Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种开关，该开关包括一外形大致为棱柱形的轮廓盒(template box)，在轮廓盒的前部装有一运动或物体存在检测头，轮廓盒内容纳有电开关部件，在轮廓盒的后部装有输出接触件，及位于后部的一个可拆卸电缆连接器，该连接器将电缆连接到输出接触件上。
背景技术
通常将这些开关连接成宽度可变化的连接器，根据连接器的类型、插头的数量、连接到连接器主体上的电缆的长度、甚至于电缆的输出方向等的不同而不同。实际上，这要求生产者制造多种开关标准，因为不同的连接器要与它们相连。此外，还要求将连接器整合于开关盒内，特别是避免工业机械环境中的不实际的突起。
发明内容
本发明的目的是以一种简单的方式将连接器整合在这样一种开关盒中，使得开关盒能与各种连接器相连接，且即使连接器或电开关部件变化，最好也不必修改开关盒。
根据本发明，开关盒确定一腔，用以容纳开关部件和连接器，且为此目的，开关盒具有两个大侧面，限定了盒子外部的轮廓(template)，并在盒的后部形成有隔板，该隔板用作连接器的安装翼。连接器主体被安装成能从两翼之间的腔体内被拆卸，连接器主体在盒的大致棱柱形轮廓内设置有至少一个隔板，并并通过锁定装置固定在腔体内。
因而连接器不从棱柱形开关盒突出且被保护。最好主体后面形成盒后表面，主体侧面形成开关盒侧表面的部分，使得电缆经后面及侧面伸出。开关部件和连接器主体最好在开关盒腔体内一个插在另一个后面，该腔体有一矩形横截面，开关部件和连接器主体的横截面大致与腔体相同并与之匹配。
连接器的装配和分解通过锁定装置变得很简单，该锁定装置最好装在连接器主体的后部，具有一个操作元件，如从后表面接触到的四分之一转的转动元件，该锁定装置还具有至少一个卡锁元件，能够与装在盒翼内的阻挡元件相啮合。卡锁元件由装在转动操作元件相对侧上的两个舌片形成，且每个舌片都与相对翼上的槽一起操作，连接器被安装在相对翼之间。抵靠腔体内壁设置的密封在邻近电开关部件处，被连接器主体的锁定机构压紧。

具体实施方式
所示开关为位置开关，即带有控制杆和按钮，对于外物靠近敏感。该开关将检测转变为输出信号。所考虑的开关还作为非接触的接近传感器。
图1所示的位置开关有一形状大致为棱柱形的开关盒10，该开关盒有一前部10A，中部10B和一后部10C。在前部10A上，安装有一操作头21，操作头21上装有一控制杆22，当物品接触控制杆时，该杆旋转。盒10有一截面大致为矩形的腔A，使得接触单元或电子单元24被装入盒10的中部10B(参见图3)内，可折卸连接器30被装入盒的后部10C内。
更详细地说，开关的盒10具有多个或多或少为平面的表面：一前表面10，一后表面12，两个小侧面13，14和两个大侧面15，16，这些表面形成了一个棱柱形的模板或外壳。大侧面15，16每个的后部都形成一个带有槽形开口15b，16b的安装翼15a，16a，槽形开口15b，16b分别平行于邻近的后面板12。侧面13在其后部还有一个安装翼13a，而侧面14没有相应的安装翼。因此，翼15a，16a，13a限定一个用于腔A的朝向后部和侧面14的开口。
操作头21被安装成利用一个能插入盒子的叉头23能从盒10上拆卸。接触单元24被插入，它能在开关的主方向X方向被从盒10拆卸，且接触单元24在其后部接有一输出接头25。矩形密封20被设置在接触单元24和连接器30之间的腔A的中部以保证接触单元的紧固。在这种情况下，接触单元是机电的；接触单元也可以包括一个电子处理电路。
可拆卸连接器30有一主体31，该主体被装配并实际在接触单元后面嵌入腔A。连接器30有大侧面32，33，它们啮合在腔A内，平行且邻近盒子大侧面15，16的安装翼15a，16a。连接器30还有一个位于盒子小表面14延伸部上的小侧面34和一个啮合在腔A内，平行并邻近安装翼13a的小侧面35。连接器30的主体31有一后表面36，其形成开关盒后表面12的大部分，或最好是全部。连接器30在前部有一插座接触件37，插座接触件37与接触单元24的至少几个插头接触件25作用。如图所示，根据连接器所需的类型，电缆38连接到主体31上并以45°角伸出，或与盒10的长度平行伸出。
锁定机构40装在连接器的后部，并与连接器的后表面相结合。机构40例如是一四分之一转的旋转机构，包括一操作丝杠或类似装置41，旋转机构可以从后表面36操作并被连接到带有两个侧耳片43，44的旋转凸轮42上，侧耳片43，44形成卡锁在槽15b，16b内的舌片。当耳片43，44啮合在槽内时，凸轮效果使得主体31的前边贴靠在密封20上，从而产生令人满意的紧固密封。机构40因而保证了连接器插入后的固定并形成开关电部件的密封。

Claims (7)

1.一种开关，具有棱柱形的轮廓盒，在轮廓盒的前部装有一运动或物体存在检测头，轮廓盒内容纳有电开关部件，在轮廓盒的后部装有电开关部件的输出接触件，及在后部具有一个可拆卸的电缆连接器，该连接器将电缆连接到输出接触件上，其特征在于，
