Abstract
本文介绍一种带有缸筒调温装置的螺旋挤压机,该缸筒段的内套可以迅速更换,而不需要更换其调温装置,这一目的是采用下述措施达到的,即在各挤压机缸筒段之间设置了中间环,在可以重复使用的中间环中设有供调温介质流动的环形槽及转向装置。
Description
本发明涉及一种带有缸筒调温装置的螺旋挤压机,用于加工热塑料和橡胶,它具有围绕螺旋输送机的挤压缸筒段,在缸筒段的周围设置了许多轴向孔,这些孔与加温介质的输入和输出管道相连。
从US-PS4235581已知一种螺旋挤压机的缸筒调温装置,它在挤压缸筒周围具有调温孔,这些孔同样通过在缸筒和连接法兰中加工出来的环形通道使调温介质可以进行循环。
这种挤压机要加工一部分高磨蚀性材料,这些材料会使缸筒内壁产生磨损。到一定的磨损程度时必须更换整个缸筒段,因而很不经济。
造成价格昂贵的一个重要原因是因为必须同时更换与缸筒段制成整体的调温系统。如果仅更换出现磨损的内缸套则是十分有利的。
本发明的任务在于,在一个带有圆周上分布着孔的缸筒调温装置的螺旋挤压机中可以极其经济,迅速地更换周围具有孔的内缸套,而不需要同时更换为了循环调温介质所要求的环形通道构件。更换过程应能非常迅速地进行而所要更换的零件应尽可能少。
该任务是通过下述措施加以解决的,在各个周围有孔的挤压缸筒段之间设置了中间环,它用于设置环形槽和为了使加温介质能作曲折流动的导向装置。
通过将用于使调温介质曲折循环的环形槽和导向装置设置于各缸筒段之间的中间环中,因此在更换的过程中仅需拧松缸筒段的法兰连
接螺钉,并取下中间环,即可将内缸套从缸筒外套中压出,并装上一个新的周围有孔的内缸套,在重新将旧的中间环装上后,将缸筒段于它们的法兰处用螺钉固定在一起。
由此使内缸套的更换过程极其经济和迅速。
由于环形槽总是加工在中间环的端面,所以使它的加工极为简单。
一种极为有利的在中间环上的通道设计是通过装在通道中的嵌入环来体现的,嵌入环上具有为将调温介质导引入在圆周上的相邻孔中的长孔形铣槽。
为了能使调温介质从挤压缸筒段一侧的一个中间环流向挤压缸筒段另一侧的另一个中间环,嵌入环上还具有供调温介质流动用的通孔。
调温介质供入中间环的输入孔,曲折地流过圆周上的三个孔,然后通过装在此缸筒另一侧的中间环离开调温系统。
在中间环中的环形槽作成使内环形槽的直径略小于外环形槽的直径的台阶形有很大的优点,这样使嵌入环能紧靠在直径较小的环形槽的台阶上,并在此处用螺丝固定或焊住。
附图给出了挤压机缸筒调温装置的实施例。

图1示出缸筒段1和2,它们通过中间环3彼此在法兰4、5处用螺钉6连接起来。
一个未在图中示出的输送加工材料的螺旋输送机在挤压筒段中旋转。
从图2中所示中间环3的详图可看出,每个中间环的两个端面都具有环形槽7和8,用于输入和导出调温介质。
在环形槽7和8中安放了嵌入环9,它们示于图3至图5。
嵌入环9在A视图一侧(图4)具有通孔10,在B视图一侧(图5)具有铣出的长孔11。
长孔11用于将调温介质从周围的一个调温通道12转入相邻的调温通道,调温介质的流程见图6。
液体通过输入孔8a到达环形通道8,经过孔10、调温通道12并经长孔11转入缸筒段1中相邻的调温通道12作相向流动。
在通道12的另一端重复这一过程,因为两端的嵌入环9互相错开了一个孔距,这一情况从图6中嵌入环9的展开图中可清楚地看出。
然后调温液体到达环形槽7并流向输出孔7a。
中间环3很容易制造,因为只需要在两个端面车制出环形槽7和8。
在中间环3一个端面上的台阶7b和7c以及在另一端面的台阶8b和8c使嵌入环9能得到很好的配合,并固定住。嵌入环9和中间环3相互紧密地配合并通过法兰盘拉紧螺钉6压向缸筒段。
中间环3具有未在图中示出的定心,配合段,使中间环的安装简
单可靠。
如果需要更换缸筒段1的内缸套13,则松开该段两侧的连接螺钉6,并拆下中间环3。然后借助一个未在图中示出的液压式挤出装置将内缸套13从外套14中压出,并用一个新的内套来加以替换。
此后只要在中间环3装入定心位置后,拧紧两侧的连接螺钉6即可。
因此零件的更换可以非常迅速,而且只要更换确实表明已经磨损的那个构件。
Claims (3)
1、带有缸筒调温装置的螺旋挤压机,用于加工热塑料和橡胶,它具有围绕着螺旋输送机的挤压机缸筒段,沿在缸筒段的周围设置了许多轴向孔,这些孔与调温介质的输入和输出管道相连,其特征为,在周围有孔(12)的各个挤压机缸筒段(1、2)之间设有中间环(3)以便于设置为了使调温介质能作曲折流动的环形槽和导向装置。
2、按照权利要求1所述的螺旋挤压机,其特征为,在中间环(3)的两个端面加工有环形槽(7、8),在环形槽(7、8)中安置了嵌入环(9),在嵌入环(9)的端面交错地制有至少与两个缸筒周围的孔(12)相通的、能使冷却介质转向的铣削长孔(11)以及供调温介质输入及输出的通孔(10)。
3、按照权利要求1所述带有缸筒调温装置的螺旋挤压机,其特征为,在中间环(3)中的环形槽(7、8)制成台阶形,它分成一个直径较小的内环形槽(7b、8b)和一个直径较大的外环形槽(7c、8c)。
