Claims (4)
- シリンダ(1)に形成されたスクリュ収納部(5)内の溶融材料と媒体との間における熱交換機構において、
前記スクリュ収納部(5)と交差する方向に直線的に形成されたドリル穴(10a、10b)が形成された前記シリンダ(1)と、
前記各ドリル穴(10a、10b)のそれぞれに対応する貫通穴(31a、31b)と、前記各貫通穴(31a、31b)を連通させる連通部(33)が形成され、前記各ドリル穴(10a、10b)に前記各貫通穴(31a、31b)が対応するように前記シリンダ(1)に着脱可能に取り付けられたフランジ(30)と、
前記フランジ(10)の貫通穴(31a、31b)のそれぞれを挿通し、前記ドリル穴(10a、10b)のそれぞれに挿入される、着脱可能なサイフォンパイプ(20a、20b)とを有し、
前記各サイフォンパイプ(20a、20b)と前記フランジ(10)の前記各貫通穴(31a、31b)との間には隙間(31a1、31b1)が形成され、前記各サイフォンパイプ(20a、20b)の外周と前記各ドリル穴(10a、10b)の内周との間には隙間(11a、11b)が形成され、かつ前記各サイフォンパイプ(20a、20b)の先端部と前記各ドリル穴(10a、10b)の最深部との間に先端空間部(12a、12b)が形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換機構。 - 前記各サイフォンパイプ(20a、20b)の外周には、前記各ドリル穴(10a、10b)の内周に当接する振動防止体(22)が設けられている、請求項1に記載の熱交換機構。
- 前記フランジ(30)は、前記シリンダ(1)にボルト(41)によって固定されている、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換機構。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機構を用いた熱交換方法であって、
媒体を、前記サイフォンパイプ(20a)内に、一端側から供給して他端側から前記先端空間部(12a)へと排出させ、
排出された媒体を、前記先端空間部(12a)から前記隙間(11a)へと流し込ませ、
前記隙間(11a)を通った媒体を、前記隙間(31a1)を介して連通部(33)へと流入させ、
前記連通部(33)を流れた媒体を、前記隙間(31b1)を介して前記隙間(11b)へと流入させ、
前記隙間(11b)を通った媒体を、前記先端空間部(12b)へと流し込ませ、
前記先端空間部(12b)に流れ込んだ媒体を、前記サイフォンパイプ(20b)の一端側からその内部に流し込ませて他端側から排出させる熱交換方法。
