Claims (10)
- 하부장착형 슬라이드에 있어서,복수의 제1레이스웨이가 양측에 형성되는 이동부재와;구름운동하는 볼에 의해 상기 제1레이스웨이와 각각 결합되어 상기 이동부재를 가이드하는 복수의 제2레이스웨이가 마련되는 고정부재와;상기 이동부재 및 상기 고정부재 사이에 구비되어 상기 볼을 수용하는 수용부를 포함하고,상기 제1레이스웨이의 내부에 형성된 중공부 측으로 요입된 요입부가 상기 제1레이스웨이 사이의 일영역에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하부장착형 슬라이드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 요입부는 U자형으로 요입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하부장착형 슬라이드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 이동부재는 횡방향 웨브의 길이가 종방향 웨브의 길이보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 하부장착형 슬라이드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 요입부는 상기 이동부재의 종축과 나란하게 요입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하부장착형 슬라이드.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 요입부는 상기 제1레이스웨이 사이의 중앙에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하부장착형 슬라이드.
- 하부장착형 슬라이드에 사용되는 이동부재의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 이동부재의 양측 횡방향 웨브의 내부에 형성된 중공부 측으로 요입된 요입부를 상기 횡방향 웨브의 일영역에 형성하는 단계; 및구름운동하는 볼과 결합되는 레이스웨이를 상기 이동부재의 양측에 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동부재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 요입부는 U자형으로 요입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동부재의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 이동부재는 횡방향 웨브의 길이가 종방향 웨브의 길이보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 이동부재의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 요입부를 형성하는 단계는, 상기 요입부를 상기 이동부재의 종축과 나란하게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동부재의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 요입부를 형성하는 단계는, 상기 요입부를 상기 레이스웨이 사이의 중앙에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동부재의 제조방법.
