当调整座椅时,上滚珠3在第一竖直侧板13和第一斜板23的抵触作用下不会左右移动,同时,上滚珠3与第一水平顶板15和第一斜板23接触,使上滚珠3具有足够的承载能力,同理,下滚珠4在第一竖直侧板13和第二斜板25的抵触作用下不会左右移动,同时,下滚珠4与水平底板11和第二斜板25接触,使下滚珠4具有足够的承载能力。由此,该滑轨组件解决了座椅抖动的问题,同时保证了足够的承载能力。
具体实施中,第一斜板23与第一水平顶板15的夹角,以及,第二斜板25与水平底板11的夹角,两者大小相等,并且,由于第一竖直侧板13垂直于第一水平顶板15以及水平底板11,因此,上三角区域与下三角区域相似。如此设置,可以规避上滚珠3和下滚珠4在运动过程中出现速度不匹配的问题,利于改善上滑轨2滑动的顺滑性。
具体实施中,下滑轨1的第一水平顶板15与第一竖直侧板13的连接处平滑过渡,连接处的内表面开设第一弧形槽12,第一弧形槽12沿前后方向延伸且横截面为弧形面,并且第一弧形槽12的直径小于上滚珠3的直径。类似地,水平底板11与第一竖直侧板13的连接处平滑过渡,连接处的内表面开设第二弧形槽14,第二弧形槽14沿前后方向延伸且横截面为弧形面,并且第二弧形槽14的直径小于下滚珠4的直径。如此设置,既便于实现上滚珠3与第一竖直侧板13和第一水平顶板15的点接触以及下滚珠4与水平底板11和第一竖直侧板13的点接触,还能够保证上滑轨2和下滑轨1具有足够的抗弯能力。
优选的,上滚珠3的直径小于下滚珠4的直径,由于下滚珠4承受的载荷更大,如此设置,利于提升滑轨组件的承载能力。
具体实施中,下滑轨1还包括第二竖直侧板16,第二竖直侧板16连 接在第一水平顶板15的右边缘下方。而且,上滑轨2还包括第二水平顶板21以及连接在第二水平顶板21左边缘下方的第三竖直侧板22。并且,第三竖直侧板22与第二竖直侧板16之间存在间隙,该间隙的宽度上下一致,可以规避间隙上宽下窄或上窄下宽造成上滑轨2容易卡滞的问题。
并且,第二竖直侧板16的前端和后端分别设有向下延伸的限位板161。同时,第三竖直侧板22设有向左延伸的凸棱221。当上滑轨2向前滑动到极限位置时,凸棱221与位于前端的限位板161相抵触,向后滑动到极限位置时,凸棱221与位于后端的限位板161相抵触。如此设置,可以规避上滑轨2脱出下滑轨1的风险
具体实施中,上滑轨2还包括第四竖直侧板24,第二斜板25的右边缘与第三竖直侧板22的下边缘相连,第二斜板25的左边缘与第四竖直侧板24的下边缘相连,第四竖直侧板24的上边缘与第一斜板23的左边缘相连,第一斜板23的左边缘与第三竖直侧板22之间有一定的间隔。如此设置,使第一斜板23、第四竖直侧板24、第二斜板25和第三竖直侧板22共同围合成体积较大的梯形区域,给锁止上滑轨2的锁止机构提供了足够的容纳空间,便于锁止机构的布置。
具体实施中,上滑轨2整体可以由一块原料板弯折而成,下滑轨1整体也可以由一块原料板弯折而成。相比采用多块板拼接而成而言,更利于提升抗弯能力和承载能力。
此外,本发明还提供一种汽车,汽车的座椅底部连接有上述滑轨组件。具体实施中,座椅的底部可以与上滑轨2的第二水平顶板21固定连接,车身的底面可以与下滑轨1的水平底板11固定连接,具体可以在水平底板11和第二水平顶板21上开设连接孔,通过紧固件实现连接,也可以直接焊接在一起。
以上对本发明所提供的一种汽车及其座椅的滑轨组件进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种汽车座椅的滑轨组件,所述滑轨组件包括沿前后方向延伸的下滑轨(1)和上滑轨(2)以及装于两者之间的上滚珠(3)和下滚珠(4),且所述滑轨组件左右对称,其特征在于,
    所述下滑轨(1)包括水平底板(11)、连接在所述水平底板(11)左边缘上方的第一竖直侧板(13)、连接在所述第一竖直侧板(13)上边缘右侧的第一水平顶板(15);所述上滑轨(2)包括第一斜板(23)和第二斜板(25);
    所述第一斜板(23)的延长线与所述第一竖直侧板(13)以及所述第一水平顶板(15)的延长线相交形成上三角区域;所述上滚珠(3)装于所述上三角区域,并与所述第一斜板(23)、所述第一竖直侧板(13)和所述第一水平顶板(15)点接触;
    所述第二斜板(25)的延长线与所述水平底板(11)以及所述第一竖直侧板(13)相交形成下三角区域;所述下滚珠(4)装于所述下三角区域,并与所述第二斜板(25)、所述水平底板(11)和所述第一竖直侧板(13)点接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一斜板(23)与所述第一水平顶板(15)之间的夹角,以及,所述第二斜板(25)与所述水平底板(11)之间的夹角,两者大小相等或互余。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一水平顶板(15)与所述第一竖直侧板(13)的连接位置平滑过渡,且连接位置的内表面设有第一弧形槽(12),所述第一弧形槽(12)沿前后方向延伸且横截面为弧形面,所述第一弧形槽(12)的直径小于所述上滚珠(3)的直径;所述水平底板(11)与所述第一竖直侧板(13)的连接位置平滑过渡,且连接位置的内表面设有第二弧形槽(14),所述第二弧形槽(14)沿前后方向延伸且横截面为弧形面,所述第二弧形槽(14)的直径小于所述下滚珠(4)的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述上滚珠(3)的直径小于所述下滚珠(4)的直径。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述下滑 轨(1)还包括第二竖直侧板(16),所述第二竖直侧板(16)连接在所述第一水平顶板(15)的右边缘下方,所述第二竖直侧板(16)的前端和后端分别设有向下延伸的限位板(161);所述上滑轨(2)还包括第三竖直侧板(22),所述第三竖直侧板(22)设有向左延伸的凸棱(221);所述上滑轨(2)向前滑动到极限位置时,所述凸棱(221)与位于前端的所述限位板(161)相抵触,向后滑动到极限位置时,所述凸棱与位于后端的所述限位板(161)相抵触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述上滑轨(2)还包括第四竖直侧板(24),所述第二斜板(25)的右边缘与所述第三竖直侧板(22)的下边缘相连,所述第二斜板(25)的左边缘通过所述第四竖直侧板(24)与所述第一斜板(23)的左边缘相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述下滑轨(1)是由一块原料板弯折而成的一体结构,所述上滑轨(2)也是由一块原料板弯折而成的一体结构。
  8. 一种汽车,所述汽车的座椅底部连接有滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述滑轨组件为权利要求1-7任一项所述的滑轨组件。
