压条以后,使用浓度为1~2000ppm活性组分的溶液处理植株。
