Abstract

本发明提供一种食品原料容器组合,该容器组合通过简单操作可将食品原料煮熟并使其凝固而不需用锅,并且该容器组合简化了煮熟后的清理工作。参照图1,一自立式容器11的顶部有一开口12。把豆腐一类食品原料和水一起装入容器11中。用手折叠上部13以将其密封。然后将容器和所装原料充分摇动,此后,用微波炉加热容器11所装原料。在加热一规定时间之后,把容器11从微波炉中取出并沿线16割开。然后可将最后成品取出。

Description

本发明涉及一种食品原料容器组合,它包括:(1)食品原料,例如豆腐,它在加水煮熟后凝固;(2)一适于在凝固和煮熟过程中用来盛装该食品原料的容器。这种食品原料容器组合的优点在于:(例如)可通过简单的操作煮熟食品原料而不用锅或其它类似的炊具。
近来,市场已有出售装在容器内的生产豆腐的豆腐原料和其它类似原料,以便顾客可在家里煮熟这些原料并且享受家庭制作的豆腐或其它类似的食品的滋味。然而,这种煮熟有一定的缺点,例如,需要使用某种锅,这些食品不易煮熟而且不能在短时间内煮熟;制作豆腐等之后的收拾工作非常麻烦。这是因为,例如,豆腐通常是按下列步骤煮熟的;首先,把主要成分,例如大豆蛋白和适量的水,倒入锅内并在搅打器的搅拌下将其煮沸。在充分沸腾后,停止沸腾并立即加入凝结剂。然后将煮沸的混合料搅动几次并倒进一塑料容器中。将塑料容器放置大约20分钟使里面的东西凝固,之后,把豆腐放入水中除去其涩味。所以,制作豆腐需要使用锅、搅打器和塑料容器。在沸腾期间还需用搅打器搅拌。此外,制作包括两个步骤。
在这种情况下,本发明者做了各种研究并创造出了一种由防水材料和煮后凝固的食品原料构成的特殊结构的自立式容器组合。使用这种容器组合,不用锅,即只用自立式容器即可方便地制作固体食品。
因此,本发明的基本目的是提供一种易于煮熟食品原料而不需要锅等炊具的食品原料容器组合。因此而大大减轻了煮熟后的清理工作。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种特别适用于用微波炉,并可在短时间内煮熟食品原料的食品原料容器组合。
通过下文的描述可了解本发明的这些和其它的目的。
根据本发明,提供一种食品原料容器组合,该容器组合包括一由防水材料制成的自立式容器和煮熟后凝固的食品原料,容器的顶端有一可密封开口。
图1和图2是本发明的自立式容器的外观图;
图3是沿图2所示的自立式容器中A-A线取出的放大的剖视图;
图4表示带有凝结剂的食品原料在使用本发明的自立式容器时的煮熟和凝固步骤的示意图。
可以使用任何种容器作为本发明的容器,因为自立式容器至少在其顶端有一可密封开口。该开口作为把水和食品原料装进容器的入口。
可密封开口用来防止水和食品原料装入后从容器中渗漏或流出,尤其是在摇动以混合水和食品原料时,该开口的结构可在能够实现上述目的的结构中自由选择。
然而,对于一开口,最好使用易于用手折叠的可密封结构,因为这样可以简单而可靠地密封水和食品原料并便于摇动。此外,这种结构的开口具有在加热原料和停止加热后容器放置时保持其密封状态的优点,这样,可防止原料因沸腾而溢出,并在放置时保持适当的温度。换句话说,如果开口在不 密封的情况下放置,就会产生在原料加热后放置时不能完全凝固并产生泥状物的缺点。当然在加热期间也会因沸腾而使原料溢出。此外,在与外部空气接触时,在豆腐的表面形成一层薄膜,因此豆腐的外观不好。然而,如果容器的开口保持密封,这一问题就不会发生。
至于本发明的容器,在装入(例如)食品原料时,需要其自身直立。在这点上,可使用一角撑袋,一单侧角撑袋,一纸板状容器,一直立的袋式容器或其它类似的容器。其中,最好上部是袋形柔性材料,下部是所需的最后成品的形状,例如六面体或立方体的容器。在这种情况下,柔软的上部易于密封,而其下部在随意放置时具有良好的稳定性。
本发明的容器需用能透过微波的防水材料制作,并有足够的耐热性来经受微波炉的加热(即至少在100℃时不熔化)。
例如:较好的材料是聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酯、锦纶、纸以及带有任何这种聚合物包层的纸。容器装有原料的部分,即与所装物质相接触的容器部分最好由硬质材料构成或加厚,以提供足够的硬度来得到最后成品的形状。在原料装进容器并封住开口后摇晃时,容器要确保不破裂。例如,其强度要足以经受由于摇晃袋的底部而产生的不小于8牛顿的力。
除了上述特点,本发明的容器在其内壁上带有用来指示得到的最后成品的上表面的刻度。最好在上述位置附近或最好在容器上部附近设有凹口、切割带或拉链等,以便在原料凝固以后易于从该位置打开容器取出最后成品。此外,容器不与其内装原料相接触的部分,即容器的上部应当覆盖有微波防护层,以防止原料在微波炉的加热下产生泡沫。在这种情况下,最好在除开口附近以外容器上部的所有部分都覆盖微波防护层,以防止电火花。该微波防护层最好由不透过微波的金属薄板制成,例如铝、镍、铬、铁、锌、锡或这些金属的合金。容器在微波炉中使用时,最好在容器底端装有用于把容器内的原料架在微波炉台上的装置,以便增加来自底部方向的微波辐射并促进热对流。该架装置宜在容器底部和微波炉台之间留有不小于2毫米的垂直距离,最好为5至10毫米。
本发明可应用在各种煮熟后凝固的食品原料中,例如靠凝结剂作用凝固的食品原料,或在加热时由蛋白质所凝固的食品原料。举例说,这类食品原料包括豆腐的原料,蛋豆腐的原料,乳酪饼的原料等等。这些原料可以是粉状、颗粒状、糊状等等。这些原料和液体,例如水、牛奶、糖浆等等混合而凝固。例如,最适于豆腐的原料包括一主要原料,该主要原料包括喷雾干燥的豆浆或分离的大豆蛋白所构成的粉状或颗粒状原料(通过把例如酸这种沉淀剂加入豆浆、维生素、钙、调味料等等之中使其沉淀)和例如葡糖酸-δ-内酯这种凝结剂。
在本发明中,可以只把主要食品原料或主要食品原料和凝结剂单独或一起装进上述自立式容器中,从而自立式容器可以作为包装容器和煮熟以及模具容器来使用。自立式容器也可是装有食品原料的可折叠容器。
在本发明的食品原料容器组合中的食品原料可容易地按图4中所示方法煮熟和凝固。第一步,把食品原料和凝结剂通过容器1顶部的开口2装进自立式容器1中,然后倒入适量的水,如图4中所示的步骤(Ⅰ)。下一步,用手折叠容器1的上部,将开口2密封住,并且如步骤(Ⅱ)所示摇动来使装入的原料充分混合。在下面的步骤(Ⅱ)中,把容器放进微波炉中,通过加热煮熟所装原料。煮熟后从微波炉中取出容器并在室温下保持直立一段时间,以便所装食物凝固成型。在所装食物充分凝固后,利用容器上的切割装置去掉容器上部的袋(步骤(Ⅳ))。这样就得到最后成品。也可在第一步骤中原料中不加入凝结剂,而在步骤(Ⅲ)的煮熟以后加入凝结剂并充分混合。此外,可不用微波炉加热和煮熟,而把自立式容器浸入沸水中来代替。
对本发明的基本结构已作了描述,而在权利要求的范围内可有各种改型。
现在,参照附图对本发明的实施例进行描述。
图1表示一自立式容器11的外观图,其中装有煮熟后凝固的食品原料(图1中未示出),容器11的顶部有一开口12。容器11由一上部13和一下部14构成。由于上部13是由薄纸/聚对苯二甲酸乙酯/单轴取向的聚乙烯/聚丙烯构成的薄层压板制成,开口12可用手折叠以将其密封。下部14的容积使在凝固并成型的最后成品的上表面有一小的空气空间。该14部分是由与聚丙烯层压的薄纸板所构成,其强度能够保持容器的形状。在上 部13和下部14之间的分界处15的内表面有一指示注水量的刻度。该容器底端,有一用来把容器架在微波炉台上的装置17(h1=7毫米)。
图2是本发明的另一自立式容器21的外观图。容器21可在用数符22表示的部位折叠。图3是沿图2的A-A线取出的放大的剖视图。将带有凝结剂的水和食品原料23装入容器21中。带有开口24的上部25由一层压膜26构成,其中与聚丙烯层压的厚纸上还层压有由铝箔构成的微波防护层27。
综上所述,显然,根据本发明,不需要使用锅一类的煮熟容器,也不需要成型用的容器或制作豆腐一类凝固食品所需的蛋搅打器。通过把含有凝结剂的食品原料和水倒入自立式容器中,混合食品原料和水,加热并煮熟该混合物这些简单程序,就可制得美观的食品。因为自立式容器是一次性使用的,因此清理工作很容易。此外,使用微波炉,可使煮熟时间进一步缩短。

Claims (1)

1、一种用于煮熟后凝固的食品原料的可透过微波的自立式食品容器,该食品原料在所述的容器中用微波炉煮熟,而该容器由防水耐热材料构成,在容器的顶部有一可密封的开口,其特征在于:
i.该容器包括一柔性的有壁的袋形的上部,一可分离地与所述的柔性上部相连接的刚性的下部及在煮熟食品后把所述的柔性上部与所述的刚性下部相分离的装置,所述的刚性的下部有侧壁,所述的柔性上部包括一微波防护层;
ii.在所述的柔性上部的开口可通过在沿着在煮熟食品后把所述的柔性上部与所述的刚性下部相分离的装置的上方的一条线把所述的柔性上部折叠起来而把该开口封闭起来;
iii.容器还包括把所述刚性下部的平的底部升高到比微波炉架高出至少5-10mm的装置;
iv.所述的柔性上部的尺寸使得在所述的柔性上部被折叠封闭后和在煮熟食品前,在所述的柔性上部高于食品原料的上方留有一未装料的空间;因而
使在煮熟食品时,凝固的食品原料可具有所述的刚性下部的形状;
而在煮熟食品后,所述的柔性上部可从所述的刚性下部上移掉而凝固的食品材料保留在所述的刚性下部。
