技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有胶筒保持件的压胶枪。
背景技术
压胶枪是公知的,其也被称作压胶器,用于将诸如密封材料、粘接剂等粘稠状的物质从胶筒中挤压出。这种挤压工具具有用于对胶筒进行容纳的外壳,所述外壳的形状与胶筒的外形相吻合。外壳的一个端面被固定在压胶器的手柄上。该端面具有空隙,压杆和固定在其上的柱塞在所述空隙内移动。其相对的端面被开缝,从而具有起着活塞作用的底部的胶筒的尖端可以置入到所述开缝内。采用枪状的操控机构对推杆进行推进,所述操控机构具有为可摆动的板机状的控制件。其中在每次扳机动作时都会使所述杆件向前移动很短的一步。为此操控机构具有推进部件,通过手动移动控制件实现对推进部件的推进和随之使杆件随动。在松开控制件时,推进件在杆件上无载滑回。
这种已知的胶筒保持件的一个最大的缺点在于其结构长度和由此导致的压胶枪的重量。由板材等制造胶筒保持件会随之导致材料消耗较大。胶筒保持件的结构需要的材料大约是这种压胶器所需要的材料的一半,此点势必要影响到压胶枪的总重量。因此力求降低胶筒保持件所消耗的材料的比例并随之减小总重量。这种胶筒保持件的另一个缺点是由于所述胶筒通常倾斜的缘故,所以不便于对胶筒的置入和取出。
在DE G89 01 028.0中披露了一种手持式压胶枪,其中在枪柄的端面上设置有具有内螺纹的螺丝盖,具有外螺纹和轴向孔的螺丝环被旋固在所述螺丝盖内。胶筒在后端具有凸缘,所述胶筒从后面穿过螺丝环移动,直至凸缘在螺丝环的后侧被止动。然后螺丝环旋入螺丝盖内。
在EP-A2-1 034 847中披露了一种具有胶筒保持件的压胶器,所述保持件具有夹固件,夹固件的自由端嵌入一个插入保持件内的胶筒的外壁内。其中夹固件略微伸入到胶筒的材料内,从而实现对胶筒的牢固的保持。在将胶筒从胶筒保持件上拆卸下来时,将一个可移动的套筒抵压在胶筒保持件和夹固件上,从而实现胶筒保持件和夹固件对胶筒的释放,和将胶筒从胶筒保持件上拉出。
所述手持式压胶枪的缺点在于更换胶筒耗时费力。在将胶筒从保持件上取下来之前,必须首先将螺丝环或套筒拧下来或对其进行操纵。因此所述操作比较麻烦,这是因为人们为此需要三只手,即一只手用于对枪进行握持,一只手用于拧松螺丝环或用于推压套筒抵在夹固件上,和另一只手用于将空的胶筒由压胶枪上取下来。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,提出一种具有胶筒保持件的压胶枪,所述胶筒保持件需要较少的材料和便于对胶筒进行更换。
所述目的根据本发明通过如下特征的压胶器得以实现:一种压胶枪,具有:带有弹性的卡爪件的胶筒保持件;可移动的活塞杆,所述活塞杆用于对活塞在胶筒中移动,和操控装置,所述操控装置用于对所述活塞杆进行移动,其特征在于,所述胶筒保持件具有用于对胶筒的底部范围进行容纳的圆柱形的座,所述卡从胶筒保持件的中心径向向外在壳体方向上突伸入座的环形槽的外壁上和利用套筒将卡爪件保持固定在所述座的中心上,另外在所述活塞杆的前端上设置有机构,所述机构用于在活塞杆被完全牵引回缩时将所述弹性的卡爪件的端部向壳体方向推压。
本发明的原理是,对胶筒的固定仅由一个座构成,胶筒的底端插入所述座内。座中设置有卡爪件,所述卡爪件嵌入被插入的胶筒的内壁上,从而实现对胶筒的固定保持。在将卡爪件释放时,将活塞杆完全回缩牵拉,直至活塞杆前端上的塞柱将卡爪件向后推离啮合位置和胶筒被释放,以便取出。这种压胶枪的优点在于,胶筒固定仅由一个座构成,而且并不沿有待插入的胶筒的整个长度延伸。由于对胶筒保持件不采用壳体结构,因而节省了材料。因此也可以将压胶枪的总重量保持在很低的程度上。另外压胶枪具有用于对活塞杆进行移动的操控装置,所述操控装置可以实现对活塞杆进行无级地可选择地向前或向后移动。在活塞杆的前端上设置有具有向后突伸的边缘的塞柱。在拆卸用完的的胶筒时,将塞柱和活塞杆一起向后牵拉,直至塞柱的边缘贴靠在设置在胶筒保持件的座上的卡爪件上。可以通过向后牵拉活塞杆的后端实现塞柱的回缩牵拉,也可以通过反复按压回缩板件实现塞柱的回缩牵拉,其中回缩扳机使活塞杆向后移动。通过反复按压回缩扳机使塞柱对卡爪件进行推压并解除卡爪件在胶筒壁上的固定。这时可以顺畅地将胶筒从保持件上被取下来。本发明的压胶枪大大便于将用完的胶筒从压胶枪上的拆卸,从而便于对胶筒进行更换。本发明的压胶枪的另一优点在于,操控装置可以实现对活塞杆进行无级地向前或前后移动。在对粘稠状的物料进行挤压时的问题在于,在对固定在活塞杆上的塞柱进行推进和对胶筒中的活塞进行推压时,在胶筒内将产生压力。在与推进路径相应的量的粘稠状的物料被挤压出之后,由于减压将会产生滴流现象,从而很难实现精确的定量。另外滴流还会污染环境。导致出现滴流的压力的形成一方面是因有待挤压的介质具有一定的伸缩性的,另一方面是由于胶筒的弹性变形。如果能及时消除在胶筒内的压力,则可以避免滴流现象的出现。此点可以通过将塞柱进行及时的回缩牵拉加以实现。当挤压出充足的物料时,只需要对回缩扳机短暂的按压,足以使塞柱略向后回缩和塞柱不再将力加在活塞上。因此本发明的压胶枪克服了滴流的问题。
在从属权利要求和说明书的下文中对本发明的进一步优点做了描述,其中对照附图中示出的实施例对本发明加以详细说明。

具体实施方式
图1为压胶枪1的示意图。压胶枪1具有带有手柄2和胶筒保持件3的壳体7。壳体7上设置有用于对活塞杆4进行移动的推进和回缩装置,通过扳机对所述活塞杆4进行控制。其中在每次对推进扳机8加压移动时使活塞杆4向前移动一小步,或在每次对回缩扳机9加压移动时使活塞杆4向后移动一小步。塞柱5构成活塞杆4的前端,活塞杆4的后端设置有握柄6。采用握柄6可以使活塞杆4回缩或将其推入到胶筒的底部。
图2为压胶枪1的剖视图,其中胶筒10安装在胶筒保持件3上。其中图中示出的胶筒10没有内部物料,也没有构成活塞的底部。图中活塞杆4处于完全回缩状态。通过每次对推进扳机8向手柄2方向的加压移动可以使活塞杆4向前向筒嘴11方向在胶筒10内移动一小段距离。其中柱塞5对胶筒的活塞进行抵压,并将位于胶筒内粘稠状的物料通过筒嘴11挤压出。通过对回缩扳机9向手柄方向短暂的加压使活塞杆4回移一小步,从而消除活塞上的应力和胶筒10内的压力。因此可以避免物料的滴流。
图3为图2的局部放大图,其中具有胶筒保持件3和用于对活塞杆4进行移动的在壳体7上的操控装置。胶筒保持件3由具有环形槽14的圆柱形的座12构成。环形槽14的外径等于胶筒10的外径,从而所述胶筒10可以毫不费力地插入到座12的环形槽14内并贴靠在环形槽14的外壁上。在座12的中心轴向伸展的梯阶孔15用于容纳套筒16。卡爪件17被夹固在由环形槽14和孔15构成的凸缘18的边缘与套筒16之间。所述卡爪件17可以是分别突伸入环形槽14内的卡头,其自由端一直延伸到环形槽14的外壁。在所示实施例中,截锥状的部件的纵向开缝的壳面构成卡爪件。截锥状的部件的上顶面具有开孔,从而使顶面上剩余部分形成的圆环被夹固在套筒16和凸缘18的边缘20之间。通过在截锥状部件的壳面上的缝隙形成带状的卡爪件17,所述卡爪件17的自由端突伸入压胶枪1的壳体方向的环形槽14内并且一直延伸到环形槽14的外壁上,并且所述自由端是锐边棱的或是尖头的。为了确保弹性的卡爪件17具有足够的强度和弹性,所述卡爪件17最好由弹簧钢制成。但也可以联想到用其它材料制造卡爪件。当将胶筒10插入胶筒保持件3的座12内时,卡爪件17的自由端被抵压在胶筒10的内壁13上,并对所述胶筒10固定保持。一旦柱塞5对胶筒10上的活塞进行挤压,压力也被加在胶筒10上,所述压力试图将胶筒10从胶筒保持件3中压出。采用卡爪件17可以防止此点,所述卡爪件17在该压力的作用下以很小的程度卡固在胶筒的侧壁上。
在壳体7内设置有一个以已知的方式通过轴23可翻转的推进驱动盘21,活塞杆4穿过所述推进驱动盘21的开孔。其中推进驱动盘21上的开孔略大于活塞杆4的直径,从而推进驱动盘21可以沿活塞杆4自由移动。推进驱动盘21被压缩弹簧22向后压。手柄2具有用于对活塞杆4进行移动的推进扳机8,所述推进扳机8作用在进给驱动盘21的底侧上。通过对推进扳机8的控制推进驱动盘21首先向前翻转,直至推进驱动盘抵压在活塞杆4上并倾斜,接着克服压缩弹簧22的预应力继续向前移动,其中推进驱动盘21使活塞杆4连同柱塞5向前移动。在壳体7内还设置有另一个可翻转的用于使活塞杆4回缩移动的驱动盘24。所述回缩驱动盘24被压缩弹簧22向前压。在壳体7上设置有一个围绕轴19可摆动的回缩扳机9,用于使活塞杆4回缩移动,所述回缩扳机9作用在回缩驱动盘24的底侧上。通过对回缩驱动扳机9的控制所述回缩驱动盘24首先向后翻转,直至回缩驱动盘抵压在活塞杆4上并倾斜,接着克服压缩弹簧22的预应力继续向后移动,其中回缩驱动盘使活塞杆4连同柱塞5一起向后移动。
如图中所示,活塞杆4处于回缩位置,即所述位置是安装一新的胶筒10时的状况。这时按压推进扳机8使活塞杆4连同柱塞5连续地向前移入到胶筒10内并抵压在活塞上,其中所述柱塞将粘稠状的物料从胶筒10内挤压出。一旦从胶筒10内挤压出足够的物料,即可通过对回缩扳机9短暂的按压足以使活塞杆4略向后移。因此柱塞5不再将力加在活塞上,并消除了胶筒10中的过压,从而可以避免物料的滴流。
设置在活塞杆4前端的柱塞5具有一平的端面,并具有向后突伸的边缘25,所述边缘的端部略有倾斜,所述斜面大致与卡爪件的倾角相同。在对空的胶筒10拆除或更换时,首先将活塞杆完全移到后面。此点是通过手动实现的,其中握住柄6将活塞杆4向后拉,直至柱塞5的边缘25贴靠在卡爪件17。但也可以采用如下方式实现对活塞杆4的回缩移动,即反复按压回缩扳机9,直至实现柱塞5的完全牵拉回缩。在从胶筒保持件3上拆卸胶筒时,用一只手握住胶筒10,并用另一只手再次按压回缩扳机9。其中柱塞5的边缘25的倾斜端26抵压在弹性的卡爪件17上,从而使卡爪件17被推离胶筒10的内壁13,这时从胶筒保持件3上取下胶筒10。一旦柱塞5被重新向前移动,弹性的卡爪件17由于具有弹性被复位,即卡爪件17的自由端重新延伸到环形槽14的内壁上。
图4为壳体7的局部放大图,所述壳体7具有胶筒保持件3和用于对活塞杆4进行移动的操控装置,图中示出的柱塞5处于被完全牵引回缩的状态。另外本附图还示出,回缩扳机9受到按压,和卡爪件17被柱塞5的向后突伸的边缘25向内压,和由此将环形槽14的边缘范围释放,从而可以将胶筒10从胶筒保持件3上拉出。
