Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工件加工装置,该装置包括多个并排的机床、至少一个工件供给和卸下装置、连接所述机床和所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置的工件传输装置,该工件传输装置包括位于所述机床和所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置的上方的装载器,该装载器形成为可以在位于所述机床上方的装载和卸载位置和位于所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置上方的至少一个拾取和放下位置之间移动并且包括具有工件抓取器的可垂直移动的提升滑动件。
背景技术
在普通类型的工件加工装置中,通常在相邻的机床之间设置所谓的高位贮槽,以用于防止可能滴落到机床的工件上的冷却剂和润滑剂的滞留。此外,当工件装载器错误地下落到机床之间时,这些高位贮槽还可以防止危及操作人员。因此,这些高位贮槽由强度较大的金属板制成。或者,安装可根据需要关闭的安全门。这些解决方案既复杂又昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是实现一种普通类型的工件加工装置,该装置可以通过简单的方式避免任何工件装载器错误地下落、危及操作人员或该装置的部件的危险。
根据本发明,该目的可以通过设置下落止挡件实现,该下落止挡件可以防止工件抓取器在装载和卸载位置之间下落。本发明的要点总体上在于防止装载器在出于操作原因而不希望下落的位置处下落。可在出于操作原因而需要下落的位置处设置可接合并可脱开的下落止挡件。
具体地,本发明提供了一种工件加工装置,包括:多个并排的机床;至少一个工件供给和卸下装置;工件传输装置,该工件传输装置将机床和所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置相连;所述工件传输装置包括位于所述机床和所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置上方的装载器;所述装载器形成为可以在位于所述机床上方的装载和卸载位置和位于所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置上方的至少一个拾取和放下位置之间移动,并且包括具有工件抓取器的可垂直移动的提升滑动件。该工件加工装置的特征在于,设置有第一下落止挡件,以用于防止工件抓取器在装载和卸载位置之间下落。
本发明的工件加工装置具有如下有利的方面:
-在装载和卸载位置处设置有可接合并可脱开的第二下落止挡件;
-第一和第二下落止挡件设置在工件传输装置的支承框架上;
-第一和第二下落止挡件包括成对的闩锁和凹部,所述成对的闩锁和凹部配设给支承框架和提升滑动件,并且当所述成对的闩锁和凹部互相接合时可防止提升滑动件有任何下落运动;
-所述闩锁可以通过接合和脱开驱动机构移动;
-位于所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置上方的所述至少一个拾取和放下位置处没有下落止挡件;
-所述装载和卸载位置设置在机床的装料门的垂直上方;
-该工件加工装置设置有盖,以用于关闭装料门;
-在相邻的机床之间设置有由薄金属板制成的高位贮槽。

具体实施方式
具体如图1所示,工件加工装置包括:多个机床1、2,工件供给装置3,工件卸下装置4,以及连接它们的工件传输装置5。机床1、2和装置3、4自身支承在底座6上。工件供给装置3用于向工件传输装置5供应待加工的工件7,工件卸下装置4用于卸下和再次传输已经在机床1、2上加工过的工件。装置3、4设置有保护围栏8。
机床1、2包括保持待加工的工件7的工件保持夹具9。机床1、2由壳体10包裹,该壳体10在上方由顶11封闭。在工件保持夹具9的上方在顶11内设置有装料门12,该门可以通过盖13封闭。盖13可以通过线性驱动器14打开和关闭。与壳体10相邻的机床1、2通过由薄金属板制成的高位贮槽(overhead tank)15在各自的顶附近互相连接在一起,该高位贮槽15用于收集任何可能掉落的润滑剂和碎屑。
工件传输装置5包括位于机床1、2和装置3、4上方并通过支柱17支承在底座6上的纵梁16。纵梁16和支柱17构成框架。这个空箱形轮廓(caisson-type section)的纵梁16设置有导轨18、19,其中用于工件7的装载器20可在其上移动。装载器20包括可通过行进驱动器22在导轨18、19上沿所述导轨18、19-即沿纵梁16—移动以便行进的滑动件21。在滑动件21上安装有提升滑动件23以用于垂直移动;该提升滑动件可通过提升驱动器24移动。提升滑动件23的底端设置有夹钳类型的工件抓取器25,该工件抓取器可通过抓取器驱动机构26闭合和打开,以便抓取和释放工件7。
为了避免装载器20意外地下落,设置有下落止挡件27和28。它们包括沿纵梁16的纵向延伸并安装在该纵梁上的杆29和30,这些杆用作闩锁并从下面支承位于提升滑动件23的底侧且位于抓取器25上方的相应凹部31,具体如图3和4所示。位置固定的下落止挡件27包括通过保持臂32固定在纵梁16上并从而位置不变的杆29。这种类型的位置固定的下落止挡件27沿装载器20所行进的整个行程设置,除了位于机床1、2的装料门12垂直上方的装载和卸载位置33和34、供给装置3上方的拾取位置35和卸料装置4上方的放下位置36以外。如图1所示,这(即上述三种位置)是在位置固定的下落止挡件27的杆29之间设置间隙的部位。在位于装料门12上方的装载和卸载位置33、34处,设置下落止挡件28以用于接合和脱开。为此,可通过接合和脱开驱动机构37水平地并与纵梁16的纵向相交叉地操作杆30。该接合和脱开驱动机构37经常为线性驱动器,通常为气动致动的活塞-气缸驱动器。当杆29和30分别与装载器20的凹部31相接合而起到闩锁的作用时,则在杆29或30与装载器20之间由于形锁合而产生向下的接合。
安全开关38可确保只有当位于其下面的门12开着时才能够松开下落止挡件28。类似地,盖13可以设置有安全开关39,以便确保只有装料门12开着时装载器20才能下落。在与拾取位置35和放下位置36有关的间隙内没有设置下落止挡件。

Claims (9)

1.一种工件加工装置,包括
多个并排的机床(1、2);
至少一个工件供给和卸下装置(3、4);
工件传输装置(5),该工件传输装置将机床(1、2)和所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置(3、4)相连;
所述工件传输装置(5)包括位于所述机床(1、2)和所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置(3、4)上方的装载器(20);
所述装载器(20)形成为可以在位于所述机床(1、2)上方的装载和卸载位置(33、34)和位于所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置(3、4)上方的至少一个拾取和放下位置(35、36)之间移动,并且包括具有工件抓取器(25)的可垂直移动的提升滑动件(23);
其特征在于,
设置有第一下落止挡件(27),以用于防止工件抓取器(25)在装载和卸载位置(33、34)之间下落。
2.根据权利要求1的工件加工装置,其特征在于,在装载和卸载位置(33、34)处设置有可接合并可脱开的第二下落止挡件(28)。
3.根据权利要求2的工件加工装置,其特征在于,第一和第二下落止挡件(27、28)设置在工件传输装置(5)的支承框架上。
4.根据权利要求3的工件加工装置,其特征在于,第一和第二下落止挡件(27、28)包括成对的闩锁和凹部(31),所述成对的闩锁和凹部配设给支承框架和提升滑动件(23),并且当所述成对的闩锁和凹部互相接合时可防止提升滑动件(23)有任何下落运动。
5.根据权利要求4的工件加工装置,其特征在于,所述闩锁可以通过接合和脱开驱动机构(37)移动。
6.根据权利要求1的工件加工装置,其特征在于,位于所述至少一个工件供给和卸下装置(3、4)上方的所述至少一个拾取和放下位置(35、36)处没有下落止挡件。
7.根据权利要求1的工件加工装置,其特征在于,所述装载和卸载位置(33、34)设置在机床(1、2)的装料门(12)的垂直上方。
8.根据权利要求7的工件加工装置,其特征在于,该工件加工装置设置有盖(13),以用于关闭装料门(12)。
9.根据权利要求1的工件加工装置,其特征在于,在相邻的机床(1、2)之间设置有由薄金属板制成的高位贮槽(15)。
