Abstract
本发明是一种关于车辆的座椅滑轨装置,其特点是可以安装销型锁定装置的车辆座椅滑轨。即,使前后移动座椅的滑动轨道结构能够安装销型锁定装置,从而不但能增强抗前后冲击力性能,还可以省略以往必须实施的脊座工序,从而提高作业性,可以把生产成本降到最低。另外,本发明的效果是,由于可以省略以往在固定轨道底面形成脊座的脊座工序,从而提高作业性,可以把生产成本降到最低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种关于车辆的座椅滑轨装置,特别是涉及一种可以安装销型锁定装置的车辆座椅滑轨。
背景技术
一般而言,车辆座椅要设计得使驾驶员或乘客乘坐十分舒适,驾驶席与副驾驶席的座椅可以前后移动,特别是驾驶员,可以根据自身的体形调节座椅的位置,以保障能够以最舒适的姿势坐在座椅上,方便地操纵驾驶台或操控踏板。
现有的座椅滑动装置如图4及图5所示,其大体结构是:固定轨道利用连接螺栓连接固定在车身的底面上,滑动轨道结合在该固定轨道的上部,其上部结合着座椅,可以与座椅一起前后滑动,在上述固定轨道及滑动轨道之间带有滚柱及滚珠,在固定轨道与滑动轨道相互对接结合的状态下,使两者可以顺利滑动。在具有如上结构的座椅滑动装置中,其具体由如下几个部分构成:固定轨道100,其一侧面中央形成脊座部111,在该脊座部111的中心部,以一定间隔排列着多个卡槽112,折弯已经形成的固定片110两侧,形成竖直状态的竖直片120,使该竖直片的中心向外突起形成凹槽130,以便滚珠能够插入,从上述竖直片120的端部向下方竖直折弯,形成J形边缘片140;滑动轨道200,它比固定轨道的宽度稍窄,其上面形成结合座椅的座椅固定部210,把该座椅固定部两端向下部竖直折弯,形成内壁220,把该内壁220的端部向外折弯成“U”字形,在与滑动轨道凹槽130相同的位置形成可以插入滚珠的凹槽230,该凹槽230的末端剩余部分形成凸缘240;滚珠300,它可以插入固定轨道100的凹槽130与滑动轨道200的凹槽230之间,使滑动轨道200在固定轨道100内以点接触的形式移动。
如上构成的座椅滑动装置的作用及动作过程是,把向固定轨道100下部露出的连接螺栓拧在车身底面,把座椅固定在滑动轨道200的上面,组装即可完成,在上述的状态下,当前后移动座椅的位置时,如图6所示,如果向上部搬动杠杆400,在弹性片410的作用下,卡片部420以铰链为中心随着杠杆400转运,在卡片部420上形成的固定凸起从卡槽部430分离,所以,滑动轨道200从固定轨道10分离。此时,如果向前或向后移动座椅,以使座椅符合使用者的身体条件,那么,以插入于凹槽130,230内的滚珠300为媒介实现点接触的滑动轨道200则可在固定轨道100上滑动。在这种情况下,当使用者认为座椅已经到达了需要的位置时,如果松开拉着的杠杆400,在弹性片410的弹力作用下,卡片部420以铰链为媒介向下方转动。卡片部420的卡口凸起被卡于卡槽部430上,这样一来,滑动轨道200便被固定于固定轨道100上无法移动。即,装在滑动轨道200上的座椅被稳定地固定住。
但是,上述滑动装置却存在如下问题,即,这种结构比较脆弱,当因追尾或碰撞而使车辆受到前、后冲击时,在冲击力的作用下,座椅向前或向后滑动,卡于锁定销卡槽112的锁定凸起脱离,从而解除锁定;
另外,车身的底面与固定轨道100之间的空间有限,虽然形成有脊座,但也十分受限。因此,锁定凸起的尺寸和粗细的选择有所限制,锁定强度必然脆弱。
另一个问题是,由于锁定销卡槽112形成于固定在车身底面的固定轨道100上,所以必然需要在固定轨道100追加脊座工序才行,这样一来,便会引起作业性低下的问题。
发明内容
本发明正是为了解决上述各项问题而提供一种车辆座椅滑轨,这种车辆座椅滑轨采用的结构是固定轨道与滑动轨道不通过面接触,而是利用滚珠以点接触实现滑动,面摩擦力相对减小,移动更顺畅,同时,前后移动座椅的滑动轨道结构可以安装销型锁定装置,所以,不仅使抗前后冲击能力增强,还可以省略脊座工序,从而提高作业性,可以把生产成本降到最低。
为实现上述目的,本发明所涉及的车辆座椅滑轨具有如下结构:固定轨道,其一侧面中央形成脊座部,以一定间隔排列着多个卡槽,折弯已经形成的固定片的两侧,形成竖直状态的竖直片,使该竖直片的中心向外突起形成凹槽,以便滚珠能够插入,从上述竖直片的端部向下方竖直折弯,形成J型边缘片;滑动轨道,它比固定轨道的宽度稍窄,其上面形成结合座椅的座椅固定部,把该座椅固定部两端向下部竖直折弯,形成内壁,把该内壁的端部向外折弯成“U”字形,在与滑动轨道凹槽相同的位置形成可以插入滚珠的凹槽,该凹槽的末端剩余部分形成凸缘;滚珠,它可以插入固定轨道的凹槽与滑动轨道的凹槽之间,使滑动轨道在固定轨道内以点接触的形式移动。
如上构成的座椅滑动装置中,本发明的特点是:在上述固定轨道折弯固定片两侧,使中心向外侧方向突起并分别形成凹槽,以便滚珠能够插入,固定轨道的一侧从上述凹槽的端部延长并向下竖直折弯,形成边缘片,另一侧向凹槽的上侧端部竖直延长形成竖直片,在该竖直片的上侧折弯形成边缘片;上述滑动轨道把座椅固定部两端向下部竖直折弯,分别形成内壁,滑动轨道的一侧向外把上述内壁的端部折弯成“U”字形,在与固定轨道凹槽相同的位置形成可以插入滚珠的凹槽,另一侧把上述内壁的端部外折弯成“U”字形,在与固定轨道凹槽相同的位置形成可以插入滚珠的凹槽,然后再向该凹槽的上侧延长,形成竖直片。
可以安装销型锁定装置的车辆座椅滑轨。即,使前后移动座椅的滑动轨道结构能够安装销型锁定装置,从而不但能增强抗前后冲击力性能,还可以省略现有必须实施的脊座工序,从而提高作业性,可以把生产成本降到最低。

下面参照附图,详细说明本发明的实施例。
图1是本发明座椅滑轨已结合状态的部分侧视图,图2是本发明座椅滑轨已分离状态的侧视图,图3是本发明座椅滑轨已结合状态的截面图。如图所示,本发明所应用的座椅滑动装置的大体结构是:固定轨道10利用连接螺栓连接固定在车身的底面上,滑动轨道20结合在该固定轨道的上部,其上结合着座椅,可以与座椅一起前后滑动,在上述固定轨道及滑动轨道之间带有滚珠,在固定轨道与滑动轨道相互对接结合的状态下,使两者可以顺利滑动。如上构成的座椅滑动装置中,本发明由如下几个部分构成:固定轨道10,其折弯可在与车身底面平放状态下利用连接螺栓拧紧的固定片11的两端,使中心向外突起形成凹槽12,12′;GROOVE,以便滚珠能够插入,固定轨道10的一侧从上述凹槽12′的端部延长并向下竖直折弯,形成边缘片13,另一侧向凹槽12的上侧端部竖直延长形成竖直片14,在竖直片14的上侧折弯形成边缘片15;滑动轨道20,它比固定轨道的宽度稍窄,其上面形成结合座椅的座椅固定部21,把该座椅固定部两端向下部竖直折弯,分别形成内壁22,22′,其中的一侧把上述内壁22′的端部向外折弯成“U”字形,在与固定轨道凹槽13相同的位置形成可以插入滚珠的凹槽23′,另一侧把上述内壁22的端部向外折弯成“U”字形,在与固定轨道凹槽12相同的位置形成可以插入滚珠的凹槽23,然后再向该凹槽23的上侧延长,形成竖直片24;滚珠30,它可以插入上述固定轨道10的凹槽12,12′与滑动轨道20的凹槽23,23′之间,使滑动轨道20在固定轨道10内移动。
其中,在上述固定轨道10的边缘片15上,以一定的间隔形成有锁定装置400的锁定销可以从侧面插入并固定的锁定销插拔槽14-1。该锁定销插拔槽14-1的形状(长度)是滑动轨道20在固定轨道10内的最大移动距离。
另外,在上述滑动轨道20的一侧内壁22′上带有可以从侧面插入锁定装置40的锁定销41的4个锁定销插拔槽22′-1,在该锁定销插拔槽22′-1外侧各有一个固定锁定装置400的锁定装置固定槽22′-2;在另一侧内壁22上,在与上述锁定销插拔槽22′-1位置相同处形成有锁定销插拔槽22-1;在竖直片24上,在与上述锁定销插拔槽22-1,22′-1相同的位置,形成可以插入锁定装置40的锁定销41的4个锁定销插拔槽24-1。
如上所述,本发明利用固定轨道10及滑动轨道20的侧面空间进行锁定、解除锁定,因此,可以应用比以往固定于底面的锁定装置强度更大的销型锁定装置40,从而能够把滑动轨道20坚固地结合并保持于固定轨道10上。
另一方面,本发明的固定轨道10与滑动轨道20的结合部-凹槽13,23及滚珠30安装于固定轨道10的最外部,因此,固定轨道10宽度可以较宽,起到了分散结合于滑动轨道20的座椅荷重的作用,所以,应用了一种可以防止座椅左右摇摆的结构。
下面说明如上构成的座椅滑轨的作用。
首先,使两个固定轨道10与座椅宽度对齐,把露出于固定轨道10下部的连接螺栓拧紧在车身底面上,通过滑动轨道20的座椅固定部21固定座椅后,组装即告完成。在上述状态下,当要前后移动座椅位置时,如图3所示,锁定装置40如果向箭头方向A移动,即,处于锁定状态的锁定销41向左侧移动同时,拔出固定轨道10的锁定销插拔槽15-1,这样一来,滑动轨道20就从固定轨道10分离。
此时,如果向前或向后移动座椅,以使座椅符合使用者的身体条件,那么,以插入于凹槽12,12′,23,23′内的滚珠30为媒介实现点接触的滑动轨道20则可在固定轨道100上滑动。在这种情况下,当使用者认为座椅已经到达了需要的位置时,如果使锁定装置40重新处于最初的动作状态,即锁定状态,那么,锁定销41在弹簧42弹力的作用下返回最初位置,同时,滑动轨道20也因此而被固定于固定轨道10上无法移动。即,装在滑动轨道20上的座椅被稳定地固定住。
此时,本发明的座椅滑轨是在侧面应用锁定装置,所以可以应用强度较大的销型锁定装置,这样一来,就能够为使用者提供稳定与舒适感。
如上述所做的详细说明,本发明具有如下效果:由于采用的结构是固定轨道与滑动轨道不通过面接触,而是利用滚珠以点接触实现滑动,面摩擦力相对减小,移动更顺畅,同时,前后移动座椅的滑动轨道的结构可以安装销型锁定装置,所以,不仅使抗前后冲击能力增强,还能够为使用者提供稳定与舒适感。
另外,本发明可以省略以往在固定轨道底面形成脊座的脊座工序,从而提高作业性,可以把生产成本降到最低。
Claims (2)
1. 一种车辆座椅滑轨,其包括:固定轨道,其一侧面中央形成脊座部,以一定间隔排列着多个卡槽,折弯已经形成的固定片的两侧,形成竖直状态的固定轨道竖直片,使该固定轨道竖直片的中心向外突起形成固定轨道凹槽,以便滚珠能够插入,从上述固定轨道竖直片的端部向下方竖直折弯,形成J型边缘片;滑动轨道,它比固定轨道的宽度稍窄,其上面形成结合座椅的座椅固定部,把该座椅固定部两端向下部竖直折弯,形成内壁,把该内壁的端部向外折弯成“U”字形,在与固定轨道凹槽相同的位置形成可以插入滚珠的滑动轨道凹槽,该滑动轨道凹槽的末端剩余部分形成凸缘;滚珠,它可以插入固定轨道的凹槽与滑动轨道的凹槽之间,使滑动轨道在固定轨道内以点接触的形式移动,在具有如上结构的车辆座椅滑轨中,其特征是:

上述滑动轨道(20)把座椅固定部(21)两端向下部竖直折弯,分别形成内壁(22,22′),滑动轨道的一侧向外把上述内壁(22′)的端部折弯成“U”字形,在与第一固定轨道凹槽(12)和第二固定轨道凹槽(12’)相同的位置形成可以插入滚珠的第二滑动轨道凹槽(23′),另一侧把上述内壁(22)的端部外折弯成“U”字形,在与固定轨道凹槽相同的位置形成可以插入滚珠的第一滑动轨道凹槽(23),然后再向该第一滑动轨道凹槽(23)的上侧延长,形成滑动轨道竖直片(24)。
2. 如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅滑轨,其特征是:在上述固定轨道(10)的具有固定轨道竖直片(14)一侧的边缘片(15)上,以一定的间隔形成有锁定装置(40)的锁定销可以从侧面插入并固定的锁定销插拔槽(15-1);在上述滑动轨道(20)的一侧内壁(22′)上带有可以从侧面插入锁定装置(40)的锁定销(41)的4个锁定销插拔槽(22′-1),在该位于滑动轨道上的锁定销插拔槽(22′-1)外侧各有一个固定锁定装置(40)的锁定装置固定槽(22′-2);在另一侧内壁(22)上,在与上述锁定销插拔槽(22′-1)位置相同处形成相同数目的锁定销插拔槽(22-1);在滑动轨道竖直片(24)上,在与上述位于滑动轨道上的锁定销插拔槽(22-1,22′-1)相同的位置,形成可以插入锁定装置(40)的锁定销(41)的相同数目的锁定销插拔槽(24-1)。
