Abstract
种子消毒剂,包括(一)一对映体含量不低于50%的(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇和至少一种苯并咪唑托布津类杀菌剂和任选的O,O-二甲基-O-(2,6-二氯-4-甲苯基)硫代磷酸酯和/或1-乙基-1,4-二氢-6,7-亚甲基二氧-4-氧代-3-喹啉羧酸或其盐。它对各种种子传播病害有高增效效果和广杀菌谱,对于有抗性的真菌具有稳定的防治效果。
Description
本发明涉及一种种子消毒组合物,该组合物包括(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇,其中含有至少50%(重量)(-)(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇(以下称作化合物A)和至少一种苯并咪唑托布津类杀菌剂(以下称作化合物B),并可任选地包括0,0-二甲基-0-(2,6-二氯-4-甲苯基)-硫代磷酸酯(以下称作化合物C)和/或1-乙基-1,4-二氢-6,7-亚甲基二氧-4-氧代-3-喹啉羧酸或其盐(以下称作化合物D)。
迄今,苯菌灵、甲基托布津、福美双、萎锈灵、五氯硝基苯、有机汞及其掺合物已经用于防治种子传播的病害。
然而,市场上可以买到的上述消毒剂仅仅对有限的病害是有效的,并且出现了这样的问题,即这些消毒剂对于以前使用过该药剂的病菌中已经产生的抗性真菌所传播的病害的防治上已经失去了作用,而过去这些消毒剂对这些病害的防治是有效的。
鉴于这一情况,本发明者为了研制一种杀菌谱广并对上述抗性真菌引起的病害具有稳定的防治效果的种子消毒剂已经进行了广泛的研究。
结果,已经发现,包含有特定重量比的化合物A和化合物B,并可含有任选的特定重量比的化合物C和/或化合物D或其盐的一种种子消毒组合物,不仅具有上述全部特性,而且具有优良的增效作用。
这样,本发明提供了一种种子消毒组合物,该组合物包括有效量的
(A) (E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇,其中至少含有50%(重量)的(-)-(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇和
(B) 至少一种苯并咪唑托布津类杀菌剂,其中(A)与(B)的重量比为1-50∶1-50。
化合物A为本发明的种子消毒组合物的活性组分之一,是选自日本专利申请公开(Laid-open)Nos 124,771/80和99,575/82所揭示的化合物中的一种化合物。换句话说,化合物A可以是外消旋化合物,含有50%(重量)以上的(-)-(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇的外消旋混合物和纯的(-)-(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇。
从发挥消毒特性的观点看,含50%(重量)以上的(-)-(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇(以下称作(-)-对映体)的化合物A是较好的,因为化合物A中含(-)对映体越多,消毒效果越好,含80%(重量)以上(-)-对映体的化合物A更好,最好是基本上纯的(-)-对映体(纯度:90%(重量)或更高)。
在本发明组合物中可以使用已知的苯并咪唑托布津类杀菌剂。较好的这类杀菌剂是1-(丁基氨基甲酰基)苯并咪唑-2-基氨基甲酸甲酯(通用名:benomyl,苯菌灵,以下称作化合物Ⅰ),2-(4-噻唑基)苯并咪唑(通用名:thiabendazole,涕必灵,以下称作化合物Ⅱ),苯并咪唑-2-基氨甲酸甲酯(通用名:carbendazim,多菌灵,以下称作化合物Ⅲ),2-(2-呋喃基)苯并咪唑(通用名:fubelidazol,富达唑,以下称作化合物Ⅳ),1,2-双(3-甲氧羰基-2-硫脲基)苯(通用名:thiophanate methyl,甲基托布津,以下称作化合物Ⅴ),1,2-双(3-乙氧羰基-2-硫脲基)苯(通用名:thiophanate,托布津,以下称作化合物Ⅵ),1-(2-环己基氨基甲酰基)-乙-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯(以下称作化合物Ⅶ)等。化合物Ⅰ至Ⅵ是果树、蔬菜、大麦、小麦、燕麦、黑麦等的各种病害的已知杀菌剂。化合物Ⅶ揭示于日本专利申请公开(Laid-Open)No.10,004/87中。
化合物A与化合物B的重量比通常为1-50∶1-50,最好是1-20∶1-20。
本发明中所用的化合物C是日本专利公布化学(已审查)No.20,571/76揭示的0,0-二甲基-0-(2,6-二氯-4-甲基苯基)硫代磷酸酯。
化合物D是日本专利申请公开(Laid-Open)No.48,042/82揭示的1-乙基-1,4-二氢-6,7-亚甲二氧-4-氧代-3-喹啉羧酸。
在本发明中,化合物A,化合物B,化合物C和化合物D用作活性组分。
化合物A∶化合物B∶化合物C∶化合物D的重量比通常是1-50∶1-50∶0-50∶0-50,最好是1-20∶1-20∶1-20∶1-20。在本发明中,这些组分被混合在一起并施用。
本发明的活性组分的组合物可以直接施用,不过,通常与惰性载体混合在一起施用。如果需要,根据用途而定可以加入配方所需的各种助剂,例如,表面活性剂,湿润剂,分散剂,粘着剂,增稠剂,稳定剂等,而把种子消毒剂配成不同剂型,例如可湿性粉剂,粉剂,流动剂,乳油等。
上述制剂中,使用的载体包括固体载体例如高岭土、硅镁土、膨润土、酸性白土、叶蜡石、滑石、硅藻土、方解石、核桃壳粉、尿素、硫酸铵、合成的水合硅胶、白炭等的细粉、颗粒等和液体载体例如二甲苯、甲萘、醇类如异丙醇、乙二醇、溶纤剂等;酮类如丙酮、环己酮、异佛尔酮等;植物油如豆油、棉籽油等;二甲亚砜;乙腈;水等等。
用于乳化,分散,湿润分散等的表面活性剂包括阴离子型表面活性剂例如烷基磺酸酯,磺酸烷基酯,磺酸芳基酯,磺化丁二酸二烷基酯,聚氧亚乙基烷基芳基醚磷酸酯,萘磺酸-甲醛缩合物等和非离子型表面活性剂例如聚氧亚乙基烷基酯,聚氧亚乙基烷基芳基醚,聚氧亚乙基-聚氧亚丙基嵌段共聚物,脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,聚氧亚乙基脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯等。
除了上述加工用的表面活性剂外其他助剂还有木质素硫酸盐,木质素磺酸盐,藻酸盐,聚(乙烯醇)阿拉伯树胶,CMC(羧甲基纤维素素),PAP(酸式磷酸异丙酯)等。
如果需要,本发明的消毒组合物中也可以加入其它消毒剂,例如环菌灵,羟基异噁唑碱性氯化铜,烯菌灵等。当加入蒽醌时,所得到的消毒组合物具有驱鸟效果。本发明的种子消毒组合物可以与其它种子处理剂混合使用。
在这些制剂中活性组分的含量以0.1-99.9%(重量)较好,最好是0.1-80%(重量)。
本发明的种子消毒组合物可以用于包粉(dast-coated),浸渍或喷洒。
使用本发明的种子消毒组合物包粉或喷洒种子时,该组合物的用量以活性组分计,最好是种子干重的0.00005-1%;而以本发明的种子消毒组合物浸渍或喷洒种子时,该组合物中活性组分的浓度最好为0.01ppm至1%。不过,该组合物的用量可根据制剂的类型或要处理作物的种子的种类而改变。
本发明的种子消毒剂对于各种种子传播病害显示出高的增效的防治效果,同时具有宽的杀菌谱且对于对常规消毒剂有抗性的真菌显示出稳定的防治效果。
本发明的种子消毒组合物对于以下种子传播病害是有效的:
白粉菌、柄锈菌、小麦壳针孢、小球腔菌(L.nodorum)小麦网腥黑粉菌、小麦散黑粉菌、镰孢菌、禾旋孢腔菌、禾长蠕孢、裸黑粉菌、园核腔菌、黑麦喙孢、壳针孢、大麦竖黑粉菌、三芒草生黑粉菌、燕麦核腔菌、雪腐镰孢、宫部旋孢腔菌、近粘藤包赤霉、假单胞菌(P.glumae)。
本发明可以通过以下实例更详细的说明,这些实例只是为了更进一步阐明本发明而不限制本发明。在以下实例中,“份”或“%”都是以重量计。
配方实例1(粉剂)
将0.05份化合物A,0.05份化合物Ⅰ,20份羟基异噁唑唑,66,5份高岑土和13.4份滑石一起充分研磨混合,得到含0.1%活性组分的本发明的粉剂。
配方实例2(粉剂)
将2份化合物A,10份化合物Ⅶ,10份化合物C,68份高岑土和10份滑石一起充分研磨混合,得到含22%活性组分的本发明的粉剂。
配方实例3(粉剂)
将20份化合物A,20份化合物Ⅱ,20份化合物C,20份化合物D,20份高岑土和10份滑石一起充分研磨混合,得到含80%活性组分的本发明的粉剂。
配方实例4(可湿性粉剂)
将0.2份化合物A,2份化合物Ⅲ,0.3份烯菌灵,42.5份硅藻土,50份白炭,3份十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)和2份木质素磺酸钙(分散剂)一起充分研磨混合,得到含2.2%活性组分的本发明的可湿性粉剂。
配方实例5(可湿性粉剂)
将2份化合物A,0.1份化合物Ⅳ,5份化合物C,42.9份硅藻土,45份白炭,3份十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)和2份木质素磺酸钙(分散剂)一起充分研磨并混合,得到含7.1%活性组分的本发明的可湿性粉剂。
配方实例6(可湿性粉剂)
将0.5份化合物A,5份化合物Ⅴ,10份化合物C,10份化合物D,35份硅藻土,34.5份白炭,3份十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)和2份木质素磺酸钙(分散剂)一起充分研磨混合,得到含25.5%活性组分的本发明的可湿性粉剂。
配方实例7(流动剂)
将1份化合物A,0.1份化合物Ⅵ,3份聚氧亚乙基脱水山梨糖醇单油酸酯,3份羧甲基纤维素和92.9份水混合一起并湿磨至活性组分的颗粒大小变成5μ或更小,得到含活性组分1.1%的本发明的流动剂。
配方实例8(流动剂)
将1份化合物A,10份化合物Ⅶ,10份化合物C,3份聚氧亚乙基单油酸酯,3份羧甲基纤维素和73份水混合一起并湿磨至活性组分颗粒大小变成5μ或更小,得到含活性组分21%的本发明的流动剂。
配方实例9(流动剂)
将0.5份化合物A,10份化合物Ⅱ,10份化合物C,10份化合物D,3份聚氧亚乙基单油酸酯,3份羧甲基纤维素和63.5份水混合一起并湿磨至活性组分颗粒大小变成5μ或更小,得到含30.5%活性组分的本发明的流动剂。
配方实例10(乳油)
将1份化合物A,2份化合物Ⅲ,1.5份烯菌灵,3.5份聚氧亚乙基烷基芳基醚(乳化剂),50份环己烷和42份二甲苯混合在一起,得到含活性组分3%的本发明的乳油。
配方实例11(乳油)
将1份化合物A,4份化合物Ⅳ,4份化合物C,4份羟基异噁唑,15份聚氧亚乙基烷基芳基醚(乳化剂),52份环己烷和20份二甲苯混合在一起,得到含活性组份9%的本发明的乳油。
配方实例12(乳油)
将0.5份化合物A,4份化合物Ⅶ,2份化合物C,15份聚氧亚乙基烷基芳基醚(乳化剂),50份环己烷和28.5份二甲苯混合在一起,得到含活性组分10.5%的本发明的乳油。
试验实例1
将10克用小麦网腥黑粉菌接种并感染的小麦种子(品种:Norin No.61)在含有规定浓度的并按本发明的配方4至6的同样方法制备的可湿性粉剂的水溶液中浸渍24小时。然后,把这些种子撒到旱田里并培育。
当小麦抽穗时,检验这些麦苗是否有任何病症,并按照以下公式计算健康麦苗的百分数:

此外,按照以下方法研究本发明的种子消毒组合物的增效作用。

计算四种化合物混合后予期的防治效果的公式可以从上面的公式导出。不用说,当四种化合物中任何一种没有防治效果时,它们的防治效果等于从其它三种化合物混合使用时所予期的效果〔参见“Weeds”15,PP.20-2(1967)〕。
如果发现通过混合两种化合物所得的效果比予期的大,就可以说获得了增效效果。这些结果示于表1中。

将按照配方实例7至9配制的每一种本发明的流动剂喷洒于10克被黑麦喙孢感染过的大麦种子上(品种:Akashinriki)。然后,把这些种子播种到旱田里并培育。当麦苗长到节间延伸期时,检验这些麦苗是否有任何病症,并以试验实例1同样的方法计算健康麦苗的百分数。结果示于表6中。

将对苯菌灵敏感或抗苯菌灵的近粘藤仓赤霉感染的未去壳稻粒(品种:Kinkl No.33),用定量的,按照配方实例1配制的本发明的种子消毒化合物粉剂或市场上可买到的种子消毒剂(苯菌灵T
)进行包粉。然后,将未去壳的稻种按每盆100粒播种于塑料盆中的砂垠土里,盖土表土在温室中培育16天。检验病症并按试验实例1同样的方法计算健康稻苗的百分数。结果示于表7中

Claims (18)
1、一种种子消毒组合物,该组合物包括有效剂量的
(A)(一)-(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇的含量不低于50%(重量)的(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-戊烯-3-醇,和
(B)至少一种苯并咪唑托布津类杀菌剂,(A)与(B)的重量比为1-50∶150。
2、权利要求1的种子消毒组合物,其中组分(A)中(-)-(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇的含量不少于80%(重量)。
3、权利要求1的种子消毒组合物,其中组分(A)基本上是纯的(-)-(E)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-戊烯-3-醇。
4、权利要求1的种子消毒组合物,其中组分(B)是选自1-(丁基氨基甲酰基)-苯并咪唑-2-基氨基甲酸甲酯,2-(4-噻唑基)苯并咪唑,苯并咪唑-2-基甲酸甲酯,2-(2-呋喃基)苯并咪唑,1,2-双(3-甲氧羰基-2-硫脲基)苯,1,2-双(3-乙氧羰基-2-硫脲基)苯和1-(2-环己烯基氨基甲酰基)-2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯中的至少一种化合物。
5、权利要求1的种子消毒组合物,其中组分(A)与(B)的重量比为1-20∶1-20
6、权利要求1的种子消毒组合物,该组合物还包括
(C)O、O-二甲基-O-(2,6-二氯-4-甲基苯基)硫代磷酸酯。
7、权利要求1的种子消毒组合物,该组合物还包括
(C)O、O-二甲基-O-(2,6-二氯-4-甲基苯基)硫代磷酸酯和/或
(D)1-乙基-1,4-二氢-6,7-亚甲基二氧-4-氧代-3-喹啉羰酸或其盐。
8、权利要求6的种子消毒组合物,其中组分(A)∶(B)∶(C)的重量比为1-50∶1-50∶0-50。
9、权利要求7的种子消毒组合物,其中组分(A)∶(B)∶(C)∶(D)的重量比为1-50∶1-50∶0-50∶0-50。
10、权利要求7的种子消毒组合物,其中组分(A)∶(B)∶(C)∶(D)的重量比为1-20∶1-20∶1-20∶1-20。
11、权利要求1,6或7的种子消毒组合物,其中还包括至少一种惰性载体。
12、一种种子消毒粉剂,其中包括权利要求1,6或7规定的活性组分,至少一种固体惰性载体和任意选用的羟基异噁唑或烯菌灵。
13、一种种子消毒可湿性粉剂,其中包括权利要求1,6或7规定的活性组分,润湿剂,分散剂,至少一种固体载体和任意选用的羟基异噁唑或烯菌灵。
14、一种种子消毒流动剂,其中包括权利要求1,6或7规定的活性组分,表面活性剂,至少一种液体载体和任意选用的羟基异噁唑或烯菌灵。
15、一种种子消毒乳油,其中包括权利要求1,或6规定的活性组分,至少一种表面活性剂,至少一种液体载体和任意选用的羟基异噁唑或烯菌灵。
16、权利要求10规定的种子消毒组合物,其中活性组分浓度为该组合物总重量的0.1-99.9%(重量)。
17、权利要求10规定的种子消毒组合物,其中活性组分浓度为该组合物总重量的0.1-80%(重量)。
18、一种防治种子传播病害的方法,该方法包括施用有效剂量的的权利要求1,6或7规定的种子消毒组合物于发生病害的种子上。
